Agricultural Cooperative Business which is managed for the benefit of the farmers living in Korea has been taking a important role not only as a means to modernize our rural societies but also as a supplementary means to reinforce our social welfare systems. So as to know if our Agricultural Cooperative works in this area justly well or not, we have prepared this report by performing ill comparative analysis on materials gathered from the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, 6 private life insurance companies and the Japanese Federation of Agricultural Cooperative. In addition, out of the data from the national trend Survey on life insurance business in Korea by the Korea Insurance Corporation and Life Insurance Association of Korea. Through these studies, we have concluded as fellows as possible means to improve the functions of Agricultural Cooperative activities. 1. Innovation of Organization : So for as Agricultural Cooperative is managed only as a department of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, it can be easily judged that the Agricultural Cooperative can not stride out of its conservativeness in regards to its characteristic managerial features and that the establishment of and independent organization for its independent operation is needed to maximize its efficiency. 2. Currently Selling Products and New Products Developments : The 6 kinds of mutual aid in life section and the other 4 kinds in non-life section don't have any special characteristics in comparison with the products of the private life insurance companies. The products appropriate to the needs and desires of the member farmers should be developed, in other words agricultural damage protection plan or farmers' health protection plan should be developed. 3. Diversification of Underwriting and premium-paying Methods : The Cooperative Federation does its new business underwriting works together· with its other activities without diversifying the former from tile latter clearly. So it if necessary to recruit the professional underwriters and the selling agents and to diversity the premium paying methods by adding the various methods like monthly· payments, quarterly payments and biannual payments methods to the currently most common annual payments method. 4. Aggrandizements of the Benefits for the Member farmers : The benefits of tax examption should be extended to the member farmer who have not been taxexempt so far, and the ratio of reimbursement loan to farmer to tile current assets should be increased to 65% from present 20%, in other words, most of the Cooperative assets gathered form farmers should be returned to them. 5 . Reinforcement of public Relations Activities : Public-Relation activities should be reinforced not only to increase the potential needs among the public about also to convert the potential into the practical purchasing power. And the conventional P. R activities should be diversified for example by visiting the prospective clients in order to improve their viewpoints about the Agricultural Cooperative activities. 6. Efficiency of Cooperative Assets Managements : To increase the policy holders, dividend incomes Cooperative assets should be managed on the principle of maximization of profitability, safety, and liquidability. Since the merits of mutual aid and insurance lie in the benefits of protection and dividend incomes, the Cooperative Federation should exert itself, as in the advanced contries to give the public an impression that insurance is better· than term deposits in commercial banks. The 64% of the working assets, an equivalent of 140.4 billion won which has been invested in securities should be reinvested in a more profitable objects in an attempt to diversify investiment profit sources.

In this research, the paper established a subject in accordance with the change in circulation conditions of the food processing industry. The first subject is continuous propelling of the Agricultural-Aquatic Products Processing Industry's growth policy. The second subject is to come in to operation of the BES(Before Examination System) system and selected-cooperatives is continuous support The third subject is established that the Agricultural-Aquatic products processing cooperatives is a safely fetter of the post support in the government and the local government.

본 연구의 주요목적은 일본의 식육생산 및 식육소매업에 있어서의 시장구조를 분석하여 우리나라의 식육생산과 식육소매업의 시장구조분석 및 시장구조개선에 기여하고자 하는 것이다. 이 목적을 위해서 J.S. Bain에 의해서 체계화된 산업조직론적인 경쟁구조분석방법을 이용하였다. 일본의 식육생산 및 식육소매업의 시장구조를 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 일본의 육축사양에 있어서는 생산자가 대집단관계에 있고 제품의 차별이 없으며 참입장벽은 존재하지 않는다고 볼 수 있다. 즉 식육생산의 시장구조는 순수경쟁구조라고 할 수 있다. 2. 일본의 식육가공업은 1976년까지는 과점화경향이 급격히 진행되어 왔으나 1976년을 정점으로 해서 과점화경향이 둔화되고 있다. 3. 일본의 식육소매업은 대집단의 독점적경쟁관계에 있으면서 과점적 요소를 포함하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 즉 국지적독점을 기초로 한 과점유사의 경쟁구조라고 할 수 있다

