양파즙으로 유발된 미각 장애 치험 1례

Objective : To find whether Herbal medicine(Chengsimyeunja-eum) and acupuncture can correct hypogeusia.Method : One patient with hypogeusia related to the effects of onion juice was selected. Herbal medicine(Chengsimyeunja-eum) was administered and acupuncture was applied for 30 times in 2 months. Taste function was evaluated by self report, the way to gustometry based on Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).Result : Chengsimyeunja-eum and acupuncture treatment improved taste after 2 months of treatment. Adverse effects were not reported.Conclusion : This study shows that the Korean medicine treatment was effective in improving hypogeusia related to the effect of onion juice.

지체 장애인의 베체트병 약물치료 중 발생한 구강 건조증 치험 1례

2020년 7월부터 2020년 12월까지 일개 보건소 건강증진과에서 관할지역 거주 중증 장애인 중 뇌병변 장애와 지체 장애인을 대상으로 한의약 장애인 방문건강관리 표준프로그램을 진행하였고, 이 중 1명의 중증 지체 장애인이 구강 건조증을 앓고 있어, 한의 치료의 개입을 통한 통합적인 관리한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 팔물탕(八物湯) 연조엑스제를 포함한 한의 치료는 YDQ에 의해 음허(陰虛)로 변증된 지체 장애인의 약물 유발성 구강 건조를 완화시키고 삶의 질을 호전시켰다. 2. 건강 보험에 포함된 한의 치료를 제공하여 한·양방 통합적 개입으로 양약으로 발생한 구강 건조 증상을 관리할 수 있었다. 3. 6개월간 투약된 팔물탕(八物湯) 연조엑스로 인한 이상 반응은 없었다. 4. 팬데믹 상황에서 한의약 방문 진료와 전화 진료가 혼합된 형태의 공공보건기관의 한의약 건강증진사업으로 장애인의 SHCN를 충족하고 장애인의 만성 질환 관리가 가능한 부분을 확인할 수 있었다. 5. 본 연구는 한방안이비인후피부과 증상 및 질환도 보건소 한의약 건강증진사업으로 포함할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였으며, 유관 학회의 협력 및 지원과 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. Objectives : To report a case of drug-induced xerostomia treated with Integrative Korean Medicine Visiting Care Service of a Public Health Center. Methods : Home visit treatment and telemedicine were provided by public health doctor(Korean medicine doctor) for person with physical disability who were diagnosed with Behcet's Disease. Palmul-tang(PMT) soft extract was provided steadily 3 times a day for 6 months, and acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, and electro-moxibustion were provided irregularly 6 times for 6 months. Yin-deficiency questionnaire(YDQ), oral health impact profile-14(OHIP-14), oral pain visual analogue scale(VAS), and xerostomia inventory(XI) were used 3 times(baseline, intermediate and termination) to evaluate the changes. Results : YDQ decreased from 620 to 375, OHIP-14 decreased from 34 to 6, VAS decreased from 70 to 40, and XI decreased from 44 to 34. Four scales all gradually decreased. Conclusions : Integrative Korean Medicine Treatments in health insurance including PMT soft extract through home visit treatment can improve drug-induced xerostomia and Quality of life(QoL) of person with disabilities.

밀폐형 함침법을 이용한 CFRP 사각 파이프 인발성형에서 인발장치 및 경화금형에 관한 연구

In the pultrusion process for the CFRP (Carbon fiber reinforced plastic) rectangular pipe, the drawing device is eseential which can continuously produces products and draws the carbon fiber tow. In addition, since the degree of cure changes depending on the temperature and the temperature ditribution of the curing mold changes depending on the pultrusion speed, the temperature distribution of the curing mold under certain conditions must be studied before processing. In this study, in the pultrusion process using a closed impregnation method, which has several advantages compared to the general pultrusion process using a open bath impregnation method, the drawing force required to pull the carbon fiber tows and the temperature distribution of the curing mold was analyzed to design the drawing device and the curing mold efficiently.

철도차량 일상검수 최적화에 관한 연구

철도차량은 사용기간이 길고 철로 위를 달리기 때문에 마모, 진동이 심하여 다른 교통수단에 비해 정비비용이 많이 소요된다. 이에 따라 정비최적화는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 코레일에서 운용하고 있는 철도차량 정비현황을 분석해 보고 개선방안을 찾고자 하였다. 특히, 차량정비인력이 많이 소요되는 일상검수에 대해 가장 효율적인 정비 주기와 방법을 적용하고자 하였다. 철도차량은 컴퓨터시스템 적용으로 자가진단이 가능하고 과거에 비해 차량의 품질이 많이 향상되었으나, 현행 일상검수는 관례적으로 짧은 기간 시행해야 한다는 측면에서 현재 비효율적인 측면을 시급히 개선해야 함은 당연하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 차량의 상태를 반영한 개선된 일상검수 주기를 적용하여 차량의 신뢰성 확보와 정비비용을 최소화하고자 한다. Railroad rolling stock has long service life and a lot of maintenance cost running on rail by wear and vibration. And it is very important to get optimization of maintenance. This paper want to analyze rolling stock maintenance situation of KORAIL and find out its improvement methods. Especially, the purpose of this paper is to adopt the most effective maintenance period and methods to daily inspection which needs many maintenance manpower in rolling stock. Rolling stock has self-diagnosis function using computer system and the quality of rolling stock has much improved these days but current daily inspection repeat for short period routinely and it is very ineffective. Therefore, the paper adopt improved daily inspection period reflecting the characteristics of rolling stock, and want to secure reliability of rolling stock and minimize maintenance cost.

