NGO활동이 여성의 정치자본에 미치는 영향 - NGO구성원과 비구성원의 인식차이를 중심으로

  본 연구는 정치사회화이론에 근거하여 한국 여성들이 NGO의 활동을 통해서 획득한 정치자본을 조사하였다. 특히 NGO내부와 NGO외부라는 환경의 맥락을 강조하여 NGO구성원(회원, 상근활동가, 임원, 비회원자원봉사자 등 NGO에 소속되어 활동한 경험이 있는 여성정치가)과 NGO비구성원(NGO와 상호작용하지만 NGO에 소속되어 활동한 경험이 없는 여성정치가)의 정치사회화의 결과차이에 초점을 두었다. 분석결과에 의하면, NGO구성원들은 NGO의 활동요인들(감시요인, 시민권익보호요인, 시민교육요인, 갈등조정요인)중 ‘시민교육요인(평균 3.41점, 영향력 .425)’과 ‘갈등조정요인(평균 2.87점, 영향력 .340)’을 통하여 정치자본(지식요인 평균 3.13점, 태도요인 평균 3.03점, 네트워크요인 평균 3.03점, 기술요인 평균 2.76점 순으로 구성)을 획득하였다. 반면 NGO비구성원들은 ‘갈등조정요인(평균 2.46점, 영향력 .502)’과 ‘감시요인(평균 3.36점, 영향력 .328)’을 통하여 정치자본(지식요인 평균 2.39점, 태도요인 평균 2.19점, 네트워크요인 평균 2.17점, 기술요인 평균 2.11점 순으로 구성)을 획득하는 것으로 조사되었다. 여성들이 NGO내부와 NGO외부라는 서로 다른 정치의 장(field)에서 NGO를 통해서 획득한 정치자본에 차이가 있었다. 두 집단은 그들이 처한 환경의 맥락에서 정치사회화되는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 한국의 NGO가 여성들의 정치자본을 증가시키는 전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.   The purposes of this study are, on the basis of the political socialization theory, to examine the cognitive differences of the female politicians as to how NGOs play an important role over the formation of their political capital, and to figure out the best method as to how NGOs can contribute to the capital formation of their members and non-NGO members respectively.<BR>  To inquire into the subject, various kinds of resources like books and articles regarding the subject are reviewed, to begin with, and a questionnaire survey is carried to 564 female politicians including NGO members and non-NGO members. And then, to analyze the questions, such methodologies as factor analysis and regression analysis are used.<BR>  Several of the research findings of this study are as follows<BR>  Such factors as ‘Citizen Education" and ‘Conflict Coordination" are very strong especially for the formation of NGO members. On the other hand, "Conflict Coordination" and ‘Inspection" appeared to have a strong effect on the political capital of non-NGO members. This means that political capital is formed in a certain political socialization in an environmental situation where she is. In addition, this study can also give a strategic idea as to which factors NGOs should have increasing interests in, for building up the political capital of NGO members and non-NGO members.

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to investigate the crop characteristics of 181 sweetpotato germplasms collected fromKorea and overseas. The longest shoot vine length was observed in IT232211 (354.8 cm) and the shortest shoot vine length wasobserved in IT232185 (32 cm). The maximum numbers of shoot branches and nodes were produced by IT232091 (23.0) andIT232174 (67.8), respectively. Differences in Rapid Visco Analyser profiles were observed for pasting parameters such peak,trough, final, breakdown, and setback viscosities; and pasting temperature. The peak and breakdown viscosities were highest inIT232050 and IT232010, at 338.3 and 207.2 Rapid Visco Unit (RVU), respectively. The trough viscosity was lowest in IT232019at 103.8 RVU. IT232101 had the highest final viscosity (284.6 RVU), and IT232192 had the highest setback viscosity (81.7 RVU). IT232197 had the highest pasting temperature at 86.8°C, and that of IT232134 was lowest at 72.7°C. To evaluate functionalsubstance content, we analyzed 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity and total polyphenol content. The highest frequency proportion of starch was in the 10%-15% range (50.8% of the plants), followed by the 5%-10% range(38.1% of the germplasms). Sugar content ranged from 13.5 to 33.3% (23.2% on average); the highest frequency proportion ofsugar was in the 20%-25% range (56.9% of the germplasms), followed by the 25%-30% range (25.4% of the germplasms). Thehighest frequency proportion of water was in the 70%-80% range (52.5% of the germplasms), followed by the 60%-70% range(44.2% of the germplasms). Our results provide basic data for the selection of useful resources and for the development of newsweetpotato varieties. 최근 식용 위주에서 가공으로 용도가 다양화 되고 있어괴근 수량 및 기능성 물질 등 괴근 품질 특성차이를 조사하여 용도별 고구마 품종 개발 및 가공 연구 등에 활용할 수있는 기초자료를 얻고자 국내외에서 수집된 고구마 181유전자원을 공시하여 실험을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 만장은 최대 354.8 cm, 최소 32 cm, 평균길이는 112.3 cm였다. 분지수는 평균 3.1개였으나 IT232091가 특이적으로 23.0개로 가장 많았다. 마디수는 17.4에서 67.8개로다양한 분포를 나타내었으며 평균 40.7개였다. 괴근수는주당 30~50개 범위가 75자원로 가장 많았으며, 괴근 무게는 주당 0.5~1.0 kg 범위가 76자원으로 가장 많았다. 2. 전분의 호화개시온도는 IT232197가 가장 높았으며, IT232134가 가장 낮았다. 최고점도는 IT232050가 가장 높게 나타났으며, IT232176가 가장 낮았다. 강하점도는 IT232010가 가장 높게 나타났으며, IT232101이 가장 낮았다. 최저점도는 IT232019가 가장 낮게 나타났다. IT232101는 가장 높은 최종점도(284.6 RVU)를 나타냈다. 치반점도는 최대 81.7 RVU (IT232192)에서 최소 40.8 RVU(IT232101)의 범위로 나타났다. 전분의 안정성은 IT232101가 0.65로 가장 높았으며 IT232019가 0.20으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 3. 총 폴리페놀 함량과 DPPH 라디칼 소거능이 높은 고구마를 각각 20자원씩 선발하였으며 그 중 IT232197을 포함하여 15자원이 중복된 자원임을 알게 되었다. 상관관계 분석 결과 폴리페놀함량이 높을수록 DPPH 라디칼소거능이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 4. 당도 범위는 최대 33.3 °Bx에서 최소 13.5°Bx로 나타났으며, 평균 23.2°Bx의 당도를 나타냈다. 전분 함량은 최대 20.7%에서 최소 5.2%로 나타났으며, 평균 11%의 전분 함량을 나타냈다. 수분함량은 70~80%범위가 52.5%,60~70%의 수분함량이 44.2%의 빈도를 나타내었다.

