        Realistic Visualization of Car Configurator Based On Unreal Engine 4(UE4)

        The platform for displaying cars has been changing with the times. From the popularity of paper media to the rise of computer graphics, the improvement of technology has brought more space and possibilities to the automotive industry. Yiming Zhong proposed the workflow of car configurator through Unreal Engine 4 to implement the basic functions of configuration in 2021, according to Yiming Zhong's final presentation, there is still room to improve the realism of graphics and functionality of the car configurator. Therefore, in this paper we propose to upgrade the car shaders and lighting environments according to the real-world physics and add multi-scenes switching function to car configurator. However the multi-scenes switching function also brings a large amount of data, which leads to the problem of display lag. At the end of the paper, we use the level of details(LOD) process to reduce the amount of data for real-time computing in Unreal Engine 4 and the increase of frames per second(FPS) values verifies the feasibility of our optimization solution.

        Application of Next Generation Sequencing in Laboratory Medicine

        The rapid development of next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology, including advances in sequencing chemistry, sequencing technologies, bioinformatics, and data interpretation, has facilitated its wide clinical application in precision medicine. This review describes current sequencing technologies, including short- and long-read sequencing technologies, and highlights the clinical application of NGS in inherited diseases, oncology, and infectious diseases. We review NGS approaches and clinical diagnosis for constitutional disorders; summarize the application of U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved NGS panels, cancer biomarkers, minimal residual disease, and liquid biopsy in clinical oncology; and consider epidemiological surveillance, identification of pathogens, and the importance of host microbiome in infectious diseases. Finally, we discuss the challenges and future perspectives of clinical NGS tests.

        Research on “Wind‑Net‑Vehicle Load” Optimization Scheduling Considering Load Margin Domain

        Under the current situation of widespread application of electric vehicles (EV), how to optimize the two uncertain loads of electric vehicle charging and battery charging in the Battery Charge-Swap Station (BCSS) has become an urgent problem. In view of the above problem, this paper defnes the load margin domain index, detects the daily load change, and performs peak shaving and valley flling on the load with large fuctuation range to make it smooth and stable. On this basis, with the obtained load margin domain as a constraint, combined with time-of-use electricity prices and considering wind farm gridconnected access, an “wind-net-vehicle load” optimized dispatching model was established to maximize system economic benefts, and at the same time play an important role in reducing the rate of wind abandonment. Finally, this paper studies the fusion of credibility theory and fuzzy chance constraints programming, introduces the credibility measure index, and makes the explicit equivalent treatment of the fuzzy chance constraint condition. The particle swarm optimization algorithm with a constriction factor is used to optimize the scheduling model. The rationality of the model and its strategy is verifed by examples.

        A Generation-based Text Steganography by Maintaining Consistency of Probability Distribution

        Text steganography combined with natural language generation has become increasingly popular. The existing methods usually embed secret information in the generated word by controlling the sampling in the process of text generation. A candidate pool will be constructed by greedy strategy, and only the words with high probability will be encoded, which damages the statistical law of the texts and seriously affects the security of steganography. In order to reduce the influence of the candidate pool on the statistical imperceptibility of steganography, we propose a steganography method based on a new sampling strategy. Instead of just consisting of words with high probability, we select words with relatively small difference from the actual sample of the language model to build a candidate pool, thus keeping consistency with the probability distribution of the language model. What's more, we encode the candidate words according to their probability similarity with the target word, which can further maintain the probability distribution. Experimental results show that the proposed method can outperform the state-of-the-art steganographic methods in terms of security performance.

      • A Secret Sharing Scheme Based on AES

        In order to solve the key setting difficulty and the key security problem in the file encryption, key distributed storage technology may be a proper choice to help improve the safety of the key. In the paper, a novel secret sharing scheme is proposed by AES encryption algorithm for file confidentiality, dynamic key generation mechanism to generate keys, multi-secret-sharing ideas on key pre-treatment, using Shamir threshold scheme for secret dispersed storage. Finally, a few tests are carried out and the test results suggest that the efficiency of the whole scheme is good.

