        농축산 신선화물 직거래를 위한 O2O 공유사업 모델 개발

        The freight information network is requested for performing the analysis on the current status for the future smart autonomous system and business environment to find the problems and strategic implications. When based on the 4th industrial evolution it needs for the chilled and frozen food to develop a cargo information network services business model in the fresh produce industry. In order to build the development feasibility through the study about the fresh produce logistics business model, the fresh produce retail designed as the Agricultural Cooperative Federation representing Korea, conducting a financial feasibility research of the real model to validate the results were presented. The freight status information network was the secondary data analysis from each company and expert opinion surveys on employees engaged in the industry target, by reviewing the business environment in Korea in terms of macro environment analysis. The first is the research methodology, modeling the leverage effect that the PESTLE analysis was used. In addition, the combination was structured in-depth interviews and survey services in according to the needs of business and opportunity. It was analyzed that the structured surveys spreading 196 articles (distributed 2002 people) about using a transit of the freight information network, in the industrial section 221 articles (distributed 686 people) and distributors 200 articles (distributed 940 people) who are worked in transport fresh produce, the empirical surveys for validity were in-depth interview data collected by the shipping employees 36 or Retail executives 31 people in one on one interview techniques. The Financial feasibility analysis were performed by Agricultural Cooperative Federation of Korea’s representative running to the real model aggressive business environment designed, by the difference between conservative and moderate one for the fresh produce retail. With an each business environment it is important for separating an intermediate, low, high pricing by the policy as proposed 9 service revenue model. They obtained the factor analysis with NPV (net present value), B/C Ratio (cost-benefit ratio), IRR (internal rate of return), project period were analyzed in 10 years. The financial feasibility analysis with NPV, B/C Ratio, IRR results. So the research is derived from work in the development of the Freight information network services of business model in the fresh produce industry. It has been able to verify the significant from both qualitative and quantitative perspective aspects.

        유통업종 콜센터 감정노동자의 고객만족 요인 연구

        The three factors, such as job satisfaction, motivation, and turnover intention, were derived from previous studies and key informant surveys of emotional labor in the distribution industry as a result of customer satisfaction factors, and the importance of each was surveyed. It is also aimed to analyze the variables of implementation of the three factors and the ranking relationships they have with each of the factors. 330 callers were collected using completed questionnaires after refining variables via pilot test with a questionnaire related to customer satisfaction factors of emotional labors derived from previous studies and key informant surveys. The collected questionnaires were analyzed using the Fuzzy-AHP analysis. As a result of an academic contribution, it was confirmed that the employee's turnover intention, motivation, and job satisfaction were used to satisfy customers of call center employees in the field of distribution through an empirical study, The higher the caller's job satisfaction, the better the performance, The performance of the tasks is given as a reward, Again, it has been confirmed that there is a virtuous circle effect that boosts motivation and lowers the turnover intention. 본 연구는 제조-판매-유통-소비-회수 등의 공급사슬에서 공급자와 소비자 사이에 위치하여 공급자의 고객만족경영과 소비자의 소비활동 만족을 위하여 핵심기능을 담당하는 콜센터의 고객만족요인을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하는 현장조사 중심의 논문이다. 이의 달성을 위하여 선행연구와 콜센터에 종사하는 감정노동자 대상의 대면조사를 통하여 도출된 SCM 콜센터의 고객만족요인인 직무만족, 동기부여, 이직의도 등 3개 요인에 대한 중요도 및 순위관계를 조사한다. 또한 3개 요인들을 구성하는 실행변수와 이들이 각 요인들에 미치는 영향의 정도와 순위관계를 분석하고 시사점을 도출한다. 선행연구와 전문가 의견조사로 도출된 감정노동자의 고객만족요인 관련 설문을 만들어 Pilot test를 통한 변수의 정제과정을 거쳐 완성된 설문지를 이용하여 330명의 의견을 수집하였고, 수집된 설문지는 Fuzzy-AHP 분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 학문측면의 공헌도로는 동기부여와 직무만족, 직무만족과 이직의도, 동기부여와 이직의도는 각각 독립되거나 서론 다른 요인 또는 환경에 의하여 조성되는 것이 아니라는 것이다. 이들은 상호 맥락(높은 상관관계 유지)을 같이하며 서로 보완을 해주는 선순환의 관계가 있다. 이는 본 연구를 위하여 조사한 90여 개의 국내외 선행논문에서 보여주지 못한 연구의 결과로 콜센터에서 감정노동에 종사하는 상담사를 대상으로 실증연구로 찾아낸 본인의 연구에서만 도출된 학문측면의 의미 있는 공헌이라 할 수 있다.

        탐색적 방법론을 이용한 가정설치 물류기술 단가체계 연구

        본 논문은 100조원 규모에 육박하는 국내 가전시장에서 소비자가 만족할 수 있도록 각 가정에서 편리하게 사용이 가능하도록 이동 및 설치과정을 거쳐 이루어지는 가정 설치 물류의 단가체계를 실 사례 중심으로 연구하여 단가체계에 반영된 요소와 특징, 로직의 구조 등을 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 사용한 방법론은 통찰력을 기르고 업의 특징과 전반적인 이해를 제공하여 깊이 있는 전문영역연구를 가능하게 단초와 마중물 기능을 제공하는 탐색적방법론(Exploratory methodology)을 이용하였고, Field research, 1:1 및 심층인터뷰, 각 회사의 1차 및 2차 자료를 조사하여 연구목적을 달성하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 국내 가정 설치 물류시장의 규모, 주 참여 기업 및 참여 기업별 점유비를 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 단가체계는 기본항목, 부가항목, 특수항목으로 구성되며, 기본항목은 재료비, 노무비, 경비를 반영하여 본 업에 적합하도록 배송비, 설치비, 무게가중치, 여유율을 반영한 구조로 되어있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 기본항목의 약점을 보완하고 경쟁사 대응과 가전제품 유통업자의 판매 활성화를 위하여 부가항목과 특수항목을 운용하고 있었다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 학문적 측면과 사회적 측면에서 4가지의 중요한 결과를 분석해 낼 수 있었다.

