        Performance study on the whole vibration process of a museum induced by metro

        The vibrations caused by metro operation propagate through surrounding soil, further induce secondary vibrations of the nearby underground structures and adjacent buildings. In order to investigate the effects of vibrations caused by metro on use performance of buildings, vibration experiment of Chengdu museum was carried out firstly. Then, the coupling tunnel-soil-structure finite element model was established with software ANSYS detailedly, providing a useful tool for investigating the vibration performances of structures. Furthermore, the dynamic responses and vibration predictions of museum building were obtained respectively by the whole process time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis, which were compared with the vibration reference values of museum. Quantitative analyses of the museum building performance were carried out, and the possible tendency and changing laws of vibration level with floors were proposed. Finally, the related vibration isolation measures were compared and discussed. The tests and analysis results show that: The vertical vibration responses almost increased with the increasing of building floors, while weak floors existed for the curve of horizontal vibration; The vertical vibrations were larger than the horizontal vibrations, indicating the vibration performances of building caused by metro were characterized with vertical vibrations; The frequencies of the museum corresponding to the peak vibration levels were around 6~17Hz; The damping effect of structure with 33m-span cantilever on vertical vibration was obvious, however, the damping effect of structure with foundation vibration isolators was not obvious.

        Informations is an important production factor and strategic resource. Using information resources correctly in indigenous innovation can enhance innovation abilities of the nation and enterprises effectively. It also enhances competitiveness ability, and raises better economic benefits and managerial performances at a strategic level. This paper illustrates the signification and affection of information resources to indigenous innovation, combined data of investigation, and organization behaviour situation, analyzed why information resources are insufficient used in indigenous innovation in China and what the existing problems are. The paper using the models of function relation to analyze influence factors of adoption information resources, and enterprises’ attitudes to adopt information resources. Then point out how information resources promote technology innovation, and its effects and mechanisms. Finally, the paper has a simulation analysis about relationship between input of information resources management and output of technology innovation profits.

      • Empirical Analysis of User Interaction Behavior in Microblogging

        Patterns of user interaction behavior in online social networks have attracted increasing academic interest, since the quantitative understanding of user behavior is helpful to uncover the origins of many socioeconomic phenomena. In order to gain insights into user interaction behavior characteristics in microblogging, we have crawled Sina Microblog data and obtained user profiles and statuses. Six features of users are studied in our experiments, which are followers and friends, statuses and favorites, retweets and comments. Empirical analysis reveals some common statistical features of user behavior in microblogging. First, all of these properties follow different power-law distributions. Especially, followers and statuses exhibit a double-power-law distribution and friends follow a specific interval power law distribution. Second, there exists a strong positive correlation between statuses and followers, retweets and comments, but the relation between followers and friends is weak. What"s more, there exists a moderate correlation between the number of friends and statuses, retweets and followers, and comments and followers. Third, only a small number of statuses have extreme dissemination and concern. From a quantitative view, the result shows that the strong effect of celebrity cannot be ignored in Sina Microblogs. We believe this paper has added rich empirical materials to our knowledge and understanding of user behavior in microblogging.

        Research on 3D Human Motion Capture Algorithm for Online Physical Education Teaching

        This study proposes to use the gradient descent method in data fusion to solve the problem of low learning efficiency of online sports courses by optimizing the attitude calculation and combining gait detection and zero speed correction to form a three-dimensional human motion capture system. The system was applied to online physical education teaching to improve teaching quality. The performance of the optimized attitude calculation algorithm and the Kalman filter algorithm was compared. The results show that the error angle of the data-fusion-attitude calculation algorithm was 1.67°, which is better than the Kalman filter algorithm. In the empirical analysis of the 3D human motion capture system designed by the research, the system could correctly capture the real human motion trajectory. Moreover, comparative analysis of the online physical education courses showed that the satisfaction of the online physical education courses embedded in the system was 90.62, which was much higher than other online physical education courses. These results show that the optimized attitude calculation algorithm can better capture real human movements, and the human motion capture system composed of this can improve the learning effect of online physical education courses. This method opens up new ideas for online physical education teaching.

        Molecular profile-based recommendations for postoperative adjuvant therapy in early endometrial cancer with high-intermediate or intermediate risk: a Chinese randomized phase III trial (PROBEAT)

        Background: The use of molecular categorisation is shifting paradigm towards the use of molecular information to refine risk stratification in endometrial cancer (EC). To date, evidence to support molecular-guided therapies is limited to retrospective studies and secondary molecular analyses of patients receiving standard treatment. The PROBEAT study is the first randomized phase III trial to evaluate tailored adjuvant treatment based on WHO-endorsed molecular classification in Chinese EC patients. It is expected to provide a clinical decision-making tool for adjuvant treatment of patients with high-intermediate risk (HIR) or intermediate risk (IR) EC to better optimise and personalise patient care and increase relapse-free survival. Methods: The PROBEAT trial is a prospective, multicentre study led by Women’s Hospital of Zhejiang University Gynaecologic Oncology Group. Recruitment started on January 24, 2022, and 590 patients with HIR or IR endometrioid EC are expected to be recruited from 13 clinical centres in China. All tumor tissues will be classified into four molecular subtypes (POLEmut, MMRd, p53abn, or NSMP) based on WHO-endorsed molecular classification. Patients will be randomly assigned at a 2:1 ratio to either experimental arm and will receive molecular profile-based adjuvant treatment (observation in the POLEmut subgroup, vaginal brachytherapy in the MMRd or NSMP subgroup, or chemoradiotherapy in the p53abn subgroup) or to standard arm and will receive preferred adjuvant radiotherapy as recommended by the recent National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines version 1 (2022). The primary outcome is 3-year rates of recurrence. Secondary outcomes are relapse-free survival, overall survival, adverse events and health-related cancer-specific quality of life.

