청소년들의 정치의식에 관한 연구-대학생들의 사회 정치에 대한 관심도와 대화정도 및 언론매체의 접촉도를 중심으로-

본 연구는 대학생들의 일상생활에서의 사회 및 정치에 대한 인식이 대학생들의 정치의식에 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 분석하였다는 것이다. 기존연구와의 차이점은 청소년기의 생활환경의 요소들을 중심으로 이러한 것들이 청소년 정치의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다는 것이다. 본 연구는 2009년 청소년정책연구원에서 조사한 실태자료를 참고하였으며 대학생 1363명을 대상으로 분석한 것이다. 본 연구를 위한 분석방법으로는 SPSS 13.0을 통한 기술통계와 회귀분석을 사용하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들의 정치에 대한 관심도는 정치의식에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있다. 둘째, 본인과 형제, 자매, 부모, 이웃과의 사회 정치 대화정도는 청소년 정치의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 셋째, 대학생들의 매체 즉, TV, 라디오, 신문, 잡지, 인터넷 등을 통한 사회 및 정치에 대한 접촉정도는 그들의 정치의식과 유의미한 상관관계가 있을 가능성이 있다. 이러한 결과는 대학생들의 사회 및 정치에 대한 관심 및 담론의 기회를 넓히고, 다양한 매체를 통한 사회 정치의 참여의 경험이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있게 한다. 또한 실생활을 통한 청소년들의 사회 정치의식에 대한 교육의 접근방법에도 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. This study exhibits an empirical analysis of the effects of college students’ social and political awareness in their daily lives on the political awareness. What makes it different from the previous studies is that this study focuses on environmental factors in teen years and examines the effects of these factors on teenagers’ political awareness. This study analyzes 1363 college students referring to the real data by the Youth Policy Institute in 2009; the analysis methods used for this study are descriptive statistics through SPSS 13.0 and regression analysis. Results are as follows:first, college students’ interest in politics can have a significant effect on the political awareness. Second, the degree of discussions about politics between an individual and his/her brothers, sisters, parents or neighbors can have a significant effect on the teenagers’ political awareness. Third, the degree of college students’ access to the society and politics through the media such as TV, radio, magazines and internet has the significant correlation with their political awareness. These results signify that it is necessary for the college students to expand their interest and opportunities for social and political discussions, and to gain experience in participating in the society and politics through the various types of media. Also, it can be a helpful approach to real life education of teenagers in terms of social and political awareness.

