A Secret Sharing Scheme Based on AES

In order to solve the key setting difficulty and the key security problem in the file encryption, key distributed storage technology may be a proper choice to help improve the safety of the key. In the paper, a novel secret sharing scheme is proposed by AES encryption algorithm for file confidentiality, dynamic key generation mechanism to generate keys, multi-secret-sharing ideas on key pre-treatment, using Shamir threshold scheme for secret dispersed storage. Finally, a few tests are carried out and the test results suggest that the efficiency of the whole scheme is good.

The strength of a rock cut by non-persistent open joint set is controlled by complex interactions of the joint network and intact rock bridges. An extensive series of uniaxial numerical tests of the particle models are carried out under different joint fabrics and rock compression-tension strength ratios. The test results show joint dip angle is the main factor controlling the overall anisotropic strength characteristics. With joint dip angle increasing, the main failure modes successively appear as splitting failure, block rotation failure, step-path failure, planar failure, and splitting failure. Accordingly, the strength generally shows a trend of decreasing first and then increasing, and the joint dip angle corresponding to the minimum strength is biased towards 0°, usually at 15° − 30°. The damage of rock bridges is mainly controlled by tensile failure, except in planar failure mode. Joint spacing has an impact on the local anisotropic strength characteristics. The joint spacing and persistence ratio jointly control the degree of penetration difficulty of the rock bridges. The compression-tension strength ratio of intact rock uniformly affects the absolute magnitude of the jointed rock strength and does not affect its anisotropic characteristics. Based on the weakening mechanism, an empirical strength formula is established to realize the practical equivalent characterization of the anisotropic weakening degrees of the non-persistent open joint set on the rock strength.
CSR System Development in China

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting system is the system to disclosure the institutions and organizations influence on the environment, economy and society to the public. It is a great improvement of CSR that has been issued by advanced enterprises. However the CSR development is still unbalance in China, half of them are in the initial stage. The whole level of CSR is not high and the disclosure breadth and depth are not deep to cover the stakeholder requirements and corporate value. There are lack of development in strategies and specific mechanisms of corporate implying CRS, while there are more improved spaces in the moral or voluntary implementation. In the practice of CRS, the corporate should fully consider the overall efficiencies of economy, society and environment, so that it is possible for CRS to develop sustainable. Therefore, Corporate should focus on the innovation of CSR process.
연구개발과 마케팅 부문 간 공유영역의 조직 구조적 특성과 구성요인이 신제품개발 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구: 한국 기업과 중국 기업의 비교분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 신제품개발에 있어서 연구개발과 마케팅 부문 간 공유영역의 조직 구조적 특성(집중화, 공식화)이 공유영역의 구성요인(커뮤니케이션 원활성, 신제품개발 참여 정도, 부서장 파워)과 신제품개발 성과(신제품개발 건수/특허, 실용신안 및 의장건수)에 미치는 영향, 조직 구조적 특성이 신제품개발 성과에 미치는 영향, 그리고 조직 구조적 특성과 공유영역의 구성요인이 신제품개발 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증적 분석을 위하여 한국 기업과 중국 기업을 대상으로 한 설문조사가 실시되었다. 우편 및 방문조사를 통하여 회수된 설문지 중에서 극단적인 응답을 한 설문지를 제외하고, 중국에서 회수된 57부, 한국에서 회수된 37부가 최종 실증분석 자료로 이용되었다. 측정변수의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검정한 후, 다중회귀분석을 통하여 가설을 검정하였다. 국가별 가설검정 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 이론적 및 관리적 시사점을 제공한다. This paper attempts to analyze impacts of the interface components between R&D and marketing on the output of new product development. Especially, this study analyzed these impacts in Korean and Chinese firms. For the empirical research, we selected variables, i.e. organization structural characteristics(the degree of the centralization between the R&D and marketing, the degree of the formalization between the R&D and marketing), smooth communication, the degree of participation between the R&D and marketing during the process of new product development, and the power of the head of the department, which could influence on the output of new product development. Based on these factors, research objects were formulated as follows: 1) To analyze how these factors have an effect on the output of new product development; 2) To analyze how these factors have an effect on the output of new product development in the Korean firms; 3) To analyze how these factors have an effect on the output of new product development in the Chinese firms. For empirical research, we conducted mail survey and visit. 57 Chinese and 37 Korean questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. Data were analyzed by using Cronbach`s alpha, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis utilizing SPSS 16.0 statistical package. The results of the empirical analysis showed that factors influenced on the output of new product development and have effects on the output of new product development in Korean and Chinese firms differently. Based on the results, we provide theoretical and managerial implications. To maximize the effect of new product development, the interface between the R&D and marketing must interact through the new product development project. This is the key to new product development success. However, there are some limitations in this study. The sample size is relatively small. So it can be connected with imperfect results. Therefore, we need more refined methodology for the future study. And to get more correct results, the number of sample should be increased.
Variable Research on Engineering Characteristics of Soybean Urease Reinforced Sand

In this study, based on soybean urease and standard sand, the unconfined compressive strength test and permeability test of four variables of urease concentration, urea concentration, calcium chloride concentration and sodium alginate content under different combinations of values were carried out, and the range analysis and variance analysis of test data were carried out. On this basis, the coupling model of unconfined compressive strength and permeability coefficient of soybean urease reinforced sand was established based on four test variables. It was found that the engineering characteristics of soybean urease reinforced sand were significantly affected by the combination of variable values. The maximum value of unconfined compressive strength under the test combination condition was 6.5 times of the minimum value, and the minimum value of permeability coefficient was only 1/4 of the maximum value. The primary and secondary order of influence variables of unconfined compressive strength was: urea concentration > calcium chloride concentration > urease concentration > sodium alginate content, and the primary and secondary order of influence variables of permeability coefficient was: urea concentration > calcium chloride concentration > sodium alginate content > urease concentration. The influence of urea concentration on unconfined compressive strength and permeability coefficient was obvious, and the influence of the other three variables was not obvious. In addition, it was confirmed that the established coupling model of unconfined compressive strength and permeability coefficient of soybean urease reinforced sand had high correlation coefficient and significant linear regression, which can be used for subsequent research and engineering application.

Nowadays because of reification and diversification of the constructive technology and the constructive standards, there is no certification system of evaluation quality in material, design, and construction of strengthening. What's more, the investigation system of the strengthening construction result does not exist, which makes hard to distinguish between excellent techniques and average one. So that, it seems necessary to gain the security of construction and bring about technology competition through making an actual investigation to the enterprise standard of strengthening technology. This thesis presents operating program, and the certification standards of strengthening technology.
