        가축분뇨를 이용한 SCP 생산 균주의 분리 및 균체 단백질 생산

        질소원으로서 계분을 이용하는 균주를 선별하고 계분배지에서 균체의 생육속도가 다른 균주에 비하여 우수한 균주를 분리하였다. 형태·생리학적 특성을 기초로 하여 yeast의 분류 기준과 비교하여 본 균주를 Candida sp.로 동정하였으며 본 균주를 Candida sp. D116으로 명명하였다. Poultry feces extract medium에서 4% 농도의 glucose 첨가가 균체 생육에 효과적이었다. D116 균주를 액체 발효하여 균체생산능, 요산 그리고 가용성 단백질의 변화를 조사하였다. 그 결과 약 60시간이 경과하면 액체 발효 배지내의 거의 모든 가용성 단백질 및 요산의 감소를 보였으며 균체생육은 약 36시간 배양하였을 때 최고조에 도달하였고 그 후에는 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였다. SCP의 대량생산의 결과 50%의 계분혼합 배지와 30℃의 배양 온도에서 36시간 배양하여 균주의 생육수준이 3.8×10^9 CFU/ml 농도의 균체를 생산하였고 200 L의 배양액중 약 870 g-dw의 균체를 얻었으며 생산된 군체의 조단백질 함량은 67%이었다. College of Engineering, Dankook University, Cheonan 330-714 and Bioproducts Research Center of Yonsei University, Seoul 120-749, Korea - From the soil collected form provincial area of South Korea, a microorganisms which have been shown good growth in the minimal poultry feces extract medium was isolated. Supplement of glucose to the poultry feces extract medium helped the complete degraded during the microbial growth. Maximum cell growth (3.8×10^9 CFU/ml) obtained at 36 hours of incubation after inoculation. Uric acid was degraded faster in minimal medium that in the glucose complement medium. VFA (volatile fatty acid), which are known as major compounds of poultry feces odor, were almost removed from the minimal poultry feces extract medium. Glucose supplement to the minimal medium enhanced the growth of microbial cells. Addition of 4% of glucose and 4% of neopeptone to the minimal poultry feces extract medium helped the maximal growth of cells.

      • 서울의 Penicillinase Producing Neisseria Gonorrhoeae 발생빈도(1994)

        Background : In recent years gonorrhoea has been panendemic and remains one of the most common Sexually Transmitted Diseases in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Method : For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria Gonorrhoeae(PPNG), Ive have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results : In 1994, 168 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 109 (64,9% ) were PPNG. Conclustion : Our results suggests that the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is still increasing.

      • 가정환경에 따른 초등학생의 한약 이용 실태에 관한 연구

        Background and Objectives: Actually, traditional herbal medicine may be overused in Korea. Expenditures of hospital cost & distrusts of scientific medicine are increasing gradually. So we surveyed the states of herbal medicine use according to home conditions among elementary school pupils. Materials and Methods: We interviewed pupils of three elementary schools in Gwangju with survey papers from 1st to 31th on May in 2007. We analyzed 905 returned surveys. Results: The number of pupils who have taken herbal medicines since birth was 590 (65.2 percent). The rate of herbal medicine use in male and in female was 68.9 percent, 62.0 percent and in apartment house and in western house was 72.9 percent, 60.3 percent, respectively. The rate of herbal medicine use in male and in apartment house was significant. The rate of herbal medicine use in above 1 million income was 68.8 percent and was higher significantly than in below 1 million income. There was no significant in the rate of herbal medicine use according to the religion of their parents. The rate herbal medicine use in graduated degree of their mother was 69.0 percent and was significant. The common reasons of herbal medicine use were looking weak without disease, for health promotion, frequent illnesses, orderly. Most of their parents thought about herbal medicine use positively (73.9 percent). Conclusion: The rate of herbal medicine use in elementary pupils was high. The rate of herbal medicine use was higher significantly in male, in apartment house, in above 1 million income & in graduated degree of mother. Their thoughts about herbal medicine use were positive, but may be a chance to distort western medicine.

