        몰입이론 8채널 모형 노인활동공간 체험에 관한 연구 -중국 도시 커뮤니티 아웃도어 공간 중심으로-

        노인 인구의 급증과 함께 삶의 질 향상을 위한 커뮤니티 활동 공간 최적화가 중요한 의제가 되었다. 본 연구는 미하이 칙센트미하이의 몰입이론 8채널 모델을 기반으로, 지역사회 공간 설계를 통해 노인의 활동 경험과 몰입 경험을 개선하고, 활동 참여도와 삶의 만족도를 높이는 방법을 모색한다. 문헌 검토 및 현장 조사 방법을 사용하여 몰입 이론과 8채널 모델, 노인 활동 간의 관계를 요약한다. 중국 도시의 3개 커뮤니티를 조사 대상으로 선정하여 데이터를 수집하고, 다양한 커뮤니티 활동 공간이 노인의 몰입 경험에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 분석 결과, 적절한 활동 프로그램, 시간, 빈도가 적절한 도전과 스킬 매칭 조건을 조성하며, 다목적 공간 설계와 쾌적한 환경이 몰입 체험을 촉진하는 데 중요함을 확인했다. 몰입이론 8채널 모델을 이용한 분석이 유익하며, 공간계획, 기능, 환경 요인이 노인의 몰입 체험에 영향을 미친다. 최적화된 공간 설계로 몰입 상태를 촉진하여 활동 효과와 질을 향상시킨다. As the elderly population grows rapidly worldwide, optimizing community activity spaces to enhance their quality of life has become crucial. Based on Csikszentmihalyis flow theory eight-channel model, this study aims to improve older adults activity experience through community space design, enhance their flow experience, and increase their participation in community activities and life satisfaction. This study uses literature review and field research analysis, outlining the relationship between flow theory, the eight-channel model, and elderly activities. Three representative Chinese communities were selected, and data were collected through field observation and experience sampling to analyze the impact of different community activity spaces on older adults flow experience. The results indicated that appropriate outdoor activity programs, time, and frequency create suitable challenge and skill-matching conditions. Multifunctional spatial design and comfortable environments are essential for promoting flow experiences among older adults. This study confirms that the eight-channel model of flow theory is effective for analyzing community spatial planning, functions, and environmental factors that affect older adults flow experiences. Optimizing these factors in community activity spaces promotes a flow state, improving the effectiveness and quality of activities. The eight-channel model guides the design of activity spaces to enhance the flow experience for the elderly.

        Biosafety assessments of hexafluoropropylene trimer derivative as a fluorinated cooling fluid for electronics

        The Internet Data Center (IDC) is one of the most important infrastructures in the field of information technology. The cooling system for heat dissipation of IDC is indispensable due to it generates a large amount of heat during its calculation process, which may potentially harm its normal operation. Electronic fluorinated fluids have been widely used in cooling systems of IDC with stable physical and chemical properties. However, the biological toxicity of electronic fluorinated fluids has not been fully evaluated and there is a lack of unified safety standards, which may pose potential risks to the environment and human health. Here, hexafluoropropylene terpolymer (HFPT) as an example has been systematically studied, fully considering the application scenarios of data centers. Also, the emergency effects of fluorinated coolants in mammalian models from the perspectives of inhalation, skin contact, accidental entry into eyes, accidental ingestion, and chronic toxicity, are evaluated. Multiple in vivo experiments have proven that HFPT not only has stable physical and chemical properties, that can maintain the safe operation of IDC, but also has low physiological toxicity to mammals and can provide health benefits to data center staff and the assurance of surrounding environment. This study proves the good biological safety of electronic fluorinated fluids and provides a reference for environmental assessment and risk management of liquid cooling technology in IDC.

