Kim, B.J.,Yu, J.H.,Lee, J.B.,Yoo, Y.S.,Kim, J.G.,Lee, H.G.,Hong, G.W. North-Holland 2009 Physica. C, Superconductivity Vol.469 No.15
Off-stoichiometric (Y1REx)Ba2Cu3O7-δ; (x=0-0.4, RE=Y or Sm) films have been prepared on LaAlO3 (100) single-crystal substrates by a metal-organic deposition using dichloroacetic acid as chelating solution. Coating solutions with excess Sm or Y were prepared by dissolving Y, Sm, Ba and Cu acetates in dichloroacetic acid and distilled water followed by refluxing, drying to obtain blue gel. The final precursor solution for dip coating was prepared by diluting blue gel in 2-methoxyethanol. Coated films were calcined at low temperature up to 500oC in flowing humid oxygen atmosphere. Conversion heat treatment was performed at 800oC for 2h in flowing Ar gas containing 1000ppm oxygen with a humidity of 9.45%. The viscosities of the precursor solution were increased as the content of added Sm or excess Y increased. The transport critical current density (Jc) of (Y1REx)Ba2Cu3O7-δ; film was enhanced with the addition of excess Sm and Y up to 20% and then decreased with further addition. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation showed that surface roughness was increased with the addition of excess Y.

Aims: Daclatasvir (DCV) plus asunaprevir (ASV) has demonstrated highsustained virologic response (SVR) in HCV genotype (GT-)1b infection.NS5A-Y93H and NS5A-L31 resistance-associated polymorphisms(RAPs) to DCV are known to impact DCV+ASV response in GT-1b-infectedJapanese. The effect of RAPs on SVR at posttreatment week12 (SVR12) to DCV+ASV was explored in mainland Chinese, Korean, and Taiwanese. Methods: Pooled data from 2 studies of DCV (60 mg daily) + ASV(100 mg capsule, twice-daily) for 24 weeks in GT-1b-infected interferon/ribavirin-naive and -experienced patients from mainland China,Korea, and Taiwan. Similar Japanese data (4 studies; n=445) werepooled for comparison. SVR12 with versus without baseline Y93Hand/or L31 RAPs was compared by age (<65 vs ≥65 years), cirrhosisstatus, and baseline HCV-RNA.Results: SVR12 and baseline NS5A sequences were available for 282patients (126 mainland Chinese [45%〕, 80 Koreans [28%〕, 76Taiwanese [27%〕). NS5A-Y93H and/or -L31 RAPs were observed pretreatmentin 8% mainland Chinese, 14% Korean, and 18%Taiwanese patients, compared with 19% in Japanese. SVR12 in allnon-Japanese patients is shown (Figure); rates were broadly similarbetween countries and with Japanese data (Japanese: 96% overallwithout RAPs, 41% with RAPs). Responses were lower among patientswith baseline RAPs. By contrast, SVR12 in patients without RAPs washigh (92-100%), irrespective of cirrhosis, age, or baseline HCV-RNA.Conclusions: At least 95% of HCV GT-1b-infected patients from mainlandChina, Korea or Taiwan without baseline NS5A-Y93H or -L31polymorphisms who had HCV-RNA ≤7 log10 IU/mL achieved SVR12on DCV+ASV, regardless of cirrhosis status and age.

Purpose: The purpose of this descriptive study was to examine hospital choice factors among elderly patients to understand their experience and use as data to move towards senior-friendly hospitals. Methods: The individual in-depth interviews were conducted from August 13th to 18th, 2019. The participants consisted of eight senior citizens aged 65 and above that suffered from chronic illnesses and had regular hospital visits. Results: This study found that when elderly patients choose the hospital, they considered ‘awareness such as brand name of the hospital', ‘quality of medical service',‘convenience', ‘healthcare team / hospital employee', ‘personal experience', ‘children’s recommendation’ and etc,. The significant point was that all these factors were related to personal experiences from specific hospitals. Conclusion: This study analyzed the hospital choice factors of the elderly patients with high hospital utilization rates and found that the results were mainly affected by the distinct characteristics of elderly patients. The implications of this study are that we proposed further research directions and means for the improvement of the hospital. We suggest hospitals to increase labor allocation for elderly patients with difficulties dealing with unmanned systems such as kiosk and strengthen the role of healthcare providers as instructors for higher satisfaction.

