        For the purpose of practical assessment of resional environmental radiation characteristics, a series of in-situ spectromentry was carried out using a 3″ø×3″cylindrical NaI(T1) scintillation detector in association with a MCA at eight different points in open field of Daejeon area. In determining the exposure rate from the spectra obtained, the methods developed by Beck et al. was used. The exposure rate evaluated in this way was compared with those observed by the Moriuchi's spectrum-exposure rate conversion operator, and Reuter/Stokes environmental radiation monitor. The three results were in good agreement within statistical uncertainty. Although the exposure rate in this area varied with place, the spectra measured are quite similar in pattern. It was shown that the major part of the terrestrial radiation in the area consists of the gamma-rays emitted from the daughter products of ^238U and ^232Th series and then from ^40K.

      • 動物筋肉中 抽出時間에 따른 Actomyosin의 生物活性 比較

        Actomyosin was extracted from skeletal muscle of Cattle, Rabbit and Hen. Biological activities were compared function of animal species in one hand and the effect of EGTA on the actomyosin. The following results were obtained 1. More than 24 hours of extraction was required for the extraction of Cattle, Rabbit and Hen actomyosin, myosin was first released during the extraction followed by actin, which upon the release, formed actomyosin thus indicating a certain difference in compactness in filamental lattice and filamental integrity. 2. In the case actomyosin, 125 micro M EGTA inhibited Mg-ATPase activity indicating a common component of troponin regardless the animal species and the duration of extraction of this substance.

      • TITANIUM PLASMA SPRAYED IMPLANT에 대한 기계적 표면처리방법이 치은섬유아세포의 전개양상에 미치는 영향

        구강내 매식된 임프란트가 과도한 교합력이나 염증등의 이유로 구강내로 노출되었을때 세균독소에 이완된 면을 제거하고 평활한 면을 형성하여 주위의 연조직, 경조직에 적합한 상태로 만들어 건강한 상태로 구강내에 유지하기 위해서 임프란트 매식체 표면을 기계적인 표면처리방법으로 처치하여 이러한 방법이 임프란트 표면성분, 치은섬유아세포의 전개양상에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 본 실험을 실행하였다. IMZ사에서 제작한 직경 10mm, 높이 2mm의 원판 타이타늄을 이용하여 피막되지 않은 타이타늄면과 TPS면을 대조군으로 하고 기계적인 표면처리방법인 low speed stone bur 처치면을 실험군으로 설정한 후 EDX로 타이타늄 표면성분을 분석하였고 주사전자 현미경으로 치은 섬유아세포의 전개양상을 관찰하였다, EDX에 의한 타이타늄 표면성분분석 결과 모든 실험군에서 titanium peak,소량의 aluminum이 나타났으며 그외의 성분은 나타나지 않았다. 치은섬유아세포의 전개양상에 대한 주사전자현미경 관찰결과 평활한 타이타늄면에서 접종 30분 후 세사상돌기와 박판엽상으로 확장된 세포가 많이 관찰되며 6시간 후 신장된 치은섬유아세포가 시편에 밀착된 양상을 보였고 24시간 후 치은섬유아세포는 시편의 모든 면을 피개하며 가공시의 평행한 선을 따라 방향성을 띄었다. TPS가 잔존한 stone처치군에서 세포 접종 30분 후 세사상돌기가 적게 관찰되어 평활한 타이탄뮴면에 비해 초기부착이 늦은 것을 알수 있었고 6, 24시간후 치은섬유아세포는 거친면으로 인해 시편에 밀착되지 못한 양상을 보였으나 평활한 타이타늄면과 유사하게 세사상돌기로써 인접한 세포와 연결되며 시편의 모든 면을 피개하였다. TPS군에서 치은섬유아세포는 세포 접종 30분후 세사상돌기를 거의 찾아 볼 수 없어 초기부착이 다른군에 비해 늦으며 세포배양 6, 24시간후에도 시편에 밀착되지 못하고 박판상돌기가 가늘고 길게 돌출되어 여러면에 부착된 양상을 보였으며 세포가 부착되지 않은 TPS면이 관찰되었다. Currently titanium is the material of choice for implant because of its biological acceptance. This high degree of biocompatibility is thought to result, in part, from the protective and stable oxide layer that presumably aids in the bonding of the extracellular matrix at the implant-tissue interface. Endosseous dental implants are interfaced with bone, connective tissue, and ephithelium when implanted into the jaw bone. The soft tissue interface including connective tissue and epithelium is one of the most critical factors in the determination of implant maintenance and prognosis. For maintenance of a failing or failed implants it is essential to treat the implant fixture surface so as to remove bacterial endotoxin and make a surface tolerated by surrounding soft and hard tissue. In this study, the effect of mechanical treatment of TPS on adhesiveness and proliferation of human gingival fibroblast(HGF) and changed surface characteristics were studied. TPS disc manufactured by IMZ Co. was treated with low speed stone bur, rubber point and jetpolisher. Its surface components were analyzed with EDX to evaluate whether the surface characteristics were altered or not. Following results were obtained, pure titanium and TPS (contro group), stone polished titanium (experimental group) showed titanium peak and small amout of aluminum, so there was no alteration on surface characteristics. Under the SEM examination, in initial attachment of HGF there was a slight more enhanced in titanium, stone polished titanium than TPS. After 6 hours, the titanium and stone polished titanium group showed HGF were elongated and connected with numerous process. The titanium group showed HGF were more intimately attached on the disc. The HGF of the TPS group attached on the surface by thin and elongated process. After 24 hours, the HGF connected with each other via numerous process and absolutely cover the surface with orientaion in the titanium and stone polshed titanium group. The TPS group showed HGF had multiple point contacts with more long and thin lamellopodia but showed a little bare surface on disc.

