        REACT Aspiration Catheters: Clinical Experience and Technical Considerations

        Aspiration catheters are widely used in mechanical thrombectomy procedures to treat acute ischemic stroke due to large vessel occlusion. The key performance requirements for aspiration catheters are ease of navigation and effective aspiration. In this work, we review the clinical experience and in vitro studies of REACT aspiration catheters (Medtronic, Minneapolis, MN, USA). In vitro experiments showed that REACT catheters exhibit solid performance in navigation and aspiration. Previous studies reported that the recanalization capacity of the aspiration catheters can be influenced by the devices’ inner diameter and tip distensibility, the catheter-to-vessel diameter ratio, the negative pressure delivered by the vacuum generator, the cyclical aspiration mode, the proximal flow arrest, and the angle of interaction between catheter and clot. REACT catheters can be navigated through the vasculature without any support from a microcatheter/ microwire in favorable anatomical configurations. In challenging situations, mostly encountered when crossing the ophthalmic segment of the internal carotid artery, the use of the stentriever anchoring technique or delivery assist catheter can facilitate the navigation. Three clinical studies reporting on 299 patients who underwent mechanical thrombectomy with REACT catheters were included in this review. Successful recanalization (modified treatment in cerebral ischemia score 2b–3) was achieved in 89–96% of cases, no procedural complications related to REACT catheters were reported, and functional independence (modified Rankin Scale 0–2) at 90-days was 24–36%. In vitro experimental evaluations and clinical studies support the safety and effectiveness of the REACT catheters.         KIF26B-AS1 Regulates TLR4 and Activates the TLR4 Signaling Pathway to Promote Malignant Progression of Laryngeal Cancer

        Laryngeal cancer is one of the highest incidence, most prevalently diagnosed head and neck cancers, making it critically necessary to probe effective targets for laryngeal cancer treatment. Here, realtime quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR) and western blot analysis were used to detect gene expression levels in laryngeal cancer cell lines. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and subcellular fractionation assays were used to detect the subcellular location. Functional assays encompassing Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8), 5-ethynyl-2’-deoxyuridine (EdU), transwell and wound healing assays were performed to examine the effects of target genes on cell proliferation and migration in laryngeal cancer. The in vivo effects were proved by animal experiments. RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation (RIP), RNA pulldown and luciferase reporter assays were used to investigate the underlying regulatory mechanisms. The results showed that KIF26B antisense RNA 1 (KIF26B-AS1) propels cell proliferation and migration in laryngeal cancer and regulates the toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) signaling pathway. KIF26B-AS1 also recruits FUS to stabilize TLR4 mRNA, consequently activating the TLR4 signaling pathway. Furthermore, KIF26B-AS1 plays an oncogenic role in laryngeal cancer via upregulating TLR4 expression as well as the FUS/TLR4 pathway axis, findings which offer novel insight for targeted therapies in the treatment of laryngeal cancer patients.

        컨조인트분석을 이용한 온라인 숙박상품 예약 시 선택속성에 관한 연구 : 결제 수단, 취소 정책, 취소 수수료, 가격을 중심으로

        최근의 정보통신기술의 발전으로 전자상거래가 발달되고 또한 숙박상품의 온라인 예약도 보편화 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 숙박 상품 예약 시 고려되는 선택속성 별 하위수준의 부분가치를 제시하고 최적상품조합을 제시하여 향후 온라인 숙박 상품의 마케팅 정책과 적절한 포지셔닝에 대한 방향성을 살펴보고자 한다. 이에 결제 수단 (온라인 예약과 동시에 카드 결제하기’, ‘온라인 예약 시 카드정보만 입력하고 방문 후 결제하기), 취소 정책 (취소불가, 언제든지 취소가능, 체크인 날자 7일전 취소가능 7일내 취소불가), 취소 수수료 유무, 숙박가격의 차이 간의 상대적인 중요도를 컨조인트분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과로는 첫째, 소비자들이 숙박상품을 예약 시 선택요소 중에서 가격을 최우선으로 고려하며, 그 다음으로 취소정책, 취소수수료, 결제방법을 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이들 속성을 조합하여 각 속성과 속성수준들의 부분가치를 이용하여 최적상품을 도출하였는데, 연구대상자들이 가장 선호 하는 속성별 조합은 최저 숙박요금을 지불하고 취소수수료가 없는 대신에 온라인 예약과 동시에 카드로 선결제를 하고 취소불가 조건을 선택하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to research the online accommodation selection attribute by use of conjoint analysis techniques. The research design was a full profile method. The results indicated that price was the most importance of selection attributes followed by cancellation policy, cancellation fee, payment method when customers choosing the accommodation by online. Also the best combination of the online accommodation by customers was ‘book now & pay online with a credit card’, ‘non-cancelable’, ‘none cancellation fee and ’lowest price’. The research provided an important starting point for marketing policy of online accommodation.