2. Coinfection의 mobility of infection은 각각 EHP T는 0.3(3*10?? PFU), RRV는 2.5(2.5*10?? PFU)이었다. 3. EHP T와 RRV를 coinfection하여 plaque assay에 의해 형성된 plaque들을 pick up하였다. 4. This study was carried out to select new reassortants whose genes were exchanged by confection of two strains. The results obtained in these experiments were as follows: 1. Cytopathic effect was checked out in the experiment in which made MA104 cells infected by EHP T (murine rotavirus) and RRV(simian rhesus rotavirus). And then the viruses were obtained from the procedure. 2. Mobility of infection(MOI) of EHP T and RRV were 0.3(3*10?? plaque forming units) and 2.5(2.5*10?? plaque forming units)respectively. 3. After coinfection of EHP T and RRV, plaques which formed in plaque assay were picked up. 4. Coinfected EHP T and RRV plaques were grown up in 24 well of MA104 cell and then grown-ups or those were obtained. 5. By polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) of dsRNA extracted above, 26 reassortants were selected.
Y/Gd-free yellow Lu3Al5O12:Ce3+ phosphor for white LEDs

<P>Solid solubility limit of Ce3+ ions into Lu-based garnet, Lu3(1-x)Ce3xAl5O12, was determined as below 6.7 mol% (3x < 0.2 mol) through Raman spectra and X-ray diffraction patterns. Above the solid solubility limit (3x >= 0.2 mol), Lu3((1-x))Ce(3x)Al(5)O(12) phosphors showed the significant redshift to the yellow spectral region without Y3+ and Gd3+ ions. The redshift was explained in terms of the local compressive strain at the Ce3+ sites. The optimized sample (3x=0.4 mol) had a dominant emission wavelength of 548 nm, color coordinate of CIEx=0.421, CIEy=0.548, quantum efficiency of 80%, absorbance of 91%, lumen maintenance of 90% and high color stability at 473 K under 450 nm excitation wavelength, suggesting substitutability for the commercial yellow (Y, Gd)(3)(Al, Ga)(5)O-12:Ce3+ phosphor. The measured decay times at higher Ce3+ concentration are significantly shortened at higher temperature than that of those at lower Ce3+ concentration. The yellow Lu2.6Ce0.4Al5O12 and a commercial red (Sr, Ca)AlSiN3:Eu2+ phosphor were applied to the pc-WLED, it gave an excellent luminous efficiency (138 lm/W) with a slightly lower color rendering index (Ra =76.4) under correlated color temperature of 6500 K compared to those of the (Y, Gd)(3)(Al, Ga)(5)O-12:Ce3+-based one (136 lm/W, Ra =78.7). Especially, the quantities of the used phosphors were significantly decreased by 20% for the yellow LuAG:Ce and by 40% for the red (Sr, Ca)AlSiN3:Eu2+. Thus, the Y/Gd-free pure LuAG:Ce yellow phosphors can be used as alternative to the commercial yellow YAG:Ce phosphor. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.</P>

Magnetic properties of grain aligned high Tc Y₁Ba₂Cu₃O_(7-y) superconductor are inverstigated. Grain-aligned superconductors have magnetic anisotropy in the Cu-O layer like single crystals. The lower critical field H_(c1). measured at the temperature range of 2 K up to 77 K, is found to be decreasing linearly as temperature goes up. Moreover, it decreaes more rapidly when the Cu-O layer is perpendicular to the external magnetic field. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility shows that the value of magnetic susceptibility, 4n X, is close to -1 at low temperature. The intra grain critical current density Jc, obtained from the Bean's critical state model, is found to be comparable to that of single crystal superconductors.
