      • A Case Based Reasoning Algorithm for Enterprises’ Integration of Informatization and Industrialization

        The integration of informatization and industrialization is depth integration of informatization and industrialization in many fields, which is the new developing way for informatization and industrialization. It is a complicated process of integration for enterprises, which is necessary to learn from the experience of other enterprises to improve efficiency. But facing numerous cases, it is hard for enterprises to pick up the right cases, because of shorting of effective recommended algorithm in academic field and practical application. Base on the studying the existing recommend algorithm, this paper try to design new algorithm with analyzing the structure and characters of the cases. First of all, the case structure is analyzed and are classified and the information of cases are classified and graded according to the degree of integrity; secondly, AHP is used to give weights to different attributes; then, the recommended algorithm is illustrated; finally, the cases similarity are calculated and the high similarity cases are outputted to the users.

        모호한 주체 ― 근대중국의 ‘군중’ 담론 ―

        근대중국의 군중 담론은 서양 군중심리학과 유물사관이라는 두 전통의 영향을 깊게 받았다. 전자는 군중을 맹목적·충동적·비이성적 ‘오합지졸’로 간주했고, 후자는 ‘인민대중’이야말로 역사의 전진을 추진하는 진정한 동력이라고 보았다. 그래서 근대중국의 군중 담론은 이원분화 구도를 보인다. ‘군중심리’로 대표되는 부정적 군중관과 ‘군중운동’으로 대표되는 긍정적 군중관이 서로 대립하면서도 교착하며 각자 다른 정당과 사회 엘리트가 정치적 동원을 하는 효과적인 도구가 되었다. 군중노선의 발생과 전파는 근대중국 정치 주체 개념의 한 측면이라고 볼 수 있다. ‘군중’ 개념은 추상적인 ‘인민’ 개념을 구체적인 것으로 변화시키고 이상적인 ‘국민’ 개념을 현실적인 것으로 변화시킨 것이다. 근대중국의 ‘인민’, ‘국민’, ‘군중’ 등 개념이 보여 주는 것은 모호하고 불명확한 정치 주체의 형상이다. The “masses” (qunzhong, 群衆) discourse in modern China was influenced by two western intellectual traditions, viz. mass psychology and historical materialism. The former regards the masses as a blind, impulsive, and irrational crowd, while the latter believes that only the people are responsible for the real dynamics of historical development. As a result, the masses discourse in modern China split into a negative condemnation of “mass psychology” and a positive endorsement of “mass campaign,” each of which was taken as effective tools of political mobilization by different political parties and social elites. The emergence and spread of the masses discourse can be regarded as an important aspect of the construction of the political subject in modern China. The concept of “the masses” was either derived from the crystallization of the abstract term “people” (renmin, 人民), or from the actualization of ideal “citizenship” (guomin, 國民). In practice, however, what is embodied in the concepts of the “people,” “citizenship,” and “the masses” in modern China was actually an ambiguous image of the political subject.

        Biodegrading of Pyrene by a Newly Isolated Pseudomonas putida PL2

        Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a class of persistent organic compounds derived from natural sources and anthropogenic processes, which have been recommended as priority pollutants. Degradation of PAHs in the environment is becoming more necessary and urgent. In the current study, strain PL2, which is capable of growing aerobically on pyrene (PYR) as the sole carbon source, was isolated from hydrocarbons-contaminated soil and then identified as Pseudomonas putida by morphological and physiological characteristics as well as 16S rDNA sequence. The strain PL2 was able to degrade 50.0%of the pyrene at 28°C within 6 days in the presence of 50mg/L pyrene, while the strain PL2 degraded 50.0% of the pyrene within 2 days when a solution of 50 mg/L pyrene and 50 mg/L phenanthrene was used. In addition, phenanthrene was shown to increase the biodegradation efficiency of pyrene by the strain PL2. The order of degradation by the strain PL2 was pH 6.0 > pH 7.0 > pH 5.0 > pH 8.0. The degradation rate of PYR in the soil by the strain PL2reached 70.0% at the 10^th day. The dynamics of PYR degradation in soil by PL2 was fit to the first order model and the strain PL2 was shown to efficiently degrade PYR in soil. The current study showed that P. putida PL2 was a novel bacterium that could degrade pyrene and holds great promise for use in PAHs bioremediation in soil.