        Changes of Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes after Core Needle Biopsy and the Prognostic Implications in Early Stage Breast Cancer: A Retrospective Study

        Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) between core needle biopsy (CNB) and surgery removed sample (SRS) in early stage breast cancer patients and to identify the correlating factors and prognostic significance of TILs changes. Materials and Methods A retrospective study was carried out on 255 patients who received CNB and underwent surgical resection for invasive breast cancer. Stromal TILs levels of CNB and SRS were evaluated respectively. Tumors with  50% stromal TILs were defined as lymphocyte-predominant breast cancer (LPBC). Clinicopathological variables were analyzed to determine whether there were factors associated with TILs changes. Log-rank tests and Cox proportional hazards models were used to analyze the influences of TILs and TILs changes on survival. Results SRS-TILs (median, 10.0%) were significant higher than CNB-TILs (median, 5.0%; p < 0.001). Younger age (< 60 years, p=0.016) and long surgery time interval (STI,  4 days; p=0.003) were independent factors correlating with higher TILs changes. CNB-LPBC patients showed better breast cancer-free interval (BCFI, p=0.021) than CNB-non-LPBC (CNB-nLPBC) patients. Patients were categorized into four groups according to the LPBC change pattern from CNB to SRS: LPBCLPBC, LPBCnLPBC, nLPBCLPBC, and nLPBCnLPBC, with estimated 5-year BCFI 100%, 100%, 69.7%, and 86.0% (p=0.016). nLPBCLPBC pattern was an independent prognostic factor of worse BCFI (hazard ratio, 2.19; 95% confidence interval, 1.06 to 4.53; p=0.035) compared with other patterns. Conclusion TILs were significantly higher in SRS than in CNB. Higher TILs changes were associated with younger age and long STI. Changing from nLPBC to LPBC after CNB indicated a worse BCFI, which needs further validation.

        论“南行”时期苏轼的山水诗心

        This paper mainly focuses on the aesthetic pattern of Su Shi's landscape poetry during the period of "Southbound Collection" by the father and sons of the "Three Sus", and systematically examines Su Shi's family background, early growth experience, and literary creation ideas in his youth. According to the "Southward Journey", the core ideas of Su Shi's early landscape poems, as well as the author's creative ideas and literary propositions are discussed. In addition to the expression of Confucianism, Su Shi's landscape poems during his journey to the south also contain the poet's thoughts on the universe and time. In Su Shi's poems, although he often revealed the tragic consciousness of the fleeting nature of time, he also immediately dispelled the tragic consciousness with the ideals and aspirations of scholars, showing the poet's open-mindedness. His occasional contemplation of life in his poems also laid the ideological foundation for Su Shi's later devotion to Buddhism and Zen. This paper intends to use the two clues of "the beauty of mountains and rivers" and "the relics of the ancestors" to deeply study Su Shi's creative style and aesthetic care during the southward period. Su Shi's poems during his travels weremainly reflected in his thoughts on the finite time and the eternity of the universe, and the contradiction between being an official and a hermit. These thoughts and expressions reflected Su Shi's unique understanding and knowledge of life, and have had a profound impact on Chinese literature. The exploration of Su Shi's early thought is also of certain value for studying the changes in his thinking and literary style after he was repeatedly degraded. 本文主要探究“三苏”父子“南行”时期苏轼的山水诗审美格局,系统地考察了苏轼的家庭背景、早期成长经历和青年时期的文学创作思想。根据《南行集》探讨了苏轼早期山水诗的核心思想,以及诗人的创作理念和文学主张。除了儒家思想的表达,苏轼南行期间的山水诗也饱含了诗人许多关于宇宙和时间的思考。在苏轼的诗词中,诗人虽时常流露出对时间转瞬即逝的悲剧意识,但也立刻用士人的理想抱负消解悲剧意识,体现了无限豁达的胸怀。其偶尔在诗歌中流露出对生活的沉思,也为苏轼屡遭贬谪后投身于佛禅奠定了思想基础。本文拟通过“山川之秀美”和“先君子之遗迹”两条线索,深入探究苏轼在南行时期的创作风格和审美关怀。苏轼在宦游之中所作的山水诗主要体现了他对有限的时间与宇宙永恒的思考、为官与隐士的矛盾思想等。这些思想和表达反映了苏轼对生活的独特见解和认识,对中国文学的发展产生了深远的影响。本文对苏轼早期思想的探究对今后研究苏轼屡遭贬谪后思想及文风的变化亦有一定的价值。

