Mobile traffic is one of the most important indexes of the growth of the mobile communications market, and it has a close relationship with subscribers' service usage patterns, frequency demand and supply, network management, and information communication policy. The purpose of this paper is to understand mobile data usage in Korea and to suggest the optimal steps for establishing the frequency supply and demand system by researching the traffic trends that reflect the characteristics of radio resources in the mobile communications field. To achieve this goal, attempts were made to increase the possibility of policy use by analyzing and forecasting mobile traffic trends, and to improve the accuracy of the research through the verification of the existing prediction results. The paper ends with a discussion of the necessity of a frequency management system based on data science.

Pancreatic cancer can arise in the background of chronic pancreatitis (CP). The relative risks for pancreatic cancer in CP vary considerably according to other contributing factors such as disease duration, excess alcohol consumption, tobacco consumption, eating habits, physical activity, and late-onset diabetes. The incidence of pancreatic cancer is estimated to be about 10 per 105 per year, and the incidence and prevalence of CP are estimated to be 5-12 per 105 and 50 per 105 per year, respectively. The pooled relative risk estimates for pancreatic cancer in CP patients range from 2.7 to 13.3. Subsets of CP subjects with a family history of pancreatic cancer or those with newly developed diabetes over the age of 50 have a higher risk for pancreatic cancer. However, the prevalence of pancreatic cancer is not high enough to justify general screening of the adult CP population. Thus, it is necessary to select subsets of CP cohorts with a significantly high risk of pancreatic cancer. We need a better overall disease model that can define the interaction of multiple risk factors and their cumulative or potential effects on pancreatic cancer.

This study compared the food symbols in traditional rituals in two different cultures, Korean and Mongolian. Comparing the cultural differences in rituals and the thoughts and perceptions of the deaths and ancestors of people from two cultures is meaningful in terms of the perspective of comparative folklore and culture in East Asia. Therefore, in this study, the similarities and differences between food symbols and various related food symbol elements in Korean and Mongolian rituals were researched, through a comparative folk culture approach. In particular, Mongolia and Korea have had cultural ties with two-way spreading because the two countries share bilateral history of cultural exchanging including personal exchanges during the Yuan dynasty and Goryeo dynasty. After the Mongol invasions of Korea and the capitulation of Korea’s Goryeo dynasty in the 13th century, Goryeo became a semi-autonomous vassal state and compulsory ally of the Yuan dynasty for about 80 years. With vigorous cultural exchanges with the outside world, Goryeo was also impacted by the Mongol culture and customs. As such, historically in East Asia, Mongolia has a number of research subjects that can be studied through a comparative folk culture approach with Korea. Therefore, comparative studies in specific fields appearing in the folk culture of both countries are significant in terms of the comparative folklore. On the other hand, differences also exist in folk culture between the two countries as a cultural difference. From the viewpoint of cultural comparison, unlike Korea, which belongs to the settlement culture, the food symbols in Mongolia, which belongs to the nomadic culture, reflects all of the ideas, folklore, and culture with the characteristics of the nomadic life. Therefore, this study reinterprets how the two different cultures in each country are reflected in food symbols in major rituals, by comparing food symbols and folk meanings in Korean and Mongolian rituals, based on similarities and differences.

Korea launched the world's first commercial 5G services in April 2019. Mobile traffic is expected to increase further with the acceleration of mobile-centric data utilization. It is one of the most important indexes of the growth of the mobile communications market, and it has a close relationship with frequency demand and supply, network management, and information communication policy. To overcome the limitations of an analytical solution due to the high complexity of the real world, this paper estimates the diffusion of 5G users using systemic thinking and the behavior of individual agents. Based on these demand forecasts, contributions to the establishment of strategic policies are suggested. For better understanding, global 5G predictions of subscribers and mobile traffic are also compared.
