        The purpose of this study is to analysis of disposition distance of city park for the plan of suitable arrangement of city park based on the date examining Daegu Metropolitan City. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The result of analysis of population density as the case of districts, it appeared highly in city center area which Seo-Gu district and Nam-Gu district besides Jung-Gu district. However, it apperared in a low Buk-Gu district, Dong-Gu district and Salseong-Gun. 2) The result of analysis of population density as the case of regions, it appeared very highly Joukjun-Dong of Dalseo-Gu district(31,554per/㎢), Naedang-Dong of Seo-Gu district(29,922per/㎢). However it appeared in a low YeugaoMaen(85per/㎢) and Gachang-Maen(94per/㎢) of Dalseong-Gun. The regions where the population density is high have very low green space and live a lot of low income layer. 3) The result of analysis of disposition distance, in the case of children park, it appeared an intensive distribution in Dongcheon-Dong and Guam-Dong of Buk-Gu district, Whanggm-Dong and Dusan-Dong of Suseong-Gu district, Sangin-Dong and Yeongasn-Dong and Walsung-Dong of Dalseo-Gu district. however, it appeared in a low in Jung-Gu district. The case of urban park of the neighboring area, it appeared the most in Dalseo-Gu district except 2 parks in Jung-Gu district, the case of urban park of the walking area, it apperared in equality in city. 4) In conclusion, the area have population density and lots of low income layer, is in out of disposition distance should be considered in first for city park plan.

      • 방사선조사에 따른 백서 타액선내 혈관 내피세포 미세구조의 조기변화

        방사선조사에 따른 타액선내 혈관 내피세포미세구조의 조기변화를 관찰하기 위하여 백서의 두경부에 6MV 방사선을 2Gy, 5Gy 및 10Gy 단일조사한 후 3시간, 6시간, 12시간, 1일, 3일, 7일, 그리고 14일에 회생시키고, 조직학적 변화 및 혈관 내피세포의 미세구조적 변화를 관찰하였으며, 혈관 레진주형을 통해 미세혈관계의 주행 및 형태학적 변화를 검토하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. . 미세혈관의 조직학적 변화는 2Gy 및 5Gy조사후 6시간군에서 확장상과 12시간군에서 분포밀도의 증가가 나타났고, 3일군과 7일군에서 크기 및 분포밀도의 감소가 관찰되었으나, 14일군에서는 다소의 회복상이 나타났다. 10Gy조사후 7일군까지의 소견도 유사하였으나 반응정도가 보다 빠르고 분명하였으며, 14일군에서도 미세혈관의 분포밀도는 감소되어 나타났다. . 혈관 내피세포의 미세구조적 변화는 방사선 조사후 3시간군에서 내강의 축소와 세포질돌기의 미약한 증식이 관찰되었고, 1일군이후에서는 내피세포의 종창과 함께 세포질돌기의 증식, 기저막의 비후, 세포질내 포음소포의 증가가 분명하였다. 7일군까지 기저막의 비후와 세포질돌기의 유합상이 지속적으로 관찰되었으며, 2Gy와 5Gy조사후 14일군에서는 정상으로 회복되는 양상이었으나 10Gy조사군에서는 회복되지 않았다. . 혈관 레진주형의 주사전자현미경 소견은 10Gy 조사후 1일군에서 부분적 확장과 협소화 및 만곡상이 관찰되었으며, 3일군이후에서는 굴곡, 협착 및 단정상이 나타났고, 레진주형 표면의 거칠기가 증가하였다. . 이상의 결과로 미루어 보아, 2Gy이상의 선량이 조사된 후 타액선내 미세혈관은 6시간이내에 내피세포의 종창과 세포질돌기의 증식 및 기저막의 비후가 야기되고, 보상조치로서 조사후 12시간에서 미세혈관의 분포밀도 및 혈관 내강의 크기 증가와 세포질내 포음소포의 숫적 증가를 통해 투과성이 항진되는 것으로 나타났고, 10Gy이내의 선량에서 이러한 변화는 조사량에 비례하여 빠르고 분명하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the early irradiation changes on the ultrastructure of the capillary endothelial cell in the rat salivary glands. For the study, 110 Sprague-Dawley strain male rats were singly irradiated to their head and neck regions with the doses of 2Gy, 5Gy, and 10Gy by 6MV X-irradiation, and sacrificed on the 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 1day, 3day, 7days, and 14 days after irradiation. The author observed the histologic and ultrastructural changes of the capillary endothelial cell using the light and electron microscopes. The results were as follows: In the light microscopic examination, the capillary dilation was observed on the 6 hours group and the capillary density was slightly increased on the 12 hours group after 2Gy and 5Gy irradiation. And luminal size and capillary density were decreased on the 3 days and the 7 days groups after irradiation, after then, they were recovered. But capillary density was still decreased on the 14 days group after 10Gy irradiation. In the transmission electron microscopic examination, the mild proliferation of cytoplasmic process of the endothelial cell and reduction in luminal size were observed on the 3 hours group after irradiation. After then, endothelial swelling, marked proliferation of cytoplasmic process, thickened basal lamina, and numerous pinocytotic vesicles were observed after the 1 day group after irradiation. Thickened basal lamina and numerous pinocytotic vesicles were still observed until the 7 days group after irradiation. These changes were recovered to normal on the 14 days group after 2Gy and 5Gy irradiation, but not after 10Gy irradiation. In the scanning electron microscopic examination, the dilation of conduits and constriction, and meandering were observed on the 1 day group after 10Gy irradiation. These changes were observed with increased coarseness of the surface of the vascular resin casting on the 3 days group after irradiation. From the above results, endothelial swelling, proliferation of cytoplasmic process, and thickening of the basal lamina appeared before the 6 hours group after irradiation. And these changes may also induce the increase of the capillary number and luminal size, after then, capillary permeability was increased via the increase of the number of pinocytotic vesicles. The changes were observed earlier and more apparent with the increase of the irradiation doses under the dose of 10Gy irradiation.

