        119구급대의 스마트의료지도 직무수행능력 영향요인

        Purpose: The present study was conducted to identify the factors influencing the perfromance of the emergency medical technicians (EMTs) utilizing smart advance life support (SALS) and to provide appropriate feedback to improve SALS performance. Methods: The study subjects were recruited from 119 EMT members working in G city participating in SALS project. A total of 155 data were used in the analysis. Results: Of the three areas, the mean score of importance was the highest (4.53±0.48). followed by educational needs (4.24±0.66), and SALS performance (4.08±0.55). Importance was identified as a significant factor influencing SALS performance (β=.187, p<.047).The length of education. work scope. amd role of level 1 EMTs vary significantly depending on the type of qualifications they have as emergency medical professionals, while the supply of level 1 EMTs has already reached a point of saturation. Accordingly, the current regulation on allowing level 2 EMTs with at least three years of experience to take the level 1 EMT test presents serious inequity for students just graduating from their emergency medical services program. It is also a factor that degrades the professionalism of level 1 EMTs. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it was found that mediation and education programs need to be implemented to highlight the importance of the tasks performed in SALS situations in order to improve performance.

        Iterative Group Detection and Decoding for Large MIMO Systems

        Recently, a variety of reduced complexity soft-in softoutput detection algorithms have been introduced for iterative detection and decoding (IDD) systems. However, it is still challenging to implement soft-in soft-output detectors for MIMO systems due to heavy burden in computational complexity. In this paper, we propose a soft detection algorithm for MIMO systems which performs close to the full dimensional joint detection, yet offers significant complexity reduction over the existing detectors. The proposed algorithm, referred to as soft-input soft-output successive group (SSG) detector, detects a subset of symbols (called a symbol group) successively using a deliberately designed preprocessing to suppress the inter-group interference. In fact, the proposed preprocessor mitigates the effect of the interfering symbol groups successively using a priori information of the undetected groups and a posteriori information of the detected groups. Simulation results on realistic MIMO systems demonstrate that the proposed SSG detector achieves considerable complexity reduction over the conventional approaches with negligible performance loss.

        변혁적 리더십이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향: 분배, 절차, 상호작용 공정성의 매개효과 고려

        This study investigated the influence of transformational leadership on the employees’ perception of subjective career success. Also, mediating effect of organizational justice has been verified through mediation analysis between transformational leadership and subjective career success. Organizational justice can be divided into three closely related but conceptually and statistically discrete dimensions. They are distributed justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. For these three types organizational justice, many studies support similar but different influences on many organizational variables. Accordingly, this study investigated each mediating effect of these three dimensions between transformational leadership and subjective career success. Based on literature review about the variables in the research model, hypotheses were derived as followings: H1. Transformational leadership will positively affect subjective career success. H2. Transformational leadership will positively affect organizational justice. H2-1. Transformational leadership will positively affect distributive justice. H2-2. Transformational leadership will positively affect procedural justice. H2-3. Transformational leadership will positively affect interactional justice. H3. Organizational justice will positively affect subjective career success. H3-1. Distributive justice will positively affect subjective career success. H3-2. Procedural justice will positively affect subjective career success. H3-3. Interactional justice will positively affect subjective career success. H4. Organizational justice will mediate the effect from transformational leadership to subjective career success. H4-1. Distributive justice will mediate the effect from transformational leadership to subjective career success. H4-2. Procedural justice will mediate the effect from transformational leadership to subjective career success. H4-3. Interactional justice will mediate the effect from transformational leadership to subjective career success. The data was collected by web-based survey from employees who are with several Korean companies located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do province. The analysis showed positive significant correlation among transformational leadership, subjective career success, distributed justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. Mediation analysis supported significant mediating effects for distributive and procedural justice. For interactional justice, however, mediating effect was just marginally (p < .10) supported by Sobel Test and rejected by Bootstrapping Test. For the purpose of pursuing more robust research, mediating effect of interactional justice was rejected. Based on the results of the analysis, implications, limitations and suggestions for future research were discussed. 본 연구는 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 구성원들의 주관적 경력성공 지각에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 조직공정성의 세 가지 하위 유형이 변혁적 리더십과 주관적 경력성공간의 관계를 매개하는지에 대한 검증도 이루어졌다. 조직공정성은 분배공정성, 절차공정성, 상호작용공정성 등의 세 가지 하위 차원으로 구성되는데, 이들은 상위 차원의 조직공정성을 구축하면서도 각 개념간의 변별타당성과 주요 조직 관련 변인에 대한 차별적인 영향력이 지지되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 조직공정성에 미치는 영향을각 하위 차원별로 검증하였다. 연구 결과 변혁적 리더십, 주관적 경력성공, 분배공정성, 절차공정성, 상호작용공정성 상호간에 모두 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났다. 위계적 회귀분석을 통한 매개효과 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 분배공정성과 절차공정성은 변혁적 리더십이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향을 유의하게 완전매개 하는것으로 나타났다. 반면, 상호작용공정성은 검증 방법에 따라 제한적(p < .10) 지지와 기각의 혼합된 결과가 나타났다. 보다 엄격한 검증을 추구하는 의미에서 변혁적 리더십이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향을 매개하는상호작용공정성의 효과는 기각되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 이론적 의의와 실무적 시사점, 제한점, 그리고 추후 연구방향에 대하여 논하였다.

