지난 6월 3일 지방공기업법 일부 개정법률이 시행되었다. 이번 일부 개정법률에는 그 동안 안전행정부와 지방공사의 숙원이었던 공사채의 특수채 지위 부여가 담겨있다. 이번 법개정으로 지방공사들은 앞으로 채권시장에서 금리수준이 회사채에 비해 낮게 형성되고, 집합투자자의 투자한도가 상향되면서 지방공사의 부채감축 및 재정건전화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

An analysis of the cure kinetics of two different bifunctional epoxy resins and aromatic diamine was performed. A series of isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) runs provided information about the kinetics of cure in the temperature range, 110∼125℃. All kinetics parameters of the curing reaction, including the reaction rate order, activation energy and frequency factor were calculated and reported. Glass transition temperature and extent of the residual exotherm were dependent on temperature.

This study was designed to investigate correlation between drinking variables and cognitive functioning in male social drinkers. Fifty-one male social drinkers were divided into two groups, heavy drinkers and non-heavy drinkers. They were asked about drinking history with drinking-history questionnaire(current frequency of drinking per year, current quantity per drinking occasion, current maximum quantity per drinking occasion, and total lifetime consumption). And then they performed cognitive performance tests(digit span (DS), digit symbol substitution test(DSST), trail making test(TMT), and multitrial free recall test : memory, learning, and organization). The data were analyzed by correlating drinking variables and cognitive test scores. The results were as follows : 1) Current frequency of drinking per year was significantly correlated with performance on DSST(p<.001), 2) Current quantity per drinking occasion was significantly correlated with performance on memory(p<.001), organization in multitrial free recall test(p<.01). 3) Current maximum quantity per drinking occasion was significantly correlated with performance on memory, organization in multitrial free recall test(p<.001). 4) Total lifetime consumption was significantly correlated with performance on DSST, TMT, memory in multitrial free recall test(p<.01), organization in multitrial free recall test(p<.45). 5) Decreased cognitive performance was strongest in heavy drinkers but also evident in non-heavy drinkers. In conclusion, this study suggests that decreased cognitive performance is significantly correlated with increased current frequency of drinking per year, current quantity per drinking occasion, current maximum quantity per drinking occasion, ant total lifetime consumption.
공황장애 환자의 소아기 부모상실 경험과 발생전의 생활사건

The author assessed the effect of parental loss during childhood(4∼15years) and the life events during the 1 and 6 months before the onset of panic attack in 103 panic patients. The results were as follows: 1) The rate of traumatic early parental loss in 103 panic patients was higher than that in control subjects. Experience of parental death(20.4%) and separation from parents(13.6%) occurred frequently in panic patients(p<0.005). 2) Experience of paternal death was significantly more common than maternal death in the female panic patients(p<0.025). 3) The female panic patients had significantly more severe mental distress during the period of 1 month(p<0.05) and 6 months(p<0.025) before the first panic attack. 4) The panic patients reported difficulty with spouse and in the relationship with person other than spouse frequently.
고압하에서의 디에틸아민과 니트로벤질브로마이의 반응속도론적 연구

Acetonitrile 용매내에서 Diehtylamine과 p-nitrobenzylbromide 의 반응을 압력변화(1∼1000 bar)에 따라 반응속도론적으로 연구하였다. 속도상수로부터 활성화라파미터들을(ΔV≠, Δβ≠, ΔH≠, ΔS≠, ΔG≠ Ea) 구하였다. 온도가 증가함에 따라 속도상수는 증가하고, ΔV≠, Δβ≠, 및 ΔS≠는 모두 음의 값을 나타내었다. 치환기효과와 실험 결과로 부터 반응메카니즘을 고찰한 결과 전체적인 반응은 SN1 반응메카니즘으로 진행되나, 치환체와 압력변화에 따라 전이상태 구조에 약간의 변화가 있었다. Kinetic studies on the reaction of diehtylamine with para-nitrobenzylbromides were conducted under various pressures (1∼1000 bar) in acetonitrile. From the rate constants obtained, the activation parameters such as ΔV≠, Δβ≠, ΔH≠, ΔS≠, ΔG≠ and Ea were evaluted. Reaction rate increasing the pressure and temperature. The activation compressibility coefficient and the activation entropy showed negative values. From the substituent effect and the results, it was found that the reaction proceeds through SN1 mechanism, but the structure of transition state was slightly changed with subtituents and pressure.