        CT Angiography-Derived RECHARGE Score Predicts Successful Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Patients with Chronic Total Occlusion

        Objective: To investigate the feasibility and the accuracy of the coronary CT angiography (CCTA)-derived Registry of Crossboss and Hybrid procedures in France, the Netherlands, Belgium and United Kingdom (RECHARGE) score (RECHARGECCTA) for the prediction of procedural success and 30-minutes guidewire crossing in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for chronic total occlusion (CTO). Materials and Methods: One hundred and twenty-four consecutive patients (mean age, 54 years; 79% male) with 131 CTO lesions who underwent CCTA before catheter angiography (CA) with CTO-PCI were retrospectively enrolled in this study. The RECHARGECCTA scores were calculated and compared with RECHARGECA and other CTA-based prediction scores, including Multicenter CTO Registry of Japan (J-CTO), CT Registry of CTO Revascularisation (CT-RECTOR), and Korean Multicenter CTO CT Registry (KCCT) scores. Results: The procedural success rate of the CTO-PCI procedures was 72%, and 61% of cases achieved the 30-minutes wire crossing. No significant difference was observed between the RECHARGECCTA score and the RECHARGECA score for procedural success (median 2 vs. median 2, p = 0.084). However, the RECHARGECCTA score was higher than the RECHARGECA score for the 30-minutes wire crossing (median 2 vs. median 1.5, p = 0.001). The areas under the curve (AUCs) of the RECHARGECCTA and RECHARGECA scores for predicting procedural success showed no statistical significance (0.718 vs. 0.757, p = 0.655). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and the negative predictive value of the RECHARGECCTA scores of ≤ 2 for predictive procedural success were 78%, 60%, 43%, and 87%, respectively. The RECHARGECCTA score showed a discriminative performance that was comparable to those of the other CTA-based prediction scores (AUC = 0.718 vs. 0.665–0.717, all p > 0.05). Conclusion: The non-invasive RECHARGECCTA score performs better than the invasive determination for the prediction of the 30-minutes wire crossing of CTO-PCI. However, the RECHARGECCTA score may not replace other CTA-based prediction scores for predicting CTO-PCI success.

        Investigation of surface pressures on CAARC tall building concerning effects of turbulence

        This paper presents an experimental investigation on the surface pressures on the CAARC standard tall building model concerning the effects of freestream turbulence. Two groups of incidence turbulence are generated in the wind tunnel experiment. The first group has an approximately constant turbulence intensity of 10.3% but different turbulence integral scale varying from 0.141 m to 0.599 m or from 0.93 to 5.88 in terms of scale ratio (turbulence integral scale to building dimension). The second group presents similar turbulence integral scale but different turbulence intensity ranging from 7.2% to 13.5%. The experimental results show that the mean pressure coefficients on about half of the axial length of the side faces near the leading edge slightly decrease as the turbulence integral scale ratio that is larger than 4.25 increases, but respond markedly to the changes in turbulence intensity. The root-mean-square (RMS) and peak pressure coefficients depend on both turbulence integral scale and intensity. The RMS pressure coefficients increase with turbulence integral scale and intensity. As the turbulence integral scale increases from 0.141 m to 0.599 m, the mean peak pressure coefficient increases by 7%, 20% and 32% at most on the windward, side faces and leeward of the building model, respectively. As the turbulence intensity increases from 7.2% to 13.5%, the mean value of peak pressure coefficient increases by 47%, 69% and 23% at most on windward, side faces and leeward, respectively. The values of cross-correlations of fluctuating pressures increase as the turbulence integral scale increases, but decrease as turbulence intensity increases in most cases.

