본 연구는 예배무용과 신앙성숙도가 심리적복지감에 미치는 영향 관계와 자기조절효능감의 매개효과로 인한 영향을 검증하여, 예배무용이 기쁨과 즐거움, 행복과 같은 심리적으로 감정을 만져주고, 몸과 마음의 평안함과 안정감이 자리해서 삶에 대한 긍정적 정서, 정신적 피로 해소 등에 영향을 미치고, 예배무용을 통해 교회생활이나 사회생활에서 타인을 긍정적으로 바라보며 심리적으로 관계를 할 수 있으며, 현대교회의 예배설교 외에 예배무용의 중요성을 인지하고, 각 교회마다 예배무용 프로그램 개발과 더불어 체계적인 교육을 활성화하여 영적․정신적 부분까지 고려한 심리적복지감과 행복하고 건강한 신앙생활과 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 하는 것에 그 목적을 둔다. 노인인권 실태 및 인식에 대한 조사연구: 인천광역시 노인의료복지시설을 중심으로

최근 노인인권 문제에 대하여 세계 각국은 전례 없이 관심이 고조되고 있으며, 존엄한 인간으로 인간다운 노후생활을 영위하는 데 필요한 모든 권리로 넓어지는 추세이다. 본 연구의 목적은 노인인권인식실태를 살펴보고 복지현장의 실천적 인권향상 방안과 정책적 대안 제시하는 의미에서 노인이 행복한 인천광역시 노인인권증진의 실천 방향성을 함께 모색하는데 있다. 노인복지 실천에서 인권관점을 기반으로 한 급여나 서비스가 제공되기 위해서는 노인인권보호 를 위한 법률이 제정되고 정비되어야 한다. 인천광역시 인권조례의 신설이나 노인인권 조례의 제정(96.8%)이 절실히 요구된다. 세계적으로 인권영역은 복지 영역보다 한발 앞서 나아가고 있지만, 복지영역은 아직도 급변하는 시대적, 세계적 변화에 민감하게 다가서지 못하고 있다. Recently, the world has been attracting unprecedented attention to the human rights issue of the elderly, and it is a trend that is spreading to all the rights necessary for the dignified life of human being. The purpose of this study is to explore practical situation of human rights in the elderly and to find practical directions for promoting human rights for the elderly in Incheon city. In order to provide benefits or services based on the human rights perspective in the practice of welfare services for the elderly, laws for the protection of human rights for the elderly should be enacted and maintained. The Incheon Metropolitan City Human Rights Ordinance(96.8%) and the establishment of the ordinance for the human rights of the elderly are urgently required. Although the human rights domain is one step ahead of the welfare domain in the world, the welfare domain is still not sensitive to rapidly changing world and global change.

시니어세대의 사회활동지원사업 참여 노인의 삶의 질에 대한 인식과 문제점 및 개선방안에 대한 고찰

본 연구는 시니어세대 사회활동 지원사업 참여 노인의 삶의 질에 대한 인식 및 문제점, 개선 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 시니어세대의 사회활동지원 사업의 참여유형과 참여 노인의 심리적 복지감, 삶의 질 인식요인과 우리나라의 시니어세대를 위한 사회활동지원 사업의 문제점과 개선점을 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 시니어세대의 사회활동 지원사업 참여는 노인의 심리적 복지감과 삶의 질을 향상시키고, 사회적 지위 및 역할을 부여하고 대인관계를 촉진 시키는 것으로 나타났다. 시니어세대에 맞는 보다 적극적이고 효율적인 활성화 정책으로 고령자에 맞는 경쟁력 있는 직업을 창출하고 고령자 계속 고용급부 제도 등을 도입할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to present the perception, problem and improvement plan of the quality of life of elderly people participating in the senior generation social work support project. Therefore, we examined the types of participation in the social support project of the senior generation, the psychological well - being of the elderly, the quality of life, and the problem and improvement of the social support project for the senior generation in Korea. The results of the study showed that the participation of senior generation 's social support project improved the psychological well - being and quality of life of the elderly, gave social status and role, and promoted interpersonal relationship. It is necessary to create a competitive job suitable for the elderly with more aggressive and efficient activation policy suited to the senior generation and to introduce the system of continuing employment payment for the elderly.