        안성천 하천변 식물상 구성과 환경 조건과의 관계

        According to the survey map, the altitudes of up and down the Ansungchon were 242m and 49m accordingly. The width of the river was 4m at upperstream and became wider, 28m at midstream and 114m at downstream. Water pH of the Ansungchon was measured variously in the range of 6.0-7.9 according to the surveyed times and areas. The water pH measured during June through August decreased continually and suddenly increased at the end of October. Phragmites japonica, a major species of the fresh water emergent anchored hydrophytes, was surveyed mostly in the area of upperstream, Phragmites communis, Miscanthus saccharii lorus and Typha orientalis were surveyed in the areas of midstream and downstream, and Zi_ania latifolia was found in all areas of the river. The total of 101 taxa dividing into 32 families, 71 genera, 88 species, and 13 varieties have been inhabited in these areas. Among the inhabited plants, Poaceae was 21.8%, which appeared in the highest percent. Compositae was 20.8%, and Polygonaceae was 11.9%. In the surveyed areas, herbaceous plants were 95.1% and mostly occupied, and woody plants were 4.9%. Among the herbaceous plants, perennial plants were 52.5%, and annual and biannual plants were 28.7% and 13.9% accordingly. Naturalized plants dividing into 8 families and 18 genera have been found in the surveyed areas. The number of the naturalized plants increased from upperstream to downstream as the environmental disruption became worse. Only 2.5% of the total naturalized plants were appeared in up, 17.7% in midstream, and 28.6% in downstream. Shannon-Weiner's index for the degree of diversity was 2.898-3.666 in the area of upperstream, but 3.708-4.135 in downstream, which was little higher.

        경기도 오산천 주변의 잡초군락에 대한 식물사회학적 연구

        Osancheon creek is located in the southwest of the middle area in Korea Weed community around the Osancheon creek, where various disturbances exert a bad influence directly on its community by human work or nature, was surveyed phytosocialogically. Our surveys have been accomplished from June, 2003 to September, 2003. Weed communities formed around the Osancheon creek were divided into several patterns and analysed. They have been divided into 8 communities. Community A: Humulus japonica community, B: Phragmites communiscommunity, C: Persicaria thunbergii community, D: L:ania latifolia community, E: Miscanthus sacchariljlorus community, F: Echinochica crusgalli community, G: Typha orientalis community, H: Sataria viridis community. The flora surveyed in these communities was constituted of 19 families, 36 genera, 4 varieties, and 40 species. Wild plants such as Artemisia princeps var. orientalis, Erigeron annuus, Bidens rrondosa, Aeschynomene indica and Oenothera odorata were mostly light loving plants and higher resistant plants against the disturbance. Our result from the ranking all surveyed areas by the Bray-Curtis ordination method was very similar to the results from phytosocialogical table work.

      • Microcomputer 용 Logic Analyzer에 관한 연구

        In the last stage of microcomputer development work, the logic analyzer becomes a most desirable instrument. But the sophistication of latest multifunction models of logic analyzer has made them too expensive to be found easilly in most technical laboratories. This studies has analyzed the basic organization of state logic analyzer, practical enough and low cost enough to be available in ordinary laboratories, with close studies on its functional operation.

      • 인위적 근피로 유발후 단축성과 신장성 근수축 운동시 근 토크의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of the peak torque, average power and total work of muscle function in the fatigue during eccentric(ECC) and concentric contraction (Con). Subjects were seven (7) adults man, who were paticipated in the ECC and CON experiments. Their gastronemus muscle were measured by CYBEX(Lurnax Co.) 6000system. Muscle fatigue was induced by 50 repetitionplantar flexion at 180 /sec load speed. In pre and post test, peak, average power and total work were analized when subjects were tested plantar flexion at 180/sec load speed. the summary of this results is as following : 1. Peak torque in the ECC were significantly higher than that of the CON. 2. Average power and total work of the Eccentric contraction appeared a higher than that of the Concentric contraction significantly. As a results. peak torque, average power and total workin the ECC was significantly higher than that of the CON throughout the experiments. In this fact, Mechanical efficiency in the ECC will expect to be higher than that of the CON.

      • 본딩 웨이퍼 검사를 위한 모델링 연구

        본 논문에서는 레이저 빔 투과를 이용한 본딩 웨이퍼 검사 방법을 제안하고 검사 장치를 설계 구현하였다. 1064nm파장에서의 정상웨이퍼를 일정한 비율로 투과하였다. 본딩 불량으로 인한 웨이퍼의 기공은 두께에 따라 투과율이 현저하게 변화하여 기공 부분을 검출하였다. 이러한 기공은 두께의 변화가 있으며 광량의 변화하는 부분이 에어갭으로 인식 카메라로 쉽게 구분이 가능하였다.
