        Since the globalization has been emphasized as one of the major policy goals of the government from 1980s, the political change of the end of cold war age has required a new international order. We have experienced the rapid economic growth and urbanization for the fast 30 years, but in the reality that the people's awareness of crisis for the changes of the recent international political and economic order and the age of localization comes in domestic condition, we have not enough time to equip with self-supporting power and the mature consciousness. Moreover, the flexible attitude that can define two urgent tasks by two wheels connected to an axis rather than consider them as the separate problems is required. Therefore, this study is to suggest what strategies the local cities under the condition that opportunity and crisis, and advantage and disadvantage coexist should develop for the globalization and how the roles of public sectors which have performed many roles as the subject of the development should be progressed in the developmental process of local cities, and then it is to help develop the globalization related projects of local cities effectively.

        물류분야 교육과 인적자원 개발의 방향

        기업활동의 글로벌화 진전과 국제물류 활동의 증가, 공급사슬관리(SCM) 전략의 도입, 물류아웃소싱의 확산, 물류분야의 정보기술 활용 증대 등 새로운 물류전략의 전개에 따라 이를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 지식역량의 증대와 전문인력의 육성이 요구되고 있다. 또한 최근 정부가 추진하고 있는 동북아 비즈니스 중심국가 전략의 성공적인 실현을 위해서는 국제적으로 경쟁력을 갖춘 인프라의 조성과 물류산업의 육성과 함께 무엇보다 이러한 전략을 계획, 시행, 통제할 수 있는 우수한 전문인력의 육성이 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 현재의 물류분야 인적자원 개발 실태를 진단하고, 국제적으로 경쟁력을 갖춘 물류분야 인적자원의 개발을 위한 전략을 모색하는 것은 중요한 과제라 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 대학을 포함한 교육기관의 물류분야 교육과정, 물류분야 자격제도 등에 대한 조사를 통해 우리나라 물류분야 인적자원 개발의 실태를 진단하고, 주요 외국의 물류분야 인적자원 개발 전략을 벤치마킹하여, 이를 바탕으로 경쟁력을 갖춘 물류분야 인적자원 개발을 위한 개선 방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 나아가 물류전략의 전개에 따른 물류분야의 지식습득 영역을 체계적으로 도출하고, 대학의 물류분야 교육을 위한 표준적인 교육과정을 제시하고자 하였다. Developing superior human resources is known as a key success factor for improving the competitiveness of logistics systems. We attempted to derive the core knowledge areas in the logistics area based on the review of the conceptual development of logistics. We surveyed the existing education and human resource development in logistics area. Based on the case studies for selected countries, we suggested directions for improving the education and human resource development in logistics area. In addition, we proposed a curriculum framework for logistics education in the university.

        브라켓 접착시 타액 오염이 레진 강화형 글래스 아이오노머 시멘트의 인장 접착 강도에 미치는 영향

        레진 강화형 글래스 아이오노머 시멘트의 접착 강도를 알아보고, 타액 오염이 접착제의 종류에 따라 접착 강도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 관찰하여 봄으로써 임상적 효용성을 알아보기 위하여 본 연구를 시행하였다. 교정 치료를 목적으로 발거된 소구치에 교정용 복합 레진 접착제로 Ortho-One, 레진 강화형 글래스 아이오노머 시멘트로는 Fuji Ortho LC, Vitremer, Advance를 사용하여 통상적인 과정의 브라켓 접착을 하였으며, 타액 오염군은 타액 오염후에 건조 한 뒤 브라켓을 접착한 후 증류수에 침적하고 37℃ 항온조에 24시간 보관하였다. 만능시험기로 인장 접착 강도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1.통상의 방법으로 브라켓을 부착한 경우 인장 접착 강도는 Ortho-One군에서는 7.68 ±1.76 이었으며, Advance군에서는 7.87 ± 2.80, Fuji Ortho LC군에서는 4.99 ± 2.53, Vitremer군에서는 2.80 ± 0.88 MPa 나타났다. 타액 오염시킨 경우 인장 접착 강도는 Ortho-One군에서는 4.12 ± 1.67, Advance군에서는 5.37 ± 0.68, Fuji Ortho LC군에서는 4.41 ± 1.61, Vitremer군에서는 2.60 ± 1.10 MPa 로 나타났다. 2.타액 오염시킨 경우 Fuji Ortho LC와 Vitremer는 거의 영향이 없었고 (p〉0.05), Ortho-One과 Advance는 큰 폭의 접착 강도 저하 현상을 나타냈다 (p〈0.05). 3.Advance와 Ortho-One, Fuji Ortho LC는 만족할 만한 인장 접 착 강도를 나타내어 브라켓 접착시 임상적 유용성이 있으리라 생각된다. The purposes of this study were to evaluate clinical applicability of resin modified glass ionomer cements and to determine the effect of salivary contamination on the tensile bond strength. Fourty extracted human permanent premolars were prepared for bonding and standard edgewise brackens were bonded with Ortho-One, Fuji Ortho LC, Vitremer and Advance. Fourty extracted human permanent premolars were contaminated with saliva, dried and bonded with same materials above. The tensile bond strength was tested by Instron testing device after storage in normal saline at 37℃ for 24 hours from bonding. The results were as follows : 1.The tensile bond strength of Ortho-One group was 7.68 ± 1.76, Advance group was 7.87 ± 2.80, Fuji Ortho LC group was 4.99 ± 2.53, Vitremer group was 2.80 ± 0.88 MPa. The tensile bond strength in contaminated condition of Ortho-One group was 4.12 ± 1.67, Advance group was 5.37 ± 0.68, Fuji Ortho LC group was 4.41 ± 1.61, Vitremer group was 2.60 ± 1.10Mpa. 2.Salivary contamination did not affect the tensile bond strength when compared with the uncontaminated enamel group in Fuji Ortho LC and Vitremer (p〉0.05) and there was great significant difference in the tensile bond strength of Ortho-One and Advance. 3.Advance, Ortho-One and Fuji Ortho LC seemed to have clinically a proper bond strength.

