      • 혈액 종양환자에서 Tobramycin의 임상약동학

        항암화학요법을 받고 있던 중 감염으로 tobramycin을 투여받은 36명의 혈액종양 환자에서 tobramycin의 약동학적 특성을 비종양환자군에서의 population 값과 비교 검토하였다. 이들은 모두 정상 신기능을 가진 16세 이상의 성인남녀(21:15)백혈병 환자들이었다. 36명의 혈액종양 환자에서 산출된 tobramycin의 청소율 및 체내분포용적은 각각 120.3± 27.2ml/lg/hr 및 0.386± 0.11 L/㎏로 population 추정 치보다 유의하게 큰 값을 보였다.(P. <0.05).청소율과 체내분포용적을 해당 population 추정치로 나눈 비율치(ratio)의 평균값은 각각 1.47± 0.34 및 1.20± 0.34였다. 연령, hematocrit치, 혈청albumin치, 발열 및 항암화학요법기간과 tobramycin의 청소율 및 체내분포용적 사이에 유의한 상관관계는 발견할 수 없었다. 본 연구결과 혈액종양 환자에서 tobramycin 투여시는 적정혈장농도를 유지하기 위해 일반 환자군에 비해 용량의 증가 및 투여간격의 조정이 필요하며 지속적인 혈장농도 monitoring을 통하여 용법의 재적정화가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The pharmacokinetics of tobramycin were evaluated in 36 hematologic malignancy patients undergoing anticancer chemotherapy and compared to the expected values from the population parameters. Total body clearance(mean : 12.3±27.2㎖/㎏/hr) and volume of distribution (mean : 0.386±0.11 L/㎏) in hematologic malignancy patients with normal renal function were significantly greater than those of estimated from population parameter distribution(P<0.05). The ratios of total body clearance and volume of distribution to the population estimates were 1.44±0.37 and 1.20±.034, respectively. No relationships were found between age, hematocrit, serum albumin, fever or duration of anticancer chemotherapy and pharmacokinetic parameters. It is suggested that the increment of tobramycin dose regimen wold be considered in patients with hematologic malignancy, and dose readjustment followed by close monitoring of plasma drug concentration would be required.

      • 전자빔으로 전처리한 제지폐수의 처리특성

        Treatability test for paper-mill wastewater pretreated with electron beam irradiation was investigated using the activated sludge simulation. The dose of electron beam irradiation exposed to paper-mill wastewater was relatively low(1kGy). The results showed that the BOD/CODCr of irradiated paper-mill wastewater increased up to 0.45 from 0.36 of unirradiated one. This was due to the conversion of nonbiodegradable organics to biodegradable ones by electron beam exposure. For the activated sludge systems operated at the various HRTs, BOD removal efficiency and COD removal efficiency of both reactors were similar. As a tool of sludge bulking measurement, sludge volume index(SVI) of activated sludge system operated with irradiated paper-mill wastewater was found to be lower (about 210∼ 241㎖/g)than that with unirradiated paper-mill wastewater(about 249∼298㎖/g). Biokinetic constants derived from Ekenfelder's modified model appeared 8.72/day for the irradiated paper-mill wastewater and 4.95/day for the unirradiated paper-mill wastewater, respectively. From the above results, it concluded that the pretreatment of paper mill wastewater with electron beam irradiation could improve the biodegradability as well as sludge activity even with the relatively low dose of electron beam irradiation.

      • 개선된 유한요소를 이용한 케이블의 비선형 해석

        The present work is concerned with the development of improved finite element for the nonlinear analysis of cable in cable-supported structure. Equivalent elastic modulus induced from parabolic function, generally used in the analysis of cable-supported structure, is shown that a result is good for the analysis of a structure with small-sagged cable, and it is simpler than that from catenary function which is the original shape of a cable. Therefore, it is used widely. But, In the analysis of a large-sagged structure, Equivalent elastic modulus induced from parabolic function can not have a accurate solution. Therefore, to solve this problem, equivalent elastic modulus induced from catenary function much expressed for the cable shape is used for the nonlinear analysis of large-sagged cable-supported structure. Equivalent elastic modulus, induced from a catenary function used in this study, is shown that the results obtained from 2-cases, small-sagged & large-sagged cases, are all good for the analysis of cable-supported nonlinearly behaving structures.

