The molecular genetic diversity of 404 indigenous landraces from sesame core collection in China were evaluated by 11SRAP and 3 SSR markers, 175 fragments were generated, of which 126 were polymorphic with an average polymorphism rate of 72%. Jaccard’s genetic similarity coefficients (GS=0.7130), Nei's gene diversity (h=0.2418) and Shannon's Information index (I=0.3847) were calculated, a dendrogram of the 404 landraces was made, landraces from various zones were distributed throughout the dendrogram, accessions from different agro‐ecological zones were indistinguishable by cluster analysis, geographical separation did not generally result in greater genetic distance, a similar pattern was obtained using principal coordinates (PCO) analysis. As to seven agro‐ecological zones, the maximum Nei’s gene diversity (h = 0.2613)and Shannon index (I = 0.3980) values in zone VII indicated that they were genetically more diverse than those in other zones, while the least genetically diverse region was zone III (h = 0.1772, I = 0.2858). Nei's genetic identity and genetic distance among landraces from seven agro‐ecological zones were also analyzed, the genetic relationship of seven zones was inferred using the UPGMA method. This study demonstrated that SRAP and SSR markers were appropriate for evaluation of sesame genetic diversities. There existed extensive genetic diverse among indigenous landraces and the abundance of genetic diversity of landraces in different agro‐ecological zones was various. Understanding of these characteristics of indigenous landraces in China can provide theoretical foundation for further collection, effective protection and reasonable utilization of these sesame landraces in breeding.

Efforts have been made to deposit alumina-40 wt.% titania (AT-40) coatings AISI 1045 steel by Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) technique. The structure, morphology and chemical composition fracture mechanisms of the coatings was studied by XRD, SEM and EDAX, The coating contain alumina and titania. The alumina has γ-Al₂O₃, θ-Al₂O₃ and α-Al₂O₃ and titania comprise of rutile and anatase phases. Vickers-indentation was used to determine the hardness and fracture toughness of coated materials. The hardness values varied with the indentation load. Experimental results indicate that Vickers hardness varied from 13.3 to 17.0 GPa. The fracture toughness obtained from Vickers indentation was in the order of 1.77-2.07 MPa· m<SUP>1/2</SUP>. In addition the elastic-plastic behavior was evaluated by finite element (FE) numerical analysis. FE analysis results gave insight in the fracture mechanism of the ceramic films.

Even though many efforts about the preparation of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibershave been reported since last century, the spinning technology of high solution concentration UHMWPE fibers was stillpursued by many researchers and industry members. Not only because solution concentration is a key factor that significantlyinfluences the structure and properties of gel-spun UHMWPE fibers, but also because the high concentration UHMWPEspinning technology could greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the spinning cost. In this study, highabrasion resistance UHMWPE fibers were prepared via gel-spinning with UHMWPE solution concentration of 8-16 wt%,subsequently extracting, drying and ultra-drawing. The effects of solution concentration on the fiber solvent phase separation,crystallization properties, abrasion resistance properties and mechanical capacities were investigated in detail. The resultsindicated that increasing solution concentration can reduce the time to reach phase separation equilibrium state that couldefficiently shorten the productive time; meanwhile, the abrasion resistance of the fibers was also significantly improved.
틱톡(TikTok) 사용자의 지속가능성을 위한 몰입의 상관관계 연구