        Real-time comprehensive image processing system for detecting concrete bridges crack

        Cracks are an important distress of concrete bridges, and may reduce the life and safety of bridges. However, the traditional manual crack detection means highly depend on the experience of inspectors. Furthermore, it is time-consuming, expensive, and often unsafe when inaccessible position of bridge is to be assessed, such as viaduct pier. To solve this question, the real-time automatic crack detecting system with unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) become a choice. This paper designs a new automatic detection system based on real-time comprehensive image processing for bridge crack. It has small size, light weight, low power consumption and can be carried on a small UAV for real-time data acquisition and processing. The real-time comprehensive image processing algorithm used in this detection system combines the advantage of connected domain area, shape extremum, morphology and support vector data description (SVDD). The performance and validity of the proposed algorithm and system are verified. Compared with other detection method, the proposed system can effectively detect cracks with high detection accuracy and high speed. The designed system in this paper is suitable for practical engineering applications.

        Dynamic measurements of hydrate based gas separation in cooled silica gel

        Hydrate based gas separation is a promising method for carbon dioxide capture. The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze hydrates formation and dissociation characters when gas mixture flows throughcooled silica gel. The additives mixture (THF/SDS) was used to saturate the silica gel partly, and gasmixture (CO2/H2) was injected into it to form hydrates. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images wereobtained using fast spin echo multi-slice pulse sequence. Hydrates saturations were calculatedquantitatively using MRI data. The experimental results showed that the optimal initial solutionsaturation was 34.2% in this investigation. The gas component was analyzed to assess the separationefficiency. For hydrates dissociation processes at 1 atmospheric pressure, CO2 concentrations increasedobviously. Half of the six cycles showed that more than 85.00 mol% CO2 contained in the capture gas, andthe lowest CO2 concentration was 64.83 mol%. Hydrate blockages appeared frequently, which restrictedthe contact of gas and solution and caused the incomplete transformations of residual solution tohydrates. It was a key restricted factor for hydrate based CO2 capture.

        Crack detection based on ResNet with spatial attention

        Deep Convolution neural network (DCNN) has been widely used in the healthy maintenance of civil infrastructure. Using DCNN to improve crack detection performance has attracted many researchers’ attention. In this paper, a light-weight spatial attention network module is proposed to strengthen the representation capability of ResNet and improve the crack detection performance. It utilizes attention mechanism to strengthen the interested objects in global receptive field of ResNet convolution layers. Global average spatial information over all channels are used to construct an attention scalar. The scalar is combined with adaptive weighted sigmoid function to activate the output of each channel’s feature maps. Salient objects in feature maps are refined by the attention scalar. The proposed spatial attention module is stacked in ResNet50 to detect crack. Experiments results show that the proposed module can got significant performance improvement in crack detection.

        Identification of miR-23a as a novel microRNA normalizer for relative quantification in human uterine cervical tissues

        Quantitative real-time RT-PCR (RT-qPCR) is being widely used in microRNA expression research. However,few reports detailed a robust identification and validation strategy for suitable reference genes for normalisation in microRNA RT-qPCR studies. The aim of this study was to identify the most stable reference gene(s) for quantification of microRNA expression analysis in uterine cervical tissues. A microarray was performed on 6 pairs of uterine cervical tissues to identify the candidate reference genes. The stability of candidate reference genes was assessed by RT-qPCR in 23 pairs of uterine cervical tissues. The identified most stable reference genes were further validated in other cohort of 108 clinical uterine cervical samples:(HR-HPV- normal, n = 21; HR-HPV+ normal, n = 19; cervical intraepithelial neoplasia [CIN], n = 47; cancer, n = 21), and the effects of normalizers on the relative quantity of target miR-424 were assessed. In the array experiment, miR-26a, miR-23a, miR-200c, let-7a, and miR-1979 were identified as candidate reference genes for subsequent validation. MiR-23a was identified as the most reliable reference gene followed by miR-191. The use of miR-23a and miR-191 to normalize expression data enabled detection of a significant deregulation of miR-424 between normal, CIN and cancer tissue. Our results suggested that miR-23a and miR-191 are the optimal reference microRNAs that can be used for normalization in profiling studies of cervical tissues; miR-23a is a novel microRNA normalizer.

        The application of a regularization method to the estimation of geometric errors of a three-axis machine tool using a double ball bar

        Geometric accuracy is crucially important for machine tools. Identification of geometric errors, especially position-dependent geometric errors, is still a challenging issue. This paper presents a systematic and fast approach to identify the geometric error components of a precision machine tool using double ball bar (DBB). The approach can be implemented in three steps: (1) polynomial based error modeling that relates the DBB radius error directly to the geometric error parameters of machine tool; (2) spatial measurement trajectory planning with a single installation of DBB in order to avoid producing extra setup errors; (3) error identification with regularization method that can solve the ill-posed identification problem effectively. Simulations and experiments show the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed identification approach. The results of the DBB test show that, utilizing the proposed identification method, the roundness errors of the three circular paths in xy-, yz- and xz-plane are reduced from 27.3 μm, 20.7 μm and 24.1 μm to 9.2 μm, 12.3 μm and 7.8 μm, respectively, with error compensation.
