The results of environmental testing and inspection are important as objective data for judging whether the basic criteria of environmental policies and standards are fulfilled. The results of environmental testing and inspection are measured by standard methods of an environmental analysis (Environmental Test Standards (ES) and Korean Industrial Standards (KS)) for quantifying environmental pollutants in the test samples. Therefore, a procedure is required to provide objective evidence that the standards of environmental analysis are appropriate for use and are reliable and reproducible. This study is performed to establish a quality control plan for standard environmental test methods because the operation management of ES and KS are integrated into the National Institute of Environmental Research. The research conducted on the literature available from all over the world has made it possible to develop quality and validation method for the standard to meet the performance and quality level when test methods are developed. The validation of the environmental test methods in the European Union is carried out in two stages robustness test and inter-laboratory test. Parameters of robustness test include selectivity, sensitivity, detection limit, quantitation limit, medium effect, etc., and involves setting the minimum recommended number of tests and the target value. Therefore, this study aims to establish ‘Guidelines for Validation of Standards of an Environmental field’ to ensure uniformity and accuracy of the methods before enactments and amendments of ES and KS.

Objective: This study explored benefits of a relationship-focused intervention to enhance marriage communication designed for multicultural married couples and changes that occurred in the way the program’s participants communicated with one another. Method: The intervention program was implemented on six married multicultural couples (and six other couples as a control group), and their communication, conflict resolution, and adaptation before and after the intervention were examined. In addition, the researchers kept observation journals to understand the changes in the manner in which the married multicultural couples communicated with their spouse and examine their perception about participating in the program; further, we conducted post-program interviews with the participants after the completion of the program. Results: The results of this study are as follows: (1) the experiment group made more progress in improving couple communication, resolving marriage conflicts, and adapting as a married couple than the control group in a statistically significant manner in both preand post-program tests, and (2) the study confirmed through qualitative analysis that the program made positive contributions to improving the couples’ abilities to have conversations and resolve conflicts, as well as their intimacy. Conclusion: Based on these results, implications for further research and practices were discussed.
어린이집 이용 부모의 아동권리존중 인식 정보 및 프로그램 제공 효과와 그 적용에 관한 연구

본 연구는 아동권리존중 정보와 인식프로그램을 제공하여 프로그램의 효과성 및 지원 프로그램의 적용 가능성을 검증하기 위해 설문자료 통계분석과 FGI 결과를 토대로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구대상은 국공립어린이집을 이용하는 부모를 대상으로 부모교육, 가정연계 ,부모참여 프로그램을 실행하였다. 설문조사와 설문조사만으로 해결되지 않는 프로그램의 효과성을 보다 구체적이고 의미있게 구체화된 주제들의 내용으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 아동권리존중 정보제공과 프로그램이 아동이 더욱 밝고 건강하게 자라 날 수 있도록 아동권리 존중에 관심을 갖는 사회적 분위기를 조성하는데 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 가정연계, 부모참여, 부모교육을 통한 아동권리존중에 관한 정보와 프로그램 제공이 부모의 역량을 강화하는데 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 아동의 인권을 보호하기 위한 친인권적 분위기 조성을 위해 어린이집, 가정, 지역사회의 상호 협력이 무엇보다 중요함을 알고, 프로그램이 부모의 권리 존중인식 적용에 효과가 있었다. 넷째, 부모가 인식하는 아동권리존중 정보와 프로그램 효과 검증을 위한 양적자료, 질적자료 분석에 의한 효과가 있었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 아동권리존중 인식정보 및 프로그램 제공 프로그램으로써 부모역할 프로그램이 갖는 실천적 의의와 적용가능성에 대해 제언하였다. This study collected data based on survey data statistical analysis and FGI results to verify the effectiveness of the program and its applicability to the support program by providing information and recognition programs. The research subjects implemented parent education, home connections, and parent participation programs for parents who use state-run daycare centers. In-depth interviews were conducted on topics that embodied the effectiveness of programs that could not be solved only by surveys and surveys, in a more specific and meaningful manner. According to the results of the study, first, information provision and programs for respecting children s rights were effective in creating a social atmosphere in which children were interested in respecting children s rights so that they could grow brighter and healthier. Second, the provision of information and programs on the respect of children s rights through family links, parental participation, and parental education was effective in strengthening parents capabilities. Third, knowing that mutual cooperation between daycare centers, families, and communities was more important than anything else to create a pro-human rights atmosphere to protect children s human rights, the program was effective in applying parental awareness. Fourth, it was effective by analyzing information on respect of children s rights recognized by parents, quantitative and qualitative data for verification of program effects of the program. Based on the above findings, the practical significance and applicability of the parent role program as a recognition information and program provision program for respecting children s rights were suggested.

This studied investigated children`s music identification, classification, and seriation cognitive task performance abilities by age and sex. The subjects were l20 six-, eight, and ten-year-old school children. There were significant positive correlations among music cognition tasks and significant age and sex differences within each of the music tasks. Ten-year-old children were more likely to complete their music identification tasks than the younger children and girls were more likely than boys to complete their music identification tasks. Eight- and 10-year-old children were more likely to complete their music classification tasks than the younger group. Piagetian stage theory was demonstrated in children`s music classification task performance. There was an agerelated increase in the performance of the music seriation tasks. Developmental sequential theory was demonstrated in music seriation performance.
