        한국인 인슐린 비의존형 당뇨병 및 이차성 당뇨병 환자에서 글루코키나제 유전자 변이

        N/A Objectives: Mutations in the glucokinase (GCK) gene are considered a possible cause of maturity-onset diabetes of the young. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the contribution of this gene to the development of non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM), gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and post-renal transplantation diabetes mellitus (PTDM). Method: Identification of GCK mutation was attempted on 39 NIDDM patients, 2 GDM patients and 58 selected renal allograft recipients with PTDM and 45 normal controls. The exons in the GCK gene were examined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), followed by analysis of single-stranded DNA conformational polymorphism (SSCP). The abnormal bands were also confirmed by DNA sequencing analysis. The exons of affected family members were also investigated for mutations of the GCK gene. Results: Two of the 58 PTDM patients (3.4%) were found to have CKK mutations. One had the mutation on exon 5 and the other on intron 7. One control subject had the mutation on intmn 9. The mutation of exon 5 was identified as a substitution of CCT (proline) for CTT (leucine) at codon 164, which has not ever reported before. The family members of the PFDM patient with mutation of exon 5 were analyzed by PCR followed by SSCP, and two of them revealed the same mutation. The abnormal band on the SSCP analysis of exon 7 was identified as the insertion of base C/T at the 39th nucleotide in intron 7. Two family members of this patients also had same band on SSCP. The one mutation of 45 normal controls was CT located at the 8th nucleotide in intron 9, which was a common polymorphism. Conclusion: We found GCK mutations in subjects with PTDM and we speculate that these mutations may be one of the contributing cause of PTDM.

        디지털 공제방사선영상의 기하학적 보정에 관한 연구

        Purpose : To develop a new subtraction program for registering digital periapical images based on the correspondence of anatomic structures. Materials and Methods : The digital periapical images were obtained by Digora system with Rinn XCP equipment after translation of 1-16 mm, and rotation of 2-20°at the premolar and molar areas of the human dried mandible. The new subtraction program, NIH Image program and Emago/Advanced program were compared by the peak-signal-to noise ratio(PSNR). Results : The new subtraction program was superior to NIH Images program and Emago/Advanced program up to 16 mm translation and horizontal angulation up to 4°. Conclusion : The new subtraction program can be used for subtracting digital periapical images.(Korean J Oral Maxillofac Radiol 2001;31:23-34)

        전산화단층상을 이용한 측두하악관절의 삼차원 재구성상의 비교연구

        The purpose of this study was to clarify the spatial relationship of temporomandibular joint and to an aid in the diagnosis of temporomandibular disorder, For this study, three-dimensional images of normal temporomandibular joints were reconstructed by computer image analysis system and three-dimensional reconstructive program integrated in computed tomography. The obtained results were as follows: 1. Two-dimensional computed tomograms had the better resolution than three dimensional computed tomograms in the evaluation of bone structure and the disk of TMJ. 2. Direct sagittal computed tomograms and coronal computed tomograms had the better resolution in the evaluation of the disk of TMJ. 3. The positional relationship of the disk could be visualized, but the configuration of the disk could not be clearly visualized on three-dimensional reconstructive CT images. 4. Three-dimensional reconstructive CT images had the smoother margin than three-dimensional images reconstructed by computer image analysis system, but the images of the latter had the better perspective. 5. Three-dimensional reconstructive images had the better spatial relationship of the TMJ articulation, and the joint spaces were more clearly visualized on dissection images.

      • 전전자 교환기에서의 과부하제어에 관한 연구

        TDX-10 및 EWSD 기종의 과부하 제어방식을 검토한 후 프로세서 점유율 측면에서 성능이 향상된 제어방식을 3가지로 분류하여 제안하며, 각각을 가정된 모델에 따라 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 성능평가를 행하였다. 그 결과 TDX-10L방식을 제외한 제안한 방식은 과부하 상태에서도 시스템 설계용량인 90%의 프로세서 점유율로 유지함을 확인하였다. The performance analysis of proposed three overload control methods is conducted to present the more optimal than methods using in conventional TDX-10 and EWSD by simulation with the assumed model. From simulation result, the two methods except TDX-10L are satisfied with 90% of the designed processor engineered capacity.

        Recently, The construction field in the urban area is short of working space and securing processing place because it is surrounded by adjacent buildings and nearby roads and have difficulties in rising labor costs. The insufficient space causes problems of interference and conflicts in transporting materials and working at the site. Therefore, Construction Manager find many alternative method and select industrialized method. The objective of this paper is to develop and give a method of information visualization system for manufacturing, delivering and lifting these materials in construction project stakeholders, using tools visualizing informations. The tools supports to stakeholders so many informations in material manufacturing, delivering, lifting in construction site. That is, order information, manufacture information in factory, sending information, carrying information, unloading and lifting in Site, and so on. Case studies are performed to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.

