      • 보육교사의정서지능과교수창의성이교사-영유아 상호작용에미치는영향

        2018 보육통계를 살펴보면 정부의 국공립어린이집의 지속적 확충 및 우수 민간어린이집 지원 등 다양한 정책을 통한 보육서비스의 질적 수준 향상 도모를 위하여 꾸준하게 노력한 결과, 영유아 대상의 국․공립 및 직장 어립이집은 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다 어린이집 교사의 정서지능은 애착 형성과 신뢰감이 형성되는 중요한 시기에 영유아들에게 끼칠 영향을 고려할 때 그 중요성이 크고, 교사의 수업이 창의적으로 구성되어 질 때 영유아의 창의성도 높아지며, 교사-영 유아 상호작용은 교사 자신에게도 성숙한 인간으로 성장할 수 있는 계기 가 되고 교육의 질을 높이는 중요한 요인이 된다. Looking at the 2018 childcare statistics, we have consistently tried to improve the quality of childcare services through various policies such as the continuous expansion of national and public childcare centers and support for excellent private childcare centers. As a result, the number of national and public and workplace households for infants and young children is continuously increasing. The emotional intelligence of the nursery school teachers is important when considering the influence on infants and young children in an important period when attachment and trust are formed. When teachers' classes are creatively organized, the creativity of infants and young children is increased. Teacher-infant interaction is an important factor to grow into a mature human being and to improve the quality of education.

        성인 막성 신병증에서 면역억제 치료

        Membranous nephropathy (MN) can appear in the absence of systemic disease and can be related with known precipitating factors such as carcinomas, systemic lupus erythematosus, and hepatitis B viral infection. Although there were many therapeutic trials such as corticosteroid, cyclophosphamide, cyclosporin, chlorambucil and immunoglobulin G, the therapeutic effects of those agents were inconclusive. And twenty to sixty five percent of spontaneous remission rate in patients with idiopathic mem- branous nephropathy was reported. So it is not easy to choose the therapeutic regimens. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of immunosuppressive agents such as prednisolone and/or cyclophosphamide and clinical courses in adult patients with MN, we analyzed 60 patients with MN and nephrotic syndrome who were admitted in Chungnam National University Hospital from March 1986 to April l. We reviewed the clinical findings of 48 patients for rnedian 28.2 months of follow-up period (6-92 months) after initiating immunosuppressive treatment, retrospectively. Primary and secondary MN were 65% and 53% of 60 patients, respectively. Among secondary MN, 62% was hepatitis B associated MN and 38% was lupus MN. Mean age of patients with primary MN was about 10 years older than that of patients with secondary MN. Total fourty eight patients were followed more than 6 months. Thirty patients with primary MN were treated with prednisolone and/or cyclophosphamide. Fourty three percent of them obtained complete remission after mean 1@5.2 months of treatment. Partial remission was appeared in 20% of patients. And 37% did not show clinical improvement. Seven patients with h.pus MN were treated with irnmunosuppressive agents and four patients (57%)showed complete remission after mean 9.1 months of treatment. Three patients (43%) also reached partial retnission during follow-up period. Two patients with hepatitis B virus associated MN were treated with immunosuppressive agents and one patients showed partial remission. However 63% of patients who were not treated with immunosuppressive agents also showed partial remission during follow-up period. There was no significant clinical difference between primary MN patients who showed clinical improvement and those who had no response with immunosuppressive treatment. We though that the clinical course of MN is different according to the causes of MN and res- ponse rate to the immunosuppressive treatment was better in lupus MN tnan primary MN.

        In-hospital Utstein Style에 의거한 일개 종합전문요양기관의 병원 내 심폐소생술 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compile basic data for comparative study among hospitals by analyzing Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compile basic data for comparative study among hospitals by analyzing CPR outcomes according to In-Hospital Utstein Style in order to enhance the effect of CPR by evaluating the problems that occurred during CPR. Method: This study was carried out in a general hospital from January 2002 to December 2003. Statistical analysis was done with SPSS 11.0. Result: OF 686 cases, recovery of systemic circulation over 20 minutes, 50.7% survivors more than 24 hours, 30.5% and survivors discharged, 18.5% survived more than 6 months, 6.8% survived more than 1 year, 4.1%. Factors affecting ROSC were time to confirmation of arrest and duration of CPR. Factors affecting discharge and 6 months survival were duration of CTR and PAM(pre-arrest morbidity) Index score. Problems in CPR were misinterpretation of initial ECG rhythm and delayed defibrillation in pulseless ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation. Conclusion: It is necessary to educate and train nurses in the course of lethal rhythm and ACLS because considerable number of cases of cardiac arrest are witnessed by nurses in hospital.