      • A Parallel Algorithm of Multiple String Matching Based on Set-Partition in Multi-core Architecture

        With the coming of the big data era, the data processing in large scale comes out with a new challenge. However, string matching still plays an important role in the network security and information retrieval fields, because of the large size of pattern set with the overhead of memory and access memory time. Improving the string matching algorithm to adapt to the large scale tasks is desirable and meaningful. In this paper, we present and implement a parallel algorithm of multiple string matching based on multi-core platform. In addition, this work focuses on the partition of pattern set by using genetic algorithm through the internal relation of the patterns to reduce the memory overhead and execution performance. Compared with the classical ones, our experiments on both high and low hit-rate data demonstrate that the performance of algorithm enhances about on average by 20%-40% in general. Besides, the proposed algorithm reduces the memory cost on average by 4%-20%.

      • A Quasi Single Stage Isolated Buck-Boost Mode Multi-input Inverter

        Aiming at shortcomings of single new energy power generation, such as unstable power supply, discontinuity and changing with climate conditions, a quasisingle-stage isolated Buck-Boost mode multi-input inverter and master-slave power management SPWM control strategy with smooth and seamless switching in different power supply modes are proposed. The circuit topology, characteristic of steady principle and power management strategy are fully investigated. The circuit topology is composed of a bidirectional isolated Buck-Boost DC converter with a multi-input selector switch in series, and a polarity inversion bridge. The master-slave power management strategy is consisted of n-1 input voltage control loops, n power distribution circuits and instantaneous output voltage control loop with independent power control, it can realize smooth and seamless switching in different power supply modes. Designed and implemented 500VA 80-110VDC/220V50HzAC prototype has excellent performances such as high conversion efficiency, high quality of output waveforms, strong load adaptability, smooth and seamless switching in different power supply modes, etc.

        Multifunctional nanozyme‑reinforced copper‑coordination polymer nanoparticles for drug‑resistance bacteria extinction and diabetic wound healing

        Background Drug-resistant bacterial infections in chronic wounds are a persistent issue, as they are resistant to antibiotics and can cause excessive inflammation due to generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). An effective solution would be to not only combat bacterial infections but also scavenge ROS to relieve inflammation at the wound site. Scaffolds with antioxidant properties are attractive for their ability to scavenge ROS, and there is medical demand in developing antioxidant enzyme-mimicking nanomaterials for wound healing. Methods In this study, we fabricated copper-coordination polymer nanoparticles (Cu-CPNs) through a self-assembly process. Furthermore, ε-polylysine (EPL), an antibacterial and cationic polymer, was integrated into the Cu-CPNs structure through a simple one-pot self-assembly process without sacrificing the glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and superoxide dismutase (SOD)-mimicking activity of Cu-CPNs. Results The resulting Cu-CPNs exhibit excellent antioxidant propertiesin mimicking the activity of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase and allowing them to effectively scavenge harmful ROS produced in wound sites. The in vitro experiments showed that the resulting Cu-CPNs@EPL complex have superior antioxidant properties and antibacterial effects. Bacterial metabolic analysis revealed that the complex mainly affects the cell membrane integrity and nucleic acid synthesis that leads to bacterial death. Conclusions The Cu-CPNs@EPL complex has impressive antioxidant properties and antibacterial effects, making it a promising solution for treating drug-resistant bacterial infections in chronic wounds. The complex’s ability to neutralize multiple ROS and reduce ROS-induced inflammation can help relieve inflammation at the wound site.
