      • 퍼지다기준 의사결정을 활용한 최적 연삭숫돌 선택법

        연삭 숫돌선택은 공작물제거량, 숫돌의 소모량, 표면정도 및 공작물의 물리적·화학적 특성을 고려하여 설정하는 것을 기본으로 한다. 그러나, 연삭가공은 구성인자 상호관계가 복잡하여 이중에서 어느 한 요소만 고려하여 설정하기 어렵고 정량적 기준 또한 정해져있지 않아 현실적으로는 숙련자의 정성적이고 경험적 지식에 따른 주관적 척도에 의존하는 것이 대부분이다. 본 연구에서는 연삭숫돌 선택에 있어서 작업조건중에서 대량생산을 제외하고는 되도록이면 현장에 구비되어 있는 작업가능한 연삭숫돌선택을 선택하여 효율성을 도모하는 동시에 현장에 연삭숫돌이 구비되지 않은 경우도 고려하여 연삭숫돌 설정에 우선순위를 주어, 작업자에 연삭숫돌 선택의 유연성을 부여하였다. 또한, 실용성 있는 전문가 시스템의 구축을 위해 정성적이고 경험적인 지식의 활용을 위한 지식표현으로 설문조사에서 얻은 데이타를 x²-分布에 따른 추정신뢰구간을 구해, 이를 토대로한 비대칭 삼각퍼지함수의 결정법을 제시하고, 이를 이용해서 구축한 시스템의 실행결과의 타당성을 비교하였다.

      • AE 신호 분석에 의한 구성인선의 감지

        This paper investigates the feasibility of using acoustic emission signal analysis for the detection of built-up edge during machining. Experiments were conducted on a CNC-lathe using conventional carbide insert tools under various cutting conditions. The cutting forces were also measured for comparisons. Experimental evidence is presented which indicates that the presence of a built-up edge can significantly affect the generation of acoustic emission in metal cutting. It is shown that under conditions in which a built-up edge is generated, the variation of AErms signal with cutting speed can be quite different from the generally accepted linear, monotonic increase as previously reported. The feasibility of utilizing AErms in built-up edge sensing is suggested.

      • 초내열합금 Inconel의 가공성 평가

        Inconel, super heat-resistant alloy is superior in the toughness and the creep strength. It can especially endure high temperature and corrosion. It has been, therefore, broadly used in the various fields of atomic industry, aerospace, industrial mechanics and automobile etc. But such inherent properties as high temperature strength, an affinity with tool materials and low heat-conductivity etc. of Inconel alloy 600 degrade machinability. As a result, they cause many problems in the cutting process. In this study, machinability of Inconel alloy 600 was estimated on stand points of cutting force, tool wear and welding of chip for the cutting edge. Inconel alloy 600 was cut by precision high-speed lathe and tool material was used coated tungsten carbide insert(CTCI) and ceramic insert(CI) to be done in general. Cutting force is measured by the piezo type tool dynamometer and cutting edge is observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). As a experiment result, obtained conclusions as follows. (1) In the case of cutting Inconel alloy 600 with CTCI, value of cutting force is similar its of SM45C. In this case, however, we can not avoid the cutting trobles that is ; the large width of fluctuations for cutting force and welding of cutting chips for cutting edge because of the toughness of the material. (2) In the case of using CI, the brittleness of the tool resulted in chipping. (3) Available cutting conditions of Inconel alloy 600 for CTCI and CI were established.

        The accuracy of machinindg using grinding wheels depend upon the combined parameters that are depth of cut, the speed of workpiece and wheel, the state of wheel surface and kinds of grinding wheel. If this parameters apply inadequately for grinding work, it'll break out the abnormal states such as grinding crack and grinding burn. Therefore, this paper aims at analysing the variations of grinding forces that are closely concerned this abnormal states, proposing the normal and proper conditions of grinding work, an making up the economic grinding.

        Development and Performance Evaluation of Chatbot System for Office Automation

        Many employees perform repetitive office tasks inefficiently, hence, spend considerable time on them. Furthermore, existing tools for saving time on repetitive tasks were developed for large-scale services such as banks and messengers. Accordingly, for small groups of workers, repetitive tasks continue to be time-consuming. This study developed a user-friendly chatbot system based on KakaoTalk and evaluated its performance in automating repetitive tasks in a small workforce. First, functional and performance requirements were identified on the basis of the KakaoTalk chatbot policy to construct a practical chatbot system. Subsequently, a KakaoTalk channel was established and a chatbot server was set up to operate the chatbot system. The first chatbot was developed in a simple manner for minimizing difficulties in its development and for user convenience. In order to meet the system requirements, the chatbot performance was improved by writing the source code of programs used by backend chatbot servers in different programming languages. Furthermore, the use of several techniques such as database redesign and load balancing for improving the server performance was examined. For the determination of the most effective technique for enhancing the chatbot performance, the total request per second and average latency were measured. By evaluating and comparing the performance of the first chatbot and the newly developed chatbot, it was verified that the chatbot system met the functional and performance requirements. Thus, this study shows what requirements should be set to operate the chatbot system and which method is effective to improve the chatbot’s performance.

        청소년의 수면 문제가 내재화 및 외현화 문제행동에 미치는 영향과 정서조절곤란의 매개효과

        This study examined the extent to which sleep problems influenced internalizing and externalizing problems directly or indirectly through emotion dysregulation among adolescents. The sample comprised 5,454 adolescents (2,586 girls, 10-14 years old) drawn from the 4th wave of the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study (ABCD study 2019-2021) conducted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The findings of path analysis indicated that higher levels of sleep problems were significantly and positively associated with emotion dysregulation, internalizing, and externalizing problems. In addition, higher levels of emotion dysregulation significantly mediated the effects of sleep problems on internalizing and externalizing problems. The findings indicate that addressing sleep problems and improving emotion regulation skills can be effective ways for preventing internalizing and externalizing problems among adolescents who are vulnerable to sleep issues.