        악관절규격촬영시 적절한 입사각의 결정 및 재현성의 평가

        저자는 두부규격방사선사진 촬영기에서 건조 두개골 10개의 basal view와 lateral view상에서 측두골의 추체와 접형골의 후상상돌기가 악관절부위와 중첩되지 않는 수평면과 수직면에서의 입사각을 구하였고 Denar사의 Accurad-100의 형태대로 제작한 고정장치와 cephalostat를 사용하여 촬영된 방사선사진의 재현성을 검토하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 중심방사선의 입사각은 수직면에서는 24.5 ±4.1。, 수평면에서는 3.0 ±5.7。였으며 재현성을 검정하기 위해 건조두개골의 악관절부위에 임의의 3점을 계측하였든 바 Accurad-100의 형태대로 제작한 고정장치를 이용한 경우에는 AB간의 거리 24.60 ±0.25mm, AC간의 거리 16.76 ±0.27mm, BC 간의 거리 8.79 ±0.18mm이었고 cephalostat를 이용한 경우에는 AB간의 거리 29.03 ±0.14mm, AC간의 거리 19.95 ±0.24mm, BC간의 거리 10.08 ±0.07mm로 나타났다. 따라서 이들은 상당히 양호한 재현성을 나타냈으며 특히 cephalostat를 이용한 경우 더욱 재현성이 좋았다. This purpose of this study was to decide the proper projection angle that could avoid the superimposition of the petrous portion of temporal bone and posterior clinoid process in cephalometric lateral and basal and basal view of the 10 dry skull and to analyze the reproducibility of a modified Accurad-100 head holder device from Denar Co. and a cephalostat head holder in 30 transcranial radiographs of the dry skull. The results were obtained as follows: The vertical angle was 24.5±4.1。 and the horizontal angle was 3.0 ±5.7。. The distances between arbitrary 3 points which were on the TMJ area were as follows: AB 16.76±0.27mm, BC 8.79±0.18mm in the transcranial radiographs using modified Accurad-100 head holder, AB 29.03±0.14mm, AC 19.95±0.24mm, BC 10.08±0.07mm in the transcranial radiographs using cephalostat.

