      • 다중 쓰레드 기반의 병렬처리서버용 안티바이러스 엔진

        악성코드에 대한 보다 바람직한 예방은 클라이언트측이 아닌 서버측에서 이루어지는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 개념 의 서버용 안티바이러스 엔진인 SAVE 1.0을 설계 구현하여 제시한다. SAVE는 기본적으로 1개의 AV모니터와 다수의 AV에이전트로 구성되어 있는데 다중 CPU를 장착한 병렬처리서버의 특징을 직접 활용하기 위하여 관리자가 다중쓰레드 기법을 직접 지정할 수 있도록 하고 있다 악성코드를 5가지 부류로 구분하여 바이러스 시그너쳐 DB를 구축 제공함으로써 부류별 진단을 지정할 수 있도록 하고 있으며 실시간 네트워크 패킷 검사를 통한 악성코드 유입 점검 기능도 제공한다. 웹 기반의 관리자 인터페이스는 뛰어난 사용자 편의성을 제공하고 있다. 성능실험결과 악성코드 검색율은 국내외 상용제품과 비교해서 매우 우수한 것으로 나타났으며 검색속도에 있어서도 서버의 CPU 수 증가에 거의 선형 비례하여 향상되는 특징을 보이고 있다. It is more desirable to prevent and detect the malicious codes in server system rather than in client PCs. In this paper, we suggest a new anti-virus engine, SAVE 1.0, which is executed on a parallel processing server. SAVE consists of 1 AV monitor and several AV agents. A system administrator can control the degree of multi-thread directly in order to enhance the utilization of parallel processing servers. Virus signature DBs in SAVE are classified into 5 categories, which support system administrator's options to use the classifier or not. By real-time checking of network packets, the influx of malicious codes can be prevented. Web-based GUI is one of the convenient functions provided in SAVE. In performance tests, we have confirmed that SAVE has higher virus detection ratio than any other AV engine, and SAVE has a desirable feature as an software of parallel processing servers since the performance of SAVE is improved almost linearly as the CPUs in a parallel processing server increases.

        So far the consumption of milk in Korea has been drastically increased by the virtue of economic development. However, after the emergent economic system controlled by the IMF milk consumption has rapidly been decreased, and milk surplus has been accumulated. Because of this dairy farmers in Korea are suffering from a great deal of difficulties. In such a circumstance, it was suspicious how milk consumers would evaluate the milk as a food, why milk consumption was so rapidly decreased, or how the consumption of milk would be in the future. To provide the answers for these questions is the aim of this paper. By the survey of the milk consumers more than 60% of the respondents answered that they preferred to drink milk, but nearly 70% of them complained about the high price of milk, and more than 90% of them expressed that they would consume milk as usual or more. However, the adjustment coefficient of the long-term demand function of milk was computed to be 0.991, which is near to 1. Therefore it is predicted that milk consumption would be affected rather sensitively by the exogenious variables such as price of milk or income of consumers than by the habitual attitude of the consumers. In these context it would be recommended to be more cautious in increasing the selling price of milk. Such serious depression in milk consumption would be more natural in the economic depression such as IMF financial support system. This also means that when the economy is vitalized, the milk consumption would be more rapidly recovered.

      • TV 요리프로그램 진행자의 전문성 여부에 따른 구성내용의 질에 대한 시청자의 평가

        The purpose of this study was to develop the instrument to assess the TV cooking program contents and to indentify the difference of cooking program contents according to professionalism of MC. The evaluation sheet was composed of 5 sectors(sanitary practices, cooking process, information & proceeding, table setting & tasting, applicability) with all 32 questions, 5-Likert scale was used. College students majoring in food & nutrition were very interested in cooking program and 72.4% of respondents knew the cable TV Food channel. The major source of cooking information was TV(51.5%). The comparison of four TV cooking programs with professional MC(2 program) and amateur MC(2 program) was performed. Except applicability sector, the mean evaluation scores of professional cooking program were higher than amateur cooking program. In the amateur MC program, 'hand washing', 'use of hair restraints', 'separate use of cutting board', 'dish towel cleanliness', 'separation of service table', 'taking a chair in tasting', 'use of individual dish' items rated low rating score(<2.00) so more control was needed. The findings of this research suggest that cooking professional should be participate in developing TV cooking program as MC or staff.