        광고를 활용한 한국어 교육 방안

        This thesis is a study on Korean language teaching method utilizing advertisement. There is no way to utilize every advertisement in Korean language teaching. Accordingly, we should categorize advertisement by the topics, Worksheets advertisement was selected as the category of unique Korean advertisement. Among them. fourteen commercial films of worksheets appeared on TV from January 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007 were included for this study. The involved advertisement were those of THINKBIG and NUNMOPI. I suggested lesson model focused on those two brands' advertisement. The assigned study goal was to understand educational spree in Korea, and the related educational phenomenon and system. The lessons consisted of vocabulary and cultural education. And diversified teaching methods were adopted; listening, speaking, reading and discussion, In the last chapter, I present the positive and negative effect from such lessons. This thesis has its meaning in that it suggests practical method for lessons to enhance understanding of Korean social, cultural features and to help achieve better linguistic skills, through a teaching method utilizing worksheets advertisement.

      • 고등학교 공통 과학내 화학 영역을 중심으로 한 STS 내용 분석

        Science-technology-society(STS) has been concerned with a reform in science education as a new direction and goal for science education. STS was introduced in the Fifth curriculum an was more emphasized in the Sixth curriculum. In this study, The STS materials in the chemistry part of common science textbook were analyzed. In the chemistry part of common science textbooks, average 14% of the total page content was devoted to the STS materials. The STS materials were included 23.8% in the chapter of reactivity of materials, 14.17% in the control factors on reaction kinetics, 10.7% in exothermic reaction and endothermic reaction, 10% in elements with similar reactivity. The STS materials are analyzed by STS topics by Piel(1981). 34.6% of STS materials were the topics on effects of 'socialization of science', 31.8% on 'technological developments', 16% on 'environmental quality and utilization of natural resources', 13% on 'energy', 3.6% on 'human engineering', and there was no topics on 'space research and national defense', and 'population'. The topics of 'socialization of science' and technology developments were covered in all chapters. The topics of 'environmental quality and utilization of natural resources' and 'energy' were covered in 3 chapters. The activities of STS program in the common science textbook were mostly consists of example study, inquiry research, data analysis. However there was no role play and practical work.

        정보시스템 개발방법론 성과에 관한 연구 : 혁신이론 관점으로 lnnovation Theory Perspective

        Many enterprises are interested in using the IS development methodologies as a means of increasing system performance and solving the problems of delayed delivery time, excessive budget, and failure of integrated systems. Even if previous researches showed that the system productivity and quality improvement using the system development methodologies are very poor, we tried to find that the methodologies are meaningful as an innovative means for IS performance. We defined that the IS development methodology as a technical and managerial innovation for IS department. We intended to study the relationship between the implementation process of the IS development methodology divided into four steps and IS performance. A cross-sectional field survey with IS departments of domestic companies was conducted, and we used LISREL 8 12a to perform the structural equation model analysis and hypothesis verification. We found the meaningful relationship between the development methodology and qualitative performance. We reconfirmed that the relationship between the development methodology and qualitative performance is not meaningful as expected, which is the same result with the previous researches. But the qualitative performance affects very strongly to the quantitative performance. As a result, we suggest that IS managers and developers keep the principles of improvement.

      • 6차 교육 과정에 따른 고등학교 공통 과학 (화학 부분) 교과서의 탐구 활동 분석

        In order to obtain the fundamental data for developing an ideal chemistry curriculum in the common science, four kind of common science textbooks were analyzed. Particularly, inquiry activities part was analyzed by the three dimension framework which consists of inquiry content dimension, inquiry process dimension and inquiry context dimension. The average volume of chemistry part in the common science text books was 13% (56 page). In the analysis of the inquiry content dimension of inquiry activities, the total number of themes in four kinds of textbook had similar inquiry activities. For the analysis of inquiry process dimension, 'interpreting data and formulating generalizations' category(39.1%) was most emphasized and the categories of 'observation and measuring'(30.8%), and 'building, testing and revising the theoretical model'(16.5%), 'seeing a problem and seeking ways to solve it'(13.5%) follow in order. As for the analysis of the inquiry context dimension, the scientific context was 82%, the individual context 1.8%, the social context 7.8% and the technical context 7.8%. It showed that the proportion of STS related contents in inquiry activities was 18%. For the purpose of common science text book in the 6th curriculum, it is expected to increase the proportion of the high level inquiry process and the proportion of STS related contents.
