프로골프선수와 일반인의 척추 및 근ㆍ골격계 평형성에 관한 연구

김효중, 전태원, 김연수. 엄우섭, 이동기, 우재홍, 박익렬, 박성태, 김광준. 프로골프선수와 일반인의 척추 및 근ㆍ골격계 평형성에 관한 연구. 운동과학, 제12권 제3호, 529-539, 2003. 본 연구의 목적은 장기간의 골프 운동이 프로골프선수의 근ㆍ골격계의 평형성에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 연구 대상자는 S대학교 대학원생 39명과, KTF 골프 시합에 참가한 프로골프선수 39명으로 실시하였으며, 오른손잡이만 측정을 실시하였다. 3차원 인체 측정기(IBS-2000)를 사용하여 어깨 및 골반의 각도, 좌ㆍ우 체표면 높이, 척추 기울기, 척추 전ㆍ후만 비율을 비교하였다. 자료분석은 종속 t-test와 독립 t-test를 5% 유의수준에서 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 어깨 각도에서 프로골프선수 집단의 좌측 어깨가 우측 어깨보다 더 높은 경향(p<.001)을 나타내었고, 일반인 집단도 동일한 나타났으나, 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 두 집단 간 좌ㆍ우 어깨 각도의 차이는 프로골프선수 집단에서 두드러지게 크게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.01). 2) 골반 각도에서 프로골프선수 집단과 일반인 집단 모두 좌측골반이 우측 골반보다 더 높은 경향이 나타났으나 유의한 차이는 없었다. 두 집단 간 좌ㆍ우 골반 각도의 차이는 프로골프선수 집단에서 더 크게 나타났으나, 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 3) 척추 기울기에서 두 집단간 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.001). 척추 후만 비율에서 프로골프선수 집단의 흉추 후만 비율이 일반인 집단 보다 더 크게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 척추 전만 비율에서 프로골프선수집단의 요추 전만 비율이 일반인 집단보다 더 작게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 4) 두 집단 간 좌ㆍ우 승모근 높이의 차이는 프로골프선수 집단이 더 크게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.01). 두 집단 간 좌ㆍ우 대둔근 높이의 차이는 프로골프선수 집단이 더 크게 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 결론적으로 프로골프선수의 근ㆍ골격계는 다년간의 골프 운동에 의해 일반인보다 더 큰 불균형적인 변형을 초래한다. 이러한 불균형을 요통을 유발하는 한 요인으로 작용하므로, 골프선수들은 올바른 자세에 대한 인식 및 치료, 훈련이 필요하다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of long-term golf exercise on the balance of the spine, musculoskeletal system. The subjects for this study were composed of 39 professional golfers who have played golf for 10 years or more and 39 graduate students. Both groups were righthanded persons. The variables of measurement were spine(lordosis, kyphosis, tilt), muscle (trapezius muscle, erector spinae, gluteus maximus, rectus abdominis), skeleton (shoulder, pelvis). 1. In the shoulder tilt, left shoulders of professional golfers were higher than right shoulders, and significant difference(p<.001) was observed within professional golfers. Significant difference was observed between subject groups in the disparity of left-right angle of shoulder(p<.01). 2. In the pelvic tilt, although both of group's left pelvises tended to be higher than their right pelvises, but no significant difference was observed within group. 3. In the tilt of spine, significant difference (p<.001) was observed between subject groups. In the ratio of kyphosis, significant difference(p<0.05) was observed between subject groups. In the ratio of lordosis, significant difference(p<0.05) was observed between subject groups. 4. In the disparity of left-right height of trapezius muscle, significant difference(p<0.01) was observed between subject groups. In the disparity of left-right height of gluteus maximus, significant difference(p<.05) was observed between subject groups. In conclusion, golf exercise for several years might cause transform of muscluloskeletal system of professional golfers. These unbalances affect to induce Low Back Pain(LBP), and awareness of correct posture, medical treatment, and specific training were necessary for the professional golfers.

Lycorma delicatula (White)was recently introduced in Korea, acting as a grape insect pest. Since the introduction of this invasive insect, it initially spread rapidly throughout central and southern Korea, and is now distributed throughout the mainland. Here we developed new mitochondrial markers from NADH dehydrogenase subunit 2 and NADH dehydrogenase subunit 6 regions, and analyzed the regional isolates of L. delicatula collected from original locations in China, as well as invasive locations in Korea and Japan. All Korean and Japanese isolates were found to be genetically identical to those from Beijing, Tianjin, Qingdao, and Shanghai, China. Further isolates,from Zhejiang province, China, had two additional haplotypes.

e-헬쓰케어에서 가상 텔레케어팀 형성을 위한 신뢰평가 모델 연구

정보통신 기술을 활용한 e-Healthcare 서비스 중에 하나인 텔레케어는 원거리에서 건강상태에 대한 모니터링 정보와 보건의료 서비스를 제공하는 것을 말한다. 텔레케어는 환자들에게 교육을 통해 스스로 건강을 관리 할 수 있게 해주는 미래 지향적인 보건건강의 유지 및 향상을 위한 도구이다. Virtual Team의 개념을 적용한 가상 텔레케어 팀은 환자와 의사 그리고 텔레케어팀이 하나의 팀을 이루어서 일정기간 동안 함께 일을 하다가 해체 하는 과정을 반복한다. 이렇게 팀을 구성하기 위해서 의사에 대한 신뢰를 평가하는 방법이 필요로 하게 된다. 신뢰의 의미는 각 분야에서 상황에 맞게 정의되어 약간의 차이가 있다. 텔레케어에서 신뢰는 환자의 요구 조건에 따른 의사들의 믿음의 정도를 의미한다. 이러한 신뢰의 정도를 평가할 수 있는 신뢰평가 모델을 만들고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 신뢰요소와 평판을 이용해서 텔레케어에 적합한 신뢰평가 모델을 제안하고 있다.

This treatise aims at analyzing the subject of Mo Yun Suk's poems concretely for the purpose of reconsidering her position in the history of korean modern poetry. The result can be summarized as follows: 1. attachment to the fatherland and nation 2. expression of Catholicism 3. glorification of feminism 4. romantic lyricism and nostalgia By the analytical process of her poems, the remarkable point comes out as the fact that she showed an example to younger generation as a herald in the short-historical women's activity of the cteative writing. It must be highly appreciated that she devoted herself to women's self-discovery and self-consciousness. As a result it is possible, by her biographical activity, that Christianity was embodied in her poems. But it is very interesting that Catholicism was realized in her poems.