      • 저숙련 이주노동자의 경제적 생활 적응에 관한 연구

        현재 우리나라에 거주하는 외국인 가운데 60만명에 육박하는 취업자격 외국인의 90%이상이 단순기능인력 즉 저숙련 이주노동자이다. 본 연구의 목적은 저숙련 이주노동자의 생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히는 것이다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 이주노동자의 생활적응에 미치는 요인은 인적자본론에 의한 이주전후의 인적자본요인, 노동시장구조이론에 의한 노동시장분절요인, 그리고 이주노동자의 이주과정미시이론에 의한 사회적 연결망 요인 등을 주요내용으로 추출하였다. 연구목적을 위해 저숙련 이주노동자 6인, 이주노동자 지원 단체 실무자 4인, 이주노동자고용주 1인을 대상으로 2011년 5월부터 9월까지 심층면접을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 우리나라 저숙련 이주노동자의 생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보면 이주후 직업경력, 작업시간, 종사산업 등이 임금수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 둘째, 저숙련 이주노동자의 노동시장구조는 고용수요와 공급 측면 모두에서 단순노무직에 제한되는 노동시장분절의 특성이 나타났고 셋째, 저숙련 이주노동자의 적응과정은 아직까지 일시적인 이주노동자의 비공식적이며 사적인 동족 모임에 의존적인 단계에 있으며 노조나 지원센터는 사회적 연결조직으로서의 역할이 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

        미적소통을 위한 공공미술 사례연구 : 공공미술의 역할과 미술교육의 방향

        이 연구의 목적은, 공공미술 사례를 통해 미적소통매체로서 공공미술의 역할에 대해 규명하고 향후 공공미술을 활용한 미술교육의 방향을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 공공미술에 대한 기초적 고찰을 행하고 현행 미술과 교육과정과 초등미술교과서에서 공공미술과 관련된 사항들을 살펴보았다. 또한 부산의 ‘산복도로 1번지 프로젝트’와 광주의 ‘시화가 있는 문화마을’ 공공미술 프로젝트 사례 조사를 통해 미적소통매체로서 공공미술의 역할을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 공공미술의 역할은 1) 지역의 예술문화환경을 개선하고, 2) 대중에게 공동체간 소통공간의 활성화를 극대화하며, 3) 대중에게 지역문화자원에 대한 자긍심과 문화자원을 재발견․개발해 갈 수 있는 예술적․창의적 영감을 부여하며, 4) 지역민의 자발적 참여를 통해 문화적 삶의 질적 향상과 긍정적 변화를 유도하는 것임을 규명하였다. 따라서, 공공미술을 활용한 미술교육의 방향은 첫째, 대중과의 교감과 창의성을 고양시키는 유쾌한 발상과 새로운 것에 대한 도전 정신, 둘째, 인종과 편견을 뛰어 넘는 글로벌 예술사고 및 다양한 표현방식, 셋째, 박애정신에 기초한 모든 생명과의 조화와 균형, 그리고 넷째, 미술문화를 주위와 함께 즐기고 향유하는 공감대 형성과 미래지향적 변화에의 포용력 등을 교수․학습(teaching & learning)하는 쪽으로 나아가야 할 것이다. The purpose of this research is to seek the direction of art education, investigating the role of public art through a case study on the public art as a medium of communication. For this research, the basic study on the public art is activated with scoping members of public art on the art textbook for elementary student. Also the role of public art as an aesthetic communication tool through a case study of 'Sanbok road project' in Busan and 'cultural village with poetry and painting' in Gwangju. According to this research, the role of public art are, 1) to improve an artistic cultural environment of each community 2) to maximize an activation of communicating space for public, 3) to feel pride and rediscover regional resources of culture to public, to contribute the artistic, creative inspiration, 4) to investigate a positive change and growing participation with ascent of qualification for resident's cultural life. Therefore, the direction of art education based on the public should be preceded , 1) pleasant idea boosting communion and creativity, challenging for newness, 2) global artistic thinking beyond race and any prejudice, 3) harmony and balance of every life rooted in benevolent spirit, 4) teaching and learning bond of sympathy for sharing culture of art with pleasure and broad-mindedness towards the forward-looking change.

        내ㆍ외국인 학생 간의 작문 수정 결과 비교

        <P>This study pays attention to the two times of revision tests of Korean composition by Korean and KSL freshmen. We used the method of the interview and the statistic program SPSS 12.0 on the data from the result of the papers revised by the Korean and KSL freshmen. The experimental two groups produced papers through revising the problematic article 〈appendix 1〉. The evaluation rubric was set by the 12 categories of grammar, context, and the content.</P><P> As the result of the first test, all of the freshmen were good at the fixing the mechanical errors. This results from the stereotype of the freshmen that a good writing is just a organization of grammatically perfect paragraphs in both case of Korean and KSL freshmen.</P><P> After a month, they take the lecture concerned with the revision result and the rubric of the first test, and they did second revision test on the same problematic article. At this time, the KSL got the lower point than the Korean freshmen only by the difference of 6.8 which had reduced from the first result 14.3. Both of them learned easily the contextual knowledge of the task, and KSL freshmen showed the great progress in the category of contextual knowledge. Therefore we can assume that the more teachers train the KSL freshmen to catch the purpose of the task and the intention of the instructor, the better the KSL freshmen write well the papers than now.</P><P> This study has revealed some issues on Korean composition. First, grammatical knowledge is basic to all freshmen but it is difficult to improve fast in a short time. Second, the ability is insufficient for KSL freshmen to compose formal written text. Therefore 〈Academic Basic Writing〉 course should concentrate on the raising this ability. Third, the critical and unique content is very important in academic writing, but the content knowledge is hard to enhance in a short time compared to other knowledge areas which are needed in writing Korean academic essay.</P>