      • 20대 여성의 치아우식활성검사 결과와 치아우식경험도와의 상관성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was as follows: This study was to examine caries activity test and survey caries experience of 120 girl students in college. We examined correlation the results of caries activity test and caries experience. First of all, examined Snyder test, stimulated saliva flow rate test, unstimulated saliva flow rate test, salivary viscosity test, patient oral hygiene performance test. We surveyed cries eperience as caries experienced permanent tooth index and caries experience permanent tooth rate etc, calculated the simple correlation index, examined statistical significant. The results of this study showed that stimulated saliva flow rate test was the highest of caries activity test measurement. In caries activity test statistical significant correlation. It was the correlation index- 0.2136 and p=valuable level 0.010. Snyder Test had correlation, was the correlation index 0.1779, and p-value level 0.026. There was no significant correlation unstimulated saliva flow rate test and patient oral hygiene performance test.

      • 가온요법이 척추마취 수술환자의 불안과 저온 불편감에 미치는 효과

        This study was designed as a non-equivalent control group pre-post-test quasi-experimental study. The subjects of this study were those who underwent operations under spinal anesthesia and the purpose of this study was if warming methods of pre-operatively applied would decrease the thermal discomfort. The Results of this study were as follows: Hypothesis #1-1 “The VAS anxiety of the experimental group who received warming methods during operation would be lower than that of the control group” was supported (t= -3.069, p= .004). Hypothesis #1-2 “The post-operative vital signs of the experimental group who received warming methods would be lower than that of the control group” was not supported(systolic blood pressure: t= -1.277, p= .208, diastolic blood pressure: t= -.785, p= .436, pulse: p= .861, t= .394). Hypothesis #2-1 “There would be difference in the level of body temperature of the experimental group who received warming methods during operation compared with the control group” was supported (F= 9.109, p= .004). Hypothesis #2-2 “The objective thermal discomfort of the experimental group who received warming methods during operation would be lower than the control group” was not supported (F= 1.001, p= .323). Hypothesis #2-3 “The subjective thermal discomfort of the experimental group who received warming methods during operation would be lower than the control group” was supported (F= 36.044, p= .000). In conclusion, the results of this study revealed that the warming methods implemented before and during operation helped to increase the cutaneous temperature and decrease thermal discomfort which could occur during operation under spinal anesthesia, proving to be effective nursing intervention.

      • 전해질 불균형과 동반된 신경이완제 금단 악성 증후군 1예

        Electrolytcs disturbance is one of the common medical problems encountered in chronic schizophrenic patients. Recently, we experienced a case of a 50-year-o1d man schizophrenic patient with severe hypokalemia (K:1.62 mEq/L) and hyponatremia (Na:100.8 mEq/L), which developed after psychogcnic polydipsia, followed by projectile vomiting. Aftcr admission, patient presented dysphagia, rigidity, tremor and mental change. We first considered that those symptoms were caused bv electrolyte disturbance. Thcretbrc, we corrected hypokalemia and hyponatremia. However despite of appropriate fluid therapy with electrolytes correction, these symptoms not resolved. But, after administration of antrpsychotic drug, symptoms were alleviated. Wc concluded patient's symptoms may be attributed to withdrawal ncuroleptic malignant syndrome (WNMS). In chronic schizophrenic patient, patient's symptoms were not sufficient to differentiate between hypokalemic psychosis and an exacerbation of schizophrenia. We report a case with brief literature review. 저자들은 과다 수분 섭취와 사출성 구토로 인한 전해질 불균형 소견을 보인 만성 정신분열병 환자에서 수일간 투여 중단 하였던 항정신병 약물의 투여로 사지 마비와 경직, 연하곤란, 구음장애 등이 호전되었음을 관찰하고, 정신 분열병 환자의 급격한 임상 양상의 변화가 약물의 금단에 의한 정신 질환의 악화임을 임상적으로 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

        저체중 또는 과체중 청소년에서 캠프 프로그램을 이용한 영양 교육효과에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of a nutrition education program developed for nutritionally imbalanced adolescents. A summer nutrition camp was held for 23 overweight and 16 underweight subjects. Its effectiveness with regard to was evaluated at the end of the camp and 6 months later. Nutrition knowledge, nutritional attitude, food behavior, nutrient intake, exercise habit and ideal body figures desired by the subjects. The results showed significantly higher nutrition knowledge scores at the end of the camp as compared to those obtained prior to the camp program, and these scores were maintained for at least six months. Nutrition attitude scores also improved after the education program, and these improved scores also lasted for 6 months. However, the food behavior scores measured 6 months after the education program were not significantly different from those obtained prior to the camp. Also, the exercise habit, the ideal body figures and the body figures desired by the subjects remained unchanged. When nutrient intakes of subjects were assessed before the program and 6 months later, the mean daily vitamin C intake was significantly increased after the education program. Also, the intake of iron from plant food sources increased in the overweight subjects, while less iron from animal source were consumed by the underweight subjects. Both groups tended to consume more vegetables and fruits 6 months after the education program which may have contribute to the higher vitamin C and plant-based iron intakes. These results indicate that a 4-day nutrition education camp program sustained changes in nutrition knowledge and nutrition attitude for 6 months. The increased intake of vegetables and fruits was also achieved through this education program. However, changes in dietary behavior in adolescents may require repeated education.

