특수학급 교사의 교직 적응 탄력성 척도에대한 타당성 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze the validity of teaching adaptive resilience scale for special class teachers. The participants for this study were 407 special class teachers in Seoul, Busan, Ulsan, Daegu, Kyungnam, Kyungbuk, and Chungnam. Data were collected from the survey by the post-mail or e-mail. As well, the collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 for WIN, AMOS 20.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, the convergent validity was verified by correlation analysis with Resilience Scale for Elementary Physical Education Specialists and The Commitment to Teaching Questionnaire. Second, the discriminant validity was verified by comparing average variance extract and the square of correlation among the sub-factor. Finally, the cross validity was verified by the investigation of the measurement model and latent means about their educational career, grade of class. Thus, it was proven by cross validity that the teaching adaptive resilience scale for special class teachers could be used regardless of their educational career and grade of class. 본 연구에서는 특수학급 교사의 교직 적응 탄력성 척도(김영한, 최용재, 2013)에 대한 타당성을 분석하고자 척도에 대한 수렴타당성과 변별타당성을 검증하고 교육경력별, 학교급별 등으로 교차타당성을 파악하였다. 이를 위하여 서울, 부산, 울산, 대구, 경북, 경남, 충남 등의 특수학급 교사 407명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 자료 수집은 우편과 e-mail를 통해 이뤄졌으며 수렴타당성을 알아보기 위하여 적응유연성 척도(김성훈, 이안수, 2011) 및 초중등교사 교직헌신척도(노종희, 2004)를 같이 적용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0 for WIN, AMOS 20.0 등을 적용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과, 특수학급 교사의 교직 적응 탄력성 척도는 수렴타당성, 변별타당성, 교차타당성을 모두 확보할 수 있었다. 그러므로 특수학급 교사의 교직 적응 탄력성 척도는 그들의 교직 적응 탄력의 정도를 측정하고자 하는데 매우 타당성이 높은 도구라는 것이 입증되었다.

특수학교 교사의 교직헌신 척도에 대한 타당성 분석

본 연구는 특수학교 교사의 교직헌신 척도(김영한, 2012)에 대한 타당성을 분석하고자 척도에 대한 수렴타당성과 변별타당성을 검증하고 교차타당성을 학교의 장애영역별, 교육경력별, 학교급별 등으로 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 서울, 경기, 광주, 부산, 대전, 인천, 충남, 충북, 경남 등의 국공립 및 사립 특수학교 교사 398명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 자료 수집은 우편과 e-mail를 통해 이뤄졌으며 수렴타당성을 알아보기 위하여 초중등교사 교직헌신척도(노종희, 2004)와 적응유연성 척도(김성훈, 이안수, 2011)를 같이 적용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0 for WIN, AMOS 20.0 등을 적용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과, 특수학교 교사의 교직헌신 척도는 수렴타당성, 변별타당성, 교차타당성을 모두 확보할 있었다. 그러므로 특수학교 교사의 교직헌신 척도는 특수학교 교사의 교직헌신을 측정하고자 하는데 매우 타당성이 높은 도구라는 것을 입증되었다. 지체장애학교의 체육 수업환경과 체육교사의수업만족도 및 교직헌신에 대한 고찰

Research on the participation and effect of sports for the physical disability is very active. But, it is difficult to find out of physical education research for students with physical disabilities. In particular, physical disability students are more difficult to experience physical activity than other areas of disability, and the importance of special educational needs in a physical education environment may become more important. But, the degree and type of disability is so diverse, as well as many suggestions for a smooth physical education curriculum. In order to overcome various factors and promote smooth physical education, priority should be given to textbooks for students with disabilities. Textbooks for students with physical disability should be able to apply individual differences based on the degree and type of disability and the life actuality have to connected. And also teachers who are teaching physical education class must have majored special physical education to make class professional level. In this way, physical education courses suitable for the developmental stages of disabled students can have a positive impact on the overall lifestyle of the disabled. 지체장애학생들의 생활체육 참여와 그 영향에 대한 연구는 매우 활발히 진행 되어있다. 하지만 지체장애학생들의 체육수업에 대한 연구는 찾아보기 어렵다. 특히나 지체장애학생들은 다른 장애영역에 비하여 신체활동에 많은 어려움이 동반되며 체육 수업환경에서 특수한교육적 요구의 중요성은 더욱 부각될 수 있다. 하지만 장애 정도와 유형이 매우 다양하여원활한 체육수업을 견인함에 많은 제안점이 수반된다. 다양한 요인들을 극복하고 원활한 체육수업을 위해서는 지체장애학생들이 주체가 되는 교과서가 우선시되어야 한다. 지체장애학생들 위한 교과서는 실생활과 연계가 용의하고 장애의 정도와 유형에 따른 개인차를 적용할수 있어야 한다. 또한 수업의 전문성 신장을 위해 특수 체육을 전공한 교사들이 전담하여야한다. 이와 같이 지체장애학생들의 발달단계에 적합한

특수학교 체육교사의 교직선택동기가 역할수행에 미치는 영향: 교직적응탄력성의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to figure out the mediate effect of physical education teacher’s in special schools resilience on relationship between their the motives of for selecting the teaching profession and role performance. Data was collected of special class by questionnaire survey method. A total of 134 physical education teachers in special schools participated in this study. The results as follow: First, the study said the physical education teacher’s in special schools the motives of for selecting the teaching profession had influence on their resilience. Especially teacher aptitude and social respect factors had powerful effect on physical education teacher’s resilience. Secondly, physical education teacher’s in special schools the motives of for selecting the teaching profession had influence on their role performance. Particularly teacher aptitude and social respect factors had powerful effect on it. Thirdly, physical education teacher’s in special schools resilience had influence on their teacher efficacy. In particular physical education teacher’s in special schools resilience of sub-factors; self-efficacy, social relationship, environment and life satisfaction, policy support had powerful effect on their role performance. Last, physical education teacher’s in special schools resilience had complete mediation the relationship between their the motives of for selecting the teaching profession and role performance. 본 연구는 134명의 특수학교 체육교사를 대상으로 특수학교 체육교사의 교직선택동기가 그들의 역할수행에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 그 관계에서 교직적응탄력성의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 특수학교 체육교사의 교직선택동기는 교직적응탄력성에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 사회적 존경과 교직적성 요인이 상대적으로 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 특수학교 체육교사의 교직선택동기는 그들의 역할수행에도 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 이 역시 사회적 존경과 교직적성 요인이 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 교직적응탄력성은 역할수행에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있고 자기효능감, 사회적 관계, 환경 및 생활만족, 정책적지지 등의 하위요인이 역할수행에 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 특수학교 체육교사의 교직적응탄력성은 교직선택동기와 역할수행의 관계에서 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 특수학교 체육교사의 교직선택동기와 역할수행을 높이기 위해서는 그들의 교직적응탄력성을 중요하게 고려해야 한다는 시사점을 제공한다.