        아시아 경기대회의 서구화와 그 반성

        We together had a chance to think over the subject of Asian Games. It may looks issuance of regionalism or nationalism against the current on of globalization however, in order to find the ways for the further development of the spirit of Asian Games, it is believed that it's time to open the discussion on it. We also did put efforts to search the next deploying goals of the Asian Games, while reviewing both positive and negative aspects of the Games through the chronological investigation of Asian Games history, and researching the situational aspects of pre-modern and modern Asian sports. Thinking over the two aspects, positive and negative viewpoints, of the general effects of the Asian Games to Asian sports, the 4 positive effects of Asian Games may be pointed out ; ①that Asian Games affected to solidify the generalization of the culture of sports attributed to bringing the perception change about sports in Asian people, ② that it also contributed to spreading the Asia-origin sports to the world ③ that it established the infrastructure of sports in Asia through changing the game holding place among Asian countries, and ④ that it provided the good chances to exchange the national cultures among Asian countries. On the other hand the negative aspects may be mentioned ; ①that the loss of Asian traditional sports culture could be ascribed to the fact that the western sports has been the mainstream in Asian Games ② that the magnitude expansion strategy of the Games limited the number of Game hosting cities, so that only a few cities could hold the Game thus far, ③ that the original spirit of Asian Games has been impaired by making political use of Asian Games like the case of Olympic Games, and ④ that the deployment of diversity of world sports cultures into Asia was not enough Directions that Asian Games in 21st century is moving forward can be ; ① to study the Games operation centered on Asian traditional sports, ② to put efforts on magnitude optimization of the Game in size ③ seek the ways exclude the various non-sports ideologies in order for Asian Games to be the untained place of Asian harmony and advancement. To act Asian Games as a role to promote the Asian peace and goodwill among the Asian countries, the hosting country of the Games needs to establish the (hosting) policies and procedures toward of reconciling the different opinions among the member countries and enhancing the friendships, and to implement it. All participants to the international Games are requested to contribute to both the goodwill of Asian countries and world peace by the sportsmanship, the reciprocal cooperative competition.

      • 본딩 웨이퍼 검사를 위한 모델링 연구

        본 논문에서는 레이저 빔 투과를 이용한 본딩 웨이퍼 검사 방법을 제안하고 검사 장치를 설계 구현하였다. 1064nm파장에서의 정상웨이퍼를 일정한 비율로 투과하였다. 본딩 불량으로 인한 웨이퍼의 기공은 두께에 따라 투과율이 현저하게 변화하여 기공 부분을 검출하였다. 이러한 기공은 두께의 변화가 있으며 광량의 변화하는 부분이 에어갭으로 인식 카메라로 쉽게 구분이 가능하였다.

      • 穀類 및 豆類의 腐敗程度와 化學的 成分間의 相互關係

        Various cereals and legumes as well as rice have been used as food in this country. The growth rate of microorganism in those food was different by different food sources. This difference was supposed to be different nutrient contents that are composed of food. Therefore, four kind of cereals (rice, barley, millet and sorghum) and legumes (soybean, small red bean, mungbean and cowpea) were heated at 121℃ for 20 minutes and then the growth rate of microorganisms was measured at four hour intervals unitl 32 hours after heating. Also changes in pH, free sugar, ammonium nitrogen, free amino acid and minerals of cereals and legumes were investigated also relationship with growth rate of microorganisms were estimated. The growth rate of microorganism in legumes was faster than cereals. Exceptionally number of microorganism in sorghum was alsmost same as those in legumes. The pH of barley was lowest compared with other cereals and legumes. Free sugars contents in legumes right after steaming were much higher than those of cereals, and after 12 hours, those in all samples was increased however, after 24 hours free sugars were decreased. High correlation between number of microorganism cells and free sugar were noticed that the content of free sugar affected the growth rate of microorganisms. The early ammonium content in sample supposed to be affected on early growth of microorganism because the ammonium content steaming showed a high significant correlation with the number of micrrorganisms. Free sugar content of legumes higher than cereals. Small red bean was the highest while rice was the lowest. Rice, soybean and mungbean after 24 hour showed a little change during incubation while millet was decreased and the others were increased. Total free amino acid content in testing materials showed high correlation with the number of microorganisms at 4, 12 and 16 hours after incubation. In all samples, the contents of potassium and phosphorous were higher than other minerals. All mineral contents of legumes were higher than cereals. Relationship between number of microorganisms at 4, 12 and 16 hours after steaming and total mineral contents in samples showed significant linear correlation.
