        상품가치, 서비스품질, 쇼핑몰이미지가고객만족 및 애호도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate critical factors affecting customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on the internet shopping mall. Critical factors affecting customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of the internet shopping mall suggested in this study are product value, service quality and shopping mall image. As moderating factor of the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, switching barrier is suggested. Data are collected from 716 Internet shoppers by internet panel survey. This study analyzes the research model and hypotheses using structural equation model(SEM) and regression. The results are as follows: (1) customer satisfaction has been affected by product value, service quality and shopping mall image, (2) customer loyalty has been affected by customer satisfaction, and (3) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty has not been moderated by switching barrier. This results confirmed that customer satisfaction is strong antecedent of customer loyalty. Also, perceived product value is more important factor to influence the customer satisfaction among suggested ones. Finally, this study suggests several implications for improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the internet shopping mall.         Since recent electronics technologies have been developed and they tend to spend huge amount of electrical power, self-powered electronics have been paid attention worldwide. To realize self-powered electronics, energy harvesting technology, which generally converts ambient energy into electrical energy, has to be introduced. Among numerous energy sources, mechanical, thermal, and electrostatic event would be of broad interest in field of energy harvesting. Here, this article introduces the promising alternative energy concepts of nanogenerator including piezoelectric, triboelectric, and hybrid types. With these nanogenerators, we are able to apply onto not only self-powered system, but expect these open green energy market.

        LBS (Location-Based Service) systems have become a serious subject for research and development since recent rapid advances in wireless communication technologies and position measurement technologies such as global positioning system. The architecture named the GALIS (Gracefully Aging Location Information System) has been suggested which is a cluster-based distributed computing system architecture to overcome performance losses and to efficiently handle a large volume of data, at least millions. The GALIS consists of SLDS and LLDS. The SLDS manages current location information of moving objects and the LLDS manages past location information of moving objects. In this thesis, we implement a monitoring technique for the GALIS prototype, to allow dynamic load balancing among multiple computing nodes by keeping track of the load of each node in real-time during the location data management and spatio-temporal query processing. We also propose a buffering technique which efficiently manages the query results having overlapped query regions to improve query processing performance of the GALIS. The proposed scheme reduces query processing time by eliminating unnecessary query execution on the overlapped regions with the previous queries. 최근 무선 기술과 측위 기술의 발전에 따라 위치 기반 서비스에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 기존 연구의 단일 노드 기반 시스템으로는 처리하기 힘든 휴대폰 사용자와 같은 최소 백만 단위 이상의 대용량의 객체를 처리하기 위해 클러스터 기반 분산 컴퓨팅 구조로 GALIS가 제안되었다. GALIS는 이동 객체의 현재 위치정보를 관리하는 SLDS와 과거 시간의 흐름에 따라 과거 위치정보를 관리하는 LLDS로 구성된다. SLDS와 LLDS는 분산된 다수의 노드로 구성되며 각 노드는 독립된 지역에 위치한 이동객체의 정보를 관리한다. 본 논문에서는 GALIS 프로토타입에 모니터링 기법을 적용하여 각 노드가 관리하는 이동 객체수의 변동에 따른 위치 정보관리 및 시공간 질의 처리시 각 노드에 걸리는 부하를 모니터링 함으로써 각 노드의 역할을 동적으로 조정할 수 있게 각 노드별 이동 객체 처리상황 및 부하를 관리한다. 또, GALIS 질의 처리 서브시스템 성능 향상을 위해 질의 처리 결과를 버퍼링하여 연속된 질의 처리시 발생할 수 있는 중첩된 질의 영역을 관리하는 버퍼링 기법을 제안한다. 버퍼링 기법을 통해 수행되는 질의는 중첩된 질의 영역을 제외한 부분으로 나누어 수행하기 때문에 시스템으로부터 구해야 하는 결과 세트의 크기를 줄여주는 역할을 하여 질의 처리 수행시간이 감소하도록 질의 처리 과정을 개선한다.

        Experimental and Numerical Study on the Behavior of RC Members under Combined Loads

        In this paper, we present an investigation of the performance of reinforced concrete (RC) columns under combined bending loads and various axial forces using a finite element method (FEM) model developed with the ABAQUS finite element program, verified with actual experimental values. In the experimental study, we applied combined bending loads and various axial forces to four RC members. Two RC members were subjected to vertical cyclic loads using displacement control with 0% axial force, while the other two were tested with vertical cyclic loads, one with 10% axial force, and the other with 20% axial force. The axial force load was applied using a specially designed setup. The experimental results of the RC members include observations of final failure mode, ductility, and axial load–bending moment interaction curves (P–M correlation curves). The experimental study confirmed that as the axial force increased, cracks in the RC columns concentrated at the center of the column. The yield strength increased by 55% when the axial force ratio was 10%, and 106% when the axial force ratio was 20%. The maximum strength increased by 28% with a 10% axial force ratio, and 50% with a 20% axial force ratio. However, ductility tended to decrease as the axial force increased, reducing by 26% with a 10% axial force ratio and 60% with a 20% axial force ratio. The analytical study produced results consistent with the experimental research, showing similar numerical trends. Finally, when comparing theoretical values, experimental results, and analytical results using P–M correlation curves, we found that the experimental value has a safety rate of 18% compared to the theoretical value. The experimental and theoretical result values were similar. Therefore, it has been demonstrated experimentally and analytically that the current design has a safety value of about 18% for the performance of the actual structure.