      • STZ 유발 당뇨쥐에서 시간에 따른 생리적 항산화계의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate change of physiological antioxidative system according to the time in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Sprague-Dawley male rats weighing 150±10gm were randomly assigned to one normal and five STZ-induced diabetic groups. Diabetic groups were classified to experimental period. Diabetes was experimentally induced by intravenous injection of 55 mg/kg of body weight of STZ in citrate buffer(PH 4.3) after 6 weeks feeding of three experimental diets. Animals were sacrificed at 0, 3, 6, 12, 18th days of diabetic states. 1. Activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in liver was increased in that of diabetic mellitus(DM) groups at 3th day but that of DM groups was not significant from 6th day according to period. Glutathion peroxidase(GPX) was significantly decreased in DM groups from 6th day 2. Reduced glutathione(GSH) contents in liver significantly decreased in diabetic groups from 3rd day compared with those of DM groups according to the period. Oxidized glutathione(GSSG) was higher from 6th day. GSH/GSSG ratio was significantly lower than that of normal group from 3rd day to all experimental period 3. Contents of vitamin E in liver of DM groups were significantly decreased compared with that of normal group from 6th day. 4. Lipid peroxide(LPO) contents in liver of DM groups were significantly increased compared with that of normal group from 3rd day. The present results indicate that STZ-induced diabetic rats were reduced by antioxidative defense system and taken by peroxidate damage in tissue compared with normal group from 3rd day or 6rd day after injection STZ. It lended to acceleration all diabetic groups but no significance according to the experimental time.

      • 간세포암종에 대한 간동맥 화학색전술 후 발생한 급성호흡곤란증후군

        Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) has become an effective alternative treatment strategy for patients with inoperable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Although TACE is relatively safe, acute respiratory distress syndrome associated with pulmonary lipiodol embolism is a rare and potentially fatal complication. We report a rare case of acute respiratory distress syndrome after TACE for inoperable HCC. A 75-year-old man, with huge HCC in right lobe, was treated by TACE for the first time. Seven hours after uneventful TACE procedure, he felt dyspneic and his oxygen saturation recorded by pulse oximetry (SpO2) fell to 80% despite of applying non-rebreathing mask. He underwent mechanical ventilation with a protective ventilatory strategy. We experienced a case of acute respiratory distress syndrome after TACE for HCC.

        Pain, Depression, Body Mass Index in Conscripts with Chronic Low Back Pain in South Korea

        This study is a cross-sectional study for conscripts with chronic low back pain, where it is designed to investigate general characteristics that conscripts with chronic low back pain carry, and it is also aimed to analyze the correlation as well as discrepancy within pain, depression and body mass index depending on their ranks. In this study, 90 Korean conscripts with chronic low back pain participated. And in order to analyze general characteristics as well as pain, depression and body mass index of the subjects, this study adopted a survey questionnaire upon general characteristics, and it also employed Visual Analogue Scacle(VAS) and Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression(CES-D) Scale which have proven their credibility, where BMI values for the subjects were calculated based on 'Asian Pacific standard' Body Mass Index(BMI). From the general characteristics exhibited by the subjects through this study, average age and average height of the subjects were 20.78±1.41 and 175.97±5.34 respectively; and corporals displayed the highest ratio of 42% with the chronic low back pain while 40% of the total subjects experienced the duration of the illness less than 6 to 9 months. Moreover, 57.8% of all subjects were reportedly suffering moderate pain, and 48% exhibited depression while 49% carried BMI value between 18.5 and 22.9kg/m2(normal range). Based on the analysis of correlation among pain, depression, discrepancy of BMI depending on the ranks and each independent variable, it appears that there is no significant difference amongst the ranks, and there is no correlation between independent variables; however, it was obvious that all groups divided by the ranks had a moderate pain(45-74mm), depression(≥16) and BMI value in normal range(18.5-22.9).