인삼에 관한 생화학적 연구 ( 3 ) 식이성 인삼이 ethanol 을 투여한 쥐의 간장 비타민 A 함량에 미치는 영향

In the course of our previous trial it came to cur mind that a chronical administration of ethanol to rats might influence hepatic vitamin A content as a result of impaired liver function. Six groups of albino rats weighing on the average 110 grams each at the commencement of assay were fed with either basal diet of low protein content, basal diet plus 1 percent of dried ginseng or high protein diet plus 1 percent of dried ginseng and administered with ethanol either chronically or occasionally for a period of 4 weeks. Upon the photometric determination it was found that neither ginseng treatment nor high protein diet did influence hepatic content of vitamin A to any significant degree.

등에 발생한 수지외 사구종양 : 증례 및 문헌고찰

Glomus tumors are rare benign mesenchymal tumors that most frequently arise in the subungual area of the finger. However, extradigital glomus tumors (EDGT) are extremely rare and the diagnosis is difficult due to their low incidence and different clinical features from digital glomus tumor. EDGT in the back is exceedingly rare. Only two case reports of EDGT of the back has been reported in the English literature. Here, the author reports a case of EDGT of the back of an 80-year-old female patient who has a 1.0x1.0 cm sized asymptomatic solitary redish purple nodule. Clinical and pathological awareness to avoid misdiagnosis of EDGT is discussed with literature review.

초고선명 텔레비전 시청 시 정상안과 건성안에서의 눈깜박임 양상 비교

Purpose: To analyze blinking patterns when watching an ultra-high definition (UHD) television and to compare the results between normal eyes and dry eyes. Methods: A total of 59 participants aged from 13 to 69 years were instructed to watch a colorful and dynamic video on a UHD television for 10 minutes. Before and after watching the UHD television, we measured the best corrected visual acuities, autorefraction, tear-break-up-time, degree of corneal erosion and conjunctival hyperemia via slit lamp biomicroscopy. In addition, questionnaires for the evaluation of eye fatigue and symptoms of a dry eye were completed. The definition of dry eye syndrome was that the tear-break-up-time of one of the eyes was less than 5 seconds, conjunctival injection, or marked corneal erosion. The number of blinks and the duration of blinking were both measured and analyzed at the early and late phases of video-watching. Results: After watching the UHD television in the normal eye group, the tear-break-up-time was significantly decreased (p < 0.001) and the degree of corneal erosion was significantly increased (p = 0.023). However, the subjective symptoms of participants were not aggravated (p = 0.080). There were no significant differences in blinking patterns in the dry eye group. On the other hand, in the normal eye group, the mean blinking time was significantly increased (p = 0.030). Conclusions: Watching an UHD television changes the tear-break-up-time, degree of corneal erosion, and blinking pattern in normal eyes, which may increase the risk of dry eye syndrome. 목적: 초고선명 화질의 화면 시청이 눈깜박임 양상에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 건성안과 정상안에서 눈깜박임이 어떻게 다른지 비교 하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 만 13-69세 남녀 59명(118안)을 대상으로 초고선명 텔레비전의 채도가 높고 움직임이 큰 영상을 10분 동안 시청하도록 하였다. 시청 전후 각각 최대교정시력, 자동굴절검사, 세극등검사로 평가한 눈물막 파괴시간, 각막염색 정도, 결막 충혈 정도를 조사하 였고, 이와 함께 눈의 피로도 또는 건성안 증상 평가를 위한 설문조사를 함께 시행하였다. 눈물막 파괴시간이 양안 중 하나라도 5초 이하이거나 결막 충혈이 경도 이상으로 있거나, 각막미란이 뚜렷하게 있을 때를 건성안으로 정의하였고, 시청 초반과 후반에 각각 눈깜박임 횟수 및 시간 등을 영상 분석을 통해 측정하였다. 결과: 정상안군에서 영상을 시청한 후 평균 눈물막 파괴시간이 감소하고(p<0.001), 평균 각막미란 정도도 심해졌지만(p=0.023), 피검 사자가 느끼는 주관적 눈의 피로도 및 건성안 증상은 변화가 없었다(p=0.080). 건성안군에서는 눈깜박임 양상이 시청 초기와 후기에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 정상안군에서는 시청 초기에 비해 후기에 통계적으로 유의하게 평균 깜박임 시간이 증가 하였다(p=0.030). 결론: 초고선명 텔레비전 시청은 정상안에서 눈물막 파괴시간과 각막미란 정도에 영향을 주며, 눈깜박임 변화를 초래하여 건성안 발생 위험을 높일 수 있겠다.