경찰조직의 조직공정성 지각이 LMX의 질(리더-구성원 교환관계) 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 경찰조직의 조직공정성 지각이 LMX의 질 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 경찰조직 구성원의 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성, 상호작용 공정성 등 조직공정성 지각이 높을수록 LMX의 질도 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 대하여 조직 공정성과 조직몰입의 관계에서 LMX의 질의 매개역할의 분석결과로 LMX의 질은 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성, 상호작용 공정성과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 부분매개 조건을 충족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직공정성 지각은 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었는데 이를 통하여 경찰조직 구성원의 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성, 상호작용 공정성 등 조직공정성 지각이 높을 때 직무만족도 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 조직공정성 지각은 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 변인인 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 경찰조직 구성원의 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성, 상호작용 공정성 등 조직공정성 지각이 높을수록 조직몰입도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 LMX의 질은 직무만족에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설에 대해서 경찰조직 구성원의 LMX의 질이 높을수록 직무만족도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 LMX의 질은 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 경찰조직 구성원의 LMX의 질이 높을수록 조직몰입도 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 LMX의 질은 조직공정성 지각이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 매개할 것이라는 가설에서 LMX의 질은 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성, 상호작용 공정성과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 부분매개 조건을 충족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그 밖에 LMX의 질은 조직공정성 지각이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 매개할 것이라는 가설에서 LMX의 질은 분배 공정성, 절차 공정성, 상호작용 공정성과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 부분매개 조건을 충족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 경찰조직의 조직유효성 함양을 위해 신뢰를 바탕으로 하는 LMX 질에 대한 함의의 중요성을 나타내주고 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the organization about the impact on thequality and effectiveness of the organization's perceived impartiality of the policeorganization LMX. Results First, the distribution impartiality of the police organization,procedural justice, such as higher perceived organizational fairness is fairness interactionwere analyzed to increase the quality of LMX. On the other hand organizational fairnessand organizational commitment to quality LMX analysis of the role of LMX qualityparameters in relation to the distribution fairness, procedural fairness, it showed thatmeets the conditions in part mediated the relationship between interaction justice andorganizational commitment. In addition, perceived organizational justice was found that jobsatisfaction is higher when the analysis was to affect the job satisfaction of the policeorganization through which dispensed justice, procedural fairness, impartiality interactionssuch as higher perceived organizational fairness. And organizational fairness perceptionswere analyzed as being factors affecting organizational commitment. In other words, the distribution impartiality of the police organization, procedures, fairness, impartialityorganizations such as the higher perceived organizational commitment, fairness interactionanalysis results also showed increases. The quality of LMX is for the hypothesis thataffect job satisfaction higher the quality of LMX members of the police force showedhigher job satisfaction. In addition, the higher the quality of that appears to be a police organization thataffects organizational commitment of LMX. LMX was found that even higherorganizational commitment. And the quality of LMX is the quality of LMX on thehypothesis that perceived organizational fairness to mediate the impact on organizationaleffectiveness dispensing justice, procedural fairness, and showed that a part meets theconditions in mediating relations between fairness interaction and job satisfaction. Besides the quality of LMX is the quality of LMX on the hypothesis that the organizationFairness perception that mediate the effects of organizational commitment dispensingjustice, procedural fairness, showed that meets the part-mediated condition in therelationship between interaction justice and organizational commitment. These results haveimportant implications for the organization siege defined in fostering organizationaleffectiveness and quality of LMX police organization.

다문화여성의 문화적응스트레스가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 다문화여성들의 문화적응스트레스가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 대하여 임파워먼트가 갖는 매개효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사기간은 2015년 3월 17일부터 2015년 4월 1일에 걸쳐 약 2주간 실시되었으며, 본 연구의 결과요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화여성의 문화적응스트레스 중 두려움, 적대감, 향수병, 문화충격의 스트레스가 높을수록 삶의 질은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화여성의 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 살펴보면 임파워먼트는 삶의 질과 통계적으로 유의미한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 다문화여성의 임파워먼트는 문화적응스트레스가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 다문화여성의 임파워먼트는 문화적응스트레스를 완화하고 결과적으로 다문화여성의 삶의 질 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구가 다문화여성의 임파워먼트와 삶의 질 함양에 도움이 되고 우리나라의 다문화주의의 성공적인 정착에 중요한 토대가 되었으면 한다. This study was aimed at acculturation stress is to find out the mediating effect of multicultural women empowerment with respect to the impact on quality of life. Throughout the survey period of the study in March 2015. From 1 April 17, 2015 was conducted about two weeks, summarizing the results of this study are as follows. First, the fear of acculturation stress of multicultural women, hostility, homesickness, the higher the stress of culture shock was found to be lower quality of life. Second, look at the empowerment of women empowerment mediated the effects of multiculturalism showed that there is a statistically significant effect relationship quality of life. That is, the empowerment of cultural female was analyzed to be effective the influence culture adaptive stress on the quality of life for mediating the effects on quality of life. In other words, multi-cultural empowerment of women was analyzed factors have a positive impact on quality of life as a result of multicultural women and alleviate the acculturation stress. The purpose of this study is to help foster the empowerment and quality of life is an important foundation for multicultural women and successful settlement of our country"s multiculturalism.

