AMGA is an official metadata catalogue service of EGEE's gLite. It provides the method to access to metadata for files stored on the Grid. For gathering information about AMGA that is distributed and installed, we designed and implemented the system to monitor AMGA distribution based on MonALISA. First we introduce MonALISA and Ganga usage statistics system. And then we present the idea for AMGA distribution and describe the design and implementation of the distribution monitoring system for AMGA. Finally the summary and the future work for monitoring the status of running AMGA are described.

There are many demands of helicopter for emergency transportation and forest fire suppression in Korea where has many mountains and islands. For this reason, many helicopters are used in Korea, and various situations are occurred in flight of helicopter. Therefore, it is important to optimize helicopter in the conceptual design simultaneously to consider operation uncertainties. In this study, robust design optimization was performed with helicopter conceptual design and performance analysis tool which used simple analysis methods and empirical equations. For the operational uncertainties, temperature of atmosphere and poor maintenance and drag increase by change of airfoil characteristics.

Objective-We designed a nationwide study with limited exclusion criteria to investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MetS) in Korea and its relationship with antipsychotic medications. Methods-This multicenter, cross-sectional, and observational study included patients diagnosed with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. Sixteen hospitals enrolled 845 patients aged 18 to 65 years prescribed any antipsychotic medication between August 2011 and August 2013. MetS was diagnosed using the criteria of the modified Adult Treatment Panel III of the National Cholesterol Education Program with the Korean abdominal obesity definition (waist circumference ≥85 cm in women, ≥90 cm in men). Results-The prevalence of MetS in all patients was 36.5% and was significantly higher in men than women (men, 40.8%; women, 32.2%) and was significantly correlated with age [odds ratio (OR) 1.02] and duration of illness (OR 1.03). The prevalence of MetS across antipsychotic drugs in the major monotherapy group was as follows: 18.8% for quetiapine, 22.0% for aripiprazole, 33.3% for both amisulpride and paliperidone, 34.0% for olanzapine, 35% for risperidone, 39.4% for haloperidol, and 44.7% for clozapine. Conclusion-The prevalence of MetS is very high in patients with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. Screening and monitoring of MetS is also strongly recommended.
Antioxidant and Antibacterial Effects According to the Species and Drying Method of Allium Genus

This study compared the antioxidant and antibacterial effects of Allium tuberosum (AT) and Allium senescens L. (AS) according to the drying method. Allium genus dried through hot air drying at 65℃ (HD) and freeze-drying (FD). The powder was extracted with 70% ethanol at 80℃ for 3 hours and used in the experiment. The total phenolic compounds content and total flavonoid content were the highest in AT-HD, and the contents were 15.91±0.07 GAE/g and 11.54±0.11 RE/g, respectively. AT-HD was measured the highest in the DPPH radical scavenging activity, ABTS and FRAP analysis as antioxidant activity. The antibacterial effect was conducted on four foodborne pathogens. Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhi were inhibited 3.61 log cycles and 2.58 log cycles respectively by AT-FD. As a result of this experiment, it is predicted that AT-FD powder with high antibacterial activity can improve the storage of food.