        Guillain-Barré Syndrome after Lung Transplantation in the Immediate Postoperative Period: Case Report

        A 58-year-old man, incapable of maintaining oxygen saturation with mechanical ventila- tion, was admitted to our hospital for veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) treatment. He was diagnosed with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) due to influenza A pneumonia. His condition stabilized with antibiotics and steroid adminis- tration, but weaning from ECMO failed due to post-infectious pulmonary sequelae. On day 84 after admission, he underwent bilateral lung transplantation. In the postoperative phase, he did not regain consciousness even after discontinuation of sedatives for 3 days. However, spontaneous pupillary reflex and eye movements were preserved, while com- munication and upper and lower limb movements were affected. The nerve conduction study was diagnostic of Guillain-Barré syndrome. He was managed with intravenous im- munoglobulins and plasmapheresis. Mild recovery of the facial muscles was seen, but he died 24 days post-surgery due to progressive ARDS and sepsis.

        화물유통 O2O 비즈니스모델에 대한 차주의 인식 연구

        Purpose - Cargo Distribution O2O Business Model is the form of business that connects the cargo and empty cargo-truck based on mobile online platform. In Korean cargo distribution market, FIN(Freight Information Network) is the only model that represents O2O Business Model. The purpose of this paper is investigating the recognition of driver who is the only source of income toward cargo distribution O2O Business Model, and based on the investigated recognition of trucker, suggesting strategic implication. Research design, data, and methodology - PESTLE methodology which is massive environment analysis, and 5 Forces Model when analyze the present and future of cargo distribution O2O business market of industrial structure analysis were used as investigation methodology. Also structured questionnaire was used for trucker’s recognition investigation. Based on collected 196 structured effective questionnaires organized with 26 questions were analyzed using statistics package. Results - 51.3% of responded driver is non-differentiated, deprofessionalize form that transport all types of cargo. 95.4% recognize cargo distribution O2O Business Model, FIN is needed, especially during back-hall(94.7%). As a payment method, monthly due is preferred(73%), but it is also needed to pay annual due and pay whenever cargo and cargo-truck are connected(24.5%). Trucker prefer FIN operation corporation which has rich supply(85.2%), and is liberal in supply in any domestic area(75.5%). Conclusions - First, 91% was the member of FIN, and 95% of non-member recognized FIN is needed. 83% of them has the intent to be the member of FIN. Second, besides of monthly due as payment method of FIN, 25% has positive recognition toward new payment method. The new payment method means paying annual due and pay whenever cargo and cargo-truck are connected. Third, because of information imbalance about the cargo and cargo-truck among, operators whose business goal is FIN, it was investigated that transportation fee is low and commission charge of broker is high. The core of Korean Cargo Distribution O2O Business Model, FIN, is online platform that matches cargo and cargo-truck. Therefore, FIN operator should minimize the amount of single transportation of trucker. This study suggests the development of shipper using FIN, diversify distribution channel, suggesting backhaul toward trucker as solution to FIN operator.

        Developing SMEs’ Export Success Factors for Distribution Reinforcement

        Purpose - The purpose of the present study is to discover success factors for small and medium-sized exporting enterprises and to derive factors that can positively influence the export of small and medium-sized enterprises. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the problem solution mentioned above. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 258 filled-in questionnaires were collected; afterwards, frequency and cross tabulation analyses were conducted. The PPML analytic technique was applied to the core factors analyzed in Stages 1 and 2 to conduct regression analysis (cause and effect analysis and estimation method), thereby deriving success factors. Result - Based on detailed factors, a total of 15 success factors directly/indirectly involved in the success of export in small and medium-sized enterprises comprising 9 success factors, three positive effect factors for export, and three governments support policy factors were identified. Conclusions - The present paper is a rare empirical study paper that found and presented three detailed factors that positively influence on export and three government support policy factors, in addition to the above factors. Therefore, the results can be used by small and medium-sized enterprises that require not only previous studies, but also actual export success factor.

        The Role of Parental Physical Activity Behaviors on Parental Physical Activity Support in Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities

        The role of parental physical activity (PA) behaviors in promoting PA support for children with developmental disabilities (DDs) is unclear. The study examined differences in parental PA support between inactive and active parents of children with DDs, and investigated the association between parental PA behaviors and three types of support: encouragement, co-participation in PA activities (co-PA), and logistical support. A total of 319 parents of children with DDs participated in an online survey. Utilizing exploratory factor analysis, independent t-tests, and multiple regression analyses, the study revealed significantly lower levels of all three types of parental PA support provided by inactive parents compared to active parents. Additionally, the dummy coded variable representing parental PA behavior groups (active vs. inactive group) emerged as a significant predictor of all three types of support: encouragement (β = -.20, p <.001), co-PA (β = -.43, p <.001), and logistic support (β = -.35, p <.001). For professionals working with families in this context, the crucial role of parental PA behaviors in shaping PA support for children with DDs should be considered.
