여름철 계룡산국립공원 탐방로의 열쾌적성 및 어메니티 관리 연구

본 연구는 산악환경의 기상 특징과 계룡산국립공원 탐방로의 열쾌적성을 파악하고 열쾌적성이 높은 활동 시간 정보, 활동 공간 정보, 활동량 정보를 제공하기 위해 시행되었다. 탐방로의 열쾌적성 분석을 위해 여름철 도심 기온, 국립공원 방재기상관측장비(AWS, Automatic Weather System), 탐방로인 숲길의 평균 기온을 비교하였다. 또한, 계룡산 국립공원의 주요 탐방로 4개 구간의 미기후 요소와 수관울폐도 측정을 위해 총 240개 지점을 조사 후 열쾌적성을 파악 하였다. 도심과 국립공원AWS, 탐방로의 평균 기온을 비교하였을 때, 도심, 갑사AWS, 동학사AWS, 갑사 탐방로, 동학사 탐방로 순으로 평균 기온이 높게 나타났다. 이 결과, 탐방객이 직접 체감하는 탐방로의 열쾌적성을 고려해야 함을 의미한다. 주요 탐방로 4개 구간 조사 결과, 평균 수관울폐도는 동학사~남매탑 구간, 동학사~관음봉 구간, 갑사~연천봉 구간, 갑사~금잔디고개 구간 순으로 높았다. PMV(예상평균온열감)는 활동량이 2.8MET 일 때, 갑사~금잔디고개 구간, 갑사~연천봉 구간, 동학사~남매탑, 동학사~관음봉구간 순으로 높았다. 조사를 통하여, 열쾌적성이 높은 시간 정보, 공간 정보, 활동량 정보를 제시할 수 있었다. 탐방로의 열쾌적성 특성을 파악하여, 탐방로의 어메니티를 높일 수 있는 숲길 관리 방안의 기초를 마련하고자 한다. This study was conducted to understand the weather characteristics of the mountain environment and the thermal comfort of Gyeryongsan National Park trail and to provide information on activity time, activity space, and activity amount. For the analysis of the thermal comfort of the trail, the temperature of the city center in summer, the average temperature of the National Park Disaster Prevention Weather System (AWS), and the trail. Also, Microclimate elements and canopy closure were also measured in four major trails in Gyeryongsan National Park. After investigating a total of 240 points, thermal comfort was identified. When comparing the average temperature of the city center, National Park AWS, and trail, the average temperature was higher in the order of the city center, Gabsa AWS, Donghaksa AWS, Gabsa Trail, and Donghaksa Trail. As a result, it means that the thermal pleasure experienced by visitors should be considered. According to a survey of four major trails, the average canopy closure is Donghaksa~nammaetop route was high in the order of Donghaksa~Gwaneumbong route, Gabsa~Yeoncheonbong route and Gabsa~Geumjandigogae route. When PMV(Predicted Mean Vote) is 2.8MET, The PMV was highter in the order of Gabsa~Geumjandigogae route, Gabsa~ Yeoncheonbong route, Donghaksa~nammaetop route, Donghaksa~Gwaneumbong route. Through the survey, time information, spatial information, and activity information with high thermal comfort could be presented. By grasping the thermal comfort characteristics of the trail, we intend to lay the foundation for forest trail management measures that can increase the amenity of the trail.

This study is about efficiency export and import of medical images According to the Type of Compression. PACS to be used in many hospitals and medical images export is growing more and more because cheaper and good usability than film system. Thereby export department takes a lot of time, which may cause the patient discomfort. Compression images takes less time for images export, import than nocompression images. therefore, if no significant problems clinicians to view the images, this is one method to compressed images export for reduce the time and it will provide less cost and shorter time for patient.
플랜트프로젝트 사업관리 업무절차 개선을 위한 EPC 수행단계별 BPM모델 개발

Plant construction is being a motive power of national economic growth, because it is a higher value-added business which has enormous influence through other industry. But, plant projects management of the domestic company was poor. So, the development of EPC Business Process Management method has been encouraged. Therefore, this paper performed several researches for setting up the EPC Business Process Management Model for improving plant project management. And the details are as follows. First of all, this study collected the work procedure manuals of 12 large-sized international construction companies. Secondly, from the analyzing gathered EPC work procedure manuals, issues of work procedure manuals were analyzed and improvement plans were drawn out. Basis on this, This study presents a method to improve project management for EPC plant project. 'The Work Procedure Matrix for EPC Management' and 'Key Unit Works for EPC Management' were drawn out by using overseas construction management theories and international regulations. In addition, 'The EPC Business Process Management Models' reformed to the Business process method, that is the set of specifications, documents and procedures used to manage the EPC plant project. And it describes how the EPC work procedure manuals will be used. Finally, this study suggests the model of EPC Business Process Management System. The framework of Plant project management can be clarified by using 'The Work Procedure Matrix'. And 'Key Unit Works' are used to organize the work procedure needed to improve plant projects management. The results of this study will help to improve in project management efficiency for plant construction.
DICOM 객체를 활용한 무결성 PACS Data 관리시스템 구현