      • Bacillus cereus IAM1072의 Pullulanase에 관한 硏究. 第一報 Pullulanase의 精製

        These experiments were performed to investigate some properties of Pullulanase from Bacillus cereus IAM 1072. The results obtained were as follows; 1.The optimum culture time and initial pH were 60hrs and pH 6.5, respectively. 2.The crude enzyme was purified by ammonium sulfate fractionation, two times of DEAE-cellulose and CM-cellulose column chromatography. The specific activity of the purified enzyme was 2.55u/mg protein and the yield of enzyme activity was 11.04%. 3.The purified enzyme showed a single band on polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. 4.In the early stage of reaction, maltotriose and small amounts of oligosaccharides(hexa, nona and dodeccasaccharide) were detected. However, in later stage of reaction, only maltotriose was detected. 5.Molecular weight of the purified enzyme was estimated to be approximately 132,000 by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and 135,000 by Sephadex G-100 gel filtration, and isoelectric point of it was appeared to pH 4.2

      • 기후변화에 대한 국제적 논의 이슈 및 각국의 대응 전략

        기후변화에 대한 국제사회에서의 논의는 1992년 기후변화회의로부터 교토의정서, 발리 행동계획, 코펜하겐 합의, 칸쿤 회의 등에서 의미있게 다루어져 왔다. 특히 교토의정서를 통해 ‘온실가스 감축체제’를 구축하였으며 이에 관한 시장경제 매커니즘을 도입했다. 과거 기후변화에 대한 논의는 일부 선진국에 한해 제한적으로 이루어졌으나 현재는 세계 각국이 공동 협력을 구축해야 한다는 데에 공감대를 형성하고 있다. 그러나 교토 협약 이후, 기후변화에 대한 논의에 경제적 관점이 더해지면서 순수한 의미에서의 공동 협력은 이루어 지지 않은 채 각국의 입장 대립상황이 지속되고 있다. 유럽연합과 미국으로 대표되는 선진국들은 개발도상국의 배출 감축 의무 설정을 적극 요구하는 한편 탄소배출권 시장을 형성해 시범 운영해나가고 있다. 중국으로 대표되는 개발도상국들은 선진국의 역사적 의무를 강조하며 자발적 감축 정책으로 대응하고 일각에서는 기후변화에 대한 대응 양상을 선진국의 개도국에 대한 발전 저지 음모론으로 해석하며 대립에 각을 세우고 있다. 한국은 선진국으로의 편입을 통해 감축의무 설정 압박을 받고 있으나 정부는 적극적인 녹색성장 전략 등으로 국제사회의 논의 수준에 대하여 보다 선제적 입장을 취하며 이에 대응하고 있다. 그러나 국제적인 합의가 도출되지 않은 상태에서 정책에 가속도를 내기 보다는 국제 논의의 진행상황과 배출권 거래제의 국제적 흐름을 충분히 지켜보며 대응하는 것이 실익을 챙기는 방법일 것이다. The discussion of Climate Change has gone through with United Nations Climate Change Conference which was in 1992, Kyoto Protocol, Bali Action Plan, Copenhagen Accord, Cancun Decision. Particularly, it built reducing greenhouse gas system up and took the market economy mechanism which was reducing carbon emissions. These days, a bond of sympathy developed between all the countries of the world, although former discussion of Climate Change had been formed by developed country. However after Kyoto Protocol, there was no veritable cooperation but each government insisted on their rights. Since the economic benefits were discussed. Developed countries, such as the United States and the European Union demand developing countries' obligation of reducing emissions establishment, on the other hand, they have been operating carbon credits market. Developing countries represented by China are insisting historic obligation of developed countries and they are responding self reducing emissions policy. Some say the response of developed countries is conspiracy to check the growth. Republic of Korea has been pressed obligation of reduction because of joining the ranks of advanced countries. Despite the pressing of other countries, Republic of Korea handle them with green growth policy. Until they bring about agreement, we should not accelerate our policy progressing but observe world's situation carefully such an Emission Trading. That's how we get real profit.