여성복의 기능성 증진을 위한 착의평가 방법에 관한 기초연구 : 상의 원형의 소매산 높이 변화에 따른 소매의 기능성을 중심으로

본 연구는 패션 선진국에서 기능성 의복의 활동 시·동작의 기능성 및 착용감 측정에 사용되고 있는 ROM 측정법을 일반 여성복의 동작 기능성 측정에 적용시켜 그 타당성을 검증하고 있다. 착의 평가를 위해선 여성복 소매원형의 소매산 높이변화에 따라 제작된 실험복의 기능성 정도를 두가지 측정도구를 통해 측정함으로 이의 적용 타당성을 검증 하였다. 일반 의류 생산업체에서는 여성복의 기능성을 증진시키며, 이성의 다양한 활동에 적합한 기능성을 충족시킬 수 있는 경쟁력을 갖춘 의복제작을 위해 본 측정방법을 의류 제작 공정과정에 필수적인 과정으로 활용시킬 것을 기대한다. This research proves the ROM method (Range Of Motion), which has already been used in other countries, that measures the capacity of exercise and the adaptation of movement of functional garments for special purpose due to change of the height of basic sleeve sloper. Basically, the ultimate goal of the researchis to improve the functional pattern design. Firstly, this research proves the proper application of ROM that is used for the evaluation of fitting test. Therefore, according to this research, the company is able to produce the sample that is appropriate to the various purpose for women garments and betters the evaluation of function of garments. Moreover, it suggests that the evaluation of fitting test satisfies the consumers who desire to try better garments and contributes to the competitions among the companies that bring more improvements to the fashion design.

This research proves the ROM method (Range Of Motion), which has already been used in other countries, that measures the capacity of exercise and the adaptation of movement of functional garments for special purpose due to change of the height of basic sleeve sloper. Basically, the ultimate goal of the research is to improve the functional pattern design. Firstly, this research proves the proper application of ROM that is used for the evaluation of fitting test. Therefore, according to this research, the company is able to produce the sample that is appropriate to the various purpose for women garments and betters the evaluation of function of garments. Moreover, it suggests that the evaluation of fitting test satisfies the consumers who desire to try better garments and contributes to the competitions among the companies that bring more improvements to the fashion design.

