        <박효랑전>의 인물 형상과 서사적 지향

        <박효랑전>은 조선후기 성행하던 묘지 송사의 실화를 바탕으로 한 작품이다. 이 글에서는 송사 내용과 인물의 관계를 살피고 실사를 소설화하면서 지향했던 바가 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 그리고 <박효랑전>이 갖는 송사소설적 가치에 관해 살펴보았다. 논의한 내용을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 송사의 내용과 인물의 관계를 살펴보았다. <박효랑전>의 송사의 내용은 크게 ‘송사 원고인물의 소개, 송사 원고인물의 사망, 원고 유가족의 대응과 위기, 원고 유가족의 상경과 격쟁’으로 정리할 수 있다. 이 작품은 조선후기 일상에서 일어났던 송사 사건을 소재로 하였기에 권력을 가진자, 피해를 보는 자, 사건을 바라보는 대중으로 구분하여 인물 양상을 강자형 피고인물, 약자형 원고인물, 조력자형 참고인물로 나누었다. 둘째, 인물 형상화를 통해 본 지향의식을 고찰하였다. <박효랑전>은 원고와 피고인물의 대비를 통해 권력형 비리를 폭로하여 당시 사회문제를 비판하고자 하였다. 그리고 하층형 참고인물이 계 낭자의 성심에 동정하면서 권력형 비리에 대응하는 민중의식을 담아냈다. 마지막으로 상층형 참고인물을 통해 어지러워진 사회 질서를 바로잡고 강상의 윤리를 제고하였다. 셋째, <박효랑전>의 송사소설적 가치를 조망하였다. <박효랑전>은 당시 빈번하게 발생했던 산송 사건을 두고 사회적 분위기와 인물의 정서를 개연성있게 구성하여 리얼리티를 강화했다. 또한 대를 이어 송사를 펼치는 과정을 통해 읽는 사람에게 흥미를 더했으며, 다양한 계층의 민중을 가담시켜 당시 정치 권력의 편파적 송사처결과 부도덕성을 비판하는 민중의식을 반영했다. < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > is a literary work based on litigations upon burial grounds, which were widespread during late Joseon dynasty, and it has been examined in this article that the trends in structure of narrative, appearance of the characters and narrative functions which the concept of filial piety serves. Summarizing the points discussed above is shown in the following. Firstly, the structure of the story and appearance of the characters were examined. the structure of < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > can be broadly broken down into ’Death of father-death of Miss Baek-Miss Gye traveling to the capital-Miss Gye’s appeal-the return of miss Gye’, and type of characters can be classified as ‘corrupt characters, opposing characters, or assisting characters.’ Secondly, the narrative functions of ‘filial piety’ has been reviewed. < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > has the narrative function which criticizes predatory practices of the ruling class, which had been pervasive during the period, through the confrontation of filial piety and corrupt powers. the work tried to illustrate that the fundamental fabric of the country is the people, by attempting to purge the greed with filial piety, and demonstrating the people‘s sentiments from different social classes. Finally, this work aimed to consolidate the confucius social order through resolute students of confucianism. In < Park Hyo-rang Jeon >, confucius scholars provide advices reflecting the people‘s aspirations to restore perplexing social order. Thirdly. the significance of < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > in the literary history has been analyzed. < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > challenged the ruling classes that employ marauding tactics on the common people and depicted their voices standing against them through focusing on a litigation case that had been frequent during the time. Moreover, < Park Hyo-rang Jeon > expanded the interpretation of the concept of filial piety, one of pillars of the confucianism ideology that governed Joseon, to the manifestation of humanitarianism, and extended the horizon of familial and social relationships, marking the work as tremendously significant in the literature history.

        Environmental Microbiology / Microbial Diversity : Calcium Carbonate Precipitation by Bacillus and Sporosarcina Strains Isolated from Concrete and Analysis of the Bacterial Community of Concrete(s)

        Microbially induced calcium carbonate precipitation (CCP) is a long-standing but re-emerging environmental engineering process for production of self-healing concrete, bioremediation, and long-term storage of CO2. CCP-capable bacteria, two Bacillus strains (JH3 and JH7) and one Sporosarcina strain (HYO08), were isolated from two samples of concrete and characterized phylogenetically. Calcium carbonate crystals precipitated by the three strains were morphologically distinct according to field emission scanning electron microscopy. Energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry mapping confirmed biomineralization via extracellular calcium carbonate production. The three strains differed in their physiological characteristics: growth at alkali pH and high NaCl concentrations, and urease activity. Sporosarcina sp. HYO08 and Bacillus sp. JH7 were more alkali- and halotolerant, respectively. Analysis of the community from the same concrete samples using barcoded pyrosequencing revealed that the relative abundance of Bacillus and Sporosarcina species was low, which indicated low culturability of other dominant bacteria. This study suggests that calcium carbonate crystals with different properties can be produced by various CCP-capable strains, and other novel isolates await discovery.