PACS is one of the most used medical information system and share information from other hospitals through the PACS. Data integrity means zero defects data and this is a prerequisite of information system performance. but I wonder if I can trust these informations that Incorrect information from radiotechnologist's mistakes, anonymous in emergency department, Newborn baby department, modified informations at later. And Modified informations causes defect in integrity of the data. When we import, we use DICOM header not DB data. so error occurs that DB data is deferent with DICOM Header information. This paper discusses to resolve as above problem using DICOM object such as DICOM PR, SR. And propose quality management system that can guarantee the patient information and can manage exam history.

The cargo containment system (CCS) for ships carrying cryogenic fluid consists of at least two levels of barriers and insulation layers. It is because, even though there is a small amount of leak through the primary barrier, the liquid tight secondary barrier blocks further leakage of the cryogenic fluid. However, once the secondary barrier is damaged, it is highly possible that the leaked cryogenic fluid flows through the flat joint made of glass wool and reaches the inner hull of the ship. The primary objective of the present study is to investigate the influence of the damage extent in the secondary barrier on the amount of leaked cryogenic fluid reaching the inner hull and the temperature distribution there. Simulation results using a computational fluid dynamics tool were compared with the experimental data for the leaked cryogenic fluid flow and evaporation in the secondary insulation layer. The experimental and computational results suggest that, unless there is a massive leak, the cryogenic fluid mostly evaporates in the insulation layer and does not reach the inner hull in the state of liquid.
4분기 경영자의 이익조정이 연차이익의 정보유용성에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 시장참여자가 직관적(intuitive)으로 판단할 수 있는 4분기 경영자의 이익조정 유인에 따라 연차이익의 정보유용성이 달라지는지를 검증하였다. 추가로 이러한 관련성에 분기보고서 검토제도가 증분적인 영향력을 갖는지도 검증하였다. 본 연구는 2007년부터 2012년까지의 기간에 대해 유가증권상장기업 3,482개 기업-년(이익예측치가 존재하는 1,148개)자료를 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이익수준 정보와 이익변동 정보의 유용성은 4분기 경영자의 이익조정 유인에 따라 달라졌다. 특히 이익정보의 유용성은 회피목적이 의심되는 이익조정보다 분기이익을 지속시키려는 이익조정이 발생하였을 때 더 높게 나타났다. 따라서 시장참여자는 기업의 가치를 평가하는 과정에 단순히 연차이익만을 고려하지 않고 분기이익의 질도 고려하는 것으로 해석된다. 둘째, 현행 분기보고서 검토제도는 이익정보의 유용성을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 4분기 경영자의 이익조정과 이익정보 유용성 간의 관련성에 미치는 영향은 미미(marginal)하였다. 결론적으로 시장참여자는 직관적으로 파악할 수 있는 4분기 경영자의 이익조정 유인을 통해 분기이익의 지속성을 파악하고 이에 따라 연차이익의 유용성을 차별적으로 평가하는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과는 경영자가 분기이익의 지속성이 중요함을 인식하는 계기가 될 것이다. 본 연구는 상기의 새로운 결과에도 불구하고 경영자의 직접적인 이익조정 여부는 확인할 수 없었고, 4분기 이외 다른 분기에 대한 이익조정은 다루지 않았다는 한계점이 존재한다. The purposes of this study are to verify whether the information usefulness of annual earnings vary depending on the manager"s incentives to manage earnings during the fourth quarter and a review system of quarterly financial statements magnifies this association. This study tests a sample of 3,482 firms traded on the KOSPI market during the 2007-2012 periods. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it appears that the information usefulness of the earnings level as well as the earnings change vary depending on the manager"s incentives to manage earnings during the fourth quarter. In particular, the usefulness of earnings information is higher for the firms suspected of managing earnings to smooth quarterly earnings than to avoid loss (earnings decrease or a shortfall of earnings forecasts). Thus, the market participants are likely to consider not only annual earnings but also the quality of quarterly earnings in their value assessment process. Second, it presents that the review system of quarterly reports is likely to enhance the usefulness of earnings information. However, the effect of this system on the association between the manager"s incentives to manage earnings during the fourth quarter and the usefulness of earnings information is so weakly significant. In summary, the market participants are likely to confirm the quality of quarterly earnings by the manager"s incentives to manage earnings during the fourth quarter and thus differently asses the usefulness of annual earnings by the quality of quarterly earnings. This result also will make the managers recognize the importance of the persistence of quarterly earnings. In spite of the useful results above, this study have the limitations that can not directly find evidence on whether the managers manage earnings and do not cover earnings management in the prior quarters.

