        효율적인 글로벌 SCM에 적합한 국가 간 정보 연계를 위한 인터페이스 모델 연구

        To look at Korea trade environment, as increasing the quantity of goods transported in North-East Asia and deepening national competitive, information-oriented logistics environment is needed. That means it is automated work process and can provide value-added service. To do this, logistics business can be efficiently handled through “Electronic Means for the Clearance of Ships” and electronically data processing. Also, by increasing the risk of international terrorism, regulation regarding to logistics security has strengthened around the advanced country, such as USA and EU, etc. or international organization, such as IMO, ISO, etc.. Furthermore, because trade and logistics environment is changing and security becomes more important in logistics area, movement or status information of goods within the port or in entry in/out becomes more and more be needed in real time. In case cross-border logistics activities, international cooperation or agreement between countries is very important. However, different opinions much happened on defining the interface. If to follow one format or type using at a specific country or organization, it was occurred to difficulty in respect of interoperability as well as additional costs or time. Therefore, this paper proposes common interface model to exchange information for the efficient global SCM for using by the output of Korea R&D project, “National Logistics Standardization System Development”.

        Permanent Tracheostomy in a Thoroughbred Mare with Arytenoid Chondritis

        A 10-year-old Thoroughbred mare was referred to the Jeju National University Equine Hospital with roaring, dyspnea, and weight loss. On endoscopic examination, the horse was diagnosed with right arytenoid chondritis. Surgical treatment was selected due to the failure of a previous medical treatment. Permanent tracheostomy was performed in a standing position. The horse was restrained and tied in a proper position in the stock. The cranial parts of the 2nd to 5th tracheal cartilages were resected, as were the associated skin, mucosa, muscle, and cartilages. After the stoma was formed, external mucosa and skin were sutured using a simple interrupted method. The horse was hospitalized for 22 days receiving postoperative care including antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, dressing as required, and was pregnant six months after the surgery. A permanent tracheostomy is thought to be effective in horses with diseases causing upper respiratory tract obstruction.

        Smart City has become a global trend with the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, and is being pushed around the world. The purpose of the study is to present future development directions through smart city plans and content analysis to enhance competitiveness of Seoul for the capital and economic hub of the Republic of Korea. To this end, the plans and reports of Smart City Seoul that were published between 2015 and 2018, were analyzed in terms of the content consistency. Next, the 2018 report of the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Information Planning Agency was investigated to identify work relations between departments. Finally, public applications and web contents were analyzed and compared in the micro-level and time-series ways. This study is meaningful in that it proposes a future development direction in Smart City Seoul, showing the relationship between the planning and the use of content.

        앱과 거리를 연결하는 배달노동자 - 디지털 경제 시대의 혼종적 작업장

        This study investigates the impact of the digital economy on workplaces and labor by examining the case of food delivery platform workers in South Korea. It argues that the convergence of virtuality and materiality is creating hybrid workplaces through the active utilization of labor control technologies driven by digital advancements. Through fieldwork and in-depth interviews, the study examines the processes involved in producing these hybrid workplaces and the nature of labor within them. Specifically, an analysis of the digital infrastructure of these hybrid workplaces, focusing on the delivery app of the platform, revealed the temporal-spatial characteristics generated by the delivery app, where the temporal urgency for rapid delivery to satisfy consumers dominates the spatial dimension, leading to the abstraction and commodification of space. Furthermore, through the examination of cases of delivery labor, it was highlighted that within these hybrid workplaces, workers produce their own data in response to algorithms, integrate electronic information and labor into material and social contexts, and exert their technical skills and capabilities as subjects of data labor. Particularly, in the process of countering unilateral control by corporations, workers generate data that remains beyond corporate surveillance, underscoring the necessity for a broader spectrum of perspectives to be recognized in the realm of data.

        A Corpus-Based Study on Metaphors of FEAR

        This study was conducted to discover the general metaphors of FEAR in English from the synchronic point of view. To find out metaphors of FEAR, the data was retrieved from COCA, extracting the token with key word FEAR. The retrieved data was analyzed in the light of Conceptual Metaphor Theory (CMT) and classified into the types of metaphors with the statistics such as the relative frequency (FPR) and he standard error (SE). With the comparison between FPR and SE in each metaphor, the general metaphors of FEAR can be found. As a result, the general metaphors of FEAR are as follows: FEAR IS A LOCATION, FEAR IS AN OBJECT, FEAR IS A CAUSE OF MOTION, FEAR IS OVERFLOW, FEAR IS A FLUID IN THE CONTAINER, FEAR IS PHYSICAL FORCE, FEAR IS COLDNESS, FEAR IS A LIVING ORGANISM, and FEAR IS OPPONENT.

        고속철도 WIM 데이터에 대한 통계분석을 통한 철도교량 설계활하중 분석

        이 논문에서는 고속철도교량 설계를 위한 활하중 모델을 통계 및 확률적 방법으로 검토하고, 하중조합의 하중계수가 주는 안전율을 분석하였다. 이 연구는 철도교량 설계기준에 대한 한계상태설계법 개발의 일환이며, 이를 위하여 경부고속철도를 운행하는 열차를 대상으로 약 한달 동안 실측하여 데이터를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이 데이터를 대상으로 교량의 설계수명에 맞도록 4가지 통계 방법들을 적용하여 설계하중을 추정하여 비교 검토하였다. 또한, 철도교량의 설계하중조합이 주는 안전율을 검토하기 위하여 신뢰도지수를 구하고 이를 분석하였다. 실측 데이터로부터 추정한 활하중효과에 대하여, 현행 고속철도 설계활하중인 표준열차하중의 0.75배를 적용한 설계활하중 효과의 크기가 최소 30~22% 더 크게 나왔다. 신뢰도분석을 통하여, 극한한계상태만을 기준으로 본다면, 추가적인 하중계수 감소의 가능성이 있음을 알 수 있다. In this paper, the live load model for the design of high-speed railway bridge is analyzed by statistic and probabilistic methods and the safety level that is given by the load factors of the load combination is analyzed. This study is a part of the development of the limit state design method for the railway bridge, and the train data collected from the Gyeongbu high-speed railway for about one month are utilized. The four different statistical methods are applied to estimate the design load to match the bridge design life and the results are compared. In order to examine the safety level that the design load combination of the railway bridge gives, the reliability indexes are determined and the results are analyzed. The load effect from the current design live load for the high-speed rail bridge which is 0.75 times of the standard train load is came out greater than at least 30-22% that from the estimated load from the measured data. If it is judged based on the ultimate limit state, there is a possibility of additional reduction of the safety factors through the reliability analysis.