유아의 정서조절능력과 사회적 능력간의 관계 : 교사-유아관계의 매개효과와 자아존중감의 조절된 매개효과

본 연구는 유아들을 대상으로 하여 유아의 정서조절 능력과 사회적능력간의 관계에서 교사·유아관계를 매개효과와 자아존중감의 조절된 매개효과 검증하기 위하여 만 3세부터 만5세 유아 501명과 교사 49명을 대상으로 하였다. 첫째, 주요 변인들 간의 상관분석을 실시한 결과 모든 변인 사이에서 정적인 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 유아의 정서조절과 사회적 능력 사이에서 교사·유아관계는 부분매개 즉, 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사·유아관계와 사회적 능력간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유아의 정서조절이 교사·유아관계를 경유하여 사회적 능력에 미치는 매개효과를 자아존중감이 조절하는 조건부간접효과가 규명되었다. 본 연구의 의의는 유아의 사회적 능력을 증진시키기 위한 방안으로 정서조절 능력과 교사·유아관계의 중요함을 증명하였고 이때 교사·유아관계를 유아의 자아 존중감으로 조절될 때 보다 효과적이라는 점을 동시에 규명 하였다는데 있다. The results are as follows. First, as a result of correlation analysis among major variables, there was a static correlation among all variables. Third, there was no moderating effect of self-esteem in the relationship between teacher-infant relationship and social ability. Fourth, the conditional indirect effect that self-esteem regulates mediating effect of emotional regulation of infants on social ability through teacher-infant relationship was identified. The significance of this study proved the importance of emotional control ability and teacher-infant relationship as a way to enhance the social ability of young children, and at the same time, it proved that it is more effective when the teacher-infant relationship is controlled by infant's self-esteem. 여성리더십과 어린이집의 조직문화, 직무만족도의 관계 연구

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 원장의 여성 리더십과 조직문화, 보육 교직원의 직무만족도와의 관계를 실증 분석하는 것이며, 이를 통해 바람직한 여성리더십의 형성으로 어린이집의 보육의 질을 높임으로써 궁극적으로 우리 사회가 직면하고 있는 저출산의 정책적 대안을 수립하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 경기 구리 지역의 어린이집 교사를 대상으로 회수한 324부의 설문지를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 어린이집의 원장의 어성리더십, 조직문화와 직무만족도는 유의한 상관관계를 가지고 있으며 여성리더십은 다른 두 요인에 정(+)의 인과관계를 가 지는 것으로 나타났다. 주목할 연구결과는 세 가지 요인을 포함할 경우에는 여 성리더십은 조직문화를 매개변수로 하여 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 직무만족도 가운데 ‘집단적 문화’요인이 직무만족도에 가장 높은 인과관계를 가지는 반면, ‘위계적 문화는 유의한 관계가 나타나지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relations among feminine leadership of CEO, organizational culture and job satisfaction of staff in the child day-care center, through this, we aim to establish a desirable policy alternative of low birth rate which is ultimately faced by our society by raising the quality of day-care for day care centers by the formation of desirable female leadership. In order to achieve these, 324 questionnaires were collected from staff engaging at child daycare center located Kyunggi- do Guri city and analyzed. The research results on the empirical analysis are as follows: the leadership of the day care center, the organizational culture and the job satisfaction have a significant correlation and the female leadership has a positive causal relationship with the other two factors. Noteworthy finding is that when three factors are included, female leadership affects job satisfaction with organizational culture as a parameter. And among the job satisfaction, 'collective culture' factor had the highest causality with job satisfaction, whereas 'hierarchical culture' did not show any significant relationship.

