As similar as the other countries in the third world, Korea also has many problems in their aspects of quantity and quality by the industrialization and urbanization. Among its problems housing, especially for rent houses, in the urban areas has been as one of the most serious social problems. Thus this study aims at the suggesting supply-plan of houses for the low-income families in Korea. Rent houses should be provided as follows: Firstly, the low-income families in blight and/or slum areas have been suffering from the unstable housing condition. In this context, the public rent housing policy should focus on the stable housing for the low-income families. Secondly, the systems such as the C.P.F. in Simgapore must be introduced to the public housing policy in Korea. Thirdly, we should recognize the fact that houses are purchased not because of the accumulation of household's wealth but because of the occupation of life-space for the members of household. Finally, the supply-plan of the rent house which is provided by income level will be considered. And several bottlenecks will be considered to the rent housing policies.

The problem of electromagnetic coupling through a slit in a flanged parallel-plate waveguide is considered. The equivalent slit admittance associated with reactive powers near the coupling slit inside and outside the waveguide has been obtained. The maximum coupling mechanism for the case of narrow slit has been quantitatively discussed. The effects of various geometrical parameters such as guide height, slit width, and slit of offset on the radiation characteristics of the geometry have been investigated. 플랜지된 평행 평판 도파관의 슬릿을 통한 전자기적인 결합문제를 고려하였다. 결합 슬릿 근처 도파관 내 $.$외부의 무효전력을 반영한 슬릿의 등가 어드미턴스를 구하고, 슬릿의 폭이 매우 좁은 경우에서의 최대결합 메커니즘을 규명하였다. 도파관의 높이, 슬릿의 폭 및 슬릿의 변위 등과 같은 구조적인 파라미터들이 복사 특성에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다.

A numerical method for scattering of electromagnetic waves from a periodic strip grating over a grounded dielectric slab is considered for TE and TM polarization cases from the viewpoints of both reflection grating problem and leaky wave antenna problem. The analysis is based on a mode expansion method, floquet's theorem, and the method of moments. Numerical results involving some combinations of geometric parameters are presented in terms of complex propagation constant (kd-$\beta$d diagram), radiation pattern, and relative scattered powers of spectral modes. In particular, the relationship between complex propagatio constnat form the viewpoint of leaky wqve antenna problem and Off-bragg and bragg blazing phenomena from the viewpoint of reflecton graing problem is investigated.
