      • 간 전이를 동반한 위의 간양 선암 1예

        A hepatoid adenocarcinoma of stomach, a subtype of gastric cancr, is characterized by a histologic resemblance to a hepatocellular carcinoma and $\alpha$-feto protein production. Another feature is early metastasis to the liver and lymph nodes, thus revealing a poor prognosis. We report a case of a hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach with liver metastasis. A 52-year-old male visited our hospital with a chief complaint of indigestion. Gastroscopic examination showed a Borrmann type-II lesion on the lesser curvature of the antrum. The CT scan showed a suspected advanced gastric cancer with liver metastasis. The serum AFP level was 123 ng/ml. A radical subtotal gastrectomy and a right hemihepatectomy were performed simultaneously. Pathologic examination confirmed the lesion to be confined to the submucosa. The gastric lesion was a hepatoid adenocarcinoma, and the hepatic lesion was a metastatic adenocarcinoma from the stomach. Therefore, he was classified as having stage IV (T1N1M1) gastric cancer. In cases of a hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the stomach, even patients with early gastric cancer can be staged into the poor prognostic group. 위암의 한 아형인 간양 선암은 조직학적으로 간세포암종과 형태학적으로 유사하며 알파태아단백 생산을 특징으로 한다. 간양 선암의 또 하나의 특징은 간과 림프절로의 조기 전이를 함으로써 불량한 예후를 갖는다는 것이다. 저자들은 간전이를 동반한 위의 간양 선암 1예를 보고하고자 한다. 소화불량을 주소로 내원한 52세 남자 환자는 위내시경 검사상 Borrmann 제2형 병변이 위암이 의심되었다. 환자의 혈청 알파태아단백은 123 ng/ml로 증가되어 있었다. 근치적 위아전절제술과 간우엽절제술을 시행하였고 조직학적 소견상 위의 병변은 점막하층에 국한된 간양 선암이었으며 간의 병변은 위로부터 전이된 선암이었다. 결국 환자는 위암 4기(T1N1M1)로분류되었다. 위의 간양 선암은 조기병변에서도 불량한 예후군으로 분류될 수 있다.

      • 로널드 씨먼의 계시론을 통한 공적설교신학 적용에 관한 연구

        This study aims at searching for public homiletical theology by seeking positive connection with homiletics, based on the reality of today’s church requiring needs of public theology due to personalization of religious belief. Until now, public theology has been introduced as various theological spectrum but there have been few works about application of public theology to homiletics. An ordained Lutheran minister who was well informed on reformed theology, based on the dogma of Revelation grounded on the covenant theology, expressed his own interests in various public issues. Such his intervention and concerns on public issues were remarkably positive and serious. He dared to express his own opinions about diverse social and political issues of the contemporary U.S. society. However, his opinions have always been thoroughly based on the Bible. Thiemann was a theologian who started grand discourse of the Bible on the theological ground of non-foundation theology. And through interpretation of the Bible by it, discovering theological issues and suggesting solutions for approaching to real problems, he was a public theologian who searched for every evidence of opinions from the Scripture, the result of God’s prevenient grace. This study, seeking to connect Thiemann’s revelation theology methodology and homiletics, suggests a new method for preaching. This study specifies it as contactually approaching preaching. Though it is limited and not systematic, Thiemann’s method is specifically newly attempted as public preaching method with the direction of contactually approaching preaching. In particular, public preaching method of contactually approaching preaching is suggested with practical perspective of commitment, servantship and compassion in a more detailed way.

      • 박막-공동계의 주파수 특성과 응용

        A system which is composed of a membrane and an air cavity is studied. To analyze the low frequency characteristics of a single membrane-cavity system, a plane wave model is derived. The relations among system variables, such as tension, density and stiffness, are investigated. Absorption coefficient has a maximum value at a peak frequency. In addition, a membrane-cavity system absorbs the low frequency noise with a band around peak frequency. This band is primarily determined by damping effect of the system. Furthermore, a multiple membrane-cavity system is investigated by using the transfer matrix method. To show the practical applicability of the proposed model, extensive experiments were conducted. Results show that a multiple membrane-cavity system can have broader noise reduction in the low frequency range than single.

        Along with Fred Craddock, Eugene Lowry has been one of the major homileticians who have enormously influenced the New Homiletic of North America. Both homileticians has proposed each homiletical option for the New Homiletic. The purpose of this study is to explore Eugene L. Lowry’s creative and insightful homiletical method, “homiletical plot.” In other words, Lowry"s proposed form of sermon is a discussion about the meaningful contributions and effects that have been brought on by the flow of North America"s New Homiletic. His sermon, in particular, is a theory that has developed with a close connection to the New Homiletic, Fred B. Craddock, Narrative, and Jazz Music. It would be a meaningful approach to look at how the sermon methodology he has argued in the development of contemporary homiletic has changed in relation to the development of communications. Through this approach, the main objective is to look at the concrete process and emphasis of change in Lowry"s narrative preaching methodology and evaluate its meaning and value from the perspective of modern homiletic.

        미디어 교육의 개념 변화에 대한 고찰

        본 연구는 미디어 교육의 개념 변화를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 본 연구는 미디어 교육을 둘러싼 2가지 차원에서의 변화를 살펴보았다. 첫 번째로, 새로운 미디어의 등장, 수용자의 이용자로의 변화, 교육환경의 변화의 3가지 차원에서의 미디어 교육을 둘러싼 환경변화를 살펴보았다. 두 번째로, 미디어 교육의 다양한 패러다임의 변화를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해서 역사적으로 미디어 교육이 미디어 이론과 연관성을 맺으면서 발전되는 과정을 살펴보았다. 미디어 교육의 환경과 이론적 토대의 변화는 미디어 교육의 개념이 변화해야 할 필요성을 말해주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 학자들이 제시하는 미디어 교육의 개념을 살펴보았다. 미디어 교육은 초기의 텔레비전에 대한 교육에서 새로운 학문영역으로 정의되고 있다. 또한 미디어 교육은 새로운 미디어의 등장에 따라서 커뮤니케이션 능력으로서 미디어 리터러시의 개념으로 확장시켜야 한다. 이러한 변화는 미디어 교육이 언어적 차원, 미디어 내용의 비판적 해석, 사회와의 소통이라는 다양한 형태로 확장되어짐을 의미한다. This study's purpose is a search for the conceptual variety of media education. For this purpose, media education's surrounding is used to search by two of view. First view is about the condition of media education that includes an advent of new media, consumer's attitude change to user and variety of educational change. And then the variable paradigm of media education are viewed how it is connected with the theories of media with time. Change of surrounding and theoretical variety tell us why concept of media education should be revised. So, in this study, many scholar's definitions of the media education are regarded. From the early stage of education for the television, the media education's definition has formed as new field. After that, media education expanded to the media literacy as communication competence with an advent of new media. This means that media education would be variably extend to verbal media education, critical interpretation of the contents and communication with community.