        노인 친화적 커뮤니티 공공 공간에 관한 연구

        세계적인 고령화로 도시 커뮤니티 설계가 중요해졌다. 중국은 급속한 고령화에 대응하여 노인 친화적 커뮤니티를 모색하고 있다. 본 연구는 중국 도시의 노인 친화적 커뮤니티 활동 공간의 디자인과 기능을 분석하고, 노인의 요구를 충족시키며 지역 특성을 반영하는 방법을 탐구한다. 사례 연구 방법을 채택해 중국 여러 도시의 대표적인 노인 친화적 커뮤니티를 선택하고, 현장 조사, 인터뷰, 문헌 검토 등을 통해 이들 커뮤니티 활동 공간의 설계 특성과 사용 상황을 기록하고 분석한다. 노인 친화적 커뮤니티 활동 공간 설계는 기능성과 안전성뿐만 아니라 노인의 사회적 욕구, 심신 건강, 문화적 소속감을 고려해야 한다. 노인 친화적 커뮤니티 활동 공간 구축은 고령화 문제에 대응하고 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 효과적인 방법이다. 도시 계획자와 지역 개발자는 노인 친화적 설계를 통해 생활 환경을 개선하고, 지역 사회의 화합과 지속 가능한 발전을 촉진할 수 있다. 연구는 접근성 강화, 다양한 활동 공간 조성, 지역 문화 특성 통합 등 구체적인 설계 전략과 제안을 제시한다. This study examines activity spaces in age-friendly communities in Chinese cities to meet elderly needs and reflect local culture. A case study approach was used, selecting typical communities in various cities. Design features and usage were analyzed through fieldwork, interviews, and literature review. Age-friendly spaces should focus on functionality, safety, social needs, health, and cultural belonging for the elderly. Designing these spaces addresses aging challenges, improves quality of life, and promotes sustainable community development.

        Elevated expression of WSB2 degrades p53 and activates the IGFBP3-AKT-mTOR-dependent pathway to drive hepatocellular carcinoma

        Dysregulation of wild-type p53 turnover is a key cause of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), yet its mechanism remains poorly understood. Here, we report that WD repeat and SOCS box containing protein 2 (WSB2), an E3 ubiquitin ligase, is an independent adverse prognostic factor in HCC patients. WSB2 drives HCC tumorigenesis and lung metastasis in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, WSB2 is a new p53 destabilizer that promotes K48-linked p53 polyubiquitination at the Lys291 and Lys292 sites in HCC cells, leading to p53 proteasomal degradation. Degradation of p53 causes IGFBP3-dependent AKT/mTOR signaling activation. Furthermore, WSB2 was found to bind to the p53 tetramerization domain via its SOCS box domain. Targeting mTOR with everolimus, an oral drug, significantly blocked WSB2-triggered HCC tumorigenesis and metastasis in vivo. In clinical samples, high expression of WSB2 was associated with low wild-type p53 expression and high p-mTOR expression. These findings demonstrate that WSB2 is overexpressed and degrades wild-type p53 and then activates the IGFBP3-AKT/mTOR axis, leading to HCC tumorigenesis and lung metastasis, which indicates that targeting mTOR could be a new therapeutic strategy for HCC patients with high WSB2 expression and wild-type p53.

        Intravenous Tenecteplase for Acute Ischemic Stroke Within 4.5–24 Hours of Onset (ROSE-TNK): A Phase 2, Randomized, Multicenter Study

        Background and Purpose Intravenous tenecteplase (TNK) efficacy has not been well demonstrated in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) beyond 4.5 hours after onset. This study aimed to determine the effect of intravenous TNK for AIS within 4.5 to 24 hours of onset. Methods In this pilot trial, eligible AIS patients with diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI)-fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) mismatch were randomly allocated to intravenous TNK (0.25 mg/kg) or standard care within 4.5–24 hours of onset. The primary endpoint was excellent functional outcome at 90 days (modified Rankin Scale [mRS] score of 0–1). The primary safety endpoint was symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH). Results Of the randomly assigned 80 patients, the primary endpoint occurred in 52.5% (21/40) of TNK group and 50.0% (20/40) of control group, with no significant difference (unadjusted odds ratio, 1.11; 95% confidence interval 0.46–2.66; <i>P</i>=0.82). More early neurological improvement occurred in TNK group than in control group (11 vs. 3, <i>P</i>=0.03), but no significant differences were found in other secondary endpoints, such as mRS 0–2 at 90 days, shift analysis of mRS at 90 days, and change in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score at 24 hours and 7 days. There were no cases of sICH in this trial; however, asymptomatic intracranial hemorrhage occurred in 3 of the 40 patients (7.5%) in the TNK group. Conclusion This phase 2, randomized, multicenter study suggests that intravenous TNK within 4.5–24 hours of onset may be safe and feasible in AIS patients with a DWI-FLAIR mismatch.

