Objectives : GPA assay for in vivo somatic cell mutation in humans has been used as indicators of high dose exposure to ionizing radiation and excess cancer risk. But in case of low-dose ionizing radiation exposure, there are few evidences of excess cancer risk by epidemiologic study. We applied this assay to low-dose exposed workers. Methods : The MN heterozygote blood samples of 13 radiation exposed workers in hospital and 11 office worker as control were included for GPA assay. The informations about demographic and confounding factors were obtained through questionnaire. We used modified BR6 version for GPA assay and counted the number of variants lacking expression of M(NO) or duplicating expression of N(NN) among four million red blood cells with flow cytometer. Results : The mean 5 years cumulative exposure dose of hospital workers were 252.36 mrem(range 23.0-564.0). The mean variants frequencies of NO were 3.29(range 0-8.3)×10^-6 in control and 5.50(range 0-32.3)×10^-6 in exposed. There were no exposure dose-variants response relationships in exposed group. There were significant for repeat analysis in 3 samples(r=-0.99 in NO). Conclusion : The low dose ionizing radiation exposed workers showed higher variant frequencies of NO than control group but was not statistically significant.

The octadodecanoxy derivative of the phthalocyanine which has such long hydrocarbon chains around the skeleton of the phthalocyanine was synthesized. First of all, ortho-catechol was treated with 2 moles of 1-bromododecane to yield ortho-didodecanoxybenzene(I). Second, bromination of I resulted in dibromo-didodecanoxy benzene(II) where the para positions to the dodecanoxy groups were brominated. Finally, reaction of II with an excess of CuCN under an N₂atmosphere gave the intermediate dicyano-didodecanoxy-benzene(III), in situ, and futher heating in dry DMF with more CuCN gave the final product, octadodecanoxy derivative of the phthalocyanine. The synthetic method developed herein provides a general way to synthesize the variety of the phthalocyanines which displays many different substituents such as long hydrocarbons around its skeleton and contains a various metal inside of the phthalocyanine.

Uncertain causal knowledge is stored in Fuzzy Cognitive Maps(FCMs). FCM resonant states are limit cycles. A FCM limit cycle or hidden pattern is a FCM inference. However, there are some drawbacks concerned with inference and knowledge representation without the time delay in the conventional FCMs. In this paper, we propose an inference algorithm considered the time delay, based on improved FCMs represented causal relationships more naturally. Computer simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Local injections of botulinum toxin A have been reported in the treatment of neurogenic bladder dysfunctions including detrusor sphincter dyssynergia and detrusor overactivity. We reports a case of intradetrusor injection of botulinum toxin type A in acervical cord injured patient with neurogenic overactive detrusor refractory to high dose anticholinergic medication. Botulinum toxin A (200 units) was injected cystoscopically into the detrusor in 40 sites over the bladder with sparing the trigone. Urodynamic studies were performed at baseline, and eight days, four weeks, and eight weeks after intradetrusor injection. There was marked improvement of the urodynamic parameters including maximum cystometric capacity and maximum detrusor pressure after intradetrusor botulinum toxin injection.

인간이 갖고 있는 감각 기관은 시각, 청각, 후각, 촉각, 미각의 총 다섯 가지로, 이를 모두 활용 할 때 이상적 공간 상호작용이 가능하다. 본 연구는 화장품의 공간 연출 계획 시 오감적 요소를 접목하여 브랜드 이미지를 구축하는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 3월~6월 15주간 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 <융합연출디자인> 수업에서 진행된 수업의 결과물로서 작업물을 정리하였다. 그 결과 본 연구는 제품이나 서비스를 직접 경험할 수 있도록 다양한 엔터테인먼트적 요소를 결합하여 기능적 만족감과 더불어 체험적 만족감 제공하는 오감적 디스플레이를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 오감을 활 용한 뷰티 쇼룸으로 감각을 공간에 어떠한 방식으로 적용할 것인지에 대한 정립을 했다는 데에 의의가 있다. 아울러 다양한 매체와 공간의 개념이 일반화 되어 가는 오늘날 기업 환경 속에서 오감적 체험을 기반으로 한 공간연출은 가상의 공간속에서도 유연하게 적용 가능한 디스플레이 요소로 확인되었다. 또한 본 연구는 향후 이와 관련된 쇼룸 공간 개발에 있어서 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to propose an evaluation framework for Collective Housing and to develop the Design Evaluation System. The Performance Evaluation System of Collective Housing in the Design Development Stage evaluates its design results by running CAD program. The results are automatically reflected in the design process. The scope of this study will be limited to the contents within the Barrier Free Design. Running the design evaluation program requires the conversion of design forms and design checklist to computerized ones. To efficiently conduct this process, First, organize the existing guideline of the Barrier Free Design. Second, define attributes of each part in Building Data Model with the analysis of the checklist. Third, develop the Performance Analysis agent that compares Building Data Model with translated checklists. Finally, verify the efficiency of the Performance Evaluation System by seeking experts' advice on the result of the program.

This research intends to implement an evaluator as well as a building unit data model Through this system, It will be possible to represent a building unit in such a semantically rich manner and also to evaluate a building unit design against the given design criteria To do this, 1) a design checklist was created, 2) it was structured according to its original intentions, 3) the set of structured checklist was transformed into the computable format, 4) the classes representing the elements inn a building unit were developed, 5) finally the building unit data model was developed, 6) in addition, an evaluator module which works on the building unit data model was implemented