        Wing weight estimation considering constraints of structural strength and stiffness in aircraft conceptual design

        According to the requirement of wing weight estimation and frequent adjustments during aircraft conceptual design, a wing weight estimation method considering the constraints of structural strength and stiffness is proposed to help designers make wing weight estimations rapidly and accurately. This method implements weight predictions on the basis of structure weight optimization with stiffness constraints and strength constraints, which include achievement of wing shape parametric modeling, rapid structure layout, finite element (FE) model automated generation, load calculation, structure analysis, weight optimization, and weight computed based on modeling. A software tool is developed with this wing weight estimation method. This software can realize the whole process of wing weight estimation with the method and the workload of wing weight estimation is reduced because much of the work can be completed by the software. Finally, an example is given to illustrate that this weight estimation method is effective.

        상부 코일히터를 갖춘 나선재킷형 태양열 축열조의 성능예측을 위한 CFD 해석모델 개발 및 검증

        태양열 온수급탕 시스템에서는 태양열 에너지가 집열판에서 획득되고 열매체로 전달되어 최종적으로 온수의 형태로 축열조에 저장된다. 본 연구에서는 상부 코일히터를 갖춘 나선재킷형 축열조의 축열성능 특성을 정확하게 해석할 수 있는 전산유체역학 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 고려한 축열조는 벽면에 열매체의 나선유로가 형성된 맨틀형 축열조의 일종으로 시스템 설계 단순화, 저유량 운전, 성층화 촉진 등의 장점을 지닌다. 또한 축열조 내부에 추가적인 코일히터가 장착되어 축열성능과 성층화의 추가적인 향상을 도모할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 해석모델의 검증은 실제 태양열 온수급탕 시스템의 실증실험 결과와 비교를 통하여 수행되었으며, 온수의 온도변화, 열매체의 온도변화, 성층화 온도분포의 측면에서 잘 일치하는 결과를 얻었다. In a solar domestic hot water (SDHW) system, solar energy is collected using collector panels, transferred to a circulating heat transfer fluid (brine), and eventually stored in a thermal storage tank (TST) as hot water. In this study, a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was developed to predict the solar thermal energy storage in a hybridtype TST equipped with a helical jacket heater (mantle heat exchanger) and an immersed spiral coil heater. The helical jacket heater, which is the brine flow path attached to the side wall of a TST, has advantages including simple system design, low brine flow rate, and enhanced thermal stratification. In addition, the spiral coil heater further enhances the thermal performance and thermal stratification of the TST. The developed model was validated by the good agreement between the CFD results and the experimental results performed with the hybrid-type TST in SDHW settings.

        A Tower-Shaped Three-Dimensional Piezoelectric Energy Harvester for Low-Level and Low-Frequency Vibration

        The multiple forms of vibration exist in an ambient environment diffusely and already become a considerable object for energy harvesting. However, how to effectively extract low-level, low-frequency, and multi-directional vibration from the ambient environment is becoming a key issue in the field of energy harvesting. To solve this issue, a tower-shaped piezoelectric vibration energy harvester (TS-PVEH) is reported. Finite element simulation indicates that TS-PVEH works in two fundamental modes, i.e., its in-plane and out-of-plane vibration modes. Meanwhile, simulation results show that the natural frequency of TS-PVEH is 3.39 Hz, 3.40 Hz, and 11.50 Hz, respectively; and the experiments also verified that. By virtue of the tower structure of TS-PVEH, the device is pretty sensitive to three-dimensional vibration. At a low level of acceleration 1 m/s 2 , the maximum load power of TS-PVEH is 65.8 μW in out-of-plane mode and 17.2 μW in in-plane mode, respectively. Furthermore, the effects of the PVDF connection mode on the output performance of TS-PVEH were studied in detail, and comparative experimental results show that a reasonable connection of PVDF can improve energy harvesting efficiency. The proposed TS-PVEH is expected to be used to scavenge energy from multi-dimensional, low-level, and low-frequency vibrations that present in an ambient environment.