      • 등척성 운동 시 요추의 각도에 따른 중앙주파수와 토크의 특성

        Fatigue is the decline in force produced as a result of prolonged muscle activity. Localized muscle fatigue can be identified by a shift toward low in the frequency components of the EMG signal, typically represented by a fall in the median frequency. Previous studies show that a shortened muscle developes a higher fatigue than elongated muscles. The purpose of this study was to investigate the time-related change of median frequency and torque during maximal isometric back extension exercises at different exercise angles (0˚, 12˚, 36˚, 72˚). Twenty healthy subjects (mean age = 24.35 ± 2.70) were evaluated in this study. Median frequency was extracted from the EMG signals by fast Fourier transform (FFT). Initial median frequency and the slope of median frequency change over time were computed from linear regression analysis. Pearson's product moment correlation was used to quantify the relationship between scope of median frequency and torque. The results were as follows: 1) Significant differences in y-intercepts of torque regression equation with respect to exercise angle were shown. However, there were no differences in the slopes of the median frequency and torque, and y intercept of the median frequency among exercise angles. 2) There was no significant correlation between slope of median frequency and torque. 3) But there was moderate correlation between median frequency and torque at each exercise angle. In conclusion, the exercise angle during maximal isometric back extension exercise is not a direct effect on slope of median frequency and torque. But results showed that median frequency and torque shift were highly correlated in all subjects.

        혈구세포 수송체로 투여된 트레일 유전자의 혈중 발현 지속 효과

        Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis -inducing ligand (TRAIL) is a recently identified member of the tumor necrosis factor cytokine superfamily. TRAIL has been shown to induce apoptosis in a number of tumor cells whereas cells from most of normal tissues are highly resistant to TRAIL-induced apoptosis. These observations have raised considerable interest in the use of TRAIL in tumor therapy. In this study we report the biodistribution fates and serum expression pattern of plasmid DNA encoding TRAIL (pTRAIL) delivered in erythrocyte ghosts(EG). pTRAIL was loaded into EG by electroporation in a hypotonic medium. The mRNA expression of pTRAIL was prolonged following delivery in EG-encap-sulated forms. EG containing pTRAIL showed significant levels of mRNA expression in the blood over 9 days. The organ expression patterns of pTRAIL delivered via EG, however, did not significantly differ from those of naked pTRAIL, indicating that the expression-enhancing effect of EG containing pTRAIL, was localized to the blood. These results suggest that pTRAIL-loaded EG might be of potential use in the treatment of hematological diseases such as TRAIL-sensitive leukemia.

        계면활성제 함유 인지질 나노입자의 초가변성 연구

        This study was aimed to formulated various phospholipid nanoparticles composed of different surfactants and to evaluate the deformability of the phospholipid vesicles as candidates of useful ultradeformable nanoparticles. In vitro deformability of the hospholipid nanoparticles was studied using an extruder under a certain pressure. The sizes of phospholipid nanoparticles, passed volumes, and concentrations of the phospholipids in suspensions before and after extrusion were measured. The deformability indexes were estimated by using passed volumes, sizes of phospholipid nanoparticles and concentrations of phospholipids. Conventionl liposomes, placed under a certain pressure of an extruder, showed no passed volume indicating little deformability. Similar to conventional liposomes, phospholipid nanoparticles containing surpactants such as sodium taurcholate, Myrj 45, or Myrj 53 showed little deformability. In contrast, phospholipid nanoparticles composed of Tween 20, triton X-100, or sodium deoxycholate showed higher deformability indexes than others. Taken together, the deformability of phospholipid nanoparticles could be significantly affected by the type of surfactants. Moreover, these results suggest that the deformability of phospholipid nanoparticles could be modulated by surfactants.

