동종 골수이식 후 발생하는 신기능부전은 원인이 다양하여 감별에 어려움이 있다. 만성 GVHD는 흉선의 기능저하에 따른 면역관용의 실패로 발생되는 자가면역현상에 의해 발생되는 것으로 알려져 있으며 드물게 신장을 침범하여 신증후군을 일으키기도 한다. CaA의 용량을 줄이거나 투약중지 후 발생한 만성 GVHD에 동반된 신증후군의 경우 조기에 신조직검사를 시행하여 감별진단하고 CsA의 용량을 증량하거나 재투약하여 좋은 치료 결과를 보일 것으로 기대된다. 저자들은 문헌고찰을 통해 동종 골수이식 후 발생된 신증후군이 유사한 임상양상을 보이며 발생기전에 만성 GVHD와 자가면역현상이 연관되어 있음을 확인하였으며 동종 골수이식 후 신증후군의 임상양상을 보이는 환자에서 병리조직학적으로 lgA 신병증을 진단하고 이러한 lgA 신병증이 발생기전에 만성 GVHD와 자가 면역현상이 연관되어 있을 가능성을 최초로 확인하였으며 CsA를 이용하여 성공적으로 치료한 경험을 하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Renal insufficiency is occasionally encountered in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation and its cause is difficult to ascertain. Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) related to thymic dysfunction is immune-mediated and involves autoreactivity of T-lymphocytes derived from donor marrow to recipient's major histocompatibility complex(MHC) minor antigens. The clinical mainifestations of chronic GVHD are similar to those of autoimmune disease but kidney involvement is rare. Few cases of nephrotic syndrome with membranous nephropathy or minimal change nephrotic syndrome have been reported to be associated with chronic GVHD in allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipient especially after cyclosporine A(CsA) withdrawal, and these cases have responded well to CsA. Therefore, it is prudent to differentiate the cause of post-transplant renal insufficiency using renal biopsy and to start CsA in a case of nephrotic syndrome associated with chronic GVHD as early as possible. We report a case who had a massive proteinuria during the post-allogeneic marrow transplantation period. The cause of nephrotic syndrome was diagnosed as IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy. The patient was successfully treated with reintroduction of CsA.

This paper describes development of low cost precision machine that has combined the Build-in Motor with a vacuum chuck. This study mainly aims to find out a cutting condition for maintaining optimum surface condition and to examine cutting characteristics of the precision machine that is equipped by diamond bites. The cutting materials is Al alloy. Several experiments were carried out to find out the main factors that affect the surface roughness such as principal axis RPM(rotation per minute), feeding speed, and cutting depth. As a result, we obtain The optimum cutting condition of the developed precision machine.

The use of intravenous catheters are occasionally complicated by intravascular fragments and swelling of the catheter fragments. We present a patient in whom an intravenous catheter fragments was retrieved from the dorsal metacarpal vein following its incidental CT examination detection. The case of demonstrates the utility of microscopy and multi-detector CT in localizing small of subtle intravenous catheter fragments as a human error. A case of IV catheter fragments in the metacarpal vein, in which reproducible and microscopy data allowed complete localization of a missing fragments and guided surgery with respect to the optimal incision site for fragments removal. These reproducible studies may help to determine the best course of action and treatment for the patient who presents with such a case.

A Grammar Writing Language, which has tree to tree transformation as basic operation, is designed and implemented. Grammars which are used in three stages, i.e. Analysis, Transfer and Generation can be expressed by GWL. To easily express grammar rules which contain tree to tree transformation, GWL offer 6 unary operators―Unique, One, Dagger, Optional, Any, Star. By these operators each grammar rule can be simply expressed. And in order to increase productivity of grammar writing and readability of written grammar GWL supports not only general control structure but also abstracted control structure.

