기계 학습 분야에 합성 곱 신경망이 대두되면서 이미지 처리 문제를 해결하는 모델은 비약적인 발전을 맞이했다. 하지만 그만큼 요구되는 컴퓨팅 자원 또한 상승하여 일반적인 환경에서 이를 학습해보기는 쉽지 않은 일이다. 주의 집중 기법은 본래 순환 신경망의 기울기 소실 문제를 방지하기 위해 제안된 기법이지만, 이는 합성 곱 신경망의 학습에도 유리한 방향으로 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 합성 곱 신경망에 주의 집중 기법을 적용하고, 이때의 학습 시간과 성능 차이 비교를 통해 제안하는 방법의 우수성을 입증한다. 제안하는 모델은 YOLO를 기반으로 한 객체 검출에서 주의 집중 기법을 적용하지 않은 모델에 비해 학습 시간, 성능 모두 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 학습 시간을 현저히 낮출 수 있음을 실험적으로 증명하였다. 또한, 이를 통해 일반 사용자의 기계 학습에 대한 접근성 증대가 기대된다. With the emergence of convolutional neural network in the field of machine learning, the model for solving image processing problems has seen rapid development. However, the computing resources required are also rising, making it difficult to learn from a typical environment. Attention mechanism is originally proposed to prevent the gradient vanishing problem of the recurrent neural network, but this can also be used in a direction favorable to learning of the convolutional neural network. In this paper, attention mechanism is applied to convolutional neural network, and the excellence of the proposed method is demonstrated through the comparison of learning time and performance difference at this time. The proposed model showed that both learning time and performance were superior in object detection based on YOLO compared to models without attention mechanism, and experimentally demonstrated that learning time could be significantly reduced. In addition, this is expected to increase accessibility to machine learning by end users.

원자력 발전소 연장운행의 정치경제학: 원전주변지역주민들의 경제적, 정치적 차별지각을 중심으로

The operation extension of nuclear power station became the conflict issues in Korea. Our study aims to analyze the acceptance of the operation extension in terms of local residents around the nuclear power station. We focus on not only risk perception variables but the perceived discriminations in terms of economy and politics. Our analysis shows that the risk perception and perceived discrimination influence the acceptance of operation extension. Higher perceived risk, negative image and lower perceived benefit and trust, reduce the acceptance. Also perceived discrimination decreases it. Second, there is different structure of determinants in four local areas, The higher negative image Yeonggwang and Uljin but the economic inequality in Wulsong, and Gori influence the acceptance. Third, the perceived discrimination has role of moderating the effect of risk perception on the acceptance.

한국의 민족주의는 한민족의 정서와 감정에 토대한 민족주의가 존재하는 한편, 근대화된 국민국가 건설의 과제로서 정치적 민주주의와 경제발전의 원동력이자 토대로서의 민족주의가 필요하고 완성되어야 했다. 특히 근대화 과정이 왜곡되고 외세의 침탈과 개입으로 지체되고 분단되면서 한국 민족주의는 여기에 더하여 저항 민족주의와 통일 민족주의라는 추가적 성격이 결합되어 더욱 강고한 이념적 정체성을 갖게 되었다. 21세기 한국의 대외전략의 이념적 토대로서의 민족주의는 바로 이 같은 한국 민족주의의 특성과 성격을 고르게 반영하는 정치적 내용을 포함해야 한다. 첫째 한국의 민족주의는 공민적 민족주의와 종족적 민족주의를 동시에 반영하고 동시에 성취해야 한다. 두 번째로 한국의 민족주의는 통일 민족주의와 저항 민족주의의 특성을 반영하고 성취해야 한다. 따라서 민족주의에 토대한 한국의 대외전략은 반미 자주와 반미 통일이라는 급진적 주장이 아니라 민족화해와 대등한 한미관계의 진보적 가치가 동시에 북한 근대화와 우호적 한미관계라는 보수적 가치와 공존하고 양립하고 병행하는 것이어야 한다. 그것이 바로 대북정책과 대미정책의 엇박자를 교정하고 남북관계와 한미관계의 악순환을 단절하면서 불필요한 남남갈등을 해소하는 지름길이자 해법이다. In terms of nationalism in Korea, It is based on Korean people`s emotion and sentiment. In the mean time, we also required complete nationalism as the driving force and foundation for political democracy and economic development in order to build a modernized nation state. In particular, as the modernization process was distorted, delayed and fractured due to foreign pillage and intervention. Korean nationalism added to it the additional characteristics of resistant nationalism and reunification nationalism combined and came to have an even more stable ideological identity. In this 21st century, Korea`s nationalism as the ideological foundation of its international strategies should include political content and reflect Korean nationalism`s features and characteristics in a balanced way. First, Korean nationalism should reflect civic nationalism and ethnic nationalism at the same time and achieve them simultaneously as well. Second, Korean nationalism should reflect and achieve the characteristics of reunification nationalism and resistant nationalism. Therefore, Korea`s international strategies based on nationalism should not be the radical insistence of anti-American autonomy or anti-American reunification but the progressive value of national reconciliation. The equivalent Korean-American relationship should coexist with, be compatible with, and accompanied by the conservative value of North Korean modernization and favorable Korean-American relationship at the same time. This is a very expedient solution to narrowing the gap between policy toward North Korea and policy toward the U.S., stop the vicious cycle of North and South Korean and Korean-American relations, and resolve unnecessary South-South conflict.

