Urban Maglev(Magnetically Levitated) system is one of LRT(Light Rail Transit) systems. The system is currently being developed in Urban Maglev Program and then, Korea's Urban Maglev system will be operational at Inchoen International Airport from 2013. Engineers and managers of many disciplines, such as electrical, mechanical, civil, signal engineering are working together to develop Urban Maglev system. Often they have difficulties due to lack of the standard technical terms. In this paper, we propose the standard technical terms of Urban Maglev system.

도시형자기부상열차는 궤도위를 부상하여 마찰력 없이 움직이는 열차로서 레일에 닿지 않고 지속적으로 열차를 부상시키기 위해 차량에 장착된 갭센서의 계측결과를 활용하여 부상력을 제어하며, 열차 주행시 가속도센서의 계측값을 활용하여 열차가 주행중에도 안정적으로 부상력을 유지하도록 제어시스템이 구성되어 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 자기부상열차가 가지고 있는 제어시스템의 특징을 활용하여 도시형자기부상철도 선로의 궤도선형을 실시간으로 분석하여 도시철도 운영시 중요한 궤도의 점검 및 유지보수를 빠르고 정확히 하기 위한 도시형자기부상열차용 궤도선형 검측장비를 개발하고자 한다. Urban Maglev is transport system that runs while floating on the rail by an electromagnetic force instead of wheel. The control technology is maintaining levitation with sensor over the tracks under any external condition. We want to develop equipment for verifying rail-state of urban maglev system with control system. The equipment confirms rail-state for rail maintenance.

To evaluate the correlation between plain radiography and bone scintigraphy in the diagnosis of sacroiliitis, we analyzed 50 sacroiliac joints of 25 patients diagnosed as ankylosing spondylitis, The sacroiliac-sacral(SIS) ration significantly increases in patients with sacroiliitis of Grade l, ll, lll and was normal in completely ankylosed sacroiliac joints(Grade IV). However, there was no correlation between the degree of increase of SIS ratio and that of the radiographic changes in Grade l. ll. lll groups. Bone scintigraphy might be useful in the early detection of sacroiliitis. but plain radiography is more valuable in evaluating progression.

Microcholangiography using microbarium was done for radiological observaton of the morphology of intrahepatic microbiliary system and its change after extrahepatic bile duct obstruction. Regurgitation of microbarium into the systemic circulation ws also observed. Extrahepatic bile ducts of 40 rabbits were ligated and microcholangiography was done just after ligation, after 1 day, 3 days and 5 days. Injection pressure of microbariu was 58cm H\sub 2\O in 20 rabbits and 93cm H\sub 2\O in another 20 rabbits. Histologic findings of the liver was compared with microcholangiographic findings. The results were as follows : 1. In microcholangiography, interlobular bile ducts and ductules were well noted, but bile canaliculi were ot visible. 2. After extrahepatic bile duct ligation, ductules and small interlobular bile ducts were tortuously dilated and proliferated. 3. Microbarium was regurgitated into hepatic sinusoids from a portal tract due to rupture of interlobular bile ducts or d ctules, and this was observed only in limited portions of sample tissue sections, but could be found in most of 40 rabbits. From the above results, the morphology of intrahepatic microbiliary system and its change after extrahepatic bile duct obstruction could be radiologically observed with microcholangiography, so this technique could be used for an experimental study about the biliary system.
Iopamidol 과 Metrizamide를 이용한 척수조영술의 부작의 비교분석

The study was conducted to compare the side effects in myelography of the two non-ionic water-soluble contrast medias, lopamidol(Niopamⓡ) and Metrizamide(Amipaqueⓡ). A total of 111 patients were examined. 64 with lopamidol and 47 with Metrizamide. Side effects consisted of headache, nausea, vomiting , dizziness, urinalry diffculty, muscular pain, seizure, neurobehavioral disturbance neurological sign change, vital sign change and etc, The common side effects were headache, nausea, vomiting and dizziness in order of frequency. Most of the side effects were subside within 24 hours following myelography. lopamidol myelography caused fewer and milder side effects than Metrizamide study. The side effects were more commonly observed in cervical, thoracic or total myelography than in lumbar myelography with either lopamidel or Metrizamide. There was no significant correlation between incidence of the side effects and premedication with phenobarbital or valium injection before myel graphy and CSF sampling during the procedure.
국내 연구장비기업의 기술혁신 역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 연구장비산업 육성 및 진흥을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하기 위해 국내 연구장비기업의 성과에 미치는 기술혁신 요인을 살펴보았다. 2017년~2022년까지 광학・전자영상장비, 화합물 전처리・분석장비, 물리적 측정장비를 개발・판매하는 233개 기업을 대상으로 패널 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 기업성과는 매출액으로 설정하고 기술혁신 역량은 특허등록 수, 연구개발집약도, 정부연구개발사업 수행 여부, 기업 규모, 기업 업력으로 정의하였다. 패널 회귀분석은 고정효과모형(Fixed Effect Model)과 무작위 효과모형(Random Effect Model)으로 분석하고, 하우스만 검정(Hausman Specification Test)을 통해 고정효과모형을 채택하였다. 먼저 전체 연구장비기업을 대상으로 분석하였으며, 산업별 기업을 구분하여 산업간 비교 분석을 수행하였다. 전체 연구장비기업 대상 분석 결과는 특허등록 수, 상시종업원 수, 기업 업력의 추정 값은 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 정(+)의 값으로 나타났으며, 연구개발집중도, 정부연구개발사업 수행 여부의 추정 값은 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 부(-)의 값으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구장비산업 육성 및 진흥 정책을 시행하는 산학연 관계자에게 유의미한 정보를 제공할 것이며, 향후 공표가 예정된 ‘연구산업 국가승인통계’를 활용하여 확장된 후속연구가 필요할 것이다. This study examined the factors affecting the performance of Korean research equipment companies to provide policy implications for promoting this industry. A panel regression analysis was conducted on 233 firms that developed optical and electron imaging equipment, compound pretreatment and analysis equipment, and physical measurement equipment from 2017 to 2022. Firm performance was defined by its sales, and the definition of technological innovation capabilities included the number of patents, research and development (R&D) intensity, government R&D projects, firm size, and firm age. The panel regression model adopted a fixed effect model using the Hausman specification test. All the above companies were analyzed, and then the companies were categorized by industry sector for the analysis between industries. The analysis results showed that the estimated values of the number of patents, firm size, and firm age were positive at a statistically significant level, while the estimated values of R&D intensity and presence/absence of government R&D projects were negative at a statistically significant level. This study will provide meaningful information for industry, academia, and government officials implementing policies to promote the research equipment industry. However, it would be necessary to conduct an expanded follow-up study using the National Statistics of the Research Industry scheduled for publication in the future.

Recently, computers are more and more widely used in many aspects of medicine, including education, and using computers to assist in traditional learning has many advantages. Authors developed Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) systems, which were consisted of Apple II computer and VTR controlled by the computer to present X-ray images and meticulously designed questions with computer aided feed back alternately to facilitate the understanding of the students. So authors present the one of the CAL program. Bone and Joint Radiology , in detail to introduce the perspective of the system and discuss the benefit of the CAL system and the advantage and disadvantage of the image presentation by the VTR. With recent advance in computer technology, presentation of the better quality images and random access to the image files are enabled that CAL system vill give greater benefit to the traditional education and the development of the better designed CAL system and program is expected.
