디젤 乘用車輛에서 DPF 條件에 따른 極微細粒子의 排出 特性에 關한 硏究

Recent1y, the nano-PM(Particulate Matters) number concentration emitted by diesel internal combustion engine has focused on attention because this nano-PM is suspected being hazardous of human health. In this study, the PM of the diesel passenger vehicles were investigated by number concentration. A condensation particle counter (CPC) system was used to measure the particle number concentration and size of diesel exhaust particles at the end of dilution tunnel during the NEDC(ECE15+EUDC) vehicle test mode using light-duty diesel passenger vehicles with DPFs. As a research result, the characteristic of DPF performance about diesel nano-particle number concentration and size distribution was investigated in this study.

In this study, the particulate matters (PM) emissions of these vehicles were investigated by number concentration. A condensation particle counter (CPC) system was applied to measure the particle number and size concentration of diesel exhaust particles at the end of dilution tunnel along the NEDC(ECE15+EUDC) vehicle test mode using TSI 3010D and HCT 4312 CPC. As the research result, the characteristic of CPC comparison diesel nano-particle number and size distribution was investigated in this study.

Schwann cells(SCs), an important component of the peripheral nervous system, intract with nerous to mutually support growth and replication for the peripheral nerve regentation. Recently, ading SCs to the lumen of guidance channel is widely tried to improve regeneration or to make regeneration possible over otherwise irreparable gaps. however, it is not easy to isolate and multiplicate SCs as much as enough to help the axonal regeneration. For the allogeneic SCs source for tubular nerve guidance, we developed a little bit improved technique of harvesting and multiplicating SCs. by culturing dispersed dorsal root ganglia in specially designed medium with growth factors and serial processing, we repeatedlly generate relatively homogenous SC cultures. Our technique was compared with other methods of literature using immunostaining methods such as GFAP, S100, BDNF and the total SC count assessment at different time interval after primary culture.

최근 급격히 성장하고 있는 아·태지역에서 위성통신과 방송의 진출방향의 모색을 위해 현재 서비스중인 위성통신과 방송시스템의 현황을 파악한다. 이를 바탕으로 하드웨어 측면은 이지역에서 위성중계기의 수요·공급을 분석하고, 소프트웨어 측면은 이들 지역에서 다자간 공동 위성방송을 위한 시장특성 조사 및 문화교류의 연수를 통해 위성분야에서 우리나라의 진출방안을 논한다. In this thesis, the satellite services in the asia-pacific area are analyzed for the co-operation and development of satellite communication. By the estimation of satellite transponder's need, the trend of satellite technology and the Koreasat planning is expected for the enhancement of our technical position in this area. Through the analysis of the asia-pacific cultural characteristics to satellite broadcasting, new securable strategies against the foreign unprotectable satellite culture and realizable approaches for co-work with asia pacific countries under the ApⅡ (Asia-Pacific Information Infrastructure) are proposed.

The particulate matters (PM) emissions of these vehicles were investigated for number concentration too. A condensation particle counter (CPC) system was applied to measure the particle number and size concentration of diesel exhaust particles at the end of dilution tunnel along the NEDC(ECE1 5+EUDC) and CVS-75 vehicle test mode. As the research result, the characteristic of vehicle test mode on the diesel nano-particle number and size distribution was investigated in this study.

In this study, diesel passenger vehicle were measured on. chassis dynamometer test bench. this base engine was investigated by number measurement. so the particulate matter and gaseous emission were measured each test vehicle, fuel, mode condition on chassis dynamometer test bench that using the apparatus recommended by PMP(Particle Measurement Program) A condensation particle counter (CPC) system was applied to measure the particle number and size concentration of diesel exhaust particles at the end of dilution tunnel along the NEDC vehicle test mode. The effects of Bio diesel fuel on the Diesel nano particle number and size distribution was investigated in this study.
Cloning of an Aminoalcoholphosphotransferase cDNA from Chinese Cabbage Roots

Aminoalcoholphosphotransferase is the enzyme that catalyzes the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine and phosphtidylethanolamine from diacylglycerol using CDP-aminoalcohol such as CDP-choline and CDP-ethanolamine. To determine its cDNA structure from roots of Chinese cabbage, Brassica campestris L. ssp. pekinensis, degenerate primers were designed from the regions showing high amino acid homology between yeast CPT1 and soybean AAPT1 and used for PCR amplification of Chinese cabbage DNA. Chinese cabbage aminoalcoholphosphotransferase cDNA (AAPT) contains an open reading frame of 1,167 bp coding for a protein of 389 amino acids. It shared 81% identity and 94% similarity with soybean AAPT1 at the predicted amino acid level. Hydropathy profile analysis suggested that the predicted protein structure of Chinese cabbage aminoalcoholphosphotransferase was very similar to the soybean enzyme, showing an overall hydrophobicity and having the same number of predicted transmembrane domains. Southern analysis indicated that there might be close isoforms of the enzyme. AAPT was expressed equally well in young shoots and roots.