      • 신경병증성 통증 모델쥐 뒤뿌리신경절의 Nitric Oxide Synthase 아형 및 NADPH-diaphorase 발현에 관한 연구

        Injury to peripheral nerve somtimes lead to neuropathic pain. Nitric oxide(NO) is increased in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of neuropathic pain models, and L-NAME, a nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor, reduces neuropathic pain. However, it is not known that underlying mechanism of NO involvement in development and maintanence of neuropathic pain. It was found that there were three NOS isoforms-nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS. It is also necessary to investigate NOS isoforms in neuropathic pain. The aim of this study is to investigate NOS isoforms and NADPH-diaphorase expressions and underlying mechanism of NO involvement in neuropathic pain. The 5^th lambar (L5) DRG were obtaind after tight ligation of L5 an L6 spinal nerves for 7 days. Toluidine blue stain, immunohistochemistry for nNOS, eNOS, and iNOS, and NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry were performed. All specimens were observed under light microscope. nNOS expression was increased significantly in the cytoplasm of the DRG of ligated side at 7 day post-ligation (7D PL). eNOS expression was also increased in the blood vessel, a few neurons or satellite cells, and cell membrane of Schwann cells in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. iNOS expression was increased in a few blood vessels and cytoplasm of small neurons in the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. NADPH-diaphorase expression was increased significantly in the neurons of the DRG of ligate side at 7D PL, but NADPH-diaphorase expressions were weak or absent in the blood vessel and Schwann cell in the contralateral DRG and the DRG of ligated side at 7D PL. It is suggested that NOS isoforms may be closely related to development and mantanence of neuropathic pain in order of nNOS>eNOS>iNOS.

        공동주택단지의 환경친화형 계획원리 설정에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study is to establish environment-friendly planning principles of the apartment complex. This paper firstly identities the key issue concepts of 'environment-friendly.' It extracts planning items and principles through the literature review on environment-friendly and examplary cases in the world. It then constructs a framework to establish planning principles by classifing planning elements focused on the six major issues(efficiency land use, reflection of variety and ecology, harmony between the nature and human beings, amenity, circulation of energy and resources, amount used decrease of energy and resources). Finally, the research established the planning principles by the expert survey. The results of this study can be used as the gradual principles for the development of environment-friendly apartment complex.

      • Indoor short track speed skating 500m, 1000m 滑走時 運動强度에 關한 硏究

        (Conclusion) With 4 Indoor short track topped skating players of junior as the subjects, this research was made in order to reveal the degree of work intensity by measuring how %H.R max would change when they do the skating 500m, 1000m. The results are as follow. 1.Work intensity of 500m skating. Mean H.R was appeared 161.25 ± 10.88 beats/min, %H.R max was 76.02% as 500m skating, H.R max as 500m skating was appeared 174.00 ± 9.90 beats/min,% H.R max they had skated. 2.Work Intensity of 1000m skating. Mean H.R was appeared 166.88 ± 17.92 beats/min,% H.R max was 80.64%, as 1000m skating, H.R max was appeared 183.75 ± 6.34 beats/min,% H.R max was 94.48% as they had skated 1000m. 3.Correlation coefficient and regression line equation between H.R max and speed as skating. Correlation coefficient was seen certainly as 0.467 between H.R max and speed, was at the level of 1% (P < 0.01), Sy. x was placed nearly on the regression line, regression equation was appeared Y = 0.05x-0.81. (Suggestion) As 500m, 1000m skating are end within short time, they have to progress the technique and work capacity so that they are able to exhibit the speed within short time after start.

