한국 TV드라마 속의 코디네이션요소의 연출 경향 연구 -2010~2012년 드라마를 중심으로-

본 논문은 한국 TV 드라마 공간 속의 코디네이션 요소의 연출 경향을 연구함에 있어서 TV드라마와 코디네이션 연출의 이해를 기본에 두고 인기 드라마의 공간 배경 속의 코디네이션 요소의 연출 사례 분석을 통하여 그 특성을 연구함으로써 한국 TV 드라마 속의 공간에 나타나는 코디네이션의 경향을 밝히고자 함을 목적으로 하는 연구이다. 대중 영상 매체는 그 시대가 추구하는 사회전반의 문화와 라이프스타일을 반영한다. 본 연구는 이러한 TV드라마라는 대중매체를 통해 공간에 나타나는 코디네이션 연출과 소품 요소에 비중을 두고 동시대의 공간연출의 트렌드와 대중이 선호하는 데코레이션 경향이 무엇인지를 알아보고자 하는데 그 의의가 있다. 2010년부터 2012년까지 3년간의 지상파 방송3사 드라마를 중심으로 현대시점을 공간 배경으로 한 드라마의 실내 공간 코디네이션 요소를 중심으로 연구 하였다. 선별된 TV드라마의 공간에 대한 분석 방법으로는 방송자료 통해 공간 연출 요소의 특성을 밝히고 카메라 샷에서 보여주는 공간에서 소품요소의 연출 경향을 색채, 재질, 형태, 스타일 등으로 세분화하여 분석 하였다. 이를 통해 국내 공간 연출의 스타일과 최신 경향을 파악하고 공간 연출 코디네이션의 앞선 스타일을 제안하며 트렌디한 공간 연출 유형을 파악하여 콘텐츠 문화의 새로운 고부가가치를 창출하는 계기가 될 것을 기대한다. Directed studies tend to the coordination of the elements in the Korean TV drama space in this paper, coordination directing TV dramas and understanding of basic research through the analysis of the case directing the coordination of the elements in the popular drama of the space background characteristics by Korea TV Dramasays that the party with the purpose of research is the tendency of the coordination in the space. Images that the public media should reflect the culture and lifestyle of the society as a whole to pursue the era. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the coordination, directing and prop elements that appear in the space to the public through the media these TV drama called with an emphasis on public space presentation of contemporary trends and tend to prefer what its significance is. 2010-2012 in the three years of the three terrestrial broadcast drama centered on the drama of interior space background modern point were included in this study. Directing elements of the props tend to reveal the characteristics of the element space directing TV drama in the space of selected analytical methods for the broadcast material via the camera shot from space showing the segmentation by color, material, shape, style, etc. were analyzed. Trendy space to identify the type of the rendering to create a new culture of high value-added content through this style of directing domestic space and identify the latest trends and offers advanced styles of interior space and opportunity to be expecting.

PC12 cells were differentiated into the cells of chromaffin phenotype by butyrate treatment. Cells were aggregated and formed tight cell adhesion. To investigate the molecular change in this differentiation, we examined expression levels of cell adhesion proteins and extracellular proteins during butyrate induced-differentiation of PC12 cells. Integrin ${\beta}1$, integrin ${\alpha}7$, E cadherin, VCAM, collagen-I, fibronectin, desmoglein and connexin were increased during differentiation. The levels of clusterin and secreted clusterin were also increased. These increased levels of cell adhesion proteins and extracellular proteins appear to induce cell aggregation and tight cell adhesion. The levels of p21, p27 and p16 were increased probably because of differentiation-related growth arrest during differentiation. Prolonged incubation of butyrate up to 1 day was required for differentiation. Signal transduction pathways for this differentiatiom could not be identified since various inhibitors had no effect. The results showed that butyrateinduced differentiation of PC12 cells to chromaffin cells involves tight cell adhesion and induction of extracellular proteins and cell adhesion proteins.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the usefulness of quantitative indices obtained from deep learning analysis of gadoxetic acid-enhanced hepatobiliary phase (HBP) MRI and their longitudinal changes in predicting decompensation and death in patients with advanced chronic liver disease (ACLD). Materials and Methods: We included patients who underwent baseline and 1-year follow-up MRI from a prospective cohort that underwent gadoxetic acid-enhanced MRI for hepatocellular carcinoma surveillance between November 2011 and August 2012 at a tertiary medical center. Baseline liver condition was categorized as non-ACLD, compensated ACLD, and decompensated ACLD. The liver-to-spleen signal intensity ratio (LS-SIR) and liver-to-spleen volume ratio (LS-VR) were automatically measured on the HBP images using a deep learning algorithm, and their percentage changes at the 1-year follow-up (ΔLS-SIR and ΔLS-VR) were calculated. The associations of the MRI indices with hepatic decompensation and a composite endpoint of liver-related death or transplantation were evaluated using a competing risk analysis with multivariable Fine and Gray regression models, including baseline parameters alone and both baseline and follow-up parameters. Results: Our study included 280 patients (153 male; mean age ± standard deviation, 57 ± 7.95 years) with non-ACLD, compensated ACLD, and decompensated ACLD in 32, 186, and 62 patients, respectively. Patients were followed for 11–117 months (median, 104 months). In patients with compensated ACLD, baseline LS-SIR (sub-distribution hazard ratio [sHR], 0.81; p = 0.034) and LS-VR (sHR, 0.71; p = 0.01) were independently associated with hepatic decompensation. The ∆LS-VR (sHR, 0.54; p = 0.002) was predictive of hepatic decompensation after adjusting for baseline variables. ∆LS-VR was an independent predictor of liver-related death or transplantation in patients with compensated ACLD (sHR, 0.46; p = 0.026) and decompensated ACLD (sHR, 0.61; p = 0.023). Conclusion: MRI indices automatically derived from the deep learning analysis of gadoxetic acid-enhanced HBP MRI can be used as prognostic markers in patients with ACLD.

TNFα is an inflammatory cytokine required for immune responses, playing a crucial role in the pathogenesis of inflammatory autoimmune diseases via interactions with its cognate receptors, TNFR1 and TNFR2. Therapeutic antibodies targeting TNFα, including infliximab, adalimumab, certolizumab pegol, and golimumab, are clinically used for the treatment of the inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn’s disease, and inflammatory bowel disease. Here, the Fab fragment of golimumab was overexpressed in the periplasmic region of Escherichia coli and purified by affinity and gel-filtration chromatography. The purified protein was crystallized by hanging-drop vapor diffusion in the presence of 100 mM Tris, pH 8.5, 0.1 M ammonium phosphate, and 12% (w/v) PEG 6,000 at 20°C. The crystal diffracted X-ray to 2.60 Å resolution and belonged to the orthogonal space group P2 1 2 1 2, with unit cell parameters a = 72.74, b = 130.29, and c = 93.35 Å. An asymmetric unit of the crystal contains two molecules of the Fab fragment of golimumab with a V M of 2.14 Å 3 Da -1 and a solvent content of 42.48%.

Intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD) is the most common contraceptive method in the world, but it exists a little risk of uterine perforation and even more severe risk such as a perforation of intra-abdominal organs. In this case, the patient recognized that the previously inserted IUD was translocated but she was asymptomatic without any management. After insertion of the second IUD, she visited our hospital for lower abdominal pain. The abdominal X-ray finding and transvaginal sonography revealed one translocated IUD in peritoneal cavity and another IUD in intrauterine cavity. Thus, we report a case with the laparoscopic diagnosis of small bowel perforation by a previously inserted IUD and its removal by segmental resection of small bowel after mini-laparotomy, along with the brief review.
