참다래의 친환경재배를 위한 과숙썩음병원균에 대한 길항성 방선균 #120의 선발 및 분리

전남 서남부지역의 참다래 과수원에서 발생하는 과숙썩음병원균(fruit rot, Botryosphaeria dothidea)에 대한 항균작용이 우수한 세균성 균주를 선발하기 위하여 참대래 과수원 토양으로부터 단일균주를 분리하였으며, 과숙썩음병원균(Botryosphaeria dothidea)에 대한 생물적 제어 능력을 검정하고 균주 동정을 실시하였다. 참다래 과수원에서 분리한 총 250여종의 단일균주 중에서 참다래에서 발생하는 과숙썩음병원균에 대하여 길항작용이 우수한 균주를 1차적으로 6종 선발하였고, 이 중에서 참다래 과숙썩음병원균에 대하여 길항 작용이 96.0% 정도로 우수한 Strain #120을 최종적으로 선발하였다. 길항균#120의 포자배열은 rectiflexibles 하였고, 포자표면은 smooth형이었으며, 분리균 세포벽내 LL-type이 DAP를 갖는 wall chemotype I이었다. 길항균 #120의 균주 형태학적 특성, 생리 생화학적 그리고 화학 분류학적 특성 등을 종합하여 볼 때 길항균 #120은 Streptomyces sp. #120으로 동정되었다. This study was carried out to clarify the effects of antifungal Streptomyces sp. isolated from the soil grown kiwifruit on the growth inhibition of fruit rot (Botryosphaeria dothidea) infected in kiwi fruit plants in the southwestern districts of Jeonnam. Two hundred and fifty microorganisms were isolated and examined into the antifungal activity against Botryosphaeria dothidea. We screened and isolated six bacterial strains which have a strong inhibition against Botryosphaeria dothidea. And the best antifungal strain designated as the strain #120 showing 96.0% antifungal activity against Botryosphaeria dothidea was finally selected. The strain #120 was identified as Streptomyces sp. #120 based on its morphological,physiological,biochemical and chemotaxonomic characteristics.

Optimum conditions of PCR amplification for gibberellin-related genes such as GOX2 and GAI were determined by altering annealing temperature and primer concentration in order to minimize mispriming PCR products. Selective amplifications of GOX2 and GAI genes were performed with 40 ng template DNA, 0.5 μM M13 forward/reverse primer and annealing temperature of 62 ℃. 30 cycles of PCR reaction profiles were denaturation for 60 sec at 94 ℃, annealing of primers for 60 sec at 62 ℃, extension of primers for 60 sec for 72 ℃, final extension for 5 min at 72 ℃ and cooling at 4 ℃.
수술후 경막외강에 주입한 ketamine의 진통효과에 관한 연구

Author divided 60 patients who got lower abdomen or lower extremity surgical operation into three groups. Each group consisted of 20 patients. We injected ketamine 10㎎, 20㎎, and 30㎎ respectively into the epidural space when the patient complained of pain postoperatively and observed the postoperative analgesic effect of ketamine. Finally, we concluded the following : 1) The onset time of analgesic effect. : The analgesic effect appeared within 10 minutes in 3 groups and the significant difference among them was not seen. 2) The duration of analgesic effect : The duration of analgesia was relatively short with less than 1 hour on an average in all 3 groups and was not constant. 3) Cardiopulmonary system. : The significant change of blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rate was not seen in all three groups and and the difference among them also was not seen. 4) Side effects. : Sedative action(16%), nausea(10%), dizziness(5%), headache(3.3%) From above results, the epidural administration of ketamine is not suitable for postoperative pain management because of a lot of side effects as well as short and inconstant duration of analgesic effeet.

Load terminal is Connection termina1 at side of Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB). Generally low pressure MCCB consists rated breaking capacity and frame size (Series) according to Rated Current. Under range of Rated Current 125 AF made with same frame size. According to Rated Current different materials are used Brass is used under 50 A, Tough pitch copper between 50 A and 125 A. Thus, research is needed to produce the load terminal made with Fittings. Therefore in this study, pressed fittings are simulated by commercial FEM code DEFORM-3D, and present interpretations of load terminal made by progressive die. To verify the simulation result the experimental and analytical results were compared.

The goal of this research was to develop a novel prolonged release tablet bioequivalent to the commercial sustained release capsule. A number of tacrolimus-loaded fast-dissolving solid dispersions containing various amounts of DOSS were prepared using the spray drying technique. Their solubility, dissolution and pharmacokinetics in rats were studied. DOSS increased drug solubility and dissolution in the solid dispersions. Compared with the drug powder, the solubility, dissolution and bioavailability of tacrolimus with the fast-dissolving solid dispersion containing tacrolimus/HP-β-CD/DOSS in the weight ratio of 5:40:4 were boosted by approximately 700-, 30- and 2-fold, respectively. Several tablet formulations were accomplished with this solid dispersion in combination with various ratios of HPMC/ethylcellulose. The release behaviour and pharmacokinetic studies in beagle dogs were assessed compared with the commercial prolonged release capsule. A decrease in HPMC/ethylcellulose ratios reduced the dissolution of tacrolimus from the tablets. Particularly, the tacrolimus-loaded prolonged release tablet consisting of fast-dissolving tacrolimus solid dispersion, HPMC, ethylcellulose and talc at the weight ratio of 20:66:112:2 exhibited a dissolution profile similar to that produced by the commercial prolonged release capsule. Furthermore, there were no significant differences in the AUC, Cmax, Tmax and MRT values between them in beagle dogs. Consequently, this tacrolimus-loaded prolonged release tablet might be bioequivalent to the tacrolimus-loaded commercial capsule.ⓒ2013 Elsevier B. V. All rights reserved.