비행 청소년에 대한 지역사회복지관의 개입과 사회복지사들이 겪는 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 : 의사소통의 접근과 가족사업의 필요성에 관하여

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회복지관의 비행 청소년에 대한 효과적인 개입에 관하여 사회복지사와의 인터뷰를 통해 살펴보고, 이에 대한 현장의 실태 및 문제점에 대한 대안을살펴보고자 하는 취지아래 실시되었다. 본 연구의 의의로는 비행 청소년에 대한 사회복지관의 활동에 대한 접근체제의 효과성 및 개입사례를 통한 현장 실무자의 목소리를 담음으로써 지역사회에서의 청소년 문제를 점검해 보는 것에 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 K 사회복지관의 청소년 실무를 담당하는 사회복지사 두 명과 사회복지관의 행정체계 일반을 담당하는 한 명의 사회복지사와의 인터뷰를 통하여 작성되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역사회복지관이 담당하는 청소년 문제에 대한대처와 효과는 청소년 문제에 대하여 가족, 지역사회가 협동적으로 개입함이 필요함을인식하는 관점이 필요하다. 청소년들이 지역사회복지관의 지지자원을 적극 활용할 수 있는 긍정적인 경험 및 인식이 중요하며, 이에 지역사회복지관은 가족과 청소년의 욕구를파악하여 전문가로서의 지역체계의 구심점 및 중간역할을 담당해야 한다. 이를 위해 학생에게는 수용적인 자세가 학부모에게는 전문적인 상담역량도 필요하며 기관간의 연계성이 중요하다. 둘째, 지역사회복지관을 찾는 청소년들에게 실질적으로 필요한 지지로써 비행 청소년에 대한 사회의 수용적인 인식이 필요하며, 이들에게 지역사회의 건강하고 다양한 자원을 제공함으로써 그들 스스로 심리적으로 건강한 기능을 회복할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 청소년들의 지역 사회적 차원의 지지를 위하여 요구되는 대안으로 이들비행 청소년들에 대한 일시적 서비스가 아닌 지속적인 사례관리가 필요하다. 본 연구가사회복지관과 학교 및 제반체제와의 연계 활성화와 청소년들의 지역사회활동을 통한 사회교육과 성장도모에 도움이 되었으면 한다. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of intervention provided through local community welfare offices on problematic behaviors of troubled adolescents based on an extensive interview of relevant welfare staff in a local office. The interview is conducted to examine the status of and/or the problems faced by these officers in the field and to propose possible resolutions to these problems. The significance of this study is that the troubled adolescent problems in a community are re-examined focusing on the proposal based on the effect and case studies of access system for intervention on troubled adolescents provided through local community welfare offices. This study is completed through a series of interviews of two welfare officers responsible for Community Youth Affairs and of one welfare officer in charge of General Administration System in Kwachon Welfare Office. The result of this study is as follows: First, there is an apparent need for approaching from family and/or community perspectives in order to effectively respond to and manage the youth problems faced by the local community welfare offices. For these problems it is important that the youth have the positive experience and outlook so as to readily utilize the support resources available in the local community welfare offices, and that the local community welfare offices have the sufficient means to link and to facilitate the family and the youth demands. Second, to the youth coming to the local community welfare offices the community’s open and accepting attitude towards the troubled adolescents becomes important actually allowing them to utilize various resources and to participate in the community so that be they can be healed emotionally on their own. Third, there is a need for continued management of the troubled youth study cases as an essential response at the community level support. It is hoped that the studies such as this serve to improve the linkage among the local community welfare offices, the schools and other support systems and to enhance the social education and growth through the youth participation in community activities.