        침대 형태에서 기능성 직물 전도성 전극 위치에 대한 심전도 측정 방법의 Pilot Test

        Electrodes are one of the types of biosensors capable of measuring bio signals, such as electrocardiogram (ECG) and electromyogram (EMG) signals. These electrodes are used in various fields and offer the advantage of being able to measure ECG signals without the need for skin attachment, compared to Ag/AgCl electrodes. The pur- pose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of conductive textile electrodes in collecting ECG signals in a bed- like environment. Three adult participants were involved, and a total of 30 minutes of ECG signals were collected for each participant. The collected ECG signals were analyzed to determine the heart rate, normLF and a comparison was made between the conductive textile electrodes and Ag/AgCl electrodes. As a result, the change in heart rate and normLF could be observed, and in particular, the difference between the two electrodes decreased. This study confirmed that conductive textile electrodes can effectively collect ECG signals in a bed-like environment. It is hoped that this research will lead to the development of a system that can detect various sleep-related diseases through the use of these electrodes.

        진정성 리더십이 구성원의 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향 : 팔로워십을 통한 조직공정성의 조절된 매개효과

        인적 자원의 역량에 대한 현대적 관점의 연구들이 리더십과 팔로워십에 대한 균형적 고려를 지지하고 있음 에도 불구하고 팔로워십에 대한 관심은 여전히 리더십 대비 부진한 상황이다. 이러한 상황은 급변하는 환경에 대한 조직의 대처, 폭발적으로 증가하는 정보에 대한 효과적 취사선택 등에 있어서 비효율을 초래함으로써 조직 운영을 저해할 수 있다. 한편, 일과 삶에 대해 다양한 가치관을 지닌 MZ세대 구성원들의 조직 내 비중이 증가하고 있는데, 이들은 연봉, 승진과 같은 성공의 객관적인 지표 외에 경력에 대한 만족감, 일과 삶의 균형과 같은 주관적 측면에 대한 고려 경향이 강하다. 즉, 이들은 가시성이 높은 성공의 지표 못지않게 혹은 그 이상으 로 주관적, 심리적 측면의 성공을 중요하게 여기는 경향이 있다. 본 연구는 구성원들의 주관적 경력성공 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 역량 차원의 선행 요인으로서 상사의 진정성 리더십과 구성원의 팔로워십을 통합적으로 고려하여 살펴보았다. 연구모형의 구축에 있어서 조직 내의 전형적인 업무의 흐름을 고려하여 진정 성 리더십이 팔로워십을 매개해 주관적 경력성공에 영향을 미치는 간접 경로를 포함하는 매개모형을 수립하였 다. 이 때 조직공정성의 세 가지 하위 차원 변수들을 조절변수로 고려함으로써 보다 심도있는 분석을 실시했다. 분석 결과 매개모형의 직접 경로와 간접 경로의 효과가 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 조직공정성의 조절효과는 간접경로에 대해서만 유의했으며, 세 가지 하위 차원 모두 유사하게 나타났다. 구체적으로는 진정성 리더십이 팔로워십을 매개해 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향은 조직공정성이 높은 수준일 때 더욱 강화되었다. Although modern studies of human resource competencies support balanced consideration of both leadership and followership in organizational research, interest and research for followership continue to be sluggish compared to leadership. This imbalance between leadership and followership can undermine organizational operations by causing inefficiencies in organizations' response to recent rapid and unpredictable environmental changes. This imbalance can also impose serious burden to leadership in selecting and leveraging key information among the explosively growing information based on recent advanced IT technologies. Meanwhile, the proportion of so-called MZ generation members in the organization continues to increase, and they have a variety of values about life and work compared to older members. In addition to objective indicators of success such as salary and promotion, they tend to consider subjective aspects of their careers such as satisfaction with their careers and work-life balance. In other words, the proportion of members who value subjective and psychological success as much as or more than the success of objective indicators and vertical hierarchies is expanding. Therefore, this study takes balanced consideration of authentic leadership and followership as leading factors in the dimension of competencies that can positively affect the members' perceptions of subjective career success. Considering the typical workflow in the organization, the mediation model has been established that includes indirect path in which followership mediates the effect of authentic leadership to subjective career success. Then more in-depth analysis was conducted by considering organizational justice as a moderating variable for each direct and indirect path of the mediation model. For organizational justice, moderating effect was analyzed on each of the sub-dimensions - distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice - taking into account the discriminative characteristics among the dimensions. The research model validated in this study is shown below. The analysis showed that both direct and indirect paths in the mediation model have significant positive effects. Subsequently, the analysis of moderating effect of organizational justice on each of the direct and indirect paths of the mediating model showed that the moderated mediation effect of organizational justice through followership is significant in all three sub-dimensions. Specifically, the effect of authentic leadership on subjective career success mediated by followership has been further strengthened when organizational justice is in high level. On the other hand, the moderating effect of organizational justice on the direct path between authentic leadership and subjective career success was not significant at all three sub-dimensions.

        메트로놈을 사용한 일정한 페이스의 등장성 운동시 근활성도 및 근육 피로도 관찰

        This study attempted to observe muscle activity and muscle fatigue among isotonic exercise of Biceps Brachii and Deltoidus Medius, which correspond to upper limb muscles, using metronome. For the experiment, 13 adult men participated to evaluate biosignals (ECG, EMG). For quantitative evaluation, 1RM and MVIC test were carried out and a constant pace isotonic excise session was conducted. Five sets of exercise were performed, and each set proceeded to the failure point while the speed condition (30bpm) was assigned. As a result of the experiment, muscle activity in both muscles was significantly reduced in fifth set compared to first set. Muscle fatigue has been confirmed to occur at a significant level within the set, but there was only a significant difference in both muscles in the first and second sets between sets. This is similar to the results of previous studies that gives the same rest time(2min), but further research is needed to see if the conditions for the number of repetitions are affected. Based on the recent increase of interest in muscle strength exercise, this study was conducted to observe the results by varying the conditions of common exercise.