      • Diagnostic Value of Rectal Bleeding in Predicting Colorectal Cancer: a Systematic Review

        This study aimed at summarizing published study findings on the diagnostic value of rectal bleeding (RB) and informing clinical practice, preventive interventions and future research areas. We searched Medline and Embase for studies published by September 13, 2013 examining the risk of colorectal cancer in patients with RB using highly inclusive algorithms. Data for sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio and positive predictive value (PPV) of RB were extracted by two researchers and analyzed applying Meta-Disc (version 1.4) and Stata (version 11.0). Methodological quality of studies was assessed according to QUADAS. A total of 38 studies containing 5,626 colorectal cancer patients and 73,174 participants with RB were included. The pooled sensitivity and specificity were 0.47 (95% CI: 0.45-0.48) and 0.96 (95% CI: 0.96-0.96) respectively. The overall PPVs ranged from 0.01 to 0.21 with a pooled value of 0.06 (95% CI: 0.05-0.08). Being over the age of 60 years, change in bowel habit, weight loss, anaemia, colorectal cancer among first-degree relatives and feeling of incomplete evacuation of rectum appeared to increase the predictive value of RB. Although RB greatly increases the probability of diagnosing colorectal cancer, it alone may not be sufficient for proposing further sophisticated investigations. However, given the high specificity, subjects without RB may be ruled out of further investigations. Future studies should focus on strategies using RB as an "alarm" symptom and finding additional indications to justify whether there is a need for further investigations.

      • Residential Radon and Lung Cancer Risk: An Updated Meta-analysis of Case-control Studies

        Background: Numbers of epidemiological studies assessing residential radon exposure and risk of lung cancer have yielded inconsistent results. Methods: We therefore performed a meta-analysis of relevant published case-control studies searched in the PubMed database through July 2011 to examine the association. The combined odds ratio (OR) were calculated using fixed- or random-effects models. Subgroup and dose-response analyses were also performed. Results: We identified 22 case-control studies of residential radon and lung cancer risk involving 13,380 cases and 21,102 controls. The combined OR of lung cancer for the highest with the lowest exposure was 1.29 (95% CI 1.10-1.51). Dose-response analysis showed that every 100 Bq/$m^3$ increment in residential radon exposure was associated with a significant 7% increase in lung cancer risk. Subgroup analysis displayed a more pronounced association in the studies conducted in Europe. Studies restricted to female or non-smokers demonstrated weakened associations between exposure and lung cancer. Conclusions: This meta-analysis provides new evidence supporting the conclusion that residential exposure to radon can significantly increase the risk of lung cancer in a dose-response manner.

        NANOSEEDING EFFECT IN ZSM-5CRYSTALLIZATION PROCESS

        ZSM-5 zeolites were hydrothermally synthesized in three different seeding pathways under the direction of tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPABr) template. In order to investigate the seeding effect in ZSM-5 crystallization process, ZSM-5 crystals and pre-fabricated MFI-type nanoseeds were added into the original self-induction system, respectively. The final ZSM-5 zeolites were systematically investigated based on XRD (X-ray diffraction), SEM (scanning electron micrograph), TEM (transmission electron micrograph), nitrogen adsorption characterizations and NH3-TPD (ammonia-temperature programmed desorption). The self-induction system produced ca. 20 μm ZSM-5 zeolite displaying hexagonally uniform prisms. After the addition of ZSM-5 crystal seeds, the crystal sizes were decreased greatly to ca. 5 μm. When MFI-type nanoseeds were adopted, irregular aggregate particles consisting of 20–50 nm primary particles were rapidly synthesized. The varied hydrothermal crystallization kinetics of the three synthesis system was also explored. Adjusting the seed agents alone, ZSM-5 crystals with diverse structural, morphological, textural and hydrothermal behaviors could be fabricated conveniently. The three ZSM-5 zeolites loaded by 0.05 wt.% Pt were assessed for the xylene isomerization reaction to investigate the particle size effect on the catalytic properties.