지골피(地骨皮)가 $H_{2}O_{2}$에 의한 $LLC-PK_1$ 세포의 Redox Status 및 $NF-{\kappa}B$ Signaling에 미치는 영향

Objectives : This study was aimed to verify the cytoprotective function, antioxidative effect and inflammation genes inhibitory effects of Lycium chinense Milie. Therefore the generation of superoxide anion radical ( $O_2\;^-$), peroxynitrite ($ONOO^-$), nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin $E_2$ $(PGE_2)$ was investigated in the renal epithelial cells of mouse. Effects of Lycium chinense Milie on the expression of inflammation-related proteins, $IKK-{\alpha}$. $p-IKK-\alpha\beta$, $p-I{\kappa}B-\alpha$, $NF-{\kappa}B$ (p50, p65), COX-2 and iNOS, were examined by western blotting. Methods : For this study, the fluorescent probes were used, namely dihydrorhodamine 123 (DHR 123), 4.5-diaminofluorescein (DAF-2) and 2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFDA). Western blotting was performed using anti-$IKK-\alpha$, anti-phospho $IKK-\alpha\beta$, anti-phospho $I{\kappa}B-\alpha$, anti-$NF-{\kappa}B$ (p50, p65), anti-COX-2 and anti-iNOS, respectively. Results : Lyciutn chinense Milie reduced $H_{2}O_{2}$-induced cell death dose-dependently. It inhibited the generation of $O_2\;^-$, $ONOO^-$, NO and $PGE_2$ in the $H_{2}O_{2}$-treated renal epithelial cells of mouse in vitro. Lycium chinense Milie inhibited the expression of $IKK-\alpha$, $p-IKK-\alpha\beta,\;p-I{\kappa}B-\alpha$, COX-2 and iNOS genes by means of decreasing activation of $NF-{\kappa}B$. Conclusions : According to above results. Lycium chinense Milie recommended to be applied in treatment for the inflammatory process and inflammation-related diseases.

지역아동센터 종사자의 직무스트레스가 직무 만족에 미치는 영향 : 변혁적 리더십의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 종사자들의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것 이다. 또한 기관장의 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족의 조절효과를 살펴봄으로써 지역아동센터의 운영에 있어서 효과적인 기관장의 리더십을 제시하고자 하였다. 자료수집은 2011년 9월 1일부터 9월 20일까지 전국 3,260개소 지역아동센터를 모집단으로 하고 체계 적 샘플링으로 표본을 추출하였다. 전국 지역의 지역아동센터 종사자에게 우편 설문하여 총 1200부 를 배포하였고 회수된 206부를 분석하였다. 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 직무스 트레스가 직무만족에 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 다음으로 직무스트레스×변혁적리더십의 상 호작용 변수가 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 직무스트레스 요인들과 직무만족 간의 관 계에 있어 기관장의 변혁적 리더십이 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

Current anti-Korean phenomenon in Japanese society such as hate speech and flood of anti-Korean books has been regarded as an element that hamper development of relationship between South Korea and Japan. In case of Anti-Korean book, starting from Manga Hate Korean Wave series, there showed a boom of anti-Korean books from 2013. This article tries to understand and analyze the current status and discussion of anti-Korean books. Firstly, to investigate current status of the books in bookstores, conducted field research to 67 bookstores located in major cities in Japan on July of 2015. The most displayed book was found in 48 places(71.6%), and 16th book was found in 29 places(43%) and also considerate amount of books were displayed. Also corners displaying similar books at one place were scattered in bookstores in 5 types. However, it was possible to reconsider the status of the books by analyzing and arranging various discussions and incidents in Japan. ‘BookLovers Against Racism', established by people engaged in publishing industry, is conducting various activities to warn the status of the industry. Also many discussions such as analysis of buyers, responsibility of the bookstore, response of civil society and warning 'anti-Korea' book fare, gives opportunities to reconsider the actual status of the books in Japanese society.
