        Park's 벡터 패턴의 왜곡률을 이용한 고정자 권선 고장 자동진단

        In this paper, an auto-diagnosis method of the stator winding fault for small induction motor is suggested. 3-phase stator currents are sampled, filtered, and transformed with Park's vector transformation. After then Park's vector patterns are obtained. To detect the stator winding fault automatically, a distortion ratio is newly defined and compared with the one of healthy motor, and the threshold levels of distortion ratio are suggested. The 2-turn, 4-tum, 8-turn winding fault are tested with no load, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% rated load. The distortion ratio of the Park's vector patterns are increased as the increase of the faulted turns. but are same as the increase of the load.

        여름철 계룡산국립공원 탐방로의 열쾌적성 및 어메니티 관리 연구

        본 연구는 산악환경의 기상 특징과 계룡산국립공원 탐방로의 열쾌적성을 파악하고 열쾌적성이 높은 활동 시간 정보, 활동 공간 정보, 활동량 정보를 제공하기 위해 시행되었다. 탐방로의 열쾌적성 분석을 위해 여름철 도심 기온, 국립공원 방재기상관측장비(AWS, Automatic Weather System), 탐방로인 숲길의 평균 기온을 비교하였다. 또한, 계룡산 국립공원의 주요 탐방로 4개 구간의 미기후 요소와 수관울폐도 측정을 위해 총 240개 지점을 조사 후 열쾌적성을 파악 하였다. 도심과 국립공원AWS, 탐방로의 평균 기온을 비교하였을 때, 도심, 갑사AWS, 동학사AWS, 갑사 탐방로, 동학사 탐방로 순으로 평균 기온이 높게 나타났다. 이 결과, 탐방객이 직접 체감하는 탐방로의 열쾌적성을 고려해야 함을 의미한다. 주요 탐방로 4개 구간 조사 결과, 평균 수관울폐도는 동학사~남매탑 구간, 동학사~관음봉 구간, 갑사~연천봉 구간, 갑사~금잔디고개 구간 순으로 높았다. PMV(예상평균온열감)는 활동량이 2.8MET 일 때, 갑사~금잔디고개 구간, 갑사~연천봉 구간, 동학사~남매탑, 동학사~관음봉구간 순으로 높았다. 조사를 통하여, 열쾌적성이 높은 시간 정보, 공간 정보, 활동량 정보를 제시할 수 있었다. 탐방로의 열쾌적성 특성을 파악하여, 탐방로의 어메니티를 높일 수 있는 숲길 관리 방안의 기초를 마련하고자 한다. This study was conducted to understand the weather characteristics of the mountain environment and the thermal comfort of Gyeryongsan National Park trail and to provide information on activity time, activity space, and activity amount. For the analysis of the thermal comfort of the trail, the temperature of the city center in summer, the average temperature of the National Park Disaster Prevention Weather System (AWS), and the trail. Also, Microclimate elements and canopy closure were also measured in four major trails in Gyeryongsan National Park. After investigating a total of 240 points, thermal comfort was identified. When comparing the average temperature of the city center, National Park AWS, and trail, the average temperature was higher in the order of the city center, Gabsa AWS, Donghaksa AWS, Gabsa Trail, and Donghaksa Trail. As a result, it means that the thermal pleasure experienced by visitors should be considered. According to a survey of four major trails, the average canopy closure is Donghaksa~nammaetop route was high in the order of Donghaksa~Gwaneumbong route, Gabsa~Yeoncheonbong route and Gabsa~Geumjandigogae route. When PMV(Predicted Mean Vote) is 2.8MET, The PMV was highter in the order of Gabsa~Geumjandigogae route, Gabsa~ Yeoncheonbong route, Donghaksa~nammaetop route, Donghaksa~Gwaneumbong route. Through the survey, time information, spatial information, and activity information with high thermal comfort could be presented. By grasping the thermal comfort characteristics of the trail, we intend to lay the foundation for forest trail management measures that can increase the amenity of the trail.

        Winding Fault Diagnosis of Induction Motor Using Neural Network

        This paper proposed a fault diagnosis technique of induction motors winding fault based on an artificial neural network (ANN). This method used Park's vector pattern as input data of ANN. The ANN are firstly learned using this pattern, and then classify between 'healthy' and 'winding fault' (with 2, 10, and 20 shorted turn) induction motor under 0, 50, and $100\%$ load condition. Also the possibility of classification of untrained turn-fault and load condition are tested. The proposed method has been experimentally tested on a 3-phase, 1 HP squirrel-cage induction motor. The obtained results provided a high level of accuracy especially in small turn fault, and showed that it is a reliable method for industrial application

        LabVIEW를 이용한 소형 유도전동기의 권선고장 자동진단

        In this paper, an auto detection method of stator winding fault of small induction motor is suggested. The Park's vector pattern which is obtained from 3-phase current signal by d-q transforming, is very good to detect winding fault. Comparing the Park's vector pattern of testing motor with its of healthy motor, the Park's vector pattern of fault motor is became an ellipse and the asymmetry is increased by the winding fault serios. So for detecting the dis-symmetry, id-filtered function, Min-value, and Max-value are suggested for auto detecting. Using LabVIEW programing, 3-phase healthy motor and several kind of winding fault motors are tested and the test results are shown that the suggested method can gives us a possibility of an auto detecting winding fault.

