소진 탄력적인 상담자 집단 특성 = The Essential Characteristics of Burnout-Resilient Counselors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated risk and protective factors of counselor`s burnout. In a pilot study, the relationships of 6 protective factors, one risk factor, and burnout were examined. Five protective factors (self-esteem, self-efficacy, active stress coping strategy, empathy, and searching for meaning in life) were significantly related to burnout. In the main study, there were included five protective factors from the pilot study and mildfulness factor. The differences in six protective factors between counselors resilient to burnout and non-resilient to burnout were examined. The results showed the differences in all six factors between two groups. The subsequent discriminant analysis showed that these factors differentiated two groups with the probability of 96.3%. Finally, the implications and limits of this study were discussed with the suggestion for further research.
