사회적 기업가정신, 사회적 네트워크, 정부지원이 문화예술분야 사회적 기업의 지속가능성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 문화예술분야 사회적 기업의 지속가능성을 위해 요구되는 다양한 요인들 중, 사회적 기업가정신이 지속가능성에 미치는 영향과 사회적 네트워크, 정부지원이 이들 관계에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 문화예술분야 사회적 기업의 임직원들을 대상으로 실증 분석을 시도하였다. SPSS 18.0과 Smart PLS 2.0을 활용하여 사회적 기업가정신, 사회적 기업의 지속가능성, 사회적 네트워크와 정부지원의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 사회적 기업가정신 구성요인은 문화예술분야 사회적 기업의 지속가능성 중 경제적 기반 형성과 환경적 수용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 정부지원과 사회적 네트워크는 사회적 기업가정신과 문화예술분야 사회적 기업의 지속가능성 사이에서 조절효과를 나타내었다. 마지막으로 사회적 기업가정신의 영향을 받은 경제적 기반형성과 환경적 수용성은 사회적 기업의 최종성과라 할 수 있는 사회적 목적달성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 문화예술분야 사회적 기업의 특수성을 고려하여 일반 기업가정신과 사회적 가치 지향성, 직무전문성이 사회적 기업 지속가능성에 미치는 각각의 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 실무적으로 향후 문화예술분야 사회적 기업이 자립하고 지속가능하기 위해서는 세분화된 정부의 지원정책과 지속적인 사회적 네트워크 구축이 뒷받침되어야 하며 기업가정신 함양을 위한 교육이 필요할 것이다. This study analyzes the influence of social entrepreneurship on sustainability, which operates as the fundamental to achieve the purpose of social enterprises among the various factors required for sustainability of cultural and artistic social enterprises. This study attempts empirical analysis on social enterprises. The summarized results are as follows. First, social entrepreneurship affected the economic base and the environmental acceptance of cultural and artistic social enterprises. Second, social network and government support generated moderating effects between social entrepreneurship and the sustainability of cultural and artistic social enterprises. Lastly, this study confirmed that the social entrepreneurship was one of critical factors for the sustainablity of social enterprise and the economic base and the environmental acceptance influenced on social objective achievement. The meaning of this study is applying the measure of ‘Sustainability’ for the empirical analysis, which reflects the characteristics of cultural and artistic social enterprises. The implications for the sustainability of cultural and artistic social enterprises are as follows: First, the customized support from government should be developed for the culture and art field. Second, the education program for the entrepreneurship should be made and provided. Last, building sustainable social network with local community is the most essential task.

Dynamic ultrasonography of the shoulder

Ultrasonography (US) is a useful diagnostic method that can be easily applied to identify the cause of shoulder pain. Its low cost, excellent diagnostic accuracy, and capability for dynamic evaluation are also advantages. To assess all possible causes of shoulder pain, it is better to follow a standardized protocol and to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the shoulder than to conduct a focused examination. Moreover, a proper dynamic study can enhance the diagnostic quality of US, especially when the pathology is not revealed by a static evaluation. The purpose of this article is to review the common indications for dynamic US of the shoulder, and to present the basic techniques and characteristic US findings.

정부는 2012년 유치원ㆍ어린이집 비용 지원의 대상 계층 및 연령 확대를 시작으로 영유아 서비스 비용에 대한 보편적 지원체계를 통해 영유아 가구의 양육부담을 경감하여 우리사회의 초저출산 문제를 극복하고자 노력하여왔다. 본고에서는 2012-2013년 동안 확대된 육아지원이 영유아 가구의 양육부담 완화에 실질적으로 어떻게 기여했는지 주요 육아품목을 대상으로 영유아 부모가 체감하는 물가수준과 가격 변동에 대한 체감지수의 변화를 분석하고, 2016년 현재 영유아 가구가 지출하는 양육비 수준을 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 1) 기관 이용 시간과 가구특성에 따른 비용지원설계 보완, 2) 자녀 출생순위와 소득계층을 고려한 양육수당 정책의 전환, 3) 유치원과 어린이집 질적 수준 제고를 위한 정책 도입 등을 제안하였다.

