실용음악 전공 학생들의 발성치료 전후 성대 및 음성 특성 비교

Background and Objectives : Many students major in applied music singing have various difficulties in phonation when they sing or perform. But the studies about this cause are lack. The purpose of this study is whether singing voice therapy based on vocal music is effective or not to applied music singing students that have difficulties in phonation. Materials and Methods : Singing voice therapy program had been done to 8 students major in applied music singing during 7 weeks. We did laryngeal stroboscope, perceptual, acoustic and aerodynamic examination before and after singing voice therapy to this students. And we studied post examination results have differences or improvements compared to pre examination results. Results : Four male students don't have effective improvement after singing voice therapy but they shows slight improvement in aerodynamic examination values compared to pre examination values. Four female students shows improvement in aerodynamic examination values and pitch range increasing. Above all, one student's vocal nodules disappeared after singing voice therapy. Conclusion : Singing voice therapy based on music singing is very effective to the students major in applied music singing. Above all, their curriculum in applied music singing should include phonation training based on music singing before training perform and technic practices.

The authors surveyed one-hundred women whithin 24-36 hours after delivary for the evaluation of low back pain in pregnancy. It showed that 55% of them suffered from low back pain during pregnancy. Low back pains mostly started form 6-9 months of gestational age. Low back pains were tolerable at 84% of them. And low back pains were not aggravated during pregnancy among the 67% of low back pain pregnant women. Leg pains were noted at 34% of low back pain group.

Aspergillus niger SFN-416으로부터 생산한 Xylanase 2의 분리정제 및 특성

Aspergillus niger SFN-416으로부터 생성된 xylanase Ⅱ를 분리·정제하여 특성을 조사하였다. Aspergillus niger SFN-416의 배양액을 ethanol(70%) 침전, (NH_4)_2SO_4(30~90%) 침전, Sephadex G-100 chromatography 및 DEAE-Sephacel chromatography 등의 정제과정을 거친 결과, specific activity가 38.2 units/ mg protein으로 4.3배 정제되었고, 정제효소의 최적 활성온도는 50℃였다. 최적 pH는 5.5이었고, pH 4.5~6.0 사이에서 비교적 안정하였다. 또한 금속이온에 대한 효소의 활성은 대부분 억제를 보였고, 특히 Hg^2+에서는 3.7%로 강하게 효소활성이 저해됨을 보였고, Fe^2+에서는 100%의 상대활성을 나타내었다. 정제 효소의 분자량은 SDS-PAGE에 의하여 42,000 daltons이었으며, 유기용매에 대한 활성은 10%의 methanol, ethanol, isopropanol 및 1-butanol에 대하여 모두 낮은 활성을 나타었다. Xylanase (EC 3.2.1.8) was purified approximately 4,3 fold from Aspergillus niger SFN-416 by ammonium sulfate fractionation, Sephadex G-100 gel filtration and DEAE-Sephacel ion exchange chromatography. Molecular weight of the enzyme was approximately 42,000 daltons. The optimum pH and temperature of the enzyme activity were 5.5 and 50℃, respectively. The enzyme activity was enhanced by Fe^2+, and inhibited by Hg^2+. The activity was decreased by addition of methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and 1-butanol at a concentration of 10%(v/v).

Gerard Manley Hopkins 硏究

I. Though Gerard Manley Hopkins (1884-1889) lived in the victorian Age, his poems are found in company with C.Day Lewis, Stephan Spender, and W.H.Auden in most of modern anthologies. His Poetry foresaw the 'temperament' of the poetry half a centruy later than his time. F.R.Leavis's comment on his poetry that he is likely to prove, for our time and the future, the only influential poet of the Victorian Age may serve as a summary of all comments on his poetry. Hopkins, however laid more stress on his duty as a seeker after god than poetry; and subsequently his poetry was focussed on being religlous among others. II. Hopkins was a poet of rare sensibility for nature and words. He coined very many words of his own for his highly original poetic expression. Though he himself never gave definitions, the two words 'inscape' and 'instress' are the key words by which to understand his fundamental outlook on the world and poetry. The word 'inscape' is very elusive, and W.H.M.Peters S.J. even defines 'inscape' as 'the unified complex of sense-data', which is not without reason in that Hopkins was deeply influenced by the medieval philosopher Cuns Scotus who claimed the 'individuation' and 'thisness' of a thing as a clue to the nature of reality. But after all we might safely say that 'inscape' means the essential inward pattern of a thing. We may conceive 'instress' as the stress or energy of being by which all things are upheld, and 'inscape' and 'instress' are two terms which well bring out his notion of 'self' of a thing. Hopkins loved nature because he thought that nature is 'word, experssion, news of God's III. "Habit of perfection" belongs to Hopkins's early poems. But this poem already reveals his intrinsic poetic tendency. "The Windhover", a sonnet, is very ambiguous either in its context or in the meaning of its words; however, it is the very proof of its poetic merit and force that so many critics have discussed it. Indeed, no poem could match it in its building up of multiple suggestiveness. I agree with Raymond V. Schoder in its interpetation. "The Wreck of the Deutschland", written by Hopkins after a seven years silence, is a monumental pasterpiece of his, and indicates the height of his falth in god and god's mystery. IV. His so called 'terrible sonnets' deal with the dark night and despair. The despare felt by a seeker after god may bear an inscrutable aspect, or ti might be, as St. John of the Cross saw, one of the necessary stages for the spiritual fulfillment. Hopkins, however, overcame the negative element of his way, and triumphed in the peak of the grand poem "That Nature is a heraclitean Fire and of the Comfort of the Resurrection". Hopkins was a religious poet in the genuine sense of the wore, who had praised God with all his might in the diamond-likd adamant of his poetry.