        도시확장 분석을 위한 위성영상 토지이용 분류기준 설정에 관한 연구

        위성영상 자료는 도시의 물리적 확장을 분석하는데 있어 매우 유용하게 활용된다. 도시의 물리적 확장은 도시의 토지이용과 밀접하게 관련되어 있으며, 지속가능한 도시성장을 위해서는 토지이용을 중심으로 한 지속적인 성장관리가 필수적이다. 그러나 위성영상을 이용한 도시 토지이용의 분류는 우선 그 기준이 사용자의 관점에 따라 다르고 영상 해상도 등에 따라서도 그 기준이 달라질 수 있다. 따라서 도시 확장 분석을 위해서는 다중시기의 위성영상 및 항공사진을 이용하여 토지이용의 분류를 시행하고, 시기별 토지이용의 변화와 영상을 분석함으로써 확장의 형태와 패턴을 파악하여, 이를 기반으로 향후의 도사 확장을 예측할 수 있는 모델 개발이 가능해진다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 도시 확장 예측 모델 개발의 전 단계로써 다양한 공간 해상도를 지닌 원격탐사 자료의 국내외 분류기준의 검토를 통해, 원격탐사 자료를 이용한 토지이용 분류기준을 도시확장 분석의 측면에서 설정하고자 한다. All the urban planning process require land use informations, which should be obtained after through intensive investigation and accurate analysis about the past and current situations and conditions of a city. Until now, the generation of land use informations form remotely sensed imagery has had many limitation because of its spatial resolution. It is now expected that the availability of high resolution satellite imagery whose spatial resolution less than 10m will reduce these limitations. For the purpose of urban growth monitoring we must first establish a urban land use classification nomenclature. In this study, we would like to establish a land use nomenclature for land use classification using remotely sensed data, especially using KOMPSAT EOC imagery.

      • 전통적 유전자 알고리즘에 의한 복합재료 구조물의 최적 설계

        유전자 알고리즘에 의해서 복합재료 구조물을 최적화 시켜 보았다. 유전자 알고리즘은 이산 변수를 고려할 수 있기 때문에, 설계 변수가 적층수와 적층각도 같은 이산 변수인 경우에서는 전통적 최적화 방법보다 정확한 최적값을 구할 수 있다. 유전자 알고리즘의 이러한 특성을 연구해 보기 위해서, 전통적 최적화 기법의 일환인 modified method of feasible directions (MFD)에 의해 복합재료 구조물을 최적화 시켜 보고 유전자 알고리즘에 의한 최적값과 비교, 분석해 보았다. 본 연구의 해석결과 유전자 알고리즘이 MFD보다 목적 함수에서 우수한 값을 나타낸다는 것을 알 수 있었다. In this study, a composite structure is optimized by using Genetic Algorithm (GA). Discrete variable scan be considered in GA. The GA is able to find better optimum than the classical optimization methods in considering design variable such as ply number and ply angle(orientation). To study the characteristics of the GA, a composite structure is optimized by the modified method of feasible directions (MFD) and GA. The results are compared and discussed. This result show that the GA provides better optimal results than MFD in the objective function value.

        There was not the evident analysis about the cutting process of CNC machining, and wouldn't be difficult to estimate the result of machining for the various cutting conditions. Therefore they were not founded the systemic technology about the optimum cutting conditions and selection of cutting tools. So this study have investigated the common facts for needs through the end-mill cutting machining by Machining-Centers or High-speed cutting machines, and developed the user-centered intelligent decision system to selection of the methodology about cutting conditions to improve the machining efficiency of end-mill cutting process.

        택지개발지구내 도시공원의 분포특성에 관한 연구

        To generate a suggestion for a better framework especially the distribution and locations of urban parks in residential areas, ‘residential site development districts’ in Daegu city were tested based on the community involvement and user’s demand for visting. Service-range, advantage and disadvantage in use derived from the locations of the parks in the districts were analyzed according to the concept of density,character assessment, structure in the distribution and locations. Suggestions to give residents more friendly surroundings with ’easy access’ and ’friendly characteristics of each parks’ are as follows; ⅰ) Although most of the tested sites are satisfying the legal criterion on the required level of size of urban parks in each district, there are big difficulties to have rich natural environment in the case of extensive size of residential sites due to too low applied-criterion(0.6㎡ per person) which is a minimum requirement. ⅱ) Although the rate of size of parks in the sites were gradually improved recently, the portion for each person had not improved at all. Therefore, it is needed that new detailed criteria in different level rooted in the character of individual sites such as population and characteristics of parks. ⅲ) Although the distance of parks is within the range of use, the locations are on the edge of sites and residential districts where is not on the everyday route. Therefore to give more easy accessibility, the urban parks in the residential sites should be located on the daily life route where is a more common area in future plans.