        Association of Measures of Glucose Metabolism with Colorectal Cancer Risk in Older Chinese: A 13-Year Follow-up of the Guangzhou Biobank Cohort Study-Cardiovascular Disease Substudy and Meta-Analysis

        Background: Abnormal glucose metabolism is a risk factor for colorectal cancer (CRC). However, association of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) with CRC risk remains under-reported. We examined the association between glycemic indicators (HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose, fasting insulin, 2-hour glucose, 2-hour insulin, and homeostasis model of risk assessment-insulin resistance index) and CRC risk using prospective analysis and meta-analysis.Methods: Participants (<i>n</i>=1,915) from the Guangzhou Biobank Cohort Study-Cardiovascular Disease Substudy were included. CRC events were identified through record linkage. Cox regression was used to assess the associations of glycemic indicators with CRC risk. A meta-analysis was performed to investigate the association between HbA1c and CRC risk.Results: During an average of 12.9 years follow-up (standard deviation, 2.8), 42 incident CRC cases occurred. After adjusting for potential confounders, the hazard ratio (95% confidence interval [CI]) of CRC for per % increment in HbA1c was 1.28 (95% CI, 1.01 to 1.63) in overall population, 1.51 (95% CI, 1.13 to 2.02) in women and 1.06 (95% CI, 0.68 to 1.68) in men. No significant association of other measures of glycemic indicators and baseline diabetes with CRC risk was found. Meta-analyses of 523,857 participants including our results showed that per % increment of HbA1c was associated with 13% higher risk of CRC, with the pooled risk ratio being 1.13 (95% CI, 1.01 to 1.27). Subgroupanalyses found stronger associations in women, colon cancer, Asians, and case-control studies.Conclusion: Higher HbA1c was a significant predictor of CRC in the general population. Our findings shed light on the pathology of glucose metabolism and CRC, which warrants more in-depth investigation.

        Kano 모델에 의한 굿즈 디자인 소비자 선호도 연구

        둔황 굿즈는 둔황 문화의 계승과 홍보를 위한 중요 매개체로, 문화소비는 점차 정신문화의 요구를 충족시키는 중요한 활동이 되어가며, 그 시장 규모도 확대되고 있다. 본 연구 목적은 Kano 요구 모델을 활용하여 소비자들이 둔황굿즈에 대해 가지는 요구를 분석하고, 둔황 굿즈의 현황을 이해하여 제품 디자인 및 개발의 최적화 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 문헌과 사례를 분석하여 연구의 틀을 만들고, Kano 모델을 사용하여 소비자 수요 설문조사를 바탕으로 둔황 굿즈의 소비자 수요와 구매 만족도 간의 관계를 분석하고, 생성형 인공지능의 도움으로 새로운 디자인을 제안하여 소비자의 소비 경험을 향상하고자 한다. 연구 결과는 굿즈의 디자인 및 개발 과정에서 문화적 요소를 우선시하는 동시에 소비자의 요구를 반영해야 한다는 것을 보여준다. Better-worse 계수에 따라 지역 특색, 문화 코드 및 실용성이 소비자의 기대에 가장 부합하는 요구사항임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 둔황 굿즈의 디자인 현황 분석을 통해 소비자의 요구에 따라 새로운 디자인 방향을 제시하고 둔황 굿즈 개발을 위한 과학적 근거와 참고 자료를 제공한다. Dunhuang goods are a medium for the inheritance and promotion. Cultural consumption has become an important activity to meet the needs of spiritual culture. The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumer needs for Dunhuang products using the Kano model, understand the current status of Dunhuang products, and provide optimization directions for product design. Literature and cases are analyzed to form a framework, and the Kano model is used to see the relationship between demand and purchase satisfaction with consumer surveys, and new designs are proposed with the help of generative AI to improve consumers' experience. The research shows that in the design and development of goods, cultural factors should be prioritized while reflecting consumer needs. According to the better-worse coefficient, regional characteristics, cultural codes, and practicality are the requirements that best meet consumer expectations. Through the analysis of the design of Dunhuang goods, this study suggests design directions according to consumer needs and provides scientific basis and reference.