많은 선행연구들은 그동안 투자효율성을 결정짓는 요소들을 발견하는데 주력해 왔다. 반면에 투자효율성이 소유지배괴리도에 기인한 지배주주와 외부 주주 간의 대리인 문제에 의해 달라질수 있다는 것은 간과되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 소유지배괴리도와 투자효율성 간의 관련성을 분석함으로써 이해관계자들에게 소유지배괴리도에 따른 정보비대칭이 투자효율성을 떨어뜨린다는 증거를 제공하기 위함이다. 분석결과에서 소유지배괴리도와 투자효율성 간에는 유의한 음(-)의 관련성이 발견되었고 이러한 관련성은 내생성을 통제한 후에도 같았다. 이러한 결과는 소유지배괴리도가 커질수록 정보비대칭 심화에 따른 대리인 비용 발생으로 투자효율성이 떨어지는 것이다. 더 나아가 소유지배괴리도가 커질수록 과잉투자와 과소투자가 대칭적으로(asymmetric) 발생하지 않고 과소투자보다 과잉투자가 더 지배적이었다. 한편 소유지배괴리도가 낮은 구간과 높은 구간에서는 통계적으로 유의하지는 않지만 소유지배괴리도와 투자비효율성 간에 음(-)의 관련성이 존재하였다. 반면에 중간 구간에서는 소유지배괴리도와 투자비효율성 간에 유의한 양(+)의 관련성이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 소유지배괴리도와 투자효율성 간에는 잠재적인 비선형적 관계가 존재하는 것으로 보인다. While much research has continued to concentrate on finding the determinants of investment efficiency, it has been neglected that investment efficiency may depend on agency problems between controlling shareholders and external stakeholders caused by ownership-control disparity. The purpose of this study is to provide stakeholders with evidence that information asymmetries caused by ownership-control disparity can depreciate investment efficiency by analyzing the relationship between ownership-control disparity and investment efficiency. From analyses, there is a significant negative relationship between ownership-control disparity and investment efficiency, with this relationship remained unchanged after controlling endogeneity between them. These results show that as ownership-control disparity increases, agency costs produced by deepened information asymmetries lower investment efficiency. Moreover, as ownership-control disparity increases, over investment is not asymmetry to under investment and that is more dominant than under investment. On the other hand, at the low and high levels of ownership-control disparity, although the relationship between ownership-control disparity and investment efficiency are insignificant statistically, this relationship is negative. At the middle level of ownership-control disparity, it appears a significant positive relationship between them, suggesting that there is potential non-linear relationship between them.

스마트무인기의 비행제어컴퓨터는 탑재장비와의 입/출력 신호처리, 비행제어법칙 연산 그리고 고장진단 및 이중화 기능 등이 구현된 비행운용프로그램이 탑재되어 있다. 비행운용프로그램은 PowerPC 755 프로세서와 VxWorks 5.5 실시간운영체제 환경에서 개발되었다. 비행운용프로그램은 메모리 참조 모듈, 탑재장비 입/출력 신호처리 모듈 그리고 비행제어법칙 모듈로 구성되었고 각각의 모듈은 계층 구조로 설계되었다. 메모리 참조 모듈과 신호처리 모듈은 벤치 테스트를 통해 검증되었고, 비행제어법칙 모듈은 시뮬레이션 시험, 지상통합시험, 안전줄 시험 그리고 비행시험을 통해 검증되었다. 본 논문에서는 비행운용 프로그램의 개발환경, 소프트웨어 구조 그리고 검증 및 관리방법에 대해서 기술하였다. The operational flight program(OFP) which has the functions of I/O processing with avionics , flight control logic calculation, fault diagnosis and redundancy mode is embedded in the flight control computer of Smart UAV. The OFP was developed in the environment of PowerPC 755 processor and VxWorks 5.5 real-time operating system. The OFP consists of memory access module, device I/O signal processing module and flight control logic module, and each module was designed to hierarchical structure. Memory access and signal processing modules were verified from bench test, and flight control logic module was verified from hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS) test, ground integration test, tethered test and flight test. This paper describes development environment, software structure, verification and management method of the OFP.
