        주거환경개선을 위한 주거지가로공간의 환경친화적 조성방안에 관한 연구

        The residential street is an area in which the residential function clearly predominates over any provisions for traffic. Therefore schoud it serve as a living space for the inhabitants. But in reccent times have motorists become lord and master through development and use according to the measure of automobile. As a result is being falling-off in the quality of residential environment particularly serious. This study have illustrated specially the environmental pollution (air pollution, micro climate. water balance and soil pollution) which the analysis of research data in foreign countrys. With that have this study proposed on the measures of the environmental friendly construction in residental street.

        GIS is used in many fields for various purposes. GIS performs input, processing, analysis and managing of various terrain data in space, and by its purpose combines hardware and software which output the result of detail of analytical process. Seen from this viewpoint is in this study proposed the applicability of GIS in environmental policy. The main field of application is above all the three principle(prevention principle, causation principle, cooperation principle) of environmental policy because it form the fundamental framework for a more effective execution of environmental policy. But the ecological database in our land must in the foreseeable future absolute be builded and it must systematic be managed because a effective application of GIS depend on distinct building of database system.

        한밤마을을 통해본 농촌주거지의 공간구성 특성에 관한 연구

        This research is to analyze the spatial organization of a traditional rural community and its characteristics, the case of Hanbam village located in the north of Daegu city. The conclusions of this study are as follows; 1. The difference between private space and public space in the residential area of Hanbam village is obvious, and these two spaces are organically related each other by means of road. These spaces have some spatial characteristics of organization, such as center, hierarchy and sequence. 2. The private space consists of a residence module and a farming area in the settlement, and it is clearly farmed by the firm fence of rocks and by surrounding roads. Fruit-bearing trees such as Pyrus pyrifolia, Cornus officinalis, Diospyros kaki, Juglans sinensis are planted at the boundary. And most of residences are composed of a building, a inner court and farming fields. 3. The public space for the community mainly functions as ‘a meeting place’for residents, and consists of recreational spaces, ceremonial spaces, community facilities, and social facilities. Among these, Jeong-ja(pavilion), Seong-an Soop(forest) and Dae-chong(building for common use) are of great cultural value as important traditional spaces. 4. Two kinds of road are commonly fecund in the village; spontaneously generated one and planned one. This is straight inner streets and access paths to the village, and that is curvilinear alleys which are connected to Dae-chong, the core of village. Also stone walls and climbing plants on them are major elements of village landscape.

        Ecological urban development is of great significance with regard to planning pratice at present and above all in the future. It need a new executive means for conservation and evolution of ecological functioning capacity in urban regions. In this study is described at first theoretical background for accurate understanding of environmental quality indicator(in particular from the viewpoint of entropy principle). With that the study proposed how environmental quality indicator to put. By the indicator setting must be limited to ecological aspects, but must take account of social aspects because the implementation of environmental quality indicator is not free of conflicts and will only succeed if those concerned go with this. In this connection, attention must be drawn to opportunities and potential for ecological urban development.

        독일 지방자치단체환경영향평가제도 연구

        Environmental protection and precaution are the most frequently considered issues in the recent research fields for our present and future surroundings. However, it seems that these environmental issues were less reflected in local-level development plans, and caused several cases of environmental pollution, therefore it became a major concern of local governments and the communities. The role of a 'Local EIA(Environment Impact Assessment)' can be a core issue for the positive preferences of the local-level development plans. Cases of Local EIA in Germany which have been implied successfully are reviewed to generate a local EIA movement and to produce a guideline for Korean local governments. The local EIA in Germany was broadly commenced in the middle of 1980s, and a decade later it was carried out for over 200 of local governments. To produce a better suggestion for Korean local EIA, comparison and analysis of detail data of the German local EIA was carried out, and tested for fourteen cities in Korea based on five categories: ⅰ) assessment subject, ⅱ) assessment procedure, ⅲ) main office for assessment, ⅳ) assessment factor and ⅴ) assessment standard. Prior suggestions for greater preference of local EIA in Korea are: it is necessary that Ⅰ) launch of a support system in central government to help the movement of local government; Ⅱ) a knowledge-based expert group in local government which has by all means of exclusive responsibility for any action(new application or performance of local EIA) ; Ⅲ) establishment of 'environmental protection measure' in local government level for environmental precaution based on individual environmental character and values in their communities.

        지방의제21의 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구

        The Local Agenda21 is an action program of local dimension to realize of sustainable development. The citizen participation is prime issues and very important for successful practice of the Local Agenda21. The purpose of this research is to analyze the citizen participation problem and to suggest the improvement plan at the advanced course of the Local Agenda21. The research results are as follows; 1. The recognize of citizen about the Local Agenda21 is very low. Namely, the citizen of about 80% answered not to know about the Local Agenda21. 2. However, citizens showed the participation opinion to be very active by simple explanation about the Local Agenda21. 3. Also, citizens showed the result to be very affirmative in the environment problem consciousness investigation. Namely, citizens were recognizing the environment problem as the problem of the society synergic.

        This study had investigated the features of changes in land use. The large scale district of housing site development projects, which has developed from the 80's up to now, has been a subject of the study. The results of the analysis on the changes of land use, based on the changes of the population density, have shown that residential sites have continued to decrease, while facility sites have increased. To achieve a new paradigm for residential land in the 21st century, environmentally friendly land development for environmentally friendly residential complexes, and environmentally friendly factors of projects should be introduced in order to preserve the global environment and to harmonize with neighboring surroundings.

        As man have carried out urban plans and developments according to the measure of automobiles, it have encroached upon convenient and pleasant residential environment. Among the urban problems which are caused by the traffic increase, the problem, of the Streets in residential area is Particularly serious. In order words, falling-off in the quality of residential environment is being occurred by the danger of traffic accident, din and airpolution. In this research, I've studied the problems which stem from the inconsistent relation between man and automobiles through the case studied of the three residential district in Taegu.

        도시열환경개선을 위한 대구 클린 로드 시스템의 확대 운영방안에 관한 연구

        From December 2014 to November 2015, an automatic weather system (AWS) was installed over a wide road of Daegu to continuously measure meteorological factors and surface temperature. We investigated the effective operating period of the clean-road system using the daily maximum and minimum air and asphalt surface temperatures, with the aim of creating an optimum thermal environment. The clean-road system was installed over a part of the broad way of Dalgubul(Dalgubul-Daero) by Daegu Metropolitan City in 2011. Until now, the clean-road system has been operated from the middle of April to the end of September. We assumed that it was desirable that the clean-road system could be operated when the discomfort index was above 55. In conformity with the conditions, we concluded that the optimum operation period of the clean-road system is from the end of March to about the middle of October.