미디어(media)는 시대 흐름에 따른 기술의 발전과 함께 그 범위가 확장되고 있다. 짧은 동영상은 소셜 커뮤니케이션 수단으로써, 주요 기능은 전달과 설득이고 전달한 정보는 주로 비즈니스 또는 서비스와 관련된다. 본 연구는 틱톡(TikTok)을 중심으로 몰입과 지속가능성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 연구모형을 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 틱톡 이용 경험이 있는 15세~30세 고객을 대상으로 설문 조사한 자료를 수집하고, 이를 통계적으로 실증 분석하였다. 그런 뒤 각 연구 개념을 조작적 정의하고 선행연구에서 제정한 측정항목을 통해 설문지를 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS statistics 27.0을 사용하여 자료를 점검하고, 가설을 검정했다. 그 결과 첫째, 틱톡 요소가 몰입에 미치는 요소는 시각적 요소, 청각적 요소 그리고 기능적 요소 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 몰입은 지속가능성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 디자인 및 마케팅 관점에서 뉴 미디어 짧은 동영상의 개선에 시사점을 제공하고 소비자에게 제품정보와 기업의 의미를 효과적으로 전달할 수 있는 차별화된 광고 디자인에 중요한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. The scope of media is expanding with the advancement of technology according to the times. Short videos are a means of social communication, and their main functions are delivery and persuasion, and the delivered information is mainly related to business or services. This study focuses on the new media short video TikTok and examines the factors that affect immersion and sustainability. The purpose is to understand. In order to empirically analyze the proposed research model, this study collected data through a survey targeting customers aged 15 to 30 who had experience using TikTok, and analyzed it statistically. Each research concept was operationally defined and a questionnaire was constructed using measurement items established in previous studies. The collected data were checked and hypotheses tested using SPSS statistics 27.0. First, as a result of analyzing the impact of TikTok elements on immersion, it was found that visual elements, auditory elements, and functional elements all had a positive(+) effect on immersion. Second, as a result of analyzing the impact of immersion on sustainability, it was found that immersion has a positive(+) effect on sustainability. From a future design and marketing perspective, we aim to provide implications for improving new media short videos and provide important implications for differentiated advertising design that can effectively convey product information and corporate meaning to consumers.

In this study, we demonstrated selenium (Se) accumulation in Bifidobacterium longum strain (B. longum) and evaluated the effect of Se-enriched B. longum (Se-B. longum) on tumor growth and immune function in tumor-bearing mice. Analysis using high-performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS) revealed that more than 99% of Se in Se-B. longum was organic, the main component of which was selenomethionine (SeMet). In the in vivo experiments, tumor-bearing mice (n=8) were orally administrated with different doses of Se-B. longum alone or combined with cyclophosphamide (CTX). The results showed that the middle and high dose of Se-B. longum significantly inhibited tumor growth. When Se-B. longum and CTX were combined, the antitumor effect was significantly enhanced and the survival time of tumor-bearing mice (n=12) was prolonged. Furthermore, compared with CTX alone, the combination of Se-B. longum and CTX stimulated the activity of natural killer (NK) cells and T lymphocytes, increasing the levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$ (TNF-${\alpha}$), and the leukocyte count of H22 tumor-bearing mice (n=12).
Crocetin Induces Cytotoxicity in Colon Cancer Cells Via p53-independent Mechanisms

Objective: Crocin has been proposed as a promising candidate for cancer chemoprevention. The purpose of this investigation was to investigate the chemopreventive action and the possible mechanisms of crocin against human colon cancer cells in vitro. Methods: Cell proliferation was examined using MTT assay and the cell cycle distribution fractions were analyzed using fow cytometric analysis after propidium iodide staining. Apoptosis was detected using theTUNEL Apoptosis Detection Kit with laser scanning confocal microscope. DNA damage was assessed using the alkaline single-cell gel electrophoresis assay, while expression levels of p53, cdk2, cyclinA and P21 were examined by Western blot analysis. Results: Treatment of SW480 cells with crocetin (0.2, 0.4, 0.8 mmol/L) for 48 h signifcantly inhibited their proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner. Crocetin (0.8 mmol/L) signifcantly induced cell cycle arrest through p53-independent mechanisms accompanied by P21 induction. Crocetin (0.8 mmol/L) caused cytotoxicity in the SW480 cells by enhancing apoptosis and decreasing DNA repair capacity in a time-dependent manner. Conclusions: This report provides evidence that crocetin is a potential anticancer agent, which may be used as a chemotherapeutic drug.
