C - LAN 환경하에서의 완전한 SQL 기능을 제공하는 다수 사용자 관계 DBMS

본 연구에서는 종래의 microcomputer용 관계 DBMS들에 비해 보다 완전한 SQL 들을 제공하는 Microcomputer용 relational DBMS를 설계, 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 IBM PC-XT들을 연결하는 Omni-net환경하에서 다수 사용자가 사용할 수 있도록 concurrency control을 simulate하는 방식을 이용하였다.
인터페이스 프로토타이핑 구현에 대한 연구 : 아르두이노를 중심으로

현대 제품디자인은 다양한 미디어에 의하여 진화한다. 따라서 최근의 제품디자인 방법론에 있어서도 미디어의 활발한 도입과 활용이 요구된다. 디자이너들이 미디어를 적극적인 자세로 수용하고 이용할 때 더욱 다양한 제품 디자인이 가능해지며 인간과 제품 사이의 새로운 형태의 체험과 행위를 위한 더욱 창의적인 인터페이스가 나타난다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제품디자인에서의 인터랙티브 인터페이스 개발의 의미들을 고찰하고,'아르두이노(Arduino)'라는 프로토타이핑 도구를 디자인 프로세스에 어떻게 활용할 것인지에 대한 방법론적인 이론을 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 범위는 인터페이스와 프로토타이핑의 의미를 정의하고 프로토타이핑 기법에 의한 피지컬 컴퓨팅 프로세스를 발전시키며 이를 통해 제품디자인의 방법론적인 영역을 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 활용한 프로토타이핑 영역으로까지 이르게 하는 것으로 사례로서 "Light Cube"라는 작품을 통하여 아르두이노의 활용 범위와 적용 범위에 대한 활용성을 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 궁극적 목적은 인터랙티브 인터페이스를 위한 피지컬 컴퓨팅 이론을 제시하는 것이며 그에 따라 새로운 프로토타이핑 방법론을 개발하는 것이다. Contemporary Product Design evolves by various media so the positive adoption and using of media is needed for recent product design methodology. When designers adopt media with positive attitude more innovative product designs are able to be possible and more creative interface for new type of experience and participation between human beings and products. So this paper aims to conduct the meaning of the interactive interface development for product design and to propose a methodological theory about how to use the prototyping method called 'Arduino' for design processes. The range of this paper includes to define the meaning of interface and prototyping to develope a physical computing process by a prototyping method and to make the range of product design methodology reach to the prototyping field based on physical computing.'Arduino'was considered range of usability and coverage by'Light Cube'design. The ultimately goal of this paper is to propose the physical computing theory for interactive interface and accordingly develope new prototyping methodology.

This study intends to compare and analyze statistical data on the sex, age and diseases of patients underwent defecography in order to extract points of similarity and difference between them. The study singles out 100 patients consisting of 25 males and 75 females among those who was underwent defecography during the 14 months from October 15, 2003 to December 31, 2004 in the Samsung Medical Center in Seoul. Then, the data of the patients are analyzed by sex, age, diseases and others. The subjects group was 25% of male and 75% of female. The female patients show a higher rate at the rate of the diseases by sex as shown by the data of 22.7% of male and 77.3% of female. Diseases diagnosed through defecography include spastic pelvic floor syndrome (SPFS), perineal descent syndrome (PDS), intussusception, rectocele, bulging, incontinence, prolapse and others in the order of the number of cases, but there seems to be a slight difference in the number of cases between male and female. The rate of the diseases by age is 26.8% for the 50 s, 26.3% for the 40 s, and 21.1% for the 60 s, and one thing noteworthy is that intussusception is found mostly in those in their 60 s. Among the diseases, the rate of patients developing 2 diseases or more is 55%, which consists of 20% of male and 80% of female. As clarified in the study, most diseases were found in female in their 40 s, 50 s and 60 s, which is attributable to anatomical causes, pregnancy, constipation caused by female sex hormones, aging and side effects of medication. Therefore, the study suggests that people in these ages should pay a special attention to changes in eating, defecation and lifestyle and check out exact causes for diseases to take appropriate preventive measures and treatments.
국내 옹벽의 유사정적 내진설계기준 개선방향에 대한 고찰

This paper reviews the current seismic design code and research for dynamic earth pressure on retaining structures. Domestic design codes do not clearly define the estimation of dynamic earth pressure and give different comments for seismic coefficient, wall inertia and distribution of dynamic earth pressure using Mononobe-Okabe method. AASHTO has been revised reflecting current research and aims for effective seismic design. Various design codes are analyzed to compare their performance and economic efficiency. The results are used to make improvement of current domestic seismic design code. Further, it is concluded that the experimental investigation is also needed to verify and improve domestic seismic code for dynamic earth pressure.