주위에 센서나 휴대 전자기기 또는 RFID기반 기술을 활용하여 인터페이스 부품 및 모듈 등의 사용되는 주파수를 받아들여 이를 이용하여 낮은 전압원을 필요로 하는 기기에 전압 공급하므로 주위에 방치되는 무용성 공중 주파수를 활용을 위한 저전력 렉테나를 마이크로스트립 선로인 패치 안테나 형태로 비유전율이 4.7인 FR4기판 1.6 mm 두께의 기판에서 제작 하였다. 고조파 억압특성을 갖는 안테나를 제안하여 36.25mm×77mm<SUP>2</SUP> 의 송신 안테나와 송신 안테나의 급전선 하단 부 210mm의 정류회로를 연결한 것으로 안테나의 DC 변환 효율을 높이고자 2단 정류회로를 설계 하고 렉테나는 2.45㎓에서공진이 이루어지고 반사손실이 21.58㏈ 얻을 수 있었다. 렉테나의 실험결과 값은 중심 주파수 2.45㎓에서 거리를 10mm간격으로 송신 안테나와 수신 안테나의 거리를 변환하여 거리에 따른 안테나의 전력효율을 계산 하였다. The interface components and modules used in the receiving section of sensors around the mobile electronic device or RFID-based technologies require low voltage source for its operation. A rectenna consisting of microstrip patch antenna utilizing ambient air frequency to power these sensors is fabricated on FR4 substrate having 4.7 relative permittivity and 1.6mm thickness. The proposed antenna with total dimension of 36.25mm × 77mm including 210mm as the length of rectifying circuit have harmonic suppression functionality. The designed antenna resonates at 2.45 GHz with reflection loss of 21.58 dB. The power efficiency of antenna having center frequency at 2.45 GHz are calculated for different values of distance between the transmit and receive antennas up to 10 mm.

Objective￡ºThe purpose of this study is to describe the commom complications of craniofacial approaches to lesion on anterior skull base and some technical refinements to prevent the complications. Methods￡ºAuthors reviewed medical records and radiological findings of 21 operations(including 2 reoperations) of 19 patients having anterior skull base tumors treated by craniofacial approaches from 1998 to 2004 . Results￡ºTwenty-one operations showed several complications. Those were cerebrospinal fluid leakage(3), meningitis(1), anosmia(3), epidural hematoma(1), pneumocephalus(1). Cerebrospinal fluid leakage was treated by lumbar drainage. Meningitis was treated by lumbar drainage and appropriate antibiotics. Epidural hematoma and pneumocephalus were resolved spontaneously. The complication of transfrontal and transnasomaxillary approach was none. The complications of transfrontal nasal approach were anosmia(1) and epidural hematoma(1). Cerebrospinal fluid leakage(3), meningitis(1), anosmia(2), and pneumocephalus(1) arose in the transfrontal nasal-orbital approach. Conclusion￡ºMotality and morbidity of craniofacial approach is relative low. Water-tight duroplasty, strong reconstrucion of anterior skull base and lumbar drainage are important for prevention of cerebrospinal leakage. We think that the lesion of anterior skull base is safely performed by appropriate craniofacial approach and reconstruction.

In order to develop tea by using the leaves of stevia, which is a herbal plant, and to solve the disadvantages of stevia dried leaf tea, we have manufactured the steamed tea, stir-fried tea and fermented tea by changing the manufacturing processes. As a result of the sensory tests, the steamed tea, stir-fried tea and fermented tea received higher evaluations than the dried leaf tea. In terms of efficiency, it is desired that the total number of steaming and stir-frying is only once, but the fermentation is found to be the most desirable for 2 days. There are no trends for changes in the general ingredients, mineral and free amino acid contents of stevia leaf teas by different manufacturing processes. As a result for the measurement of antioxidant activities, the steamed tea and dried leaf tea did not show significant differences, but the stir-fried tea and the fermented tea show significantly low antioxidant activities as compared to the steamed tea. The contents of stevioside in both the stir-fried tea and the fermented tea were less than that in the dried leaf tea, but in the steamed tea, there was no significant difference in the content of stevioside. Base on the present observations, this study supports high potentials of steaming process in order to produce new stevia leaf tea.