조선 세종대 『사리영응기』 편찬과 왕실불사의 전통

본 연구는 세종 30년 내불당 불사를 『사리영응기』의 내용을 통해 검토하였다. 내불당 불사에 대해 세종 개인의 신앙에 의한 것이라고 치부하기보다 국초 국가의기틀을 마련하고 정비해 나가는 국왕으로서 세종의 의도를 파악하고자 하였다. 조선 초기 공적 영역에서 불교는 축소되어 갔지만 왕권과 왕실의 위상 강화를 위한불교의 역할 또한 무시할 수 없었다. 세종이 그린 왕실과 불교의 관계를 검토하는데 있어 『사리영응기』는 중요한 자료가 된다. 내불당 불사는 세종의 기획 하에 진행되었으며 『사리영응기』의 편찬은 내불당불사의 마지막 단계였다. 세종은 김수온 등에게 『사리영응기』를 편찬하게 하고 이를 유사에 명하여 금속활자 본으로 간행하게 하였다. 내불당 조영과 경찬법회 사리이적을 기록한 『사리영응기』는 왕실의 불사를 현창하기 위해 편찬된 것이다. 세종은 불사에서 담당자 배치 또한 치밀하게 준비하였다. 각각의 업무에 전문인력을 배치하고 대군들에게 총감독하게 하였다. 또한 장중하고 신성한 불상 이운 행렬의 중심에는 왕실 구성원들이 배치되었으며 세종은 신곡을 지어 불상을 불당에 안치할 때 연주하도록 하였다. 왕실 구성원을 왕실불사 전면에 내세운 것은 세종의 의도와 관련 깊다. 세종은 대군들을 동원하여 왕실불사를 설행하는 전례를 세자에게 남김으로써 왕실 구성원이 불사에 참여할 수 있는 전통과 안정적인 환경에서 왕실불사가 지속적으로 이루어질 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다. 끝으로 내불당 법회에서 연출된 ‘사리이적’을 두 가지 측면에서 살펴보았다. 하나는 세종이 사리가 지니는 상징성을 명확하게 인지하였고, 이를 통해 왕실의 권위를 높이고자 하였다는 사실이다. 또 다른 측면은 세종이 태조의 전례를 답습하여 사리이적을 연출하였고, 이로 인해 끊어졌던 사리이적의 전통이 후대에 다시 이어질 수 있는 발판이 마련된 것이다. 이를 계승하는 모습을 문종에게서도 볼 수 있었다. This study was reviewed through Sariyeongeunggi of Buddhist Projects of Naebuldang at 30th year of King Sejong(1448). It was done to understand King Sejong’s intention to establishing and maintaining the foundation of a nation as a king rather than to be treated by King Sejong’s personal faith of Buddhist Projects of Naehuldang. King Sejong had Kim, Su-Ohn compile Sariyeongeunggi and this was published in Printed with Metal Type by commanding it as national organization. Compiling Sariyeongeunggi was considered as a tool to promote the authority of royal family under plan of King Sejong. King Sejong also closely prepared the person in charge. He arranged an expert in each work and had the princes from the legal queen supervise it. And the royal family members were appointed in middle of the moving parade of spectacle and sacred statue of the Buddha. He excluded the successor to him from the Buddhist Services of Naebuldang. He thought out a plan not to be criticized by bureaucrats who studied Confucianism and for the royal family to traditionally participate in the Buddhist Projects by delivering the manual to him to conduct the Buddhist Services. Finally ‘miracles of sarira incarnation’ emerged from Gyeongchanhoe Buddhist ritual of Naebuldang clearly recognized the sarira that King Sejong followed as a symbol come from the ancient royal family and King Sejong aimed at enhancing royal authority through it. He got foothold to pass down the tradition of Buddhist Projects that was cut off for imitating the precedent of King TaeJo to descendants. We could see the succession of this from the era of King Moonjong.

페미니즘 이론과 문학에서의 ‘여성성’ 변이와 증식 과정

This Research look into a course of change and increase on ‘Feminity’ discussion by feministic point of view in accordance with ‘feminism theory’ spread in our society. On center with Ee-Hyun, Jung’s literature works with feminism theory, it look around a various aspects of ‘Feminity’ substance. Ee-Hyun, Jung’s works arrange different identity of feminine through present a diverse characters in multifarious actual situation. So it can look around alteration and propagation on concept of ‘Feminity’ in our society. Ee-Hyun, Jung continue on writing and storytelling about womans’s life, experiences of daily at actual environment, so she would occupied a position on ecriture feminine. Jung arrange various ‘Feminity’ through various woman’s ego and show women want to achived a self identifying. She has asked continuously on ‘Feminity’, her figuration works on ‘Feminity’ that is in progress until now. She had started by looking critical gaze on Phallocentrism with criticism of phallocentric feminism -〈Romantic Love and Society〉, 〈Girl’s generation〉, tried to cross and resistance against Phallocentrism rules with a view of Genocentrism Feminism -〈Trunk〉, 〈a Purity〉. And she asked again about ‘Feminity’, focus on ‘Difference’ between men and women- 〈A Lie of Today〉, 〈A molar〉, 〈A Dangerous Spinsterhood〉, 〈Before becoming Darkness〉, 〈To you of Anonymity〉. In 〈Romantic Love and Society〉, auther show a woman is accupied traditional pallocentrism through showing woman’s a limit situations and environment. In 〈Trunk〉, 〈A Purity〉, a woman pursue and achive violence and supremacy like man’s. But because woman mimesis man’s principal on violence, exclusion, disconstruction, woman remains a criminal and a outsider on social rules, organization. So woman can’t achieve ordinary identity. After this, author present ‘difference’ between man and woman, she searches feminity through ‘moternity’ and ‘take care’ figuration in 《You don’t know》, 《A lie of Today》. The most resent, auter suggest ‘recognition’ on the others and sexual difference for ‘feminity’ achivement in 《A basement of Love》. Ee-Hyun, Jung’s research on ‘Feminity’ is continuing until now.