      • 하수에서 분리한 합성세제 분해균의 특성

        대구시와 경산시의 하수에서 음이온계 합성세제인 sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)와 sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)를 유일한 탄소원으로 이용하는 균주 289종을 분리하고 이중 합성세제 분해력이 강한, 그람음성 간균으로 운동성인 8균주를 선정하여 그 선정균들의 특성을 조사하였다. 선정균은 40℃ 이상에서는 생육하지 못하였으며 생육 최적 pH는 균주간에 다소 차이가 있었으며 pH 4.0 이하에서는 선정균 모두 생육치 못하였다. 질소원으로는 SDS분해균의 생육에는 potassium nitrate가, SDBS 분해균의 생육에는 soytone이 좋았다. SDS 분해균인 DS-3, 6, 8, 24 및 SDBS 분해균인 BS-7, 8은 세제농도가 5.0% 이상에서도 생육이 가능하였다. 선정균들은 tetracycline에 감수성이 강한 것으로 나타났지만 penicillin에는 강한 내성을 띠는 것으로 나타났고, ??와 ??금속이온은 모든 선정균들의 생육을 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. On purpose to isolate the organisms, which would utilize detergents(sodium dodecyl sulfate, SDS and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, SDBS) as a sole carbon source, from the waste water of Kyungsan and Taegu city 289 strains were isolated. Among them 8 strains, which are gram negative rods with motility and produce strong enzyme to biodegrade the synthetic detergents, were selected. The characteristics of them were investigated as follows, 8 strains were failed to grow above the temperature of 40℃ and below the pH 4.0 even though they have variable optimum pH. Potassium nitrate was very effective for the growth of SDS-biodegradable strains and soytone was effective for the growth of SDBS-biodegradable strains as a sole nitrogen source. Among 8 strains especially DS-3, DS-6, DS-8 and DS-24(SDS-biodegradation strains) and BS-7 and BS-8(SDBS-biodegradation strains) could grow above 5.0% of detergent concentration. All of 8 strains were very sensitive to tetracycline but resistant to penicillin. Selected 8 strains were inhibited by metal ions of ??(0.156mg/㎖) and ??(0.156mg/㎖).

      • 정전 열 접합을 이용한 Multi-Substrate Bonding

        We performed silicon-to-glass bonding using silicon direct bonding followed by anodic bonding(SDAB). Initial bonding between glass and silicon was caused by the hydrophilic surfaces of silicon and glass ensemble using silicon direct bonding(SDB) method. We found that the bonded specimen using SDAB process had higher strength than one using anodic bonding process only. We performed multiple layer bonding by SDAB, which is glass- silicon -glass as sandwich structure. In the silicon wafer, the (1mm x 2mm x 500μm)-sized cavity was formed by the anisotropic etching of the silicon substrate in EPW(Ethylendiamin-Pyrocatechol-Water). And, the cavity was sealed with glass wafers by SDAB method.

        국내 분리 방선균의 항균활성 특성

        제주도지역, 충청남도 서해안지역, 강원도 및 충청북도 자연 동굴지역, 그리고 충청북도 청원군 등지에서 채집한 205점의 토양시료로부터 분리된 총 1,322주의 방선균을 대상으로 Eschericia coli KCTC 1924, Salmonella typhimurium KCTC 1926, Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1926, Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1928, Candida albicans KCTC 1940등 5종의 시험균주에 대하여 항균활성을 조사하였다. 액체배양을 위해서는 G.S.S(glucose-soybean meal-starch) 배지와 fish meal 배지등 2종류의 배지를 사용하였으며 그 결과를 균분리원 지역별, 배지별, 시험균주별, 그리고 방선균 종류별로 비교하였다. It is well known that actinomycetes would be useful for screening of biologically active compounds. Not only to isolate diverse actinomycete strains but to ferment those strains effectively would be important. Seven hundred and forty six strains were isolated from Cheju province, 216 strains were from Chungnam province, 158 strains were from the natural caves at Chungbuk and Kangwon provinces and 202 strains were from Chungwon area at Chungbuk province. All of these 1,322 strains were fermented on a small scale using two different media and tested for their antimicrobial activities against four bacterial strains and one yeast strain. As the result, 12.3% of those isolates were active against Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1916, 7.6% were Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1928, 3.9% were Eschericia coli KCTC 1924, 3.0% were Canida albicans KCTC 1940, and 2.2% were Salmonella typhimurium KCTC 1926. About 40% of those isolates showed antimicrobial activities at both two media but the others showed at either one. According to the genus of isolated strains, Streptomyces and Micromonospora showed activities with higher frequencies than others.