      • W-CDMA 망의 보안 취약점 분석과 대책에 관한 연구

        W-CDMA 보안에 대해 지금까지 진행된 연구들은 비밀키를 기초로 한 인증 및 암호 방식을 채택하고 있다 .속도 및 효율성 면에서 비밀키를 이용한 암호 시스템이 현재의 선택이라 할지라도 향후 공개키를 이용한 시스템의 도입으로 확대 개선될 것으로 예상되므로 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. W-CDMA 보안 구조에서 제공하는 2 단계 인증 방법은 로밍 상대방들이 서로 신뢰해야하는 암묵적인 신뢰 모델을 전제로 하고 있다. 즉 로밍 가입자의 보안 처리에 관하여 당사자들은 서로 신뢰해야만 하나 이는 위험한 가정일 수 있다. 물론 2 단계 방법이 분산 처리가 가능하고 부하를 분담할 수 있는 장점은 있지만 제 3자에 의한 공격에 취약할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 취약점들을 보완하기 위하여 공개키 시스템을 이용한 보안 구조를 설계하고 이를 검증하고자 한다. The study related to W-CDMA security has been focused on common key method. Although the common key system has better performance and speed, it is expected that public key system will be adopted for W-CDMA system in the near future. The two-stage AKA model in W-CDMA assumed implicit trust model which requires trust for each roaming partner. This assumption can result in dangerous situation for security. The two-stage AKA model has an advantage that enables distributed processing and load sharing. But it has vulnerability for third party attack. To complement these vulnerabilities, this study designs security system for W-CDMA which uses public key system.

        백서 혈관평활근 세포에서 α-Lipoic acid가 PAI-1 발현, 세포의 증식, 주유능 및 신생내막 형성억제에 미치는 효과

        연구배경:당뇨병의 혈관 합병증의 발생에 있어서 산화스트레스는 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 혈관 평활근세포에서 고혈당은 안지오텐신Ⅱ와 더불어 활성산소족(ROS)을 증가시키며, 산화스트레스에 민감한 전사인자들을 활성화시켜 동맥경화증을 유발하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이에 저자들은 항산화제로 알려진 알파­리포산이 혈관 평활근세포의 증식속도와 이주에 미치는 영향과 PAI­1발현에 미치는 영향을 조사하였고 이와 동시에 백서의 혈관 손상 모델을 이용하여 알파­리포산이 신생내막 증식을 억제시킬 수 있는지를 알아보았다. 방법:In vitro 실험은 백서의 대동맥 평활근세포를 고농도의 포도당(22mM)과 100nM의 안지오텐신Ⅱ로 4시간 배양하였다. 알파­리포산을 처리 후, PAI­1 mRNA의 발현을 보기 위해 노던 블롯을 시행하였고 평활근세포의 유주능과 증식속도에 미치는 영향을 보기 위해 성장속도의 유주능 분석을 시행하였다. 또한 평활근세포의 유주능에 NF­μB 경로가 미치는 영향을 보기 위해 겔 지연 분석과 NF­μB 보고 유전자 분석을 시행하였다. In vivo 실험으로 백서의 혈관손상 모델을 이용하여 알파­리포산 처리 후 혈관의 신생내막 두께를 비교하였다. 결과:In vitro 실험에서 고농도 포도당과 안지오텐신Ⅱ에 의해 유도된 PAI­1 mRNA 발현증가는 알파­리포산 처리에 의하여 용량에 비례하여 억제되었다(p<0.05). 알파­리포산 처리로 혈관 평활근세포의 유주능은 유의하게 억제되었으나(p<0.01),증식속도는 유의하게 억제되지 않았다. 또한 알파­리포산 처리로 NF­μB 발현도 유의하게 억제되었다(p<0.01). In vivo 실험에서 알파­리포산을 주입한 군에서 혈관손상에 의한 신생내막의 증식이 유의하게 억제되는 것을 보여주었다(p<0.01). 결론:알파­리포산은 백서의 대동맥 평활근 세포의 증식속도는 억제하지 못했으나 유주능은 유의하게 억제하였으며, 혈관 손상 모델에서 신생 내막 증식도 유의하게 억제함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 작용은 알파­리포산에 의한 NF­μB 경로의 억제와 연관이 있는 것으로 사료된다. Background : Exposure to large amounts of glucose causes a characteristic dysfunction and morphologic changes of the endothelium by an increased production of reactive oxygen species(ROS) in diabetes. The plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1), which modulates fibrinolysis and cell migration may influence proteolysis and neointimal formation in vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC). Antioxidants have been proposed to inhibit multiple proatherogenic events. This study investigated the effect of α-lipoic acid on PAI-1 expression and VSMC proliferation and migration both in vivo and in vitro. Methods : In the in vitro study, cultured rat aortic smooth muscle cells(RASMC) were incubated in a medium containing high glucose (22 mM) and 100 nM angiotensin Ⅱ for 4 hour. After α-lipoic acidtreatment, a -migration and growth assay of the RASMC, and a gelmobility shift assay and reportergene analysis for nuclear factor- иB(NF- иB) and northern blot analysis for PAI-1 were performed. In the in vivo study, the effect of α-lipoic acid on neointimal hyperplasia in a rat carotid balloon injury model was evaluated. Results : RASMC migration was inhibited significantly by α-lipoic acid (p<0.01), but their prolife ration was not inhibited. The NF-иB DNA binding activity and NF-иB promoter activity was inhibited by α-lipoic acid significantly (p<0.01). α-lipoic acid inhibited PAI-1 mRNA expression by high glucose and angiotensin Ⅱ in dose dependent manner (p<0.05). In the rat carotid artery balloon injury model, neointimal formation was reduced by α-lipoic acid treatment in a dose dependent manner significantly (p<0.01). Conclusion : α-lipoic acid suppresses migration, but not prolife ration in RASMC. α-lipoic acid also reduce neointima formation in a rat carotid balloon injured model. This effect might be related to the blocking of NF-иB which increase the expression of the genes associated with atherosclerosis including TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, endothelin-1, MCP-1, VCAM-1, ICAM-1, E-selectin, tissue factor(J Kor Diabetes Asso 25:446~459, 2001).