We sought to minimize streak artifacts caused by beam hardening on chest CT scan, obtain high-quality CT images and compare image quality and dose between with and without iodine and bismuth shielding material to protect superficial organs. During CT, the radiation dose was measured and the images evaluated before using the shielding material, iodine and bismuth. A body phantom of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) measuring 32 cm was used for image quality and radiation dose measurement according to the shielding material of the CT scan. During CT, phantom noise was measured to be 11.49 HU without shielding, 12.95 HU with bismuth, and 14.67 HU with iodine (p > 0.05). Based on the dose, in the absence of the shielding material, the shielding with iodine showed a dose reduction effect of 40.64% at 11 o'clock and 35.74% at 1 o'clock. In the case of bismuth shielding, the dose at 11 o'clock was decreased to 34.06% and the dose at 1 o'clock was decreased to 34.32%. Dose reduction was observed prior to the use of the shielding material and the application of the iodine and bismuth shielding materials (p < 0.05). In phantom chest CT, the dose reduction of the superficial organs using iodine and bismuth, a radiation shielding material, was confirmed.
현대 실내건축에 나타난 한국 전통 건축적 유형 요소에 관한 연구

Designs with motif of traditional architecture are attracting much attention as a design trend satisfying the needs of contemporary people in pursuit of well-being. Attempts to reflect this concern have been introduced in the architecture or interior design magazines and these articles must have influenced their readers and can also be a factor influencing future designs. Furthermore, they play a role to spread traditional design patterns or types in architecture. Therefore, work to patternize and summarize into keywords in connection with how traditional architectural designs were described in articles of magazines may be a comfortable guideline to refer to the precedent designs and at the same time be a guideline to easy identification of design trends. In this regard, this study selected a widely-read monthly interior design magazine and conducted research of article examples for five years form January 2010 to October 2014. Of these, this study collected all sentences related with traditional architectural design elements and summarized 33 patterns of vocabularies (word) based on keywords by abbreviation. The findings of this study is expected to be used as a catalogue of design wording reference of precedents, allowing people to easily find which traditional architectural design elements have influenced contemporary designs.
Comparison with 1.5Tesla and 3.0Tesla of Acoustic Noise Spectrum of DWI MR Pulse Sequence

1.5Tesla와 3.0Tesla의 MRI 검사의 DWI (diffusion-weighted imaging) 펄스시퀀스에서 노이즈 스펙트럼을 분석하여 MRI검사의 기초자료를 제공하여 임상에서 적용하는데 목적이 있다. MRI 검사에서 ACR (Americ an College of Radiology) 팬텀과 노이즈 스펙트럼은 Wavepad sound editor version 8.13 (NCH software, Green wood Village, CO, USA)로 FFT (fast Fourier transform), TFFT (time based fast Fourier transform)를 분석하였 다. MR 1.5Tesla와 3.0Tesla의 DWI 펄스 시퀀스에서 검사실에 따른 노이즈 스펙트럼 및 FFT와 TFFT를 분석하였다. 1.5Tesla에 비해 3.0Tesla에서 FFT 및 TFFT에서 주파수 진폭의 노이즈 임계값은 1.5Tesla에서 –6 dB 사이였고, 3.0Tesla에서는 0 dB 사이로 분석되어 환자의 소음감소를 위한 DWI 펄스시퀀스를 환자에게 적절하게 임상에서 적용할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the noise spectra in DWI (diffusion-weighted imaging) pulse sequences of 1.5 Tesla and 3.0 Tesla MRI, The ACR (American College of Radiology) phantom and noise spectrum were analyzed by FFT (fast Fourier transform) and TFFT (temporal frequency analysis) using WavePad sound editor version 8.13 (NCH software, Greenwood Village, CO, USA). Noise spectra, FFT and TFFT were analyzed for laboratory 1.5Tesla and 3.0Tesla DWI MR pulse sequences. The noise threshold of the frequency amplitude in the FFT and TFFT at 3.0Tesla compared to 1.5Tesla was between 1.5Tesla and –6 dB, and between 3.0Tesla and 0 dB, the DWI pulse sequence for the patient s noise reduction was appropriately MR examination needs to be applied.