노인 자원봉사활동 특성 및 만족도가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 자아통합을 매개변수로

본 연구는 자원봉사활동 특성 및 만족도, 자아통합 및 성공적 노화 구성요인을 알아보고, 자원봉사활동 특성 및 만족도가 자아통합을 매개효과로 노인의 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 궁극적인 목표는 고령자를 위한 삶의 질을 향상 시키고 성공적 노화를 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 자원 봉사 활동에 관한 문헌을 통해 설문지를 작성 하였다. 경기도 및 서울 일부 지역노인 들을 대상으로 총389 부의 설문조사를 실시하였고, 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 자원봉사활동에 만족하고 있는 노인들의 자아통합이 성공적 노화에 영향을 주는 변수임이 밝혀졌고 노년기 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향 을 주는 유의미(+)한 결과로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 정책적 제안을 제시하면 첫째, 자원봉사 분야에서 노인들의 전문 봉사활동 기회 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 노인 자원봉사활동의 경제적 지원체계를 강화하고, 중앙 및 지방 정부의 재원 확보가 필요하다. 셋째, 지속적인 자원봉사를 위해 체계적인 노인 건강관리 시스템이 필요하다. 넷째, 성공적인 노화를 측정하고 평가할 수 있는 구체적인 측정 도구의 개발이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics and satisfaction of volunteer activities, self - integration and factors of successful aging, and analyze the effects of volunteer service characteristics and satisfaction on successful aging of the elderly through mediation of self - integration. The ultimate goal is to propose a plan for improving the quality of life for the elderly. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, questionnaires were prepared through literature on volunteer activities. A total of 389 questionnaires were administered to the elderly in Gyeonggi Province and some parts of Seoul. The results of the analysis on the effects of successful aging are as follows. The self - integration of elderly people who are satisfied with volunteering activities has been found to be a factor affecting successful aging and it has a significant positive effect on the aging of the elderly. Based on the results of this study, we propose a policy proposal. First, it is necessary to develop opportunities for volunteer activities for the elderly. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the economic support system of the elderly volunteer activities and secure the financial resources of the central and local governments. Third, a systematic geriatric health management system is needed for continuous volunteer service. Fourth, it is necessary to develop concrete measurement tools that can measure and evaluate successful aging.

중‧고령자의 노후 준비도가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중·고령 노인의 노후 준비도 관련 변인 분석을 위하여 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증하고, 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 성공적 노화의 효율적 방안을 마련하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구문제의 가설을 검증한 결과 아래와 같다. 첫째, 노후 준비도가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 결과, 하위요인별 관련 검증 결과, 신체적인 준비도, 정서적인 준비도, 경제적인 준비도, 사회적인 준비도는 성공적 노화와 정(+)의 영향 관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 노후 준비도가 매개 변인인 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석 결과, 가족 탄력성, 사회적 지지와 정(+)의 영향 관계가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 노후 준비도가 높을수록 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 매개 변인인 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지요인과 종속변수인 성공적 노화와의 영향 관계에 대한 회귀 분석 결과, 매개 변인 모두 성공적 노화와(+)의 영향 관계가 입증되었다. 즉, 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지가 높은 경우 성공적 노화가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로 매개효과의 검증으로 독립변수인 노후 준비도와 종속변수인 성공적 노화와의 관계에서 매개 변인인 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 가족 탄력성과 사회적 지지 요인 모두 매개효과가 입증되었다. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship of the influence of the sub-variables of retirement readiness of middle-aged and elderly people on successful aging, and to increase the improvement of successful aging by verifying the mediating effect of family resilience and social support in the process of affecting them. s The main research results according to the research questions et in this study are summarized as follows. First, in the relationship of the effects of retirement readiness on successful aging, it was found that physical readiness, emotional readiness, economic readiness, and social readiness, which are sub-factors of the retirement readiness, had a significant effect on all sub-variables. These results can be seen that successful aging increases when the retirement readiness is high. Second, in the effects of retirement readiness on family resilience and social support, retirement readiness had a significant effect on family resilience and social support. These results show that the higher the retirement readiness, the higher the family resilience and social support. Third, in the effects of family resilience and social support on successful aging, it was found that family resilience and social support had a significant effect on successful aging. These results indicate that successful aging increases when family resilience and social support are high. Finally, it was found that family resilience and social support had mediating effects in the relationship between retirement readiness and successful aging.