        난치성 급성 혼합형 백혈병 환자에 동반된 수포성 괴저성 농피증 1예

        괴저성 농피증(pyoderma gangrenosum)은 드물게 발생하는 궤양성 피부질환으로 반수이상에서 궤양성 대장염, 류마티스성 관절염, 코론병, 만성 활동성간염 및 백혈병 같은 전신질환을 동반한다. 저자들은 난치성 급성 혼합형 백혈병에 동반한 수포성 괴저성 농피증의 드문 1 예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Pyoderma gangrenosum is a neutrophilic dermatosis that may be associated acute leukemia. We report a case of pyoderma gangrenosum associated refractory acute biphenotypic leukemia wherein the malignant cells show a phenotype specific for myelogenous and lymphocytic leukemia. Histopathologic examination revealed moderate perivascular infiltrate consisting mainly of neutrophils and lymphocytes without involvement of leukemic cells in the skin lesions. Treatment with systemic steroid was followed by a characteristically rapid healing of the skin lesions.

        Hotel outsourcing has been started with the purposes of reducing expenses, satisfying customers with improved service quality and creating more profit. But hotel outsourcing still remaining at the initial stage, it is necessary to focus on competition of quality service and to establish advanced operation system by maintaining the relation of mutual cooperation rather than the relation of contracted service. In order to solve this problem, professional companies specialized in outsourcing hotel service is required and methods such as network outsourcing and division outsourcing that separates certain department, etc. should be employed with more positiveness and it will allow future hotel companies take the characteristics of united association of each department with new system. To make this outsourcing strategy successful, two pre-requisitions are required. First, core capability should be understood internally, and secondly, outsourcing market with core capability at each professional area should be activated externally. Among these conditions, this study focused on the followings with the viewpoint of a hotel. (1) Managers' understanding of outsourcing and their will to put it into practice. (2) Diversification of methods for carrying out outsourcing. (3) Highlight on the concept of joint ownership by the agreement with labor union. (4) Credibility of selecting outsourcing suppliers. (5) Clarification of the area of core business of a hotel and establishment of necessary core capability. (6) Establishment of clear quality standard and assessment standard about suppliers and thorough control on them. (7) Establishment of multi-cultural organization culture.

        In this paper we prove through the experiments the possibility that Co amorphous magnetic films can be used as high sensibility materials. We fabricate amorphous film of Fe4.7Co74.3Si2B19 by using sputtering mathod at high frequency. Then, we not only measure the magnetic properties of the annealed samples, but also observe the magnetic domain by using an Kerr effect optical microscope. As the result we find that the samples have high sensibility.

        의료관계 해부 감정예의 분석적 연구(I) : 1990년 국립과학수사연구소 감정예

        A study of 118 autopsy cases associated with medical care in 1990 was present according to the medical department, the mode of treatment and the cause of death. The Pediatrics showed the highest rate (25.4%), followed by the Obstetrics & Gynecology (22.9%), and Internal medicine (20.2%). According to the mode of treatment, medical accidents during operation and anesthesia were 29 cases (24.6%) with highest rate in Obstetrics & Gynecology (13 cases), 38 cases (32.2%) were during medication and/or injection with highest rate in Internal Medicine (18 cases), and 51 cases (43.2%) were during general medical practice with highest rate in pediatrics (19 cases). The most prevalent cause of death was the disease of respiratory system (34.9%, 30 cases) and the diseases of cardiovascular and urogenital system accounted for 31.4% and 11.6% respectively. The main cause of death in Internal medicine was the disease of cardiovascular system (11/24 cases), the respiratory system in pediatrics (15/30 cases) and the disease of urogenital system in Obstetrics & Gynecology (9/27 cases. ) Asphyxial deaths were 7 cases and the death due to adverse drug reaction accounted for 10 cases.

        This paper is studied on the effects of additive of permeability and magnetic reluctance of Ni-Zn ferrites. Ni-Zn ferrites was composed of 20mo1% NiO, 30mo1% ZnO, 50mo1% Fe₂O₃, and 0.0025n1o1%, 0.005mo1%, 0.01 mol% ??, Bi₂O₃, ?? were used as minor additive Sintering was carried oui at 1100℃. As results from the experiments, the initial permeability was proportional inversely to magnetic reluctance. It was observed that the better magnetic properties of initial permeability anti magnetic reluctance could be achieved by the additive ??.