      • 아라키돈산 및 아이코사펜타엔산 생성 곰팡이의 분리 및 생산

        Fungal strains producing extraordinary high amounts of arachidonic acid(ARA) and eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) were isolated from soil samples and the effects of various culture condition on the production of ARA and EPA were investigated. Three strains of fungi with the high acids yields were identified as Mortierella alpina 49, M. parvispora 58 and M. horticola 73. Highest amounts of EPA and ARA were produced when three strains were cultivated at 18℃ for 4 and 6 days, respectively. When the three strains of fungi were grown in a medium with increase of 5% glucose, EPA production was decreased in every case, whereas ARA production not decreased in every case. There was no significant effect of oxygen on the fungi growth. But the production of EPA and ARA as well as the total fatty acids decreased when cultivated in 200 ml of culture volume in 500 ml flask. When the fungi cultivated for 6 days at 18℃ and stand for 6 days at room temperature, there was no difference in growth amount, while there was increase in the total fatty acid production, i.e., 36% increase as for M. parvispora 58 and 10∼20% as for the other two fungi. Aging didn't influence the EPA production much. the amount of the fungi growth and the total fatty acid production increased with more soybean oil addition as a nutrient of culture medium.

      • Sol-Gel Process를 利用한 Y-SrTiO_3 微分體 合成

        Y-SrTiO_3 powders are synthesized by pechini process as a kind of sol-gel process and compared with powders by solid state reaction with respect to powder properties. As a result, calcination temperature is lowered about at 500℃. Furthermore, obtained powders are fine and homogeneous. And these powders are agglomerated and the size of primary particles is about 30㎚.

      • 노년기의 결혼만족도와 관련변인 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide the basis for the marital relationship in later life by searching for the most influential variable on marital satisfaction of the aged. The data used in this study include 271 elderly people aged 55 and over. Used statistics for data analysis were T-TEST, ONE WAY ANOVA, SCHEFFE'-TEST,MULTIPLE CLASSIFICATION ANALYSIS. The findings of the study were as follow: 1) The background variables such as sex. educational level, occupational status, perceived health status, economic level, number of children, show significant difference on the marital satisfaction of the aged. 2) The socal network variables (relationship with friend, social activities) show the significant difference on the marital satisfaction of the aged. 3) The value system is the significant variable on the marital satisfaction of the aged. 4) This husband-wife relationship (the degree of communication, sexual relations, affectional expression, consensus with marital partner) show the significant difference on the marital satisfaction of the aged.

        중학교 남녀학생별 가정교과에 대한 인식 및 학습효과 : 경남지역을 중심으로

        The aims of this research study is to clear the differences of the learning effects and the cognition of Home Economics by sex in the middle school and to collect the future-oriented educational datas, after implementing the 6th education curriculum. The results of the study are as follows ; 1. Most of students had the cognition that Home Economics is a subject matter of a needful knowledge and skill for the family life, half students a cultural subject matter for the modern life. The former was supported by female students, the latter by male students. 2. Most of students were interested in actual training fields of cooking and hand-sewing, had a strong interest about a field of physical and social-psychological growth. The differences by sex were statistically significant in these fields. 3. Most of students had positive responses in the learning effects of Home Economics. The most useful field was cooking and the worst was the structure and method of sewing machine. 4. The shortage and the dissatisfaction in the learning of Home Economics were lacking of the actual training hours, the old-fashioned teaching methods and the shortage of teaching materials etc.
