To investigate the impact Characteristics of welded Structure steel the parent material was welded by Submerged Are welder and was discreterized into the four kind of A type (parent material), B type (fusion line), C type (HAZ), D type (Center) and was collected the Standard charpy impact Specimen which slitted in the equal 2㎜. The specimen prepared was studied the relation of impact energy parent material, fusion line, HAZ, and Center with Variation of temperature from-80℃ to 25℃ and was measured the hardness of each part by using the Micro-vickers tester and was Observed the absorbing impact energy and hardness of A,B,C,D types. The results obtained by this study are as follows : 1) As Showed in Fig.8 Hardness is the highest in weld metal and decreased with the distance in weld metal. 2) It showed low thoughness as the impact energy showed small in the fusion line, variation point of hardness. 3) The fracture toughness of welded material was related with temperature, load-time, absorbed energy and the factors in the materials. 4) It seemed that it showed the brittliness fracture that the absorbed energy was similar in each specimen in the range of -50℃ the value of impact energy increase in the order of B,D,A,C.

A Case of Needle-Tract Implantation of HCC in the Ovary after Radiofrequency Ablation

Radiofrequency ablation (RFA), a local ablative modality, is gaining acceptance for the treatment of liver malignancies. Despite a relatively low complication rate, tumor seeding resulting from RFA in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treatment can occur. A 44-year-old woman with a 20-year history of hepatitis B was diagnosed with HCC. Spiral computed tomography (CT) revealed a 2.3 × 2.0-cm mass in the S5 segment, which was treated with RFA on May 24, 2005. The patient tolerated the procedure and was discharged. Follow-up imaging, performed at six-month intervals after RFA, showed complete tumor necrosis. In October 2009, abdominopelvic CT revealed a heterogeneous mass, 5.7 cm in diameter, in the right ovary. Since the lesion was limited to the right ovary without evidence of spread, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy was performed. Histopathology indicated that the metastatic spreadfrom the HCC to the ovary was positive for hepatocyte-specific antigen on immunohistochemistry. The patient is currently alive, 4.5 years after resection, with no evidence of recurrence. The ovary is a rare site for HCC metastasis. Moreover, needle tract implantation of FOR REVIEW HCC in the ovary is very rare. Here, we report a case of needle tract implantation of HCC in the ovary after RFA in a 44-year-old woman.

인간 면역결핍 바이러스성 심근염 1예

HIV-associated myocarditis is defined as inflammation and damage of the myocardium due to HIV infection. Its disease progression vary, as it may be asymptomatic or manifest as dilated cardiomyopathy,heart failure A 28-year-old male presented cough that persisted for 6 months and aggravating dyspnea. Chest x-ray showed cardiomegaly and pulmonary edema. Laboratory tests revealed CK-MB 0.6 ug/L, Troponin I 0.21 ng/mL, and proBNP of 11,072 pg/mL. Echocardiography showed findings of dilated cardiomyopathy with dilated atrium, ventricles and severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction. Chest CT showed multiple ground-glass opacities. Anti-HIV Ab (ELISA) was performed, considering pneumocystis pneumonia associated with AIDS. ELISA and Western blot results were positive, HIV RNA was 122,000 copies/mL, CD4+ lymphocytes were 27 cells/mL. The patient was diagnosed as dilated cardiomyopathy due to HIV-associated myocarditis. He afterwards complained of decreased visual acuity and was diagnosed as cytomegalovirus (CMV) retinitis.

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to cultivate teachers' play support competences by analyzing trends in domestic play support and guidance-related research over the past 10 years. The results of analyzing a total of 67 academic journals and dissertations from 2012 to 2022 are as follows. First, when analyzing the trend of research topics on play support, studies were conducted to explore various ways to support play led by children. Second, the qualitative research was the predominant research methodology utilizing observation and interview methods. However, quantitative research methods were also conducted with the purpose of finding the perception and reality through questionnaires. Third, since the necessity of strengthening the play support capability of early childhood teachers is emerging, continuous research on the play support capability is needed. As a result, in order to cultivate the teacher's play support competency, education on play support ways for infants should be provided in the pre-service early childhood teachers training process. In addition, education on the meaning and practical method of 'play support' based on the actual play experiences of infants and children should be provided. In conclusion, it is suggested that education on various factors that can strengthen teachers' play support competences should be provided for inservice teachers.

An air filter is a device to remove dust from the air supplied to the automotive engine. A requirement for the optimum air filter is to improve the capability to remove particles from the air it takes in, that is the efficiency and amount of dust collection. By removing dust from the air, the air filter prevents the engine cylinder from wear, reduces ventilation resistance, and thus improves engine output and guarantees intake performance. In order to guarantee such air filter performance, it is very important to properly seal the air filter. For passenger cars made in Korea, the air filters are fabricated with steel caps as their frames are large and their engine capacity is big. Recently however, European countries and Japan started using urethane for manufacturing the air filter, so that all foreign-made cars now have urethane filters. The urethanes used for air filters are applied in two ways: One is to use soft urethane for both top and bottom of the air filter and the other is to use soft urethane for the top and hard urethane for the bottom. Each of these method has unique problems. In this study, hard urethane is used for both top and bottom of the filter in order to improve those problems and increase the sealing efficiency. Especially for the top, NBR (rubber mold) is pre-settled in tough urethane and then the urethane is solidified through foaming, which makes it possible to develop a solid and double-sealed filter.

Availability of defect test algorithm that recognizes exact and standardized defect information in order to fundamentally resolve generated defects in industrial sites by giving artificial intelligence to SAT(Scanning Acoustic Tomograph), which previously depended on operator’s decision, to find various defect information in a semiconductor package, to decide defect pattern, to reduce personal errors and then to standardize the test process was verified. In order to apply the algorithm to the lately emerging Neural Network theory, various weights were used to derive results for performance advancement plans of the defect test algorithm that promises excellent field applicability.