        설악산국립공원 멸종위기 산양(Naemorhedus caudatus) 개체군 크기와 서식지 이용 현황

        본 연구에서는 설악산국립공원에 서식하는 멸종위기종 산양과 서식지의 보전 및 관리를 위해 산양의 분변 및 카메라 트랩을 이용한 개체수와 서식지 이용 분석을 2010~2014년 동안 수행하였으며 생태학적 조사 방법(흔적조사, 카메라트 랩조사)을 사용하였다. 분변 조사와 카메라트랩핑 분석 결과 각각 166개체 및 251개체의 산양이 설악산국립공원에 서식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 흔적조사(분변)를 통한 서식지 이용 특성 분석에서 산양은 경사도 35°~60°, 고도 600~700m, 향 북동, 수계와의 거리 0~50m, 도로와의 거리 300~600m, 활엽수림을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 카메라트랩 조사를 통한 산양 개체군 구성, 주간(07-18시)이 56.5%, 야간(18-07시)이 43.5%로 산양의 활동성을 파악하였다. 이러한 산양의 개체수와 서식지 이용 특성 분석은 향후 그들이 살아가는 서식지의 보전과 서식지의 관리를 위한 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study was conducted investigate population size and habitat use for the conservation and management of the endangered long-tailed goral in the Seoraksan National Park using feces and camera trap during 2010 to 2014 (track survey, camera trap). As a result of feces tracking and camera trap, its population size was estimated as 160 (camera trap)~251 (feces) individuals in the Seoraksan National Park. The goral prefer 35°~60° (slope), 600~700m (elevation), NE (aspect), 0~50m (distance to stream), 300~600m (distance to road) and bread-leaved forest (forest type) according to field tracking of fecal. Based on field camera trap, we estimated the age classes of goral populations and activity of gorals during day-time (07-18 time, 56.5%) and night-time (18-07 time, 43.5%). Such analyses of population size and habitat use of the goral could be applied as important fundamental data for conservation of gorals and management of their habitats.

        본 논문에서는 유도전동기의 고정자권선 고장진단을 목적으로 이상적인 전동기의 전류신호와 실시간으로 운전하고 있는 전동기 전류신호를 Park’s Vector에 각각 적용시켜 Park's Vector 패턴을 만들고 패턴 피크값의 기준치와 측정치의 편차를 이용하여 오차치를 벗어날 때 고장으로 진단하는 Park's Vector 패턴의 피크값을 이용한 고정자권선의 고장진단을 시도하였다. 숙달된 작업자가 Park’s Vector패턴을 보고 고장을 분석해야 했던 방법과는 달리 패턴을 비교하지 않고도 자동으로 고장을 진단하고 정보해주는 진단 방법을 제시하였다. 실제 전류분석 및 진단을 위해 상용 프로그램인 LabVIEW를 이용하였다.

        유도전동기의 고정자 권선고장 진단을 위한 팍스벡터 패턴의 왜곡률 연산에 대한 연구

        The diagnosis technique of stator winding faults based on Motor Current Signature Analysis(MCSA) was suggested. Park"s vector pattern, the circle that is drawn by d-q transformed currents(i<sub>d</sub>, i<sub>q</sub>), is widely used for stator winding faults detection. The current Distortion Ratio(DR), defined by the ratio of max?axis and min?axis of ellipse of Park"s vector"s pattern, was more simple and powerful method than the Park’s vector pattern. In this study, a calculation method of distortion ratio of Park"s vector pattern was suggested for auto diagnosis of stator winding short fault and usefulness of suggested calculation method of distortion ratio was verified through simulation using LabVIEW program.

        강유전성 BaTiO₃의 분극처리에 의한 유사체액 내에서 Calcium Phosphate 생성

        Barium titanate (BaTiO3; BTO) has wide application in industry, particularly in the manufacturing of dynamic random access memory chips, electro-optical switches, optical modulators, shutters, optical mixers, and sensors, owing to its ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties after poling treatment. There has recently been considerable interest in the properties of its role in osseointegration. In this study, we investigated the possibility of treating BTO by poling to improve osseointegration by examining the calcium phosphate (Ca-P) crystal growth behavior on the poled and non-poled BTO surfaces in simulated body fluids (SBF). The BTO samples were sintered at 1350℃ for 2 h in air, producing an average grain size of 7 ㎛, which were confirmed by SEM observation. The sintered BTO samples were then polarized (Ep=5 kV/cm) from 160℃ to 25℃ in a Si oil bath for 2 h. The poled and non-poled BTO samples were immersed in 1.5 SBF for 15 days, or 30 days at 37℃. After the immersion period, the morphological and compositional changes of the surface of the immersed BTO specimens were investigated using a field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) and an energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX). Qualitative analysis was then performed using fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis. Weak and coarse Ca-P crystals had grown on the surface of the non poled BTO, while a marked difference in the Ca-P forming pattern was visible for the poled BTO, showing the negatively charged surface induces a Ca-P layer more easily. We assumed that rapidly adsorbed cations (Ca2+ ions) on the negatively charged surface at the initial stage acted as nuclei for the formation of Ca-P crystals, while no nuclei would be available on the positively charged surface, due to the fact that sodium chloride (NaCl) crystals were formed owing to anion adsorption (Cl ions). In summary, these results demonstrate that poling the ferroelectric BTO surface negatively the possibility of implant osseointegration.