        Facile Synthesis of Ag/ZnO Hollow Microspheres with Enhanced Photocatalytic Performance under Simulated Sunlight Irradiation

        Water pollution caused by intensive use of organic dyes has become an increasingly serious problem recently. Green and efficient processes are desperately needed to remove persistent organic pollutants from waste waters. Herein, Ag nanoparticles loaded ZnO hollow microspheres were synthesized through a simple solvothermal method and used as a photocatalyst for dye degradation. The calculated band gap of Ag/ZnO — 5% (2.97 eV) is much narrower than that of pure ZnO (3.37 eV). The obtained Ag/ZnO samples show a remarkable photocatalytic activity in photodegradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) under simulated sunlight irradiation. The degradation efficiency of RhB for Ag/ZnO — 5% is 98.8% after 100 min irradiation while only 52.8% degradation rate is obtained over pure ZnO. The enhancement is attributed to the exposed active ZnO (001) plane and the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect of Ag nanoparticles that promote the separation of photogeneated electrons and holes.

        Behavior Propagation in Cognitive Radio Networks: A Social Network Approach

        <P>A key feature of cognitive radio network is the intelligence of secondary users who can collaborate to improve the system performance. The collaboration in terms of channel recommendation is studied in this paper. The recommendation mechanism results in dynamics of the channel preferences of secondary users, thus causing a behavior propagation in a social network. For cognitive radio networks having a grid topology, the ergodicity of the dynamics is studied using the model of interacting particles in nonequilibrium statistical mechanics. For networks having a grid topology or being randomly deployed, mean field descriptions using ordinary differential equation are used to explicitly describe the dynamics of behavior propagation. The analytic results are demonstrated by numerical simulations.</P>

      • Accurate Stitching for Polygonal Surfaces

        Various applications, such as mesh composition and model repair, ask for a natural stitching for polygonal surfaces. Unlike the existing algorithms, we make full use of the information from the two feature lines to be stitched up, and present an accurate stitching method for polygonal surfaces, which minimizes the error between the feature lines. Given two directional polylines as the feature lines on polygonal surfaces, we modify the general placement method for points matching and arrive at a closed-form solution for optimal rotation and translation between the polylines. Following calculating out the stitching line, a local surface optimization method is designed and employed for postprocess in order to gain a natural blending of the stitching region.

        Removal of Uranium from Uranium Plant Wastewater Using Zero-Valent Iron in an Ultrasonic Field

        Uranium removal from uranium plant wastewater using zero-valent iron in an ultrasonicfield was investigated. Batch experiments designed by the response surface methodology(RSM) were conducted to study the effects of pH, ultrasonic reaction time, and dosage ofzero-valent iron on uranium removal efficiency. From the experimental data obtained inthis work, it was found that the ultrasonic method employing zero-valent iron powdereffectively removes uranium from uranium plant wastewater with a uranium concentrationof 2,772.23 mg/L. The pH ranges widely from 3 to 7 in the ultrasonic field, and theprediction model obtained by the RSM has good agreement with the experimental results.

        Distributed Optimization over General Directed Networks with Random Sleep Scheme

        Distributed optimization aims at optimizing a global objective function which is described by a sum of local objective functions through local information processing and sharing. This paper studies the problem of distributed optimization over a network in which underlying graph is generally directed strongly connected. Most existing distributed algorithms require each agent to observe the gradient of the local objective function per iteration, which leads to heavy computational cost. A computation-efficient distributed optimization algorithm incorporating a random sleep scheme is proposed by incorporating a rescaling gradient technique to address the unbalancedness of the directed graph. The implementation of the proposed algorithm allows agents not only locally allocates the weights on the received information, but also independently decides whether to execute gradient observation at each iteration. Theoretical analysis verifies that the proposed algorithm is able to seek the optimal solution with probability one. Simulations are shown to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, show correctnessof the theoretical analysis, and investigate the tradeoffs between convergence performance and computation cost.

      • The Improvement of Mean-Shift Algorithm in Target Tracking

        The bandwidth of kernel function is invariance in Mean-Shift tracking process which led to the problem of actual process of tracking failure. To solve this question a method is proposed to combine object contour, RGB color histogram and Mean-Shift tracking algorithm. In each frame the contour and color feature of target object are extracted to as a model. Meanwhile the size of contour is used as the bandwidth for kernel function in the next frame. Based on this Method the accuracy of Mean-Shift tracking is improved and the error of Mean-Shift tracking is reduced.