각막굴절수술(라식) 환자에 대한 경향성 분석

Now a days, LASIK(laser in situ keratomileusis) surgical operation is enforced widely by method that is used to correct ametropia such as near-sightedness, far-sightedness, astigmatism etc. This wishes to solve troublesome matter for glasses and contact lens wearer that reform a part of corneal stroma by laser after using microkeratome in which make corneal flap. This experiment present that refraction by auto-refractometer in point of time before and after a week to those who undergone LASIK surgical operation 30 patients. 60 eyes that become full corrected(spherical power : +0.50D∼-0.50D). By this research method, in point of time that examination has a week after operation because of refraction power changed by passage of time and classified by sex, age, occupation, and degree of myopia(low:-1.0D∼-3.0D, moderate: -3.0D∼-6.0D, high :more than -6.0D). As a result of this study LASIK surgery can solve uncomfortableness by wearing glasses or contact lens, but the result objectively doesn't meet satisfaction level though full correction had made.

위 MALT 림프종에서 다발성 림프절 전이로 오인된 동시성 림프절 결핵 1예

28세 남자가 내시경적 점막절제술을 통해 저등급 위MALT 림프종으로 진단되었다. 병기설정을 위해 18F-FDG PET 검사를 시행하였고 우측 쇄골상부, 우측상/하부 기관주위, AP window 부위에 강한 섭취가 관찰되어 전이성 림프절로 판단하였다. 그러나, 우측 쇄골상부 림프절에서 시행한 절제생검에서 만성육아종성염증소견이 관찰되었고 조직의 결핵 중합효소연쇄반응에서도 양성 반응을 보였다. 2개월간 항결핵제의 사용 후 시행한 추적 컴퓨터단층촬영 검사에서 림프절 크기의 감소를 보여 최종적으로 위 MALT 림프종에서 광범위 림프절 전이로 오인된 동시성 림프절 결핵으로 진단되었다. A 28-year-old man was diagnosed as gastric MALT lymphoma in diagnostic EMR (endoscopic mucosal resection). He subsequently underwent an 18F-FDG PET. 18F-FDG PET showed intense multifocal uptake in right supraclavicular, right upper and lower paratracheal, and AP window areas that was considered radiologically to represent widespread metastatic lymphadenopathy. Excisional biopsy of a supraclavicular lymph node, however, revealed chronic granulomatous lymphadenitis with a positive reaction of Tb-nested PCR. After antituberculosis treatment for 2 months, a follow-up CT scan showed complete resolution of the lesions. Intense 18F-FDG uptake could be due to an infectious process such as synchronous tuberculous lymphadenitis. Therefore, this could mimic a malignant condition such as lymphoma with extensive lymph node metastasis due to a false-positive finding, which may lead to a misdiagnosis.

폐석재와 석분을 사용한 식생블럭 제품 개발

본 연구는 폐석재와 석분을 사용하여 친환경적인 식생블럭 제품을 개발하기 위하여 폐석재의 입경과 석분의 첨가량을 각각 3종류씩 총 9종류의 식생블럭에 대하여 단위중량, 공극율, 투수량, 압축강도, 쪼갬인장강도, 휨강도, 내산성, 알카리농도에 대하여 구명하였다. 단위중량, 강도, 내산성은 골재의 입경이 작을수록 석분의 혼입량이 많을수록 크게 나타났으며, 공극율과 투수량은 작게 나타났다. 강도는 중성화 처리 유무에 따라 4∼5% 정도의 미소한 차이가 나타났다. 알카리 농도는 중성화 약품처리, 수중용출, 야외폭로 순으로 효과가 크게 나타났으며, 이는 식생블럭의 중성화 방법 선택에 매우 중요한 내용이라 할 수 있다. 또한, 식생상태는 공극율과 골재의 입경이 큰 식생블럭이 생육에 유리한 것으로 나타났다. This study was performed to develop the environment-friendly plantable block and to evaluate unit weight, void ratio, permeability, strength, acid-resistance and value of pH by the change of the grading of waste stone and the addition amount of stone dust. The unit weight, strength, acid-resistance is increased with small size of waste stone with increase of the addition amount of stone dust. But, the void ratio and permeability is decreased. The strength of neutral plantable block is decreased approximately 4-5% than that of the normal plantable block. The decreased effect of pH increased in order to neutral treatment, underwater leaching and field exposure. It is very important contents in neutral method selection of plantable block. Also, the planting state is grown rapidly with increase of the void ratio and of the waste stone size, approximately.

환경친화형 경작로를 위한 표층포장재료의 개발

This study was performed to examine the physical and mechanical properties of eco-concrete using soil, natural coarse aggregate, soil compound and polypropylen fiber. The mass loss ratio was decreased with increasing the content of coarse aggregate and soil compound. The compressive strength, flexural strength, ultrasonic pulse velocity and dynamic modulus of elasticity were increased with increasing the content of coarse aggregate, soil compound and polypropylene fiber. The compressive and flexural strengths were showed in 8.07 MPa and 2.641 MPa at the curing age 28 days, respectively. The coefficient of permeability was decreased with increasing the content of coarse aggregate and soil compound, but it was increased with increasing the content of polypropylene fiber. The lowest coefficient of permeability was showed in 5.066×10^(-9) cm/s. Accordingly, these eco-concrete can be used for environment friendly farm road.