우리나라의 다문화 사회의 도래에 따른 현황과 함의

본 연구에서는 다문화 사회에 대한 고찰을 통하여, 현 우리나라의 다문화 사회의 정의와 실태 그리고 정책적인 지원 등에 관하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 이것은 다문화 사회의 패러다임 변화의 국제조류에 따라 우리나라 현 사회의 변화의 동향을 살펴본 것이며, 이를 토대로 우리나라의 다문화 정책과 현장에 대한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 서론에서는 우리나라의 다문화 사회의 배경에 대하여 살펴보았고, 본론에서는 이를 위한 구성요소인 다문화 가족의 정의와 각종 실태 및 현황 그리고 정책의 지원에 대하여 알아보았다. 이를 통하여 본 다문화 사회의 고찰에서는 결론적으로 다문화 사회를 준비하는 우리 사회에서 장기적인 전망과 단계적 전략을 정교화 하여야 함을 제시하였다. 우리나라의 다문화 사회의 성공적인 정착을 위해서는 우리 한국 사회의 다문화 현실을 바로 진단하고, 어떤 다문화주의를 적용할 단계인지 지속적으로 논의한 이후 이에 대한 사회적 합의를 도출해야 할 것임을 제시하였다. 또한 다문화 사회는 정부가 일방적으로 정책을 주도할 수 없는 환경이기 때문에 정부와 시민 사회 구성이 협력할 수 있는 구조를 고안하여 대책을 마련해야 할 것이라는 결론을 도출하였으며 이에 대한 전반적인 현황과 실태를 조사하여 제시하였다. This study is to explore the definition, actual conditions, and political support for multicultural families in Korea. This examines Korea's changing trends towards multicultural families following the changes in the international paradigm, and based on this, we should suggest the directions for multi-cultural policies and their reality. For this purpose, we have to examine the background of multicultural society in Korea in the introduction, and in the main body we look into the definition and various conditions or states as well as political support for multi-cultural families. After that, we suggested that there should be the elaboration of long term prospects and phased strategies in our society, which is preparing to embrace multiculturalism. In order to accomplish this, we suggest that we should first diagnose the reality of the multicultural society in Korea, then consistently debate what stage of multiculturalism should be applied, and that way we can settle a social agreement. Also, it is true that in a multicultural society, the government is unable to take the lead in deciding and pushing policies unilaterally. From this fact, we deduce a conclusion that it is necessary to design a system in which the government and the civil society can cooperate, and we explore general conditions regarding this issue.

The purpose of this study is to prove that there is a significant relationship between the empowerment on youths and their ecological aspects. What this indicates is that when dealing with the youths' problems, it is essential that we should approach from their environmental aspects. This emphasizes the importance of teenager's ecological aspects and entails the fact that their environmental improvements have a significant correlation with their capability-reinforcement. That is, welfare programs or measures for teenagers should not be approached in terms of individual problems, but an approach from ecological aspects needs to be considered rather than overlooked. This study is based on a survey of 251 students, who are currently enrolled in Gwong-Myung high school in Pu-San, and the result is as follows: family life satisfaction and school life satisfaction are significantly correlated with teenagers’ empowerment. Also, leisure-time satisfaction can function as a positive factor that affects teenagers’ empowerment. This result signifies that teenagers’ environment is correlated with their empowerment, which requires careful consideration of their ecological aspects. 본 연구는 청소년들의 생태체계적 측면과 그들의 임파워먼트 향상에 대한 관계를 탐색하는데 주요한 의미를 두고 있다. 청소년의 문제가 그들을 둘러싸고 있는 환경적 측면을 통한 접근이 중요하다는 것을 살펴보고자 한다. 즉 청소년의 생태체계적 환경의 미시 및 중간 체계로써, 가정생활건강성과 학교생활만족 그리고 여가만족의 요소들을 개선하고자 하는 노력은 청소년들의 임파워먼트 향상에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 될 수 있다. 따라서 청소년복지 프로그램이나 청소년을 위한 개입방안의 접근에 있어, 개인적 문제에만 국한하여 접근할 것이 아니라 ‘생태체계적인 접근방법’이 고려되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 청소년의 환경적인 측면의, 가정생활건강성과 학교생활만족 그리고 여가만족이 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향력을 경험적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 부산 광명고등학교 251명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 다중회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 가정생활건강성과 학교생활만족도가 청소년들의 임파워먼트와 유의미한 상관이 있을 가능성이 있다. 또한 여가생활만족도 청소년 임파워먼트에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있는 요소로 기능할 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 환경적 측면이 청소년 임파워먼트와 상관관계가 있으며, 청소년문제는 생태체계적인 측면으로부터 임파워먼트의 고려가 필요하다는 것을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다.