뇌졸중 환자에 있어 제한성 폐기능 장애가 흔히 동반되나 호흡 훈련은 경시되기 쉬우며 환자 스스로 호흡 훈련을 지속할 수 있는 동기유발은 어려운 형편이다 .따라서 본 연구의 목적은 뇌졸중 환자의 폐기능 향상을 위한 호흡 훈련의 일환으로 음악치료 프로그램을 제시하고 그 효과를 고찰하고자 하였다 .연구 대상은 뇌졸중 환자 중 폐기능 검사상 제한성 폐기능 장애를 보이는 62 명을 대상으로 실험군 31 명과 대조군 31 명으로 무작위 분류하여 선정하였으며 ,실험절차는 두 집단의 사전과 사후로 PFT (Pulmonary Function T est )를 실시하였는데 ,실험군에서는 긴장이완과 간단한 모음 발성 및 호흡 ,그리고 익숙한 노래부르기와 리코더 합주로 구성된 음악치료 프로그램을 실시하였다 .연구결과는 실험군이 치료 전 폐기능 검사에서 FVC 1.60 ±0.6 ℓ, FEFM A X 2.77 ±1.6 ℓ/ sec, MVV 34.48±14.9 ℓ/ min,치료 후 FVC 2.01 ±0.7 ℓ, FEFM A X 3.43 ±1.6 ℓ/ s ec, MVV 43.68 ±18.0 ℓ/ min 으로 유의한 호전을 보였다 (p< .05).또 두 집단 간의 치료 전후 폐기능 검사의 변화는 FVC 와 MVV 에서 매우 유의한 차이가 있었다 (p< .01).이러한 결과는 호흡훈련과 관련된 음악치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 폐기능 향상을 위해 유용한 치료인 것과 재활치료 프로그램의 일환으로 적용될 수 있을 것이라고 제안한다 .

최근 ITU-R에서는 전파혼신과 밀접한 관계가 있는 무선기기의 RF 항목(주파수허용편차, 점유주파수대역폭, 불요발사 등)에 대한 권고안 SM.1045, SM.328, SM.853, SM.329, SM.1539 등을 제정하거나 개정하였다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문에서는 국내 무선설비규칙의 전파 질 허용치 및 측정방법과 연계하여 ITU-R RF 성능 권고(안)의 핵심내용에 대한 분석결과를 제시하였다. 본 논문의 내용은 무선기기의 인증 및 무선국 검사에 적용되는 국내 무선설비 기술기준치를 이해하는 데 참고자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

허혈성 뇌졸중 환자 사례에 대한 시뮬레이션 교육 후 성찰일지 내용분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the development of strategies to improve the learning effect of simulation by analyzing a reflective paper after the educational simulation of patients with ischemic stroke, for nursing students. Methods: From September 28 to October 23, 2020, we conducted a simulation of ischemic stroke patient nursing with fourth-year students in the department of nursing at University B in A City, had them write a reflective paper, and then analyzed the data using content analysis. Results: In this study, the reflective paper was an effective educational method to strengthen the competency of nursing students, such as coping with a changing patient status, learning through experience, providing evidence-based nursing, and promoting teamwork. Conclusion: The reflective paper after educational simulation was an important process for training patients to identify and analyze problems, cope with changes in patient conditions, and reflect on nursing performance. This process can be expected to improves the ability to cope with the increased intracranial pressure in ischemic stroke patients in clinical practice.

Primary Bone Lymphoma of the Distal Tibia Mimicking Brodie’s Abscess

The “penumbra sign” on an unenhanced T1-weighted image is a well-known characteristic of Brodie’s abscess, and this sign is extremely helpful for discriminating subacute osteomyelitis from other bone lesions. We present a case of primary bone lymphoma of the distal tibia mimicking subacute osteomyelitis with Brodie’s abscess in a 50-year-old woman. Initial radiographs and MRI showed a lesion in the distal tibia consistent with Brodie’s abscess with the penumbra sign. Histopathological examination of the surgical biopsy specimen confirmed the presence of a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma involving the bone.