보육교사의 감정노동 및 직무스트레스에 대한 효과적인 대처방안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 보육교사의 감정노동 및 직무스트레스에 대한 요인을 분석하고 효과적인 대처방안에 대해서 알아보기 위해 논의되었다. 보육교사들이 어떠한 감정노동에 노출되어 있고 어떠한 스트레스를 받고 있는지에 대한 분석과 대처방안은 스트레스에 직면한 보육교사로부터 효과적인 방안을 제시함으로써 영유아의 보육과 교육의 질을 높이고 교사의 심신의 안정을 위해 필요한 연구이다. 보육교사의 직무스트레스에 대한 효과적인 대처방안을 제시함으로써 직무스트레스에 대한 예방 및 완화를 통해 건강한 생활태도를 보육, 교육에 대한 서비스 질적인 향상으로 이어지게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 보육교사가 가지게 되는 직무스트레스에 관한 사항은 다양한 테스트와 기술을 사용할 수 있는 전문가의 개입이 필요하며 이를 통해 보육교사의 스트레스 경감에 대한 실질적이고 체계적인 도움이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of child care teachers' emotional labor and job stress and to discuss effective countermeasures. The analysis and countermeasures of what kinds of emotional labor are exposed to the child care teachers and how to cope with them are suggested by the effective ways of the child care teachers facing the stress to raise the quality of the child care and education of the infants, It is necessary research. 보육교사의정서지능과교수창의성이교사-영유아 상호작용에미치는영향

2018 보육통계를 살펴보면 정부의 국공립어린이집의 지속적 확충 및 우수 민간어린이집 지원 등 다양한 정책을 통한 보육서비스의 질적 수준 향상 도모를 위하여 꾸준하게 노력한 결과, 영유아 대상의 국․공립 및 직장 어립이집은 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다 어린이집 교사의 정서지능은 애착 형성과 신뢰감이 형성되는 중요한 시기에 영유아들에게 끼칠 영향을 고려할 때 그 중요성이 크고, 교사의 수업이 창의적으로 구성되어 질 때 영유아의 창의성도 높아지며, 교사-영 유아 상호작용은 교사 자신에게도 성숙한 인간으로 성장할 수 있는 계기 가 되고 교육의 질을 높이는 중요한 요인이 된다. Looking at the 2018 childcare statistics, we have consistently tried to improve the quality of childcare services through various policies such as the continuous expansion of national and public childcare centers and support for excellent private childcare centers. 부모양육태도가영아정서지능발달에미치는영향

가정은 영아들의 사회성이 형성되는 곳으로 가정에서의 부모의 교육과 역할은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 급격한 산업화로 인한 사회변화 현상으로 여성의 사회진출은 증가하고 가정은 기능에서 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 어머니의 양육태도와 아버지의 양육태도가 정서지능에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 영아 시기는 정서 지능을 발달시키는데 중요한 시기임을 알고 좀 더 영아의 정서 지능에 관련된 연구가 폭넓게 마련될 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 방법은 문헌연구를 통한 실증적 연구를 시행하였다. Home is where the social nature of infants is formed and parents' education and role in the home is very important. However, due to the social changes caused by rapid industrialization, women's advancement into society increased and families brought about many changes in function. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of mother's upbringing and father's upbringing on emotional intelligence, to find out that the infant period is an important time for developing emotional intelligence, and more studies related to the emotional intelligence of infants need to be made widely. The method of this study was to conduct empirical research through the study of literature.
